A/N: Unwell after last night, but we don't speak ill of the dead.
Reviews welcome!
When he came home, her hair and make up was done but she was still in her bathrobe, though now she'd added her glasses. She was sat on the computer looking at apartments.
Her long and bare legs were stretched out in front of her, her short robe riding up a bit.
She looked up over her laptop and smiled at him. "I know you wanna have a day with the kids Saturday, but maybe we can meet up at a few apartments to tour?"
"I'm sure they'll love that," he smiled, taking her computer from her and replacing it with a bagel and a coffee. She smiled up at him and patted the spot beside her, which he gladly took.
Pulling her bare legs across his, he sipped his coffee and rubbed them gently as they chatted and caught up after a busy past several days.
She finished her food and set her coffee down, glancing at the clock. His hand had been inching up closer to her core over their conversation and it was now aching.
Setting his coffee down, he wordlessly climbed between her legs, holding himself up over her and capturing her lips with his.
"Mmmm…" she moaned softly against his, lifting a hand up to cup his cheek, right as her phone rang.
She whined out a "why" and reached over to pick it up from the coffee table. "Hey Fin," she said, and bit back a moan as he kissed down her neck.
"Cap, sorry I know you're taking a late morning but we caught a case. Need you at Mercy." Fin said and Liv groaned, mostly because El was now kneeling over her, untying her robe and letting it fall to the side.
"Yeah Fin I can be there in an hour and a half," she said, slightly breathless.
Fin laughed on the other end. "Tell Stabler to hurry up, I need you in an hour."
"Fuck you," she said, both to the man on the phone and the one between her legs, who lips were now wrapped around her clit.
"Bye Cap," Fin said laughing and hanging up.
She tossed her phone and shot a look down to Elliot who was smirking, his eyes just visible over the dark curls that adorned her private area. She went to speak but cried out instead, when he pressed two fingers into her wet heat and curled them towards himself.
"Fuck El…" she whined.
He pressed slow kisses around her clit and ran his hand through the curls. "I haven't had time to shave, it's been a crazy week," she muttered, groaning.
He chuckled. "I kinda like it better," he muttered lapping at the bundle of nerves again, causing her to squirm.
"Baby I don't have a lot of time and I need you…" she whispered.
He loved to tease her and get her worked up, and normally he wouldn't mind not getting his release until later in the evening, but she was right- it had been a long week and he couldn't walk around with a boner during an interrogation.
He stood up and began unzipping his pants, pulling himself out and leaving his pants around his hips.
"Bend over?" He asked hopefully, causing her to smirk and kneel up on the couch, holding onto the back and sticking her ass out.
Glancing back at him, she but her lip seductively. "I love when you fuck me from behi-". His hard thrust inside of her transformed her words into a scream of pleasure.
He held her hips tightly and began pumping.
Outside their door, Dickie had dropped by to leave some of Eli's soccer stuff he'd left in his car. He'd texted his dad, but hadn't gotten a response. He'd just found his key to their place when he heard them.
"Fuck Elliot!!! Yes!" She gasped. "There… there… Yes, harder El!"
"Oh shit Liv… you fucking like that?" He adjusted his angle slightly, causing her to cry out.
They never got to be vocal with three kids in the house, so when they were alone, they more than took advantage of the situation.
Dickie's eyes were wide and he was frozen, until he heard a slap and Liv cry out in pleasure again.
"Uh baby yes… yes harder!" She gasped between breaths, "P-pull my h-hair." He took a tight hold of her waves and she whined, "Oh El... Oh I'm gonna c-cum…"
"Shit Liv… oh fuck you're so tight…" he slapped her ass again. "You're gonna be feeling me all fucking day," he said with another slap. "You wanna feel my cum? Huh?"
"Uh huh," she cried out, "El I'm gonna... I'm gonna..." clenching around him and coming unraveled.
Dickie slowly backed up from the door and quickly turned for the elevator just as he heard them climax together, shouting each other's names through grunts and moans.
They collapsed on the couch together, panting heavily, completely spent. She could feel him dripping from her as they kept their connection.
"Jesus," he breathed out, kissing her cheek, and she smiled.
"Today's gonna be a good day," she smiled back at him, pouting as he pulled out.
Dickie sat in his car, frozen solid.
He eventually shook it off and lifted his phone to text his siblings.
D: You guys ever walk in on mom and dad having sex?
L: Ew no but thanks for the visual. Why?
D: I just went to drop of Eli's soccer stuff and heard dad and Liv and now I want to die.
E: Hahaha. We actually heard some banging the other night and I had to give the bird and the bees talk to Noah.
M: Omg, Eli. Did you tell dad?? He's going to kill you! Where was Emma???
E: He'll be fine I told Noah to act surprised when dad gives him the talk. Emma was at a sleepover thank GOD. I wouldn't have been able to tell her. She's not allowed to date.
K: Between you, dad, and Noah, that poor girl will never have a boyfriend.
D: Back to my poor ears…
K: They're two consenting adults who are in love- leave them alone.
D: I hate you.
L: Eli why didn't you tell them you could hear them??
E: It was like 1am and we were playing videos games in our room when we were supposed to be asleep. Dad got home late and idk I guess mom was still up. What was I gonna do? Rat us out?
D: I would have!
K: Don't say anything to them- you'll embarrass Liv.
E: I'd never do that to mom. Dad yes, but mom no.
D: What about Liv? Would you do it to Liv?
L: Richard. Don't start.
D: No, we need to discuss it.
L: Not at 8:45am on a Wednesday.
M: Back off, Dickie.
D: Its bothering us all. Why can't you guys grow a pair and back me up for once.
K: It's bothering you, Dick.
— Eli has removed himself from the conversation —
K: They really got it right when they named you, you asshole.
M: This conversation is not over, Richard.
Eli was in a piss poor mood when he walked next door to the elementary school to get the littles. On Wednesday's, he'd walk them to dance and then he'd go to soccer.
Except, today he just needed 30 seconds to be alone and deal with his morning. He texted his coach and let him know he had to miss the day's practice.
He signed the littles into dance and Noah waved at him before running off. Emma looked up at him frowning and he sighed, kneeling to her level.
"I'm fine, just bad day. Enjoy dance," he said, smiling small. He blinked a lot when he lied, just like their dad.
She looked at him through squinted eyes before leaning in to hug him tightly. "You're the best big brother and we're really lucky to have you," she whispered and he smiled small, tears coming to his eyes.
She pulled back and kissed his cheek before running off. "Love you…" he called and she smiled, stopping to look back at him. "Love you big bro!"
She ran off and looked up through the glass at his crush, Sammi, who was an instructor for the little kids. She gave him a sweet smile and greeted Emma as he left.
He unlocked Liv's apartment door to find El, Mo, and Dickie on the couch. Liv was in the kitchen, pacing. She stopped when he walked in.
He looked at his brother and walked over slowly before taking a swing and connecting with his right eye.
"What the fuck," he growled, shooting up to go after him as El stepped in between them. Liv and Mo were frozen, watching the boys.
Eli broke free from Elliot's grasp and decked his brother again in the same spot, harder.
Dickie fell back as his nose began to bleed. Liv rushed over with a towel and looked up at Eli who's face was beat red and streaked with tears.
She'd seen this so many times with his father, and calmly walked over, standing between them. "Ok… Ok… enough." She said gently but firmly. "Come on…" she took his arm, pulling him away into his room, but not before he could spit out his feelings that hit Dickie harder than the punches.
"You're the worst big brother ever. You're a selfish and self centered prick and I work every day to not be as shitty to Noah as you are to me. I hate you," he spat. He was hyperventilating and Liv ushered him into his room.
Dickie was silent on the couch, holding the towel to his bleeding nose as his tears started and his eye began to swell. El looked at Mo, both at a loss for words.
In Eli's room, Liv rubbed his back gently. "Deep breaths. Deep breaths."
He got his breathing under control but his hands were shaking, his knuckles swollen from connecting with Dickie's face.
"I-I…Liv... m-mom I'm s-s-sorry…" he sobbed into her chest.
"Eli… listen to me," she said and he looked up at her through his tears, "you're my son just as much as Noah. I was there when you were born… I held you before your mom or your dad. I don't care what you call me, I don't care what Dickie says. I only care that you understand just how much I love you."
He nodded taking several stuttered breaths as the door creaked open. Dickie stood there and Liv gave him a look. El and Mo appeared behind him, giving a reassuring nod.
He walked over slowly and knelt before him. "I was wrong, Eli. I'm so sorry…. I miss mom, and I'm lashing out because of it and you're right…" he cleared his throat as a few tears fell, "I'm selfish and I'm a prick. And you're a way better big bro to Noah than I ever was to you. But I regret every moment of that and especially what I said to you earlier."
Eli turned his head slowly towards him and allowed his brother to grip his hand. "I'm grieving and… I'm doing a shitty job of it," he whispered, glancing over at the picture of Kathy that Eli had on his nightstand. He shook his head.
"I miss her bro. And I know you miss her. And… I don't know maybe I'm jealous that you have a mom again and I don't… I…" he sighed and paused, "I was an asshole to Liv as a teenager and…there's just a lot of shitty things I've done..." he trailed off.
"Liv doesn't give a fuck and you know it," Eli mumbled and Dickie held up a hand in mock surrender. "I know… and I think that's something I need to work on and be a man and talk through with Liv."
He looked up at her and she nodded. "Dickie I'm here for you, you just have to let me in," she whispered and he sighed.
"I know… I've been really terrible, to all of you, and I can't tell you how sorry I am for that," he finished softly.
Eli wiped his eyes and sat up straight. "We've got a really great thing here, the five of us. Stop trying to fuck it up." He looked at him intently and he nodded. "I promise… I'm done."
Eli allowed his tears to fall again and Dickie stood up to hug his little brother tightly. "Dude I love you so much. And I'm so sorry I've been so shitty… I'm gonna do better… for you and Noah and Emma. Please don't give up on me," his voice cracked and Eli nodded, finally returning his hug.
"Im sorry for what I said I… I didn't mean it…" he whispered, half lying and Dickie shook his head, knowing full well he was. "I deserved it."
Eli pulled back and looked at his brother's swollen eye and nose. Dickie laughed. "You have a mean hook…" he teased gently and Eli chuckled. "Yeah well…"
Liv had to go back to work, but her focus was non existent. She was sat at her desk with her head in her hands when she heard a familiar knock on her door frame.
She looked up with a small smile. "What are you doing here?"
El came around and sat on her desk in front of her. "Checking on my girl," he said softly, taking her hand.
She sighed and pulled it back to hold her face. He frowned and took a deep breath.
"Don't run from me, 'Livia."
She looked up at him and placed her hands on his thighs. "I'm not.. I just… today was a lot."
He nodded. "It was. But I'm thankful for our sons because If that were the girls they'd still be yelling at one another," he teased, causing her to laugh half heartedly.
He felt his stomach drop and he slipped off her desk to kneel between her legs. "Talk to me.." he pleaded.
She was silent for a few moments and allowed some tears fo fall. He wiped them with his thumb. "Did we move too fast?" She asked breathlessly and he shook his head.
"No. We did everything right." He said simply and she let out a breath she'd been holding.
His reassurance was all she needed to collapse into him. He wrapped his arms tightly around her and kissed her head repeatedly.
"Dickie is going to go to counseling once a week by himself," he whispered and she nodded taking a deep breath and burying her head into his chest.
They were both quiet a moment before Liv spoke again. "Of all of the kids to hear us fucking..." she said half laughing and going red.
He chuckled and pulled back to look at her. "He's a big boy, and I don't care because the image of you bent over the couch got me through Eli wailing on his face," he teased causing her to finally laugh for real.
"Elliot, I love you." She said softly and he kissed her.
"I love you more Olivia. I love the family we've built. All of our kids- even Dickie in his bad moments. I love you. I can't wait to put a ring on your finger," he said seriously causing her to smile.
"I'm waiting," she teased lightly.
Grinning, he kissed her slowly. "Mo is getting the kids. Can we talk a bit longer? Maybe on the couch I'm too old for this," he said, nodding to the floor and she laughed.
They settled on the couch facing each other. He rubbed her arm lightly, the other resting on her knee.
"Can I ask you something and you'll answer me honestly? I think it's the very last thing we've avoided discussing…" he whispered and she couldn't help but tense, knowing what was coming.
She nodded and he squeezed her knee, taking her hand with his other one.
"I guess I owe you the top to bottom story huh…" she said, with a hint of a joke.
"It would mean a lot to me, Liv, and I think it's the last thing holding us up," he whispered and she nodded, exhaling.
He was right. She'd been avoiding it like the plague. The memories were just a reminder that he wasn't there. That he should have been. That he missed so much.
She hated going back there, in detail, and almost never did.
"Tell me about your pregnancy with our Emma…" he whispered
