Summary: Nigel's got a brother.
Disclaimer: Nope. Don't own em. I am getting a Crossing Jordan T-shirt though.
Just a little Nigel/Lily friendship fic. My first one shot.
"You're acting strange." Lily stated, more of a ponder than a blunt irritant in her voice.
"I have a new brother." he spilled, somewhat annoyed.
"Huh?" Lily replied, confused.
"My dad go remarried 11 months ago. He has a son, Frankie."
"Baby brother? You have a baby brother?" she asked.
Realizing she didn't get the point, he continued. "He never called. Not when he got married, not when he had a son. Never. My brother called me. Thought I knew.' Nigel exclaimed, exasperated.
Lily put on her 'grievance counselor' face, the one she always had when she thought, and looked at him.
"You should call him. Ask to see your brother. Frankie, is it? You're his son too. It would make you...less...irritated." she told him.
Nigel immediately dismissed her idea, only to ponder it many long hours later.

He dialed the number and waited. "Hey, daddy. I hear you have a new son...Can I see him?.. Yeah, I know. I moved...Ok, see you then." He pushed the phone down to the receiver with a click. His face held a large smile, he's going to see his brother.
Nigel pushed open the 'Private: Staff Only' doors, running into Lily.
"Woah. Sorry. Why?" she pointed to his smile, not knowing how to finish her sentence.
"I'm going to see my brother." he pointed out.
"Where?" she asked.
"London." he read her face, 'When?' it asked. "Now."
"Now?" Lily asked.
"Now. I moved, he didn't know my number." Nigel said quickly.
'To Macy's office and then to London' Nigel thought. 'I have a brother'
