Chapter 7
IT'S BEEN SO MANY YEARS, BUT MY LOVE FOR THIS STORY IS NEVER ENDING. I AM COMING UP WITH NEW CHAPTERS, STILL BASED ON THE MIX OF OLD CHAPTERS FROM NARUTO AVATAR THE LAST AIR BENDER H2O. (Some spoilers)

Flashback starts
Sasuke's POF
I awoke to find myself in an empty room, with dark windows, lot's of them.
I sat up looking around and knew exactly where I was, the secret underground captivity center of Konoha, that just a few know about. Where only the worst of the worst spend the rest of their lives. 'Great, how will I get out of this one.. how can I explain myself, I was just trying to protect them' I stood up a bit wobbly, 'How many days has it been?' Slowly making my way towards the windows to try and see if I could catch a glimpse of something.
What caught my eyes where the sudden lights shinning right at me. My vision got used to the now new light coming through the windows and onto the empty room. And not just light, but dagger stares from only the top ninjas of Konoha. A few I recognized, past comrades and of corse Kakashi, Naruto and Sakura.
"I have been asked to show you mercy and give you an opportunity to explain yourself" said a blond older looking lady. "I am the hokage boy, this will be the only opportunity you have" Lady Tsunade said, I have heard of her enormous strength and power, and of her great apprentice who is practically in her same level, almost surpassing her 'I wonder who that is..' Studying the room I answered..
"My name is Sasuke Uchiha, from the Uchiha clan who were amongst the first founding families of Konoha." I continued "My brother Itachi Uchiha killed our entire clan spearing only myself and for many years I believed my destiny was to avenge my clan. I left Konoha in search of my goal but on my way I discovered the truth that not only helped me but helped unravel a truth that Konoha desperately needed.
Itachi Uchiha is deeply loyal to Konoha, and took his oath as a village shinobi very seriously. Itachi's status as a murderer and traitor to our clan allowed him to gain access to the Akatsuki, our common enemy. He has always served as an agent of Konoha, feeding information to this village.
I since then, decided to restore my clan my own way..
When I finally realized that my brother gave everything for this village, I proceeded to give my all to protect this village as well. And so I joined your war to help defeat our common enemy. Not knowing of my alliance, Konoha ninjas faced me and Sakura Haruno" I paused in disbelief ".. knocked me out.. and here we are." Giving her a deep stare. 'I never thought I would lose, specially to her'.
Sakura's POF
'He is always to the point, leaving nothing to the imagination' inner Sakura said. 'Yea, no surprise there'. "Lady Tsunade, we were all under the impression that Sasuke was with the Akatsuki and not against it. If you ask me he is right where he needs to be" I exclaimed.
Naruto's expression was completely puzzled by what I said.
Sasuke shucked, raised an eyebrow at my comment and quickly added "I understand my actions have been more than disruptive, but may I add, I never caused any harm to Konoha and if I ever caused harms to it's ninjas it was because they were searching for it." Now looking straight at old team 7 he added 'I never asked for your help in my quest, never asked you all to come looking". 'He has a point' inner sakura replied 'We all desperately loved him, and we all wanted him back no matter what' Sakura was silent 'I know.. baka..'
Flashback ends

Back at head quarters.
".. I have come to a conclusion, Sasuke Uchiha is partially forgiven but will be placed under probation until further notice." She stated, now staring straight at me, she continued "Sakura Haruno I am placing you as his probation officer." 'WHAT!' My Inner self said "WHAT" oh I actually said it!
"What do you mean Lady Tsunade? I can't be held responsible for him" I was so annoyed by his new terms that I didn't care about sounding professional.
"BAAA-CHAAN! You can't place Sasuke-Teme under Sakura-chan's care..." Naruto's intensity in that sentence when from 100 to 0 and I knew why, he probably didn't want me near him. 'Maybe he thinks we will fall back involve with Sasuke-teme all over again' said inner 'I actually think he never thought we've fallen out of love in the first place..' I wanted to assure him of my feelings towards Sasuke.
"Sakura, I can only trust you with him. You were able to restrain him and you will be able to restrain him again if he were to do something" Tsunade added with a blank look on her face, she had made up her mind and I knew it was end game.
".. Now, where is my sake!"

Sakura's POV
The ceiling had interesting shades of blue, I never realized how "rich" Sasuke was. Sleeping over his place made my skin shiver a bit, this place felt so big and lonely, it was a monster of a house. 'I can't even imagine what he wen't through back then..' I thought to myself as I stared at the ceiling of his room. I could hear him breathing deeply from his bed that was right across from mine.
With this arrangement I had to keep an eye out for Sasuke 24/7, meaning even sleeping in the same room, '..Like if I could.' I thought wide awake.
'Naruto must be hurting, I wonder if he is thinking something bad' inner said, and all I could do is think the same. 'If only I could tell him, but now is not the time. Teme is back and taking care of this "mission" is top priority' I thought to myself feeling my eyes and eyebrows tens up as if I were ready to take on anything. Filling my thoughts about Naruto and how he always makes me feel like I could do just about anything.
The next day.. "Sakura"
"Sakura" I hear him calling. ".. are you awake?" He said. 'Now I am..' I thought before opening my eyes.
First thing I saw was Sasuke's face right on top of mine, I sat up wildly almost hitting his forehead "OMG! What time is it?.. Shit!" I am supposed to keep an eye on him and not vise versa.
"It's early still" he said in a calm voice, sounding almost bored.
'always so dull' I thought 'I must had fallen asleep thinking about Naruto' I stared at the boy in front of me, Sasuke Uchiha my past crush 'Sasuke looks different, so grown..' I took myself out of my own thoughts "Oh, well good.. I'll make some breakfast then.." I said heading towards the kitchen.
While cooking I could feel his eyes never leaving me. He was definitely checking me out. 'We look good don't we - CHA!' 'I don't mind him staring, maybe he can realize what he lost when he left us behind..'
"You're aura is different" he cut my thoughts off. "What do you mean?" I said.
"Back there, on that field. You.. did something to me.. I don't think anyone knows." He just stared.
"I beat you" it came out as a tease.
"Hn. You took me by surprise that's all" he tried to bring himself up, I wasn't going to have it though "I thought you never get taken by surprise Sasuke."
Shutting him up, but only for a few minutes, he replied annoyed at my comment "OK, what did you do? because I've never felt that before and I've fought agains some interesting people" 'I guess he is going to find out soon enough' I thought while preparing to answer in a "cool" manner like he usually does "I recently learned of my past" was all I said leaving him a bit confused.
(Sasuke's POV)
"SAKURA-CHAN!" It came from a door that was open so fast and so hard it echoed through the empty house. "Naruto-kun, Good Morning"
'Naruto-KUN, since when?' I felt myself a bit irritated by the added "kun".
"Hey teme!" He said to me. "Sai and I thought of going to the training grounds, let's go" Naruto stated more than asking. "Sure" she said while placing a hand on his shoulder, I felt annoyed. "Yeah, let's go so I can kick your ass" I said out loud when I swore I was just thinking it. They both looked shocked at my reply to his comment.
(Sakura's POV)
'Did he just sound.. jealous?' I thought to myself 'NAH' Inner reassured me. I did feel a bit hot, my cheeks where burning. 'You still have your hand on Naruto's shoulder' exclaimed inner.
I felt the bright blush while taking my hand away from Naruto specially when realizing he was blushing too at the gesture.
(Sasuke'sPOV)
'They are blushing! Sine when does Sakura blush for someone that's not ME' I spilled some water from the bottle I was holding, or well now currently squeezing.
Some of it fell on Sakura and Naruto 'I don't want them knowing how annoyed I am at this' trying to keep my cool "I guess I don't know my own strength" I said, hoping to get them to think I put too much force trying to open the water bottle.
Instead the distraction came from a different source.. bubbles.. 'what.. the..' I couldn't believe my eyes. "A FISH!"
(Sakura's POV)
"Teme, don't call her that. She will hurt you" Naruto said a bit angry while picking me up. "Are you ok, Sakura-chan?" He asked, concerned that this idiot may have hurt my feelings. "It's nothing" I added "I guess the cat's out of the bag" I said while Naruto carried me to the sofa. "..Well the fish is outta the bag" Naruto added jokingly and I giggled, he was after all trying to make the situation less awkward.
Sasuke had enormous eyes. He was definitely in shock.
"Sasuke, this is what I meant when I said 'learned about my passed' I am a direct descendant of The One Tailed Eudemon - Poseidon" Naruto handed my a towel so I could dry up, while telling Sasuke my story.
(Sasuke's POV)
All I could do is listen and stare at her. My expression was giving me away, I was definitely amazed her beauty. 'I mean not like she isn't already beautiful, I mean she is! but like also in a mythical creature beautiful kinda way too..' I was rambling nonsense while trying to pay attention to what she was saying '.. Are her breasts covered?' I blushed at the thought, trying not to look directly at them.
"..I am covered in scales.." I head her say and so I figured she was sorta covered up.
"..Every time I am around water I.." She continued 'So It's my fault she turned' I cut her off "I.. am sorry.. for the spill" I had to apologize I guess, it was my fault she turned into a giant fish.
"..They called us mermaids.." 'I mean.. mermaid.'

Both had left Sakura alone so that she could dry up. They helped place some infrared lights around her.
Now they where on their way to the training grounds to meet up with Sai, Sakura asked them to leave to give her some time to get ready to join them.
"Sasuke. You haven't said a word" Naruto said, dropping the "teme" making him sound way more serious.
"..You are blushing still" he stated. It was a fact, Sakura was a beautiful woman. And in her mermaid form her body was hugged so well by her scales that it just enhanced her beauty.
"Hn" was all Sasuke could say, red in his cheeks.
"..Sakura-chan is special to me." Naruto said as he stopped walking. Sasuke took a few more steps and then stopped to turn around and face him. Almost felt as if a fox and a wolf caught a glimpse of each other and were ready for a fight.
".. she is to me too" Sasuke finally said. Finally admitting it to himself and his best friend. Naruto knew he had trouble accepting feelings and so he respected Sasuke for stepping up enough to say..
"May the best man win".
Before Sasuke could say anything else, Sakura ran up to them, apologizing for being late. Panting she suggested to go find Sai and start training.
SPALSH*
Sakura jumped right in the water, Sai yelled "HEY! Watch it I am creating a master piece over here" - Sai and his paintings of nature.
Sasuke noticed she had brought a bag with spare clothes and again his thoughts went there again. 'So I am guessing she needs back ups..' Feeling a little blush creeping up *SPALSH* took him out his thoughts.
"Naruto-kun want to fight?" Asked a playful Sakura to a now dripping wet Naruto. All she got back from him was a smirk, you could tell he was being flirtatious.
(Sakura's POV)
'That smirk always kills me, eeeeeep!' exalted inner said. 'Calm down Sakura, and get ready for a fight' I took a deep breath in and out came a water wip straight towards Naruto. Which ofcorse he dodged.
I bought a glimpse of Sasuke's surprised faced, he wasn't expecting that from her.
"Second time surprising you, Sasuke" I said while still looking at Naruto.
"Let's make this interesting" I said while pulling out a bell. Just like Kakashi did on our first ever test as team 7. "The team is reunited, and I have new abilities. Let's put them to a test shall we?" I continued "Let's see who can take this bell from me first, your ready?" Both Naruto and Sasuke smirked, ready for a battle.
(Sasuke's POV)
'Easy.. I am still stronger and faster' I took a fast leap towards Sakura, sending knives flying. Sakura ducked and lashed out a water whip in retaliation grabbing a hold of my leg and freezing the whip instantly, I was hanging in mid air. 'What she cold freeze it too?' I thought as I saw three Naruto's flying towards Sakura...

"Lady Tsunade" Iruka entered the head quarters with Kakashi by his side. "It's Important" He said. Tsunade sat in her desk while reaching out her hand suggesting Iruka Sensei to take a seat while he explained.
"Lady Tsunade. A solar eclipse approaches. And with a solar eclipse we must take precautions." He stared at Lady Tsunade in worry "Sakura-san is not fully in control of this new found power, It will try to over power her" He's expression changed "We must place her underground, make sure she has a safe passing" he finished.

Back at training ground. It was getting late, none of the boys where able to take the bell from Sakura. Both were walking a little further behind sakura, completely defeated.
Sakura turned around smiling at them "Come on, Don't be babies!" She said. Naruto was winning and Sasuke grunting and scowling at everything.
"Sakura.." 'where's my chan Naruto?' I thought while turning back around to look at him.
Both their faces surprised. "What?' I asked. "I got something on my face?" Getting annoyed at no reply.
"Your hair..." Naruto pointing at it in disbelief. "What of it?" I asked again.
"It's icy white" said Sasuke finally coming out with it. 'Icy blond? What?' I grabbed a thread and pulled it close to my face to see what they ment. "OMG! It's almost glowing" I got worried.
PUFF* !! We all squealed!
