Mike: "Hi Everyone, my name's Mike Vergot from the FanFic Kung Fu Python".
Yinshen: "And I'm Yinshen, from the same story".
Mike: "If you happen to be reading this, it means that Christmas is no doubt around the corner, and since the author of the story is pretty much going to be gone for a whole month in a few days time, we figured it would be best if the star of the fic, aka me, would go over a few things with the audience".
Yinshen: "Not to mention that I, the co-star will be spe"-
Mike: "Whoa whoa whoa, Co-star? When did you become the co-star? If anything, Vipers' the co-star, not you".
Yinshen: "What? Yes I am, I play a huge role in the story"!
Mike: "Yeah, in the first act you did, but seriously, how many chapters have you appeared in for the second act? Like, two, three max? Yeah, whoopdie effing doo".
Yinshen: (Sticks her tongue out at Mike)
Mike: "Anyway, putting our differences aside, both I and Yinshen have a few things to go over with with all the fans, from those who joined us at our very first chapter and have stuck with us up to this point"-
Yinshen: "Not very many I'm sure".
Mike: "-To the newer fans. I mean, we've only been on Fanfiction for what, ten and a half months now, and the support we've been recieving has been amazing, really it has. When the author first wrote this fic, he expected it to hardly get anywhere, just wrote it for a laugh".
Yinshen: "Well, that explains the title".
Mike: "And now, almost a year later, we've managed to do and explore so much more with the site, made friends with a lot of great guys, and have even written out more stories revolving around our original fanfic, and we hope that we remain around for much much longer".
Yinshen: "That reminds me, did the author ever get round to finishing A Stitch In Time"?
Mike: "... He's working on it... But with that being said, we figured that since the second act of Kung Fu Python is done with, now might be a good time to introduce a new story".
Yinshen: "New story"?
Mike: "Well, we have a choice of two actually. The first one is a short story on how Fu-Xi returns to the Valley of Peace to seek his revenge in which I must find a way to stop him".
Yinshen: "Wait, hold on. I thought you just ended up leaving the Valley of Peace"!
Mike: "Yeah, the author decided not to have the story as Canon to the Kung Fu Python series".
Yinshen: "Oh".
Mike: "But what will be canon is our second story, which takes place several years before the kung fu panda movie, based in Gongmen city. The plot of it will be exploring how Yinshen here went from being a small time thief to being the servant of Fennu".
Yinshen: "Wait, what? I don't remember being informed"-
Mike: "By the time the author returns back to the FanFiction website, some time in January, he will check the comments section or private emails to check the responses".
Yinshen: "hold on, just... back up a second. When exactly were you planning on sharing this with me"?
Mike: "Oh come on Yinshen, lighten up. You're the one who was just talking about being a star, jeez".
Yinshen: "Well, yeah, but wasn't the story posted on months back? And didn't the author delete it after a few days"?
Mike: "Yeah, he did. There were just too many errors on the story and has remained in storage ever since... for now anyway".
Yinshen: "(Grumble) Well, even so, how do you know that we're going to get any replies on this? Hmmm? It's not the first time we've recieved no response from this sort of thing".
Mike: "Well if we don't then we won't write any of them, simple as that".
Yinshen: "And if we happen to get an equal amount of votes for the stories"?
Mike: "Yeah, cause that's likely to happen. If it does, we'll end up writing both".
Yinshen: "Well then, let's hope the author is up to it".
Mike: "Indeed. But moving on, We'd like to give a few shoutouts to some incredible people who have been following this story".

Benjamin King: This guy has an incredible story over on his own account, and makes the shoutout list for a couple of reasons. The first being the cheerful comments, explaining what you liked about different chapters, and second, the fact that you went and added an alternative version of my OC to your story was an unexpected, yet pleasant surprise. I really enjoyed seeing Mike paired up with Vipers sister Yang, so excellent work. It'll be fun to read more of your story in the future.
The Joining: As mysterious as you are, it's no secret that you're a nice guy, or girl ^^' and have been quite humorous with your comments (Especially the one written for chapter 90 XD ) so a big thank you to you bud. Hope I'll be able to see some more of your comments in the next act.
AnthroLover: The reason you made the list was because of your story based off of my own. You were nice enough to ask permission, unlike some people who just take and steal, and gave me credit. Also, it's good to see that from your latest chapter (The fifth one) that you're beginning to branch out a little creating your story. Good on you mate. Yinshen: Kind of the thing I'd expect to be put at the very bottom of the story but, whatever. You're the one in charge here"...
Mike: " Shame I can't mute you... Well, I guess that's it for shout-outs. Certainly a good few names up there".
Yinshen: "Yeah, who'd have thought a loser like you would be loved so much"?
Mike: "Oh shut it Yinshen, don't be a jealous brat"!
Yinshen: "Just saying"...
Mike: "Okay now then, one last thing we'll be going over. A few days ago a certain fan, I won't say who out of respect and privacy, asked if they could be mentioned in the third act. The author accepted, but don't let this fool you guys. On the rare event of anyone else asking, we won't be adding OCs to the story. The only reason the author accepted was because he was the first to ask. If you're reading this, you know who you are".
Yinshen: (Chuckles) "What fool would want to be a part of this story"?
Mike: "Someone who's not afraid to ask for what he wants. But moving on, that's all we have time to say, so from the author and myself, I wish you guys a Merry Christmas! Have a good one"!

Mike: "Aren't you going to say anything"?
Yinshen: "Why, should I"?
Mike: "Yes! It's going to be at least another month before you're mentioned in the story again. The least you could do is wish everyone out there a merry Christmas"!
Yinshen: "Yeah, I could, but won't. Not much point since you've already said it".
Mike: "Ugh, it's pointless arguing with you, you know that? I'm out of here". (Slithers off, mentioning something about headache tablets, leaving Yinshen on her own)
Yinshen: "Stroppy. Happy new year guys"... (Walks away)

I didn't feel like leaving for Scotland without some sort of Christmas wishing, so I got Mike and Yinshen to do it for me :D
Seriously though guys, I appreciate the support given to me over the year, and I can only hope that it continues to be given from such amazing fans. I hope you enjoyed this little Christmas chapter, and if any of you that have been shouted out want removed, I'll do so as long as it's before the 25th, otherwise you may have to wait for a month ^^
And for the people who have asked about the new story picture, my apologies, I hadn't realized the writing for Viper was too small. She's saying "But I don't even celebrate this holiday" Since she prefers the winter feast and not Christmas ^^ Hope that clears things up.
