A/N: Some filler and set up for long term before the next chapter starts their next chapter: baby Stabler.

Thanks for the love- please review!

Mo ended up with the kids for the day, and once everyone left, El and Liv relaxed back on the couch together.

"You doing okay this morning?" Liv asked her husband, gently, and he shrugged.

"I just feel bad. For you. Our daughter and son. It's just a bummer that Kathy was like that and I'm angry at myself that I never left her. I should have… even if I didn't come right home to you, I should have taken Eli and left."

She rubbed his hand softly, choosing to just let him get it out. "It just sucks I guess. Makes me feel like I've failed my kids. And Dickie carrying that burden? Just horrible."

He leaned his head back on the couch before rolling it to face her's. She gave him a sweet smile and gentle squeeze to his hand.

"You're a good dad, Elliot Stabler. Don't let this ruin your perspective of yourself," she said, moving his hand to her belly. "You made what you thought were the best decisions for your family- and at the time they were. It's over and done, and we move on. We focus on who the big kids are now. Who our littles will become. Welcoming this guy into the fold in just a few months, and each other."

Teddy gave a firm kick from inside her and he smiled small, leaning in to kiss her nose. "You're the most amazing human alive," he whispered, moving his free hand to her face. "Thank you for giving me a second chance, Olivia."

"I was always going to give you a second chance, Elliot," she whispered, giving him a kiss.

"Carl talk to you about Mo?" She asked softly.

He nodded. "I told him we could help with IVF if they needed it," He said as he stroked her cheek with his thumb.

She smiled. "I told Mo the same."

"Great minds," he said, kissing her again.

"C'mon… let's check out the nursery and then lounge in bed," she said, standing slowly.

The opened the door to their baby's nursery, and sighed happily at the sight before them.

The far wall was painted a muted gray and adorned with "Teddy" in cutout wooden letters in the center. Below that was a navy blue crib with darker gray sheets and 7 small teddy bears in the corner. Each teddy was clearly picked out by each of their kids, representing their own interests.

A praying one from Mo

One with books from Kathleen

One with a paint pallet from Lizzie

Football from Dickie

Soccer from Eli

Dance from Emma

Baseball from Noah

Just under the window was a matching changing table, stocked and organized with all the new born necessities they would need. In the corner sat a wooden rocker with a matching and fully stocked dresser to the right.

On the bare wall above the dresser hung black and white family photos, and some empty frames with sayings on them.

Me and mommy

Me and daddy

Big sisters

Big brothers

The pair walked over slowly and admired the photos. Some of the whole family. Some of just them. The boys. The girls. All the kids.

Liv felt a tear run down her face and let out a happy sigh, leaning against El. "They're incredible," she whispered and he nodded as his eyes fell to a small gift bag on the dresser.

They opened it together and El's eyes welled up as he sucked in a stuttered breath.

In the bag was a small golden cross that once was his as a little one. He'd given it to Dickie when he was born, who'd worn it during his christening and all of his other Catholic ceremonies.

The letter that accompanied it made his tears fall hard and fast:

Theodore Richard-

This was daddy's when he was a baby, and then mine. Now, it belongs to you- our family's final piece and biggest blessing.

I love you forever, baby brother.

Love,

Richard

Liv was sobbing now too, and turned in Elliot's arms. He held her tightly as their tears fell and their boy kicked between them.

Eventually making their way back to their room, Liv tucked in against him for a nap while he texted his oldest boy.

E: I don't think I did anything right when you were growing up, but somehow you turned out to be the best son and brother ever. I'm so glad we've gotten so close again. The only thing cooler than having you as my son is having you as my best friend. But you'll always be my baby boy. I love you buddy.

D: Love you so much dad. You're the best one out there and I'm so glad you're home and Liv has helped bring us back together. Enjoy your day with her- you guys deserve it!

He set his phone down and wiped his tears, cuddling up with his wife and falling to sleep.

His eyes rolled back into his head the moment they opened from his nap.

"Fuck Olivia," he muttered as he became fully aware of the sheer pleasure coursing through his body.

Arching his back slightly, his hand went automatically to her head as it bobbed up and down on his throbbing cock. Eventually looking down to her, a low moan escaped his lips.

She was knelt below him and straddling one leg, fully nude with her hair pulled back in a sloppy bun. Her heavy breasts were rested on his thigh as she worked him with her mouth and dominant hand, while her other held herself up and aided in the grinding she was doing into him.

Her wetness coated his muscular leg as her clit repeatedly bumped into his knee. The sight was astounding, and he didn't know whether he wanted to cry from happiness while she continued, or bend her over and fuck her like there was no tomorrow.

As if she read his mind, she pulled off with a pop and winked at him. "We have all day," she said simply, before devouring his entire length again.

"O-o-oliiiiivia," he grumbled as she rode his leg a bit fast, causing her to moan around him.

He watched her body tense through a weak but still satisfying orgasm, and it was all he needed to explode down the back of her throat, whimpering her name as he came.

Falling back breathless, he gasped for air as she kissed up his body and snuggled into him.

"I fucking love you," she whispered.

He laughed and looked at her. "I didn't do anything. That was all you and it was the hottest thing I've ever seen."

She giggled. "The hormones."

"You're lucky I wasn't around to see these with Emma. We'd have 10 kids."

Laughing, she buried her head in his shoulder. "Oh yeah?"

"Oh yeah. I'd be knocking you up once a year, Momma."

Looking up at him with a smile, she sighed happily. "I love this life."

"Me too… we're really, really lucky," he said as he rolled on top of her, kissing her neck gently.

She giggled and wrapped his arms around his bare and muscular back.

"That orgasm you had was lame," he whispered into her ear as he nipped at it and began to kiss down her body.

"Fix it, Stabler," she winked.

Eli was in a mood when they all got home later that day. Raising a brow at the younger two, Liv rolled her eyes at their shrug and went into his room.

"Hi," she said gently, rubbing her belly.

He sighed. "Momma I really don't wanna talk right now. Please."

"Okay, I understand. But can I give you a kiss and a hug and my obligatory mom speech?"

Smiling just a bit, he nodded.

She walked over and wrapped her arms around him tightly, kissing his head a few times. "Come see me when you're ready. You can talk to me about anything and I love you very much," she whispered.

"Love you momma," he nodded and she let him be.

The younger two were sat at the table with Mo.

"What's going on?" She whispered.

"I don't know but I saw him text arguing with Sammi," she sighed.

Liv slowly turned to look at Emma and Noah.

Emma was giving her a typical "I'm not spilling" Stabler look and Noah was literally biting his tongue.

Mo couldn't help her laugh and got up, hugging Liv and then the two littles. "See you guys tomorrow," she said, heading out.

"I'm not pushing you guys," Liv said, putting her hands in the air. "But you know your daddy will and he's on his way home."

"I can't be bought anymore mom, I've learned my lesson," Noah said, holding his hands up.

She and Emma laughed and shook their heads.

"I'm way too tired to cook tonight. What do you guys want for dinner?"

"Chinese," Emma said with a gasp.

"That works," Noah shrugged and Liv nodded, texting El who had gone to make a grocery run. "Come cuddle me. I've missed my babies," she smiled, making her way over to the couch.

They curled up on either side of her, snuggling in. She let out a happy sigh and played with their hair as they chatted quietly.

"You both are okay with everything right? I feel like I've had no time to spend with just the two of you," she said, looking between them.

"Yeah mommy why wouldn't we be?" Noah asked and Emma rolled her eyes. "What he means, is yes we're perfectly fine and don't feel sad or miss you or our old life or anything."

Noah nodded quickly. "Oh yeah duh, we love daddy and Eli. Teddy too!"

Liv smiled and kissed his head. "Thank you baby," she whispered. "That makes me happy," she said as tears sprung to her eyes.

"Remember that first night daddy slept over?" Emma smiled up at her and Liv nodded. "I was so nervous."

"We've come a long way from there," Eli said from behind them, smiling when he saw three huge grins pop up to look back at him.

"Hi baby," Liv said, wiping her eyes. "Ready to talk?"

He nodded quickly and made his way over to the couch, curling up on the other side of Noah who gave him a nod.

"Should we wait for daddy?" Emma asked and Eli nodded, leaning back with Noah tucked in the crook of his arm.

They chatted softly until El came in and smiled at the sight before him.

"Well this is awesome… what's going on guys?"

"Eli is feeling a little blue and frustrated so we wanted to talk about it, but waited till you got home," Liv said as he set the Chinese on the table in front of them and curled up beside Emma, pulling her into his arms.

"Awe thanks guys," he grinned, kissing his daughters head. "Whats going on buddy?"

He sighed. "Sammi. She wants to come over tonight cause her parents are fighting again but I haven't had a minute alone or alone time with just the five of us or with the guys and I just don't want her to," he frowned.

"She's mad?" El asked and he nodded. "So mad. Like saying I don't care and stuff which isn't true! I just want to be with my family and friends alone!"

"That's not nice," Emma frowned and Liv looked at El.

"Maybe we should talk to her?" She asked him before looking back to Eli.

He shrugged. "I don't know. I mean I love her I just want some frickin alone time with my parents and siblings before Ted comes," he groaned, covering his face. "And, Tom wants to hang out tonight and I feel like I haven't gotten to see him and just do guy shit."

"And you're entitled to that, honey," Liv said, gently putting a hand on his shoulder.

El nodded. "You have the best heart and it's amazing. But you can't let her make you feel bad. She'll be okay."

"Agreed. How about you guys help daddy bring up groceries and I'll go up and talk to her. Remind her we love her and such, and that you just need some time to yourself?" Liv suggested and he sighed.

"Aren't I a little too old to have my mom fix my life," he sighed with a pathetic laugh.

She feigned offense and he laughed. "Never."

"Okay momma, that'd be helpful," he nodded and she leaned over with a dramatic grunt to kiss his cheek.

All the kids laughed. "Teddy needs to come out!" Emma said and El nodded. "For real."

The four went down to unload groceries and Liv texted Sam to meet her in her hallway.

She came out looking embarrassed and ashamed, and red faced from crying. Liv pulled her into a tight hug and kissed the side of her head.

"I'm sorry," she whispered, "I know I'm being a jerk... I j-just... I hate it here," she sobbed into Liv's chest.

"I know baby... I know. Eli loves you, we all do, he just needs some time with us and to be alone with the guys. I'm sorry it's come at the worst time, but it doesn't mean he loves you any less."

Nodding quickly, she wiped her eyes. "I'm gonna try and g-go to a friend's tonight," she whispered.

Liv smiled small. "You can call Katie too, you know. She loves you."

Frowning again, more tears spilled from her eyes and she laid into her. "O-okay..."

"And if you stay and it gets worse or there's an emergency, call me or Elliot and we'll come get you okay?"

"Thank you, Liv," she choked out.

"I'm so sick of being pregnant," Liv sighed as she stood in the kitchen helping El with dishes later on that night.

"Two months," he smiled encouragingly and she rolled her eyes at him.

He cracked up, shaking his head as Eli came back in. "Mind if I go to Tom's?" He asked and they shook their heads.

"Go buddy, you deserve it. I told Sam to call me or dad if she needs us," Liv nodded, rubbing her belly.

"Should I drive you?" El asked and Eli shook his head. "He's getting me and we're gonna go to a movie with some friends from school."

Liv raised a brow and nodded slowly. He sighed and looked at his mom, giving a slight shake of his head and she nodded again. He nodded back and took a deep breath, taking out his phone and texting.

El looked between them with a brow raised. "What just happened."

"Mom is worried I'm about to go out with another girl. And I am, but it's just Tom's girlfriend and her friend but mom thinks that's unkind so I'm inviting Sam and hopefully her parents aren't dicks about it," he sighed.

El was dumbstruck. "How? What?" He looked between the two and Liv laughed. "Mother's intuition. Good call baby."

"Also- language," El said with a laugh.

Sam knocked gently on the front door a few minutes later before coming in.

"Love you guys," Liv said as Eli grabbed his jacket, "be safe and have fun okay?"

"Love you," El and waved and Sam waved shyly at them, still feeling embarrassed by her outburst.

"Thanks, love you guys," he smiled before heading out.

They both smiled as they watched their son sweetly wrap his arms around his girlfriend and give her forehead several kisses that made her giggle before they left.

"Did we do the wrong thing by letting her stay here?" Liv asked with a sigh and El shrugged. "I don't know... really don't."

She sighed. "I'm gonna lay down, my feet are on fire and your son is giving me heartburn.

He gave a small smile and kissed her head. "Go head... I'll give you a massage when I get done with."

Nodding, she waddled slowly to the couch, putting her feet up with a groan.

El finished the dishes, checked on the littles who were happily playing video games, and returned to the couch, setting her feet in his lap and beginning his massage.

"Ohhhh..." she moaned softly as he massaged the arch of her foot firmly. "El that feels so good..." she trailed off as her breathing quickened.

"Do we need to take this into our bedroom? Cause if you keep moaning we're gonna have to."

She let out a breathy chuckle, and he looked over at her, pushing on her foot a little harder when he saw how hard her nipples were under her tight cotton shirt.

The groan his massaging pushed out of her caused a twitch in her right leg that landed her foot against his semi hard cock. She moaned a little bit louder as she gently ran her foot across him over his pants.

"The kids," he warned and she shook her head. "I don't care I need you inside of me," she whispered and he nodded helping her up and leading her into their room.

Locking their door, he watched her bend over their bed and hike her leggings down to her knees. "Woman," he groaned, pulling himself out as she looked back at him with a smirk.

"Fuck me, daddy," she purred.

"Dear god I hope these hormones never end."
