"Not all people are born equal."

That was the common phrase that had been used since the rise of quirks to the world. Those who were born with powerful quirks were worshiped, while those with weak quirks that were considered useless were just ridiculed.

But the era of Quirks brought rise to many questions, and many began to weaponize said people in an attempt for power. Thus came the first quirk war, after it two more occurred, in which millions of people lost their lives to the greed and ust for power that belonged to mankind.

Unknown location

Deep within the earth was a large research facility. An illegal quirk experimental facility owned by a villainous organization named Schicksal. All seemed to be going rather well until the alarms of the facility started to go off everywhere.

"This is code red!! I repeat, This is code red!! Subject K423 has escaped, retrieve her alive immediately!!" A loud male voice shouted over the speakers all around the facilities. The loud loud footsteps of troops could be heard as men with tranquilizers searched all over the facility.

Within a small storage room on the top floor of the base three two figures could be seen hiding within the shadows of the room. The first one was a redhead in her mid twenties or so, with ember orange eyes. She held in her left hand a 9mm and the right a large sword. The other person was a teenage woman who had sky blue eyes, dark sliver hair and wore pices of armor as her clothing. Within said girls arms was a far much younger girl, who had snow white hair and had sky blue eyes, she was about five years of age, and was wearing a white cloth that covered her body.

"Himeko-san, how are we going to get out now? Their most likely going to cover the elevator." The silver head girl asked the redhead with as whisper.

"Bella, my priority is getting you and Kiana out of here, especially Kiana. I'll have to distract the troops myself. You just make sure you get out of here." Himeko said with a small smile. Unfortunately her response caused the girl is Bella's arms, Kiana, to look at the redhead with tear stained eyes.

"B-but Aunt Himeko, I thought you said we would be running away together." Kiana spoke up, the five year old girl unable to truly comprehend the situation that they were in at the present moment. All she knew was that Bella and Himeko had promised to take her away from this place, where the mean people were always hurting her with needles and knives.

"Don't worry sugar, I'll be right behind you the whole time." Himeko spoke with a gentle smile on her face. Kiana was reassured by that, but Bella saw right through he façade and knew the redhead was lying. She would most likely not live past tonight.

"This isn't a good idea." Bella spoke out, to be honest she was more concerned with how her queen, Kiana, would be affected by the loss of one of the few people she cherished.

"It the only chance we have." Himeko argued as she then moved towards the door, sh turned toward Bella and Kiana in her arms once more, "Take of her for me will ya. And remember, don't trust anyone except for All Might." Himeko stated to which Bella nodded in response. No one would lay a hand on her queen if she had anything to say about it.

Himeko moved out of the room and into the corridors, she looked both left ad right before finally running to the left side, the opposite direction from where the elevator was located.

"I've got Himeko in sight come on!!" One of the troops shouted and not a second later numerous footsteps could be heard rushing in the same direction the redhead had gone.

Bella felt Kiana's grip on her tighten, looking down at the girl he sentient quirk realized that her queen was shaking in fear. Bella held onto the girl tighter ad caressed her head reassuringly.

"Will aren't Himeko really come back Bella?" Kiana asked, she didn't want the redhead to get hurt because of her. She had been the only other person besides Bella to treat her kindly within this lab.

"I don't know my queen, I don't know." Bella answered, as a sentient quirk she was incapable of lying to Kiana, and honestly had no desire to do so, and thus answered in a way thatwoudnt give the young girl any false hope, "But we have to go now, otherwise this would have all been for nothing." Bella added on.

Making sure Kiana was secure,and positioned protectively against her chest, Bella moved towards the door of the room and used her enhanced senses to feel for any potential threats. Upon seeing that the coast was clear she ran out the room, towards the directions Himeko had given her. If they could make it to the elevator then they would be free, that much was a fact for the sentient quirk.

"Freeze!!" The sudden shout caused Bella to falter slightly, but rather than slow down she only went even faster. She called upon one of the many powers her queen had blessed her with, ad lightning encased her form, not eve harming the child in her arms. With that argumentation Bella ran at speeds most could only dream of, leaving the troop in the dust before he could even shoot or call for backup.

With the speeds she was travelling at it didn't take her long to reach the elevator. She didn't hesitate to open it and get inside just as fast. Looking down to make sure Kiana was okay, she noted the girl was still had her small arms wrapped around her torso with her face buried in her chest. Presing the button for the ground floor, the elevator began to move upwards.

They were almost out, just a little bit more and the they would be free from this place. Just a litte more and Bella would be able to truly be of service to her queen. Unrestricted by the corrupt ways of the people down in those labs. One day, she would make them pay for all the suffering they had caused to Kiana, but today was about escaping.

"K423, I know that you can hear me" A smooth voice suddenly claimed over the comms, it was a voice that caused both Kiana and Bella's blood to run cold. The screen within the elevator came to life and displayed a blond haired man with emerald green eyes, he wore a slightly dark blue tux. The Overseer of this criminal organization, Otto Apocalypse. "I am giving you to the count of ten to turn yourself over, or……" The screen suddenly zoomed out from the man and displayed him standing behind none other than Himeko, with a gun pointed to her head. The redhead looked like she had definitely seen better days, with bruises and cuts all over her body and a swollen right eye.

"...I will kill your beloved 'Aunt'." The man spoke tauntingly.

The effect was instant as Kiana began to struggle against against Bella's hold on her. Tears streaming down her eyes.

"One……Two….."

"We have to help her!!" Kiana screamed as she struggled against Bella's grip, but could not get out due to how tightly she was being held.

"….Three…..Four…."

Bella felt guilt and anger rising up within her. Guilt in the fact that she was stopping her queen from doing something that she greatly desire to achieve, and by doing so was indirectly allowing Otto to kill Himeko. And anger in the fact that these people would stoop so low as to use do this to a child who was no older than five years, regardless of her origin.

"…Five…Six…Seven…" Otto deliberately began to count a little bit faster, by then both Kiana and Bella knew that even if they were to turn back now, they wouldn't be able to prevent Himeko's death. Kiana stopped struggling as her eyes remained glued to the screen, where she saw Himeko was smiling despite her condition.

"Live….Kiana, live your life to the fullest." Himeko said as she closed her eyes and awaited her fate.

"…Eight…Nine…Ten." Otto finished his countdown he pulled the trigger.

BANG!! BANG!! BANG!!

The three shots fired caused Kiana to flinch everytime, as she watched the first bullet go through Himeko's skull and the other two through her chest. The young girl watched the screen as her Aunts lifeless corpse fell to the ground, and a pool of blood began to surround her. She couldn't breathe, her mind and body felt numb. Bella noticed this and immediately turned the child's had from the screen and buried into her chest. Kiana did not fight, and instead started to cry.

Just as Bella was about to comfort her queen, elevator door opened, signaling that they had now reached the surface. This would be a first for both Bella and Kiana, neither of them had known the life outside of the lab. They had never been let outside. As she stepped outside the elevator, she noticed that she was still within a large building, but the difference was she could see the outside world through the glass windows.

Lightning still encasing her form, Bella ran out the elevator and made a beeline for the exit of the building. Moving faster than the eye could see, she was able to speed past numerous security measure that were activating behind her.

As soon as she was outside, and the wind blew against her body, Bella's body began to glow as it grew larger and larger. It reached the height of a three story building, as her body went on all fours, her neck became elongated, her skin became white hardened scales with blue outlinings and enourmous wings srouted from her backside. In summary, the once human shaped sentient quirk transformed into a gigantic dragon.

With Kiana, who had passed out from shock, secure and gently held within one of her claws, The magnificent beast flapped its mighty wings and took to the sarry night sky. Hoping to get as far away fro Schicksal as it could in order to protect its master.
