My name is Tommy. I am a tall boy of about six feet and am very skinny. I have blue eyes and multicolored hair. I bowl every Wednesday and am very athletic. I know that you don't want to read a narrative about how I look or what I do in my life, so here it is; How I Ended Up On the Net and Met Some New Friends!

It all started when I got a strange e-mail through my PDA. It stated, "Tommy, the net needs you. If you accept, press the symbol below. Please come, we need …." The message stopped there as if the person who had sent it had been interrupted and had only enough time to send the e-mail to me. I knew I had to help. The symbol was of an upside-down pyramid (all gold) with a white jewel in the center of it. Without any hesitation, I pressed the symbol with my finger.

For a little while, all I could see were zeros and ones, which I knew as the basic computer language, and then I was in a weird world with a lot of weird humanoid creatures. I don't know why, but when I looked down at myself, I saw that I was encased in white body armor, had a sword at my side, and the same symbol that I had pressed was on my chest.
It didn't take very long before I was attacked by a creature that looked like a dog and had spikes down its back. I actually knew what to do, to my own surprise, as I drew my sword from its sheath. The dog-like creature fired a blast of fire from its mouth, and I deflected it with my sword. I advanced and sliced downward with my sword, destroying the creature instantly. I then fainted and knew no more.
