Authors Note: This is going to occur during Harry's 6th year, but the events in Half-Blood Prince won't happen, though Snape teaches DADA, and Slughorn teaches Potions. I'm better at DADA, that's why. This is right now, only a one-shot. I might make it into other chapters, if I can get enough ideas. Feel free to give me some... maybe.. ILY all.Thankies.
"Potter, Weasley 20 points each from Gryffindor for disorderly conduct of the class," said the monotonous voice of Professor Snape as he glared at Harry before looking back over at the class.
"I can't stand him!" Hissed the infamous Harry Potter as he pulled out his book and opened it to the page written on the blackboard.
Hermione sighed to herself as she ran her hand through her hair. Just recently, she started using magic to straighten her hair every morning. Now she got a little more compliments then she did insults. "Just ignore him." She said softly, as she started on working on their homework. It was completely easy for her, but she already read the book over the summer when she acquired it. When the class ended she quickly stuffed her books in her bag.
"Just go on with out me. I'll be in the Great Hall in a second. I have to ask Professor Snape something." Hermione offered as a reason and watched as her two friends, as well as the rest of the class, left the 3rd floor classroom. Sighing softly she walked up to his desk. "Professor?"
"Yes, Granger?" Professor Snape said questioningly, smiling just slightly. "You better not say anything about my teaching. Both of your friends were acting like monkeys," Severus said, rolling his eyes.
"I know, but still. I don't want them to think I'm suspicious or anything. And I'm always the one who has to calm them both down afterwards." Hermione complained, pouting.
Walking to the other side of his desk, Severus Snape hugged Hermione. "The Dark Lord is almost ready. Just a little bit longer and we'd have accomplished our goal. We'd be rewarded beyond imagine by him. Even the cockroach Lucius will be envious," he replied matter-factly, leaning down and landing a soft, gentle kiss on her lips.
Hermione sighed as she nodded again, obviously content. "Do you know how much longer?" She asked eagerly, sighing as she saw his head shake. Smiling to herself, she reached over to her left arm and pulled up her sleeve, as if to make sure it's there, and smiled down at the skull with the snake writhing around it.
Severus looked down at his partner in crime. All the acting, pretending to be the two's best friend, was going to be for everything. Hermione was happy about it. At least now she didn't have to pretend to like him. Basically her whole entire life was a lie... at least what she told everyone. No one knew who she really was. That was, except the man who was still holding her at this moment.
"Can we go after Ronald yet?" She asked suddenly, tilting her head up to look up at Severus, "he's the stupidest out of the bunch. Though, I'm going to miss Ginny the most. She was almost a friend to me," Hermione said, thinking out loud. Seeing Snape's face, she laughed. "I said almost a friend. Gosh," She replied, before she laughed a little louder as Snape picked her up and set her on her desk.
"Now, stop it. You need to get to Lunch, as do I. I don't want people to come looking for us. Having someone, anyone, seeing us alone together would ruin The Dark Lord's plan. Not only would our plan go poof, but we wouldn't live to see another day," Snape warned, as he yanked down her sleeve on her left arm. "And don't let anyone see that. Continue to put the concealment charm on it at all times.
