Frozen Lantern
Chapter 15
Dante and Elsa have left Earth to find Anna who was chosen by the Blue Lantern Corps.
"Why would Anna be chosen as the Blue Lantern Corps?" Elsa asks.
"Hmm. My guess is that it had something to do with hope. If we find Anna, we find out answer." Dante replied.
As the two travel, hiding in the asteroid belt was Feena. She sees them before following them. The Yellow Lantern sees Dante insight.
"How close are we to Odym?" Elsa asks.
"I say we are-" Dante was blasted in the back.
Elsa turns to see Feena speeding towards her and Dante. She uses her ice powers. Thanks to the cold in space, Elsa manages to create a thick fog. The fog covers most of the area, forcing Feena to halt.
"You can't hide from me, Dante. Not even your girlfriend can protect you." Feena said.
In the fog, Elsa goes to Dante who recovers from the blast.
"What happens?" Dante asks.
"That woman in Yellow attacked you. That's what." Elsa replied.
"Great. We can't even have one day off with another one of these goons bothering us!" Dante said.
"I'll hold her off while you get Anna." Elsa said with determination.
"Elsa, you still need training. You're not ready to deal with an experienced Lantern like her." Dante warned.
"I still have my ice powers, love. She has no idea who she's dealing with." Elsa argued.
Dante sees his girlfriend who is willing to hold off their pursuers. Sighing, Dante leans close to Elsa.
"Be careful. I'll get Anna and come back for you." Dante said.
"If I'm still alive, I want to spend the rest of my with you." Elsa confessed.
"You're want to marry me?" Dante asked.
Just as Elsa was about to answer, a yellow laser shines before Dante creates a shield, but the yellow laser breaks the construct. Elsa turns parts of the fog into razer sharp spikes and throws them at the location.
"Go, Dante! Go!" Elsa said.
Dante quickly grabs Elsa before kissing her. After parting, Dante takes off a full speed as Elsa clears the fog, revealing Feena.
"Well well. You must be the queen who was chosen by the Green Lantern ring." She said, taunting Elsa.
"You guys are nothing but trouble to us." Elsa said with determination.
"I see that Hans has failed to take you down. Now it is my turn. Let's see what you guy, Queen." Feena taunted before firing her ring at Elsa who dodges. The Ice Queen goes and delivers a right hook across the alien girl's face, "Not bad for a Queen."
The Yellow Lantern tackles Elsa and the two Lanterns duel it out.
Meanwhile, Dante flies as fast as he can go to reach Anna on Odym. He sees the planet up ahead before beginning to approach the surface. Once enter, Dante smiles as he sees the peaceful world once more. Long before, Dante and his father had visited Odym a few times to visit the Blue Lanterns, especially the leaders, Ganthet and Sayd. He sees a lake with a few trees, before seeing Anna in a meditation with a Blue Lantern.
He lands near her before approaching the princess.
"Anna!" He called to her.
Anna turns and sees Dante approaching her, "Dante!" She flies in before hugging him, "I'm so glad that you're here!"
Dante pulls back before smiling at her. He looks at her new Blue Lantern uniform.
"You look good in that. Elsa will be so happy to see you like this. Not to mention Kristoff too. He would be pleased to see you in that." Dante said.
Anna giggles in humor.
"I see that the princess has some humor."
The two turn to see a familiar face approaching them.
"Ganthet. Sayd." Dante said with a smile on his face.
"Green Lantern Dante. It has been a while." Ganthet said, smiling.
"What brings you here?" Sayd asks.
"I was about to bring Anna back to Earth when you showed up." Dante replied.
"Dante, this place is amazing. I mean, it is so peaceful everywhere. Ganthet and Sayd helped me clear my mind of all fear." Anna said in amazement, "Where's Elsa?"
Dante knew Elsa is fighting against Feena. However, due to a lack of combat experience, Elsa won't be able to hold off much longer.
"That is why I have come to bring you back. Kristoff got worried that you were stolen again." Dante said.
"Oh! You're right. I have to go home!" Anna said.
"Go, Anna. Your destiny awaits." Ganthet said.
"But I still have some trianing."
"When we get Elsa. Let's go!" Dante said.
Dante leads Anna as the two depart from Odym to return to Elsa.
Meanwhile, crashing into a large asteroid was Elsa. She gets up before being blasted by Feena. She is having trouble holding off against the Yellow Lantern. They are fighting in the asteroid belt.
"Come on, Elsa. Where's that willpower you've earned?" Feena asked.
Elsa quickly makes smoke to cover her escape. She then hides in one of the larger asteroids in the belt. Taking a breather, the Queen is struggling to fight against Feena.
"Okay, Elsa. Think. Remember what Dante taught you." Elsa said to herself before clenching her fist.
Feena, meanwhile, searches for Elsa who is hiding somewhere, "Where is that cowardly queen?"
That is when three large asteroids are thrown at her. She manages to destroy all three of them, but Elsa flies in and slams her with a large anvil. Feena gets thrown at least a few feet, crashing into several asteroids before recovering.
"Well. I see you emerge from your shell." Feena said.
That is when three large catapults armed with large stones are created by Elsa before something strikes Feena in the back. Elsa looks and sees Dante in a large mecha construct with Anna flying next to him. Dante flies and punches Feena a few times before blasting her away.
"Elsa! Let's go!" Dante shouted to her.
Elsa flies next to Dante and the three retreat away from the fight.
"Elsa!" Anna shouted.
"Anna!" Elsa said
The two girls embrace each other before Elsa looks at Anna's new attire.
"You look great in that." She commented.
"Elsa, before I left, did you really ask me to marry you?" Dante said in which the three lanterns stop.
"What?" Anna asks in confusion.
"Yes. Dante, I wanted to ask you, but I understand that-" Elsa is silent with a finger on her lips by Dante.
"I know. Elsa, I want to marry you." Dante confesses.
"Really?"
"Yes. I do want to spend the rest of my life with you."
"Yes!" Elsa said as she embraces Dante and they both kissed.
"Yes! I knew you finally found your true love. I gotta tell Kristoff!" Anna said before taking off at full speed.
"Hey get back here!" Dante said before he and Anna flew after her.
Feena recovers before receiving communication from Sinestro.
"Report" He said.
"Elsa and others have retreated. It looks like her sister has been chosen not by will but by hope," Feena responded.
"Return to base at once. It is time to prepare for an all-out assault on Dante." The leader said before ending the comlink.
Feena flies away as Sinestro prepares for an all-out assault on Earth and against Dante.
The story is almost over. Requests are open. Also, I haven't been researching the Orange Lantern Corps. Sorry.
