On a rainy forest.
It was the last place that Lucy Heartfilia thought was going to be on a day like this. She was with her raincoat battling the wind and making sure she could come back in one piece.
''I can do this. I can do this.'' Thought her.
The Blonde was returning from a mission and this time missing her partner with scarf and his blue cat friend. Why is that? Well lets rewind.
Flashback
''Oh this job looks good. Help farmers get their sheep's back. Mira can I get this job?" Asked Lucy to Mirajane.
''Sure, let me get the stamp.'' Said Mira.
''Great.'' Said Lucy.
While Mirajane was ready to approve the job she noticed someone missing.
''Wait a minute Lucy. Where is Natsu and Happy?" Asked Mira.
''Well…I was thinking of doing this job by myself.'' Said Lucy much to Mira surprise.
''You want to do a job alone!'' Asked Mira.
''But is not like I don't want to hang out with them or anything. I want to try a solo mission once and this time earn a little more in cash.'' Said Lucy.
''Oh so you are low on money?" Asked Mira.
''Tell my empty wallet that.'' Said Lucy in comical tears.
''Can't you ask Natsu to pay you back?" Asked Lucy.
''I did and he paid me back in fish. My living room is disgusting right now.'' Said Lucy.
Mirajane could tell that Lucy had dealt with enough crap for one day so maybe a solo job was a good idea.
''Well everyone needs to prove that they can handle a job by themselves. Good luck.'' Said Mirajane approving the job.
''Ok.'' Said Lucy
Lucy soon got a backpack with a few items and her keys were ready. She was prepared to handle the job.
''I can do this.'' Thoguht her.
Later
The job went perfectly. With the help of the Gemini Lucy was able to make the ships return with no trouble. She soon got the reward and was ready to go.
''Thank you dear.'' Said the farmer.
''The pleasure was mine. Well I need to go back before is late.'' Said Lucy.
''Oh you are going towards the forest?' Asked the farmer.
''Yes, it was the place that I came by.'' Said her.
''I wouldn't do that. Is going to rain right now and it will be a zone if you want to return home. Don't you wanna stay with me?' Asked the farmer.
Even though the man means well Lucy couldn't help having creepy flashbacks in her head. Besides she could call Horologium and he would protect her.
''don't worry. I got everything under control.'' Said her.
''Are you sure?" Asked him.
''Yes, I am a mage of Fairy Tail we laugh at danger.'' Said her.
Present.
Lucy was trying her best to sustain the rain but it was getting harder and hard to stay put. It was time to call the good old clock again.
''Ok, time to feel safe.'' Thought her.
Then something unexpected happened, her keys slipped from her hands and went down with the mud.
''Oh no!'' Said her nervous.
She race towards the keys who were near a river that was getting violent. It was a miracle that she didn't fell into the river since she got the keys.
''Got it!'' Said Lucy triumph, before she could celebrate, she was hit in the head with a tree branch.
Bonk
Lucy was soon down for the count and fell into the river. She was going to drown and died.
However, this was not going to be the fate of Lucy. Something appeared to her rescue and it was something she didn't expected.
A monster, a hideous gigantic monster appeared and saved Lucy from being drowned. Soon the monster brought Lucy to his creator Fran, also known as Fraken Fran.
''What we got here?" Asked Fran seening the body.
The check was quick since there was no massive damage, only a big bump in the head.
''Fran what is going on?" Asked her assistant Okita.
''Oh is just a body that Hans found in the river.'' Said Fran.
''Is she dead?" Asked Okita.
''No, she is unconscious.'' Said Fran.
''Let's get her to the lab. You can treat her there.'' Said Okita.
''You are right, lets go Hans.'' Said Fran
Fran took Lucy to her lab. She was in good condition that Fran wouldn't try anything horrifying right now, however Lucy was about to see the horror show that was the life of Franken Fran and soon Fairy Tail would also get a taste of a gory twisted sense of humor.
