"Well then," Dumbledore said suddenly, "I believe that concludes this meeting." He turned to face Harry. "Thank you. Words aren't enough to convey how much we owe you for this. You have just saved countless lives."

"That's why I did this," Harry reminded him. "Hopefully, no one else dies because of that evil bastard. I'm just glad this was possible."

"So, will you be heading home then?" Lupin asked him.

Harry tilted his head. "Not just yet," he said. "Still have one stop to make. One more thing to fix."

"Your parents," Sirius said softly. He looked up at Harry, his eyes glistening a little. "You're going back to that night, aren't you?"

Harry nodded slowly. "I want there to be at least one world where they get the family they wanted," he said. "And that there's a version of me who grew up happy."

Lupin shook his head. "I still can't believe this is happening. That you managed to come back and do this and now you're going to do it again." He chuckled a little. "Feels like a crazy, wonderful dream. I'm almost afraid if I pinch myself I'll just wake up."

"This is real," Harry told him. "I just hope it's enough."

"It will be," Dumbledore promised him.

"Will you be staying any longer?" Mrs. Weasley asked. "I'm sure we can find room."

Harry chuckled softly but shook his head. "I think it would be pretty weird for Ron and Hermione to see an older version of their friend around the house. Besides, the longer I stay here the more I'll probably say and while I do want to prevent all the bad things coming, there's a lot of good stuff too that I'd prefer to let play out."

"Very wise," Professor McGonagall nodded. "Still, it was a privilege to see you like this, Potter. I look forward to seeing you again down the road."

"Thank you Professor," Harry told her. "And while you do make an exceptional headmistress for Hogwarts, I'd still like to see Dumbledore continue that post for a little longer."

"Yes, I think I would prefer that as well," Professor McGonagall agreed.

"You flatter me, Professor," Dumbledore said.

"Are you sure you can't tell us anything else?" Mrs. Weasley asked curiously. "Anything at all from the future?"

Harry thought for a moment. "Maybe a few hints," he said. "I will say that your children are all amazing and you should be very proud of them." He felt a clench in his gut as he said it. Not all their children. But maybe in this world, they would keep them all.

The Weasleys smiled gratefully at him. After that, the others all filtered out, heading back to their respective homes or to guard duty. As Tonks was preparing to leave, however, Harry stepped in quickly and whispered to her, "when it comes down to it, follow your heart. Trust me."

She gave him a wide-eyed look, a little confused but she nodded and then a few seconds all that were left were Dumbledore, Sirius, Lupin, and Mr. and Mrs. Weasley who instead went up to bed, checking on the kids first. As Lupin stood up to go, Harry walked up to him and gave him a big hug. Lupin was surprised at first but quickly folded him in. Harry savored every second of it. This man had had such a painful life because of his condition and then lost it just as it started getting good. Harry had to make sure this didn't happen again.

"It is really strange seeing you older than me," Lupin remarked as they pulled apart.

Harry ran a hand through his hair, a share of black and silver strands coming off in his hand. He was getting older, but he didn't really mind. He'd had a good life. Now he just wanted to ensure that he might have better ones as well.

"Hey," he said. "Don't let your fear control you. You do deserve to be happy. Don't run away from it, when it comes."

Lupin frowned, his mouth opening and closing, before he simply nodded and left. Harry didn't know if the man would take his advice or not, be he really hoped he would.

He sat down again, just Sirius and Dumbledore left.

"So," Sirius said after a moment of silence. "You leaving then?"

"No, not just yet," Harry said carefully. "There's still a few things left to say." He looked over at Dumbledore and saw the old man nod at him, knowing where Harry was going. Harry took a deep breath and then looked Sirius in the eye. "I didn't tell you everything. There are some things that I really wanted to tell you for now. If you want to share it with the others later, that's fine. But for now, it just needs to be us."

Sirius frowned. "Ok," he said. "What is it?"

"There aren't six Horcruxes," Harry told him. "There are seven. Voldemort accidentally created another one without knowing it. And it's going to be the most difficult to destroy."

Sirius's brows went up. "Um…alright, but then why didn't you say this in front of the others?"

"Because the Horcrux was…me."

Sirius straightened up, eyes going wide. He blinked for a second, his mouth opening and closing. "Bu- wha- huh?" He cleared his throat and then faced Harry again. "What? How is that possible?"

Harry took a deep breath before jumping in. "When Voldemort attacked Godric's Hollow and tried to kill me, the spell rebounded because of my mother's love magic and destroyed Voldemort's body, but not his soul as we now know. But, a fragment of it detached and then latched itself to the only living thing there. Me."

Sirius blinked uncomprehendingly. "I don't understand," he said. "If you're a Horcrux, then…then how are you alive? Unless…" he looked at Harry closely for a second, his eyes wide with fright. "Please tell me ghosts are still see-through in your time."

"Oh they are," Harry promised him. "I'm alive, don't worry. I'm not a ghost."

"Then…did you not kill Voldemort? Did you just imprison him?"

"No, he's dead. Very dead," Harry assured him. There had been several wizards and witches who had made sure of that after the final battle.

"Then…I just don't understand," Sirius said. "You're the one who said that we needed to destroy all the Horcruxes in order to kill him. How were you able to kill him if you're still alive."

Harry wrinkled his face, thinking of the best way to explain this. "We had destroyed all the Horcruxes except for Nagini. And then Voldemort killed Snape."

Sirius jumped at this and Harry was surprised to see a flash of sadness cross his face before he recovered himself, nodding for Harry to continue. Dumbledore took the news stoically, bowing his head a little.

"Before he died, Snape gave me his memories," Harry continued. "In them, I saw the memory of Professor Dumbledore explaining to Snape about me being a Horcrux." He looked over at the man in question who was frowning slightly.

Sirius turned as well. "You knew?" he asked, somewhat accusingly.

"I have suspected for a long time about the connection between Harry and the Dark Lord," Dumbledore confessed. "However, I do not believe I would have realized that he was a Horcrux until a little further along in what would have been our original timeline."

"In the memory, Professor Dumbledore said that…that part of my soul would have to be killed in order for Voldemort to die. As long as one part of his soul still lives, he can't die." Harry decided to omit saying that Dumbledore actually said he would have to die. He didn't know how Sirius would take it and it didn't matter since he wouldn't die anyway. "And that Voldemort himself would have to do it. It can only be done when he is close to defeat which means we have to destroy at least two other Horcruxes before the one in younger me can be killed."

"Wait, wait, wait," Sirius held up his hands. "Go back a little. What exactly happened to you? Is this why you can't speak Parseltongue anymore?"

"Yes," Harry nodded. He took a deep breath before diving into the story. "It was the final battle. So many were dead and Voldemort promised to enter the fight and kill everyone. I had just seen the memory, so…so I went down to him and surrendered myself. And he cast the killing curse."

Sirius sucked in through his teeth. "You just surrendered yourself?" he breathed.

"It was the only way," Harry told him. "And it worked. I survived. The curse only killed Voldemort's soul in me, not me. It was because he took my blood, back in the graveyard when he returned. And with my blood came my mother's protection. So we were more tied together than ever. He couldn't kill me since his own blood now kept me alive and I couldn't kill him since I technically kept him alive with my soul holding part of his. That was until he used the killing curse on me, killing that part of himself off and keeping me alive with my mother's protection."

Sirius just stared blankly at him. "I don't really understand," he said.

"Yeah, it took me a while to fully understand it as well," Harry nodded. "The point is this. Voldemort has to use the curse on me when he's lost at least almost all his other Horcruxes. Preferably all though. I'll be fine because his blood, which now holds my mother's love magic, will keep me alive. Then, he'll be most vulnerable and you can take him out."

"That sounds incredibly dangerous. Too dangerous," Sirius told him.

"Well, there is no other way," Harry shrugged. "This is it. All the Horcruxes have to die at that includes the one in younger me. Only then can you kill him. I know how it sounds but this Harry won't die. I didn't."

Sirius leaned back in his chair, slumping as he thought about it. Harry knew he wouldn't take the information well. Hell, he wouldn't have if someone told him one of his children had to be put in a situation like that. But he also knew it was the only way, and that he would survive. He had done it in his time which meant this Harry could do so in this time. Then again, Harry had had Dumbledore's spirit to guide him. Or it had been a hallucination. He still wasn't sure. The point was that this Harry wouldn't die anyway. His mother's blood in Voldemort's veins would keep him alive.

Sirius finally looked up and stared at Dumbledore. "What do you think?" he asked softly.

Dumbledore took a deep breath. "I do not know if I can honestly be the one to decide this. I believe this Harry," he nodded at Harry, "and if he says it will work then that is good enough for me. But it isn't about me. You are Harry's legal guardian, his godfather. The choice is yours to make. If you say no, we can try to find another way."

"But?" Sirius pressed, sensing there was more.

Dumbledore looked at him for a moment. "I do not believe there is another way. This may be the only one. I can look. I guarantee I will do my best to find another way to remove Voldemort's soul from Harry's, but I very much doubt I will be successful."

Sirius pondered that for a few minutes before nodding, looking at Harry once more. "It really is you, right?" he asked. "Alive and well?"

Harry looked back at him, thinking for a second, before reaching into his pocket and pulling out a picture. He handed it over to Sirius who went still as he looked down at the three smiling children.

"That was taken the day before Lily's first day of Hogwarts," Harry told him.

"Lily?" he breathed.

"James, Albus, and Lily Potter," Harry said. "My whole world. Everything to me. Trust me, I didn't die. I made it. And I had the family I always wanted because of it."

Sirius just stared at the photo for a while, soaking it in, before he nodded brusquely and looked back up. "Ok," he agreed, "we'll do it this way. But how exactly? I mean, how do we get our Harry into the right place for Voldemort to…cast the curse?"

Harry winced inwardly, knowing that this next conversation was going to be bad but plowed on anyway. "There is one moment later this year that does it," he said. "Where Voldemort was about to kill me. Dumbledore saved me in time then but this time, if you manage to get rid of all the Horcruxes in time, you can let him cast it and it will all be over."

Sirius still looked like he might back out of this at any second but he nodded again, committing. "Alright, so we just have to make sure that that happens again. How did it happen last time?"

Harry winced again, knowing there was no avoiding it now. He hadn't been lying, the conditions of the moment were perfect to remove the Horcrux inside him. Except for one big problem. Sirius's death.

"Voldemort had been sending me visions of the Department of Mystery for weeks at that point, trying to draw me there but I didn't. So, instead, he learned of our connection, how close we were, and used that, sending me a vision of him torturing you in the department. And, like an idiot, I went."

"Why didn't you just contact someone in the Order? Or go straight to Dumbledore?" Sirius asked.

"At that point, most of the Order was…unavailable," Harry said. "I'll get into it in a moment, but first let me explain this. So me, Hermione, and Ron as well as a few others got there and it quickly turned into a trap with several Death Eaters showing up. We separated, trying to get out but eventually we were all caught until the Order showed up. It looked like you were winning for a second and then…" Here Harry stopped, unable to continue.

Sirius frowned. "What? What happened?"

Dumbledore, however, was quicker on the uptake and recognized Harry's expression. "Who did we lose?" he asked quietly.

Sirius looked back and forth between Harry and Dumbledore, eyes wide. "What? We lost someone?"

Harry nodded his head slowly. "Yes," he said softly.

"Who?"

Harry looked him in the eye and opened his mouth to say it but nothing came out. Even after all these years, it was still too fresh, too painful. That memory still ingrained. But he didn't need to say a word because Sirius's face cleared as he understood.

"I die?" he asked, but the way he phrased it made it clear he already knew the answer.

Harry simply nodded. "You were dueling Bellatrix and she…" he vaguely made the wand gesture and then rubbed his eyes, wiping away the tears forming. "Couldn't do anything," he said, recalling the feeling he'd had then easily. "Like I was just there to watch. One moment, you were standing and laughing in her face. The next, you were gone. Just like that."

Sirius breathed heavily, his hand combing his wild hair. He stood up and placed his hands on the back of his chair, his knuckles turning white as he gripped the wood. Dumbledore was taking the news silently but Harry could tell it was affecting him as well. He was now gazing at both Sirius and Harry with a combination of sympathy and thoughtfulness.

"I left you alone," Sirius finally said, looking down at nothing. "I promised to take care of you and I went and got myself killed."

"It wasn't your fault," Harry argued. "It was mine. I fell for Voldemort's trap. I led you there, an-"

"Stop," Sirius interrupted. "I'm the one who died, Harry. I clearly wanted to prove something. You said I was laughing while I was dueling that nasty piece of work." He snorted. "Should have known better. Bellatrix has always been an exceptional fighter. Should never underestimate her. But clearly, I just wanted to show off as usual and I died because of it. Well, that's not happening this time."

Dumbledore coughed and they both turned to him. "I believe in situations like this, it is hard to know who would truly be at fault. Clearly, for this plan of ours to work, Harry must fall for the same trap. The only change in events is that we cannot let Sirius die. Then…" he noticed Harry's expression wince again and frowned. "What is it?"

"There's just one other thing," Harry interjected. "Right after Sirius died, Bellatrix started taunting me. And…I fell for it. I chased after her into the main atrium of the Ministry and then managed to hold her there for a few seconds until Voldemort showed up. See, she was the one to draw me out and that's how Voldemort cornered me. If we want this plan to work, that part still needs to happen."

"So, what exactly are you proposing?" Sirius asked him, eyebrow raised. "Because I'm assuming my death won't be a part of it this time?"

"Yes, obviously," Harry said. "But we need to make this Harry think it does. Otherwise, he and Voldemort won't end up alone and then Voldemort won't use the curse. You could, of course, delay and try and find another moment but there really isn't another like that. All the others come later and most of them have probably changed now that we've destroyed several Horcruxes. This really is the best time I can think of to do this. So, I say we still make it look like Sirius dies but instead provide him some sort of protection."

Sirius frowned, turning to Dumbledore. "Is that possible? How do we do that?"

Dumbledore nodded. "The Killing curse is notoriously difficult for one to protect themselves from but there are methods. I believe in this case some goblin armor will do, hidden underneath your shirt. It will absorb the spell before it can reach you. All you would need to do is to pretend to fall after you are hit."

"Goblin armor will work?" Sirius asked, eyebrows raised. "Why don't more people use it?"

"Too expensive," Dumbledore replied. "A crown of goblin metal is worth thousands of galleons, so enchanted armor would be much more. However, I have some contacts that will be able to provide some for a short time at a reasonable price. I'll contact them soon to ask. Maybe even Mr. Weasley can provide some insight as well."

"Alright, but follow-up question, how do I make sure she curses me at that moment?" Sirius asked. "I mean, should I just attack her from the get-go and wait for her to use that spell?"

"Here," Harry said, pulling out another vial from his pouch. "I came prepared for this as well. This is my memory of that battle. Watch it and you'll see what you did last time. Just try to repeat it."

Sirius looked at the vial with reluctance and a little fear. "This is the memory of me dying," he muttered almost to himself. He glanced at Harry. "I am so sorry I wasn't there for you."

Harry just shook his head, tears pricking his eyes. "It's not your fault," he said. "And at least this time, you will be. Don't worry about me, just worry about your Harry. Make sure you're there for him. That's all I want."

Sirius nodded firmly back. "I swear I will," he promised. "I failed you too often. I won't fail you again."

They looked at each for another few seconds before looking away, both still feeling the press of emotions overwhelming them. It was so hard for Harry to see Sirius here, alive and well, and know that while he was making sure his younger self would get to live his life with him, he himself wouldn't. He would always have that gap in his life. And all of this would only make it a little more bearable.

Sirius sighed deeply. "So, I just need to pretend to die in front of you so you can chase after my would-be murderer into the clutches of the Dark Lord where he will use the Killing curse on you which you'll miraculously survive and then allow us to attack and kill him once and for all."

"Pretty much," Harry nodded slowly. "I know it sounds insane and that it probably would never work, but trust me when I say it will. This is the best way to do this."

"Oh I do trust you," Sirius smiled. "Just wish we can think of a better plan."

"Me too," Harry agreed. "But you do have time to work it all out. This doesn't happen for almost a year. By the time it comes, you should be ready for everything."

Sirius snorted a little in response. "I highly doubt that."

Harry nodded grudgingly. He knew that was true. One was never truly ready for everything. It was like Moody's favorite saying: 'constant vigilance.' Always be on alert because you never knew what was coming. Which actually reminded him of something else.

"One other thing," he said. "While at Christmas would be the perfect time to take out Nagini, it might also put Voldemort on alert and might change the events of the battle at the Ministry. So, just take under consideration that that might actually not be the best time to take her out."

Sirius hissed in frustration while Dumbledore nodded thoughtfully. "Yes, I was thinking the same actually. We might be wrong, but he might also react differently to what we want. Something to discuss."

"Speaking of discussing, what do we tell the others?" Sirius asked. "Do we let them in on this plan? Do we let Harry in? I mean, it is you so it should be up to you," he said to Harry.

"It's not," Harry replied. "Look, I just told you in private because…it was something I needed to say in private. Whether or not you share this with the others or not is up to you. And I don't know if you should tell your Harry or not. Just…play it by ear and make the decision that feels right." He turned to Dumbledore. "Thoughts?"

But the older wizard merely shook his head. "You said it best," he said calmly. "It is Sirius's decision to share this or not and I will stand by him no matter what."

"Huh," Sirius mumbled, folding his arms over his chest and leaning back, clearly troubled. Harry sighed in sympathy. He wished he could offer better advice but he didn't know what the best decision was. He just hoped whatever Sirius's decision would work out.

"Very well," Dumbledore said. "Now, Harry, perhaps you can explain everything about the battle at the Ministry and the events leading up to it so we can prepare."

"Oh yeah, buckle up," Harry snorted. "There's a lot of stuff to unpack here."

So Harry told them, starting with the attack of the dementors that would take place in a few short weeks. That had made Sirius swear and Dumbledore decide to take Mundungus off guard duty. Harry then went on to explain about Umbridge and all the trouble she caused the school in her time. He talked about the DA, which had made Sirius smile with pride and Dumbledore raise an eyebrow in amusement. He then got around to talking about Kreacher's betrayal, which had made Sirius snarl a little, and the dreams he'd had up to the one with Sirius in danger. But he also made clear of all the harm Umbridge did in her time at Hogwarts.

When he was done, Sirius instantly turned to Dumbledore and said, "we cannot allow her into Hogwarts." He had nearly yelled when Harry had shown him the scars still printed faintly on the back of his hand while Dumbledore's knuckles had gone white as he gripped his chair.

Dumbledore sighed. "The Ministry has made more moves on the faculty of Hogwarts. If, as Harry said, they do install this Educational Decree and I am unsuccessful in finding a new Defense Against the Dark Arts professor then my hands would be tied."

"Damn it!" Sirius muttered under his breath. "Well, there must be something we can do. What about Moody? He didn't do it last year, after all, so he can do it this year instead."

"I need Moody here, trying to find Voldemort," Dumbledore replied. "Working to stop him and his plans. The same with many in the Order. I cannot ask they relieve themselves of their jobs to teach at school when their work is so important right now."

"But clearly this woman is a monster," Sirius argued. "We cannot let her stay at Hogwarts."

"I will do my best," Dumbledore promised. "But there are very few willing to take the position on considering what has happened to the last few professors. If she does become professor, I will work to make sure that her detentions do not include such…methods."

Sirius snorted. "One word to call it."

"Just keep an eye on your Harry," Harry interjected. "Last time, you sort of ghosted me as you sensed Voldemort's attachment and thought by distancing yourself it would keep him at bay. And while that sort of worked, it also didn't because Snape tried to teach me Occlumency and it really didn't take. You admitted at the end that you should have taught me yourself. You also said you should have told me the prophecy sooner but I think you should wait until I can close my mind off a little more first, just in case."

Dumbledore nodded. "Understood," he said simply. "I will help prepare Harry more fully this year. I suppose that hoping you could try and enjoy your life before this all began was too much to ask at this time."

"Yeah," Harry smirked. "Didn't really work out." He sighed and then stood up. "I think that's pretty much it. There are probably a few things here and there I should warn you about but for the most part, I've covered everything."

Sirius stood as well and brought Harry into a death-gripping hug. "I promise you," he said. "I will be there for this Harry the whole way. I won't leave him like I left you."

Harry smiled sadly. "I know you won't. You really are the best godfather I could ask for." They hugged for a moment longer before separating.

"I also promise to be there to see your kids grow up," Sirius promised, smiling. "I'm looking forward to be the fun uncle to them."

"I don't doubt it," Harry agreed. "And that actually reminds me of something. This year, I start dating a girl named Cho Chang…"

"Oh?" Sirius said, grinning widely. "Is she the mother?"

"Oh, god no," Harry shook his head. "No, that relationship kind of fell apart. There wasn't really anything to start with in the first place. But next year, I notice a girl for the first time in a new light and start dating her. And she's the mother of my children." He glanced briefly towards the doors, as if wondering whether or not any of the Weasleys were lurking in the shadows listening in. He hoped not, because then that would make this so much more awkward. "She's Ginny Weasley."

Sirius's eyebrows shot up and he clearly struggled to hold in his bark of laughter. "Ginny?" he laughed. "Oh, that's beautiful. Although I'm sure Molly will be thrilled to actually have you as a member of the family."

"Yeah, she really is the best mother-in-law," Harry smiled, thinking of all the Sunday dinners the extended family shared together over the years.

"What is it with Potter men and redheads?" Sirius wondered, shaking his head. "So, was that all?"

"Oh, I just wanted to ask that you kind of help point this me in that direction if it's starting to look like I'm not," Harry told him. "Just in case, you know."

"I got you," Sirius nodded.

"And since I said that, I might as well keep going. Ron and Hermione," he started.

"Ah, so they do end up together," Sirius nodded, sniggering. "Yeah, that was pretty obvious. Those two are very hot for each other. And it's hilarious how much they don't realize it."

"Yeah well, in my timeline they finally got together in the final battle," Harry explained. "And since you'll be trying to avoid that this time it might be best to step in a little." He pulled out a short note from his pouch and handed it over. "I talked it over with Ron and Hermione from my time and they agreed it would be best that this letter be sent to Hermione on this date next year." Harry decided not to explain that the note said how Ron was angry at Hermione that she had kissed Viktor Krum since it was too complicated to explain it all to Sirius and Dumbledore. He hoped this would be enough to get his friends on the right track. But even if it didn't, he still had faith they'd find their way to one another at some point. They were made for each other.

"Alright," Sirius smirked as he took the note. "Any other couples I need to save while I'm at it?"

"Yeah, one," Harry said. "At some point in the next year, a young woman is going to confess her feelings to Remus and he's going to reject her because of who he is." Sirius lost his smile as Harry talked, growing serious. "It was only after Dumbledore died that he realized how short time was so they did get together. But, again, since we're trying to avoid that…"

"Don't worry, I got you," Sirius nodded, looking at the door as if his friend was standing right there. "I'll knock some sense into that old wolf. But this girl…it's Tonks isn't it?"

Harry paused for a second before nodding. "Yeah."

"Thought so. The way she looks at him…well, it was sort of obvious."

Harry paused for another moment, wondering if he should do this or not. He knew that he shouldn't reveal too much as it might inadvertently cause events not to happen at all. But he also wanted Sirius to know how important it was. And that was what won out.

"Here," Harry said, pulling out another picture and handing it over. "For motivation."

Sirius got still as he took the picture, taking it the smiling, chubby baby waving its fists at the camera, its turquoise hair vibrant. He seemed to be awestruck, just gaping at the picture.

"That's Teddy Remus Lupin," Harry told him. "My godson and one of the brightest kids I've ever met. Clumsiest too."

Sirius blinked away the fresh wave of tears and handed the picture back. "I'll make sure," he promised. He sighed, shaking his head a little. "That is a lot," he admitted. "But I will make sure it all ends up alright. I promise."

Harry nodded back and the two came together for one last hug, one that Harry savored for as long as he could, knowing he would never get another chance again. He desperately wanted to stay here for as long as he could to make sure that Sirius lived in this timeline, that Dumbledore and Fred and all the others lived as well. But he couldn't. He couldn't stay in this timeline too long. He had his own life to get back to. Besides, it wasn't a good idea to have two Harry Potters running around. While the study of time magic had strengthened in the last few decades, tampering with it too much was still a risk. And he couldn't risk it by staying here any longer than necessary, no matter how much it hurt. So all he had was this moment to hold on to for as long as he could.

When they finally separated, both had tears coming down their cheeks and neither made any move to cover them up. Harry thought about anything he should say but couldn't think of anything. They had said all that needed to be said. So he nodded at Sirius one last time before turning to Dumbledore, who had remained silent the last few moments to give Harry and Sirius their time.

Harry walked over and pulled the older wizard into a hug as well, Dumbledore gently wrapping his arms around him as well. "Thank you," Harry told him as he pulled away. "For everything you did for me."

Dumbledore smiled back at him. "It was my pleasure. And I look forward to watching you grow up to become the man you are now. And perhaps even help teach your own children."

Harry smirked. "Yeah. Let's hope so. That would be nice." He briefly wondered in this timeline would his son still be named Albus if Dumbledore didn't die. Not that it mattered anyway. This timeline would be something new and different, and hopefully better.

"Here," he said, pulling out one last item from his pouch, a folded piece of paper, and handed it to Dumbledore. "It's a list of events that happened on my world that might still happen here. Ones you might want to avoid. Just in case, you know." Dumbledore smiled and nodded, placing the paper beneath his robes. Harry hoped that Dumbledore wouldn't need the information. Just a few things on that list were Katie Bell's and later Ron's near misses with death, the Muggle Registration Act, as well as Dobby's death and then several other things throughout his life. But honestly, he didn't think any of them would come true this time around. If Voldemort was defeated early, everything would be better for it. Hopefully.

"And one last thing," he said, taking another deep breath. "The ring that kills you, I don't actually know if it had some sort of compulsion spell on it that made you put it on. I think you put it on because you recognized it." Harry paused and glanced at Sirius but the man had taken a few steps way to give them privacy. "As one of the Hallows," Harry finished.

Dumbledore's eyes widened and he nodded slowly. "The Resurrection Stone," he breathed softly. "I see. Very well. Thank you, Harry."

Harry stepped back, taking one last look at the two of them before he took out the Time-Turner and rotated it to the next marked date. He nodded one last time to Sirius and Dumbledore. "Good luck," he said, and then he pressed the button and they were gone, lost to time.

Planning the next part now. Stay tuned and hope you enjoyed these updates.
