America's Most Wanted
On the Island of Sodor, the various locomotive fleets were hoard at work but Spencer and Gordon were on edge and a tad jumpy and it didn't go unnoticed by the rest of the fleet who were already expecting a visit from one of Duchess Corrinne's friends.
By the time work was done for the day the team were in the sheds and they knew that Spencer was in the sheds with them for his safety. Spencer was by far the most affected by all that had happened and that he was now a target for Lord Arcanon's wrath as were a lot of his relatives.
Bear: (concerned) Spencer, you and Gordon have been quiet as of late. I take it this has to do with Lord Arcanon's crew freeing the leader of the Canadian Terrors and Orchestrating the attack on your sister Dominion of Canada.
Spencer: That's not even the worst of it. Lord Arcanon's minions have been creating havoc for the Duke and Duchess and they have worse news.
James: We've already got enough bad news as it is how can there be more bad news?
As if on cue the Fat Controller arrived with a newspaper in hand and a grim look on his face and he was joined by a man with slight grey hair and a serious expression on his face and dark brown eyes and a woman with brunette hair and brown eyes.
Henry: Don't tell us, let us guess, Problems already? How bad is it?
The Fat Controller: I'm afraid so Henry. Arcanon's crew broke out some even more dangerous criminals, helped American fugitives escape to countries with no extradition treaties with the United States but the worst part is not only did they kill witnesses but they killed anybody who dared to stand up to them.
The fleet were shocked but not as shocked when Shauntal Payne's family got control of the Barrow in Furness Ironworks and Arry and Bert in the process as retaliation for the punishments that the Fat Controller handed them for their actions among the other things the family has done such as freeing Bulgy and Bulstrode from their punishments and recruiting anybody and everyone with a grudge against the North Western Railway like Horrid Horace the Lorry and George the Steamroller.
Rebecca: Sounds like Lord Arcanon and Shauntal's relatives are already building an army of our most hated enemies and retaliate against us.
Gordon: That much we already know what we don't get is why is all of this happening now? I thought the United States had a task force for something like this. Why aren't they doing their jobs? Did something happen to them?
The Fat Controller: The FBI's Fugitive Task Force was brutally attacked and beaten within an inch of their lives by Arcanon's crew and the fugitive they captured recently is now hiding out here on the Island of Sodor according to our guests John Walsh and Elizabeth Vargas who are here.
John Walsh then stepped up and began to explain what was happening.
John: As you all know Lord Arcanon has returned and has begun to wreak havoc in the Untied States and he's freed the Leader of the Canadian Terrors and helped a fugitive escape form America.
James: We already know what. What we don't know is why we're here.
Elizabeth Vargas decided to speak up as the fleet were confused.
Elizabeth: We have reason to believe the fugitive is in Vicarstown heading to the east. Chances are the fugitive in question is receiving outside help and is being taken to a non-extradition country.
Bear: So, what are we supposed to do about it? We're just locomotives. We're not human.
John: I tell this to everyone who watches America's Most Wanted in the United States and I'm gonna tell you the same thing. You can make a difference.
Henry: even if you're right and I'm not saying you're not right how are we supposed to help? We're not cops nor do we have the training. Not to mention we have no clue who the fugitive is or if Arcanon is even involved.
As the fleet were talking one of Lord Arcanon's lieutenants on the Island of Sodor was listening in and dialing up the Dark Lord Arcanon to tell him everything using an untraceable burner phone that was paid with cash.
Lord Arcanon: (Via untraceable burner phone) This is Lord Arcanon speaking. Speak. What's going on?
Lieutenant: Lord Arcanon sire we have a problem. John Wash and Elizabeth Vargas are talking to the North Western Railway fleet about Lou Faris the fugitive we just rescued.
Lord Arcanon: (yelling) WHAT! What's going on? I thought you said the Fugitive Task Force was currently in no state to chase Lou?!
Lieutenant: They are in no state to chase us but I just got word that the FBI has a Fly team based in Budapest and they're on the way. What do we do?
Lord Arcanon: No matter how soon they get here it'll be way too late but I will say one thing, we may have to bring in outside help to eliminate the Fly Team and I will say one thing Master Xehanort is sure to be furious if he has to get involved in affairs in the United States.
Lieutenant: I understand and that answers my first question but now it brings up my second question. Who is Master Xehanort?
Lord Arcanon: Master Xehanort is the crime lord of Japan and rules Asia's criminal underworld with a tight grip and a cunning mind. He and I are long time allies in the business but where as I prefer to operate mostly in Europe he usually stays in Japan since Japan has almost no extradition treaties anywhere.
Lieutenant: But why does Xehanort hate getting involved in the United States Criminal Underworld or even setting foot in the United States?
Lord Arcanon: Japan has an extradition treaty with the United States. If Xehanort or any of his minions set foot in the United States they risk getting captured and so will the crew. I however have no fear of visiting Japan and wreaking havoc there knowing that Japan has no extradition with any of the European Countries and I've brought fugitives from America to China and Russia and Montenegro. But I never bring them to Hong Kong because the U.S. has an extradition treaty with them but China, Russia, and Montenegro do not. Speaking of which I trust you'll deliver Lou Farris to the extraction point so we can deliver him to the Casino Royale in Montenegro?
Lieutenant: With all due respect Lord Arcanon wouldn't it be easier to take him to Scotland?
Lord Arcanon: They'll be expecting us to leave via London or Edinburgh so we need to find a private Airfield in Sodor or the Barrow First. Then we need to get you to Egypt so you can rub it in the face of the FBI.
Lieutenant: I understand Lord Arcanon but first I'll have a team finish off Lieutenant Piper Kelly once and for all to reestablish our powerbase.
Lord Arcanon: See to it that you do and make sure you leave for a non-extradition country or suffer my wrath. Arcanon out.
Lord Arcanon ended the call as his Lieutenant on Sodor went to find Lou Faris and have some dangerous minions finish off Lieutenant Piper Swan Kelly once and for all.
Back with the fleet Rebecca was taking a goods train to Vicarstown which had been dangerous for steam engines to do as of late. The Bulleid Light Pacific was still worried about what John and Elizabeth said.
Rebecca's Driver: Worried already? I wouldn't be surprised if you are given the circumstances. The FBIs already lost their fugitive task force and their agents from the New York Office were attacked and I don't know what's gonna happen should Lord Arcanon decide to wreak more havoc across Europe.
Rebecca: Arcanon is bringing bad news everywhere he goes and now his reign of terror has spread here to Sodor. I thought we were safe from Arcanon but we aren't.
Rebecca's Driver: Arcanon will stop at nothing to rule the criminal underworld and those who stood up to him would up dead during his first rise to power and his attempt to take over England and establish a base on Sodor. Now that he's teamed up with the enemies of the North Western those who crossed him before are going to flee for their lives and their relatives very existence.
Rebecca's fireman: Even so the Fat Controller is relying on us to continue with our duties as usual otherwise we'd only be giving Arcanon more power.
Rebecca understood as Lord Arcanon was getting stronger and they needed all the help they could get in order to defeat Arcanon once and for all.
Lieutenant Piper Kelly was currently finishing up the paperwork needed and with Arcanon out to kill her she had to be extra careful or Arcanon would have her killed, eliminate those who support her, free the diesels that were rightfully punished and wipe out all the steam engines on Sodor and eliminate their bosses for all time.
Piper: (thinking) I cannot let all that Duchess Corrinne and I have accomplished go to waste. If I fail then all we've worked so hard for to bring positive changes to the school and the railway not to mention our efforts to stop Arcanon from taking over Barrow in Furness will be for nothing.
Piper finished up the paperwork and opted to go for her usual jog but as he was jogging Piper couldn't help but sense she was being followed which meant that somebody was out to eliminate her and clear the post to Lord Arcanon's rise to power which meant she had to stay strong and continue to fight Arcanon and his empire no matter the cost even if the cost was her own life.
Piper prepared herself as the thugs began to attack. The thugs were more like an unruly and undisciplined mob which meant that Piper was holding her own and knocking out thugs left and right but the lieutenant had a feeling that one of lord Arcanon's minions would be showing up soon enough. Ture to form after defeating the local thugs, bullets began flying at piper forcing her to take cover as armed mercenaries on lord Arcanon's books fired at her.
Piper: (Yelling) Dang it. Of all the times to get my sidearm checked at the gun shop today had to be that day. I can't believe this. Now isn't the time to get rattled. I've got to focus upon the here and the now and I must defeat these mercenaries.
Just when Lieutenant Piper Kelly was close to being shot through her cover gunshots rang out and sounds of pain rang out from the mercenaries before the bullets stopped. Piper looked up and saw the mercs were all either dead or fled prompting the lieutenant to emerge and question what happened. Piper didn't have to wait long as five people and a dog emerged with some help from the Special Air Services who happened to be members of the Gold Dragons.
Piper: Thanks for all the help so far. I don't know what would've happened if you didn't show up. I owe you my life but I have to as one thing, who are you people?
The team of FBI agents stepped up as their leader began the introductions.
Man: My name is FBI Agent Scott Forrester. I'm the Supervisory Special Agent in charge of the International Fly Team. This is FBI Special Agent Jamie Kellett, the team Second in Command. FBI Special Agent Andre Raines, his skills are accounting and they've come in handy, the new member of our team is Cameron Vo, FBI Special Agent and West Point Graduate. This is Katrin Jaeger, a Multilingual Europol Agent and our liaison for our team and this is Tank, our Cadaver dog and he obeys my commands.
Piper: Once again I thank you for your help Agent Forrester. My name is Piper Kelly. I'm a lieutenant in the Royal Navy and acting controller of this railway.
Jamie: I don't suppose you can explain why these mercenaries were attacking you and trying to kill you.
Piper Kelly explained all that happened up to that point and the cause of these events. Piper Kelly didn't skip or leave out any details knowing they needed every ounce of intel so as to bring down the forces of darkness.
Lieutenant Piper Kelly: And that's basically all that's been happening since Duchess Corrinne made changes. Changes in my opinion were much needed and she's also been giving practical advice as of late.
Cameron: (Shocked) You mean to say that Lord Arcanon is trying to kill you because you supported Duchess Corrinne when she had suggested some bullies were to be punished according to how she saw fit and all because their fall formal was cancelled?!
Piper: That's correct and that's not the worst of it. Shauntal Payne used the power of Payne Industries to threaten Jennifer to mistreat Duchess Corrinne and the Steam Engines who backed her up because Payne hates steam engines and she's out for revenge upon Duchess Corrinne because Duchess Corrinne canceled the fall formal of the sorority that Shauntal Payne's Daughter leads. But now Lord Arcanon has come to try and kill me because I've locked up the Diesels who supported Shauntal Payne and her plans and I refuse to reverse the punishment until further notice. I even fired their drivers as well.
The FBI Fly Team were deeply shocked knowing that with Lord Arcanon involved he wouldn't rest until Piper Kelly was dead and with both the New York Office and the Fugitive Task Force heavily beaten within inches of their lives thanks to Arcanon's crew they were next on his list allowing him to continue to wreak havoc all across Europe.
Agent Forrester: Based upon all you have told us this is indeed worse than we thought.
Piper: Yeah that much we know but now for the big question Agent Forrester, what are we going to do?
Agent: Keller: We'll do everything in our power to keep you safe but first we must catch Lou Farris before he escapes to a non-extradition country.
Piper: What can I do to help? I'm not going to just sit her and take this attempt on my life lying down. That's not what I do and Duchess Corrinne wouldn't take that either. She'd stand and fight.
Agent Forrester: As much as I admire your sprit Piper the best thing you can do is lead this railway. Let us handle capturing Lou Farris.
Piper: Very well. I'll help as much as I can.
So, the Fly Team went to go find leads as Piper told them all she knew and what she could help.
Back on the Island of Sodor the fleet were busy at work and James was waiting for Edward's Passengers as his crew were discussing what had happened.
James' Driver: I can't believe all of this is happening because my mother in law's mom's namesake stepped up to the plate.
James: What did you expect from Duchess Corrinne? She's many things but defiant, strong-willed, and independent are the first things I'd say about her. Ask Sovereign, George Stevenson, and Bahamas, They'd say that she's tough as nails.
James' Fireman: Tough as Nails is putting it mildly. But regardless do you think the FBI fly team can finish the job and capture Arcanon's new client or not?
James' Driver: I don't know but for now we have work to do.
On that note Edward showed up with the passengers as the engines began to discuss.
James: So, Edward honest opinion what do you think of the FBI's Fly Team?
Edward: Personally, the Fly Team sound like they know what they're doing but I wish I had more time to do what I said I'd tell Coi that I'd do.
James: How many times have I told you this Edward, you took on a big risk and so did everyone else who has told you. Helping the leader of the most dangerous gang that terrorized the United Kingdom was the biggest mistake you've ever made in all of your years.
Edward: Coi came to me begging for help keeping her daughter from going down the same dark path she did. What was I supposed to say to her?
James: You could've just said no and told her it was a bad idea.
Edward: That's what you would do but I'm not you.
James was about to respond before his guard blew the whistle and he left on that note.
Meanwhile Lord Arcanon had just gotten word about the Fly Team but his Lieutenant had brought Lou Farris to them at their personal Air Field.
Lord Arcanon: So, Lou Farris we met at last.
Lou Farris: Lord Arcanon it is truly an honor. You're the one who busted me out.
Lieutenant: That is correct Lord Arcanon is one of the strongest warlords and the most feared that this world has ever seen.
Lou: So why help me out? What is the catch? Why bring me here at all?
Lord Arcanon: The plan of course was for you to make a little stop over here to lure out the Fly Team. Then I can finish them off and send you your way to say Cambodia or Indonesia.
Lou Farris: So basically, you were using me as bait?
Lord Arcanon: You're as smart as your file says.
Lou Farris: Then in that case I'd best be off.
Lord Arcanon: You mean we had best be off.
Lou was confused as the three boarded a plane and they flew off in the wild blue yonder.
Lieutenant: So, what's next Lord Arcanon?
Lord Arcanon: After we land we drop off Lou Farris in one of our safehouses then after that we head to Japan and pick up some of Japan's most wanted and bring them to Australia. Queensland and New South Wales have been causing problems as of late for the Australian Branch of my organization and this needs to end.
The Lieutenant understood as the plane headed into the blue yonder.
Back on Sodor the fleet was down in the dumps as soon as the day came to an end and news that the fugitive had escaped.
Henry: All that hard work and to find fugitive in question has escaped from Justice.
James: I blame Lord Arcanon for that. He's been a pain in the neck even more so ever since Coi terrorized the British Islands.
Gordon: This is why we should've listened to Duchess Corrinne's advice years ago.
The rest of the fleet agreed on that note before Bear had something to say.
Bear: We all know Duchess Corrinne's usually the one to come up with the plans but if we rely on her too often then what will we do if she's unavailable to help.
Belle: That's a good question and I for one don't have an answer to that.
Henry: All I know is that we'd better come up with something and fast because I get the feeling that our problems and the Kalos Railway's problems have only just begun.
The fleet gulped at that knowing that Henry was right as they prayed for a solution to present itself.
