Frozen Lantern
Chapter 14
A few weeks after escaping Qward, everything is seemingly back to normal. Arendelle is under repair after it suffered a horrendous attack by the Yellow Lanterns. With the help of Dante and Elsa, most of the city is fully restored. The brave men and women who help with the crisis were decorated as heroes along with the military.
In his bedroom, Dante is reading a book on his bed, when there is a knock on the door. He puts the book down before he goes to the door and opens it. It is not Elsa but Anna.
"Anna? This is unexpected." Dante said.
"May I come in?" Anna ask.
"Sure."
Dante lets the princess in before she sits on the bed. She sighs with a bit of sadness.
"What's wrong?" He asked her.
"I'm still having thoughts about what Hans did to me. He showed me the worst memory when Elsa struck me." Anna said.
Dante goes to hug her as she softly cries.
"When will this pain end?" She asked.
"It will. Trust me. You should take a walk with Kristoff." Dante suggested the mountain man.
"You're right. Thank you." Anna said before she gets up and leaves.
Dante then leaves his room before he goes to find Elsa.
Meanwhile, Anna meets up with her boyfriend and they sat down at a bench.
"What am I going to do, Kristoff? I want to have courage like I did before, but Hans-" She spoke before Kristoff embraces her.
"It's going to be ok, Anna. There is hope for you." He said.
"There is?"
"Yes, Anna. All will be well. I got to go. I'll see you at dinner." Kristoff said before he and Anna kissed. Then he leaves for his duty.
"All will be well..." Anna said.
"Hi Anna."
Anna turns to see Olaf.
"Hi, Olaf."
"I heard you say "all will be well." Do you know what that means?" The snowman ask.
"Well it means things will be better than worse." She replied.
"Like having hope?"
"Yes. Like having hope."
"Then why is there a blue shiny light in front of you?"
"What shiny blue light?"
"Look behind you."
Anna turns around before gasping. Hovering in front of her was a blue ring.
"Anna of Earth. You have the ability to acquire great hope. You have hope within your heart." The ring said.
Anna stares at the ring in awe. It told her that she has hope in her heart.
"Take it Anna. You could be like Elsa and Dante!" Olaf said.
"Ring, I accept your offer. Knight me!" Anna said as she reaches out. The ring inserts her right middle finger before clenching. Then a big flash of light shines parts of the kingdom. Some of the people turn to the light in awe along with Olaf and some kids.
Near the mountains, the workers were doing their duties when one of them sees the blue light.
"Hey, fellas! Look!" He said to them.
They stop what they were doing and turn to the light. Kristoff sees it as well.
"Anna..."
He quickly rushes and climbs on Sven.
"Come on boy!" Kristoff shouted and his reindeer gallops at full speed back to town
The light dies down before the crowd was astonished.
Anna looks at her clothing in awe. She is wearing a suit that is covered in blue. Her gloves and her boots are black. She is amazed by what she wears.
"Wow!" She said in amazement.
"Whoa!" The kids and Olaf is in unison.
Then all of a sudden, a blue aura surrounds Anna before she floats in the air.
"What's going on?!" She asked.
"You're floating!" Olaf said.
Then Anna skyrockets up into the sky at full speed.
"Anna!" Olaf shouted.
"Olaf!" Anna shouts as she gets flown away.
Kristoff arrives only too late.
"Anna!!" He shouted in the sky as his love disappeared.
Anna tries to maintain balance as she is taken from the atmosphere of Earth and now into space. Even she is amazed at the surrounding area, Anna is still a bit scared as she travels through wherever the ring takes her.
Meanwhile, Dante walks down the castle hall when he sees Gerda and Kai.
"Good day, Lt. Rayner." Kai said.
"How can we help you, son?" Gerda asked.
"Have you guys seen Elsa?" Dante asks.
"She's in her room. She's not doing any paperwork" Kai replied.
"Thank you." Dante said before he goes to the queen's room. He has visited the room a few times before. He first entered when Elsa was ordered to be isolated as a child for Anna's safety. Upon reaching the door, Dante was about to knock before hearing giggling from inside. Then thumping was also heard. Dante reaches to the before leaning his ear to hear the sounds. More giggling and more thumping was heard. Dante slowly opens the door to take a look inside. When the door opens slightly, Dante looks and smirks to see what Elsa is doing.
Elsa is bouncing around on an exercise ball. She uses her ring to create a handle and she turn the exercise ball into a large space hopper. Dante looks at the girl in wonder as Elsa bounces up and down on the ball. She turns before seeing him.
"Hey, Dante. Great day." Elsa said, continue bouncing.
"I see you have found a way to entertain yourself." Dante said as he leans on the doorway, crossing his arms with a smirk on his face.
"I sometimes like bouncing and so does Anna." Elsa said before she finally stops to take a break from all the bouncing "Whew. That's a lot of bouncing. Hehe."
"Elsa! Dante!"
The two turn to see Olaf and Kristoff running towards them. They usually see Olaf smiling but now they see him panicking.
"It's Anna!" He said.
"What happened?! Is she alright?!" Elsa asked.
"Anna vanished in the air." Kristoff said.
"WHAT?!" Elsa said in horror.
"How dis this happened?!" Dante demands.
"I don't know. A blue light had taken her up in the sky." The little snowman answered.
"Blue light..." Dante muttered before thinking for a bit. He has heard about the color before snapping fingers to solve the answer, "Hope. It has to be hope! The Blue Lanterns!"
"Hope?" Elsa asked.
"Yes. Olaf, how did Anna got a Blue Lantern ring?" The warrior asked.
"Well she did say something like, "All will be well."
"I know those words when I first visit Saint Walker. Anna is heading for Odym. Elsa, get ready. We're going to the Blue Lantern Corps." Dante said.
"Please bring her back." Kristoff said.
"We will. Trust us." Dante said.
Dante and Elsa prepare themselves as they take off for the planet Odym.
Read and Review. Also I know people wanted Anna to be a Star Sapphire but in my story she is now a Blue Lantern. She will be the hope her home.
