A/N: Calling this mid end of March, next chapter will start with April- two weeks before Teddy turns one. Clearly I didn't keep track of time. Whatever- enjoy and just roll w it. Lol.

"You don't think mom is mad at me do you?" Noah asked his brother as they played video games in his room.

Emma was snuggled on Eli's bed with the sleeping twins, and answered for him, again.

"I think you need to apologize."

"I didn't ask you," Noah grumbled.

"I agree with Emma. Just go apologize. I don't think mom is mad just nervous."

"Why nervous?" Noah asked, pausing their game to look up at him.

"That's a mom and dad discussion. Just go apologize buddy," he said, nudging him.

Sighing, Noah nodded and stood up, trudging into his parents room.

"You literally told him about sex but you won't tell him why mom is nervous about having a baby at her age?" Emma said with a laugh. "Really? That's your line?"

"Oh okay, Olivia Benson," he teased. "I think it needs to come from mom."

Emma nodded slowly, and waited for Eli to turn back around before making quiet chicken noises.

"Emma Bernadette if you weren't holding my babies…" he warned with a laugh that made her grin.

Elliot and Olivia were chatting quietly with one another when a soft knock interrupted them.

"Noah," she whispered to him, winking.

"Come in," El called, he and Liv both turning toward the door from where they lay on their sides.

"Hi," Noah said shyly, poking his head in.

"C'mere sweet boy," Liv said with a warm smile that made her boy's shoulders relax.

He quickly made his way over to lay up between them, snuggling into her chest. "I'm sorry mommy…"

Liv chuckled softly. "Noah… thank you, but I'm not mad."

"But you're disappointed," came his muffled response.

Elliot couldn't help but smile, reaching his hand across to pull gently at his curls.

"I'm scared," she admitted in a whisper. "Being pregnant at my age comes with a lot of risks… and I guess I just wanted to wait a while longer before telling everyone… that's all."

He pulled back a little, looking up to her. "Why are there a lot of risks?" He frowned.

"That's a whole big, long science explanation," she winked.

"I hate science," he muttered with a slight eye roll. "But I trust you… you sure you aren't mad?"

"I'm not mad," she promised him. "If anything, I'm thankful that I have such a wonderfully stubborn boy to make me face my fears," she said, bopping his nose and making him smile.

"I just… I mean I guess I knew you weren't mad just… since the whole thing at school," he sighed, pausing to collect his thoughts. "You know, like… I just worry, I guess."

"You talking about that with your therapist?" El asked gently, rubbing circles on his back.

He nodded and sighed, opening his mouth to speak only to snap it shut quickly.

"Tell us," he prodded gently.

He hesitated. "I guess I'm just… I know I'm not going anywhere but… I don't know. Dr. Kolby says it's… irr… irrational?"

"That's right," Liv smiled small. "It's an irrational fear, meaning you know deep down it'll never happen. But hey?" She said gently, tilting his chin up so he'd look at her before she continued. "It's perfectly acceptable to feel those feelings," she promised.

"As long as you know how loved you are in our family," El added.

"I know," he smiled small, relaxing into his mom and sneaking his hand to her belly. "Can… can I stay here a while?"

"Don't wanna hang with Eli?" El asked laughing a little.

"I mean… I do I just…" he trailed off.

"You can stay here as long as you want," his dad reassured him, kissing his head. "You wanna pick a movie?"

"Please," Noah smiled small.

El handed him the remote and the trio got comfy together.

"What are you scared about?" Harley asked, sipping her wine as Sam collapsed into her oversized chair.

"Everything," Sam groaned. "Like… what if," she sighed. "I haven't experienced anything… or really anyone else. Just Eli and Jack."

"I mean…" Harley drawled and Sam laughed, turning bright red.

"He's… amazing. And he's only gotten better I just what if… what if there's someone else?"

"Do you even want anyone else?"

"No," Sam admitted. "But what if he does?"

"I absolutely don't think he does."

Sam groaned. "It's just gonna be… so damn hard to ask him to leave after the new year, I mean… so hard."

"So why does he have to leave so soon?"

"Cause he starts school so early and I just… it's more for the kids to adjust. If they get used to him not being here when they don't remember it'll be so much easier when they get older and understand it."

"I'm not gonna tell you how to raise your kids," Harley said with a small frown. "Or am I gonna pretend to understand."

"But?"

"No buts… you're just a little stubborn is all."

"Mhm…" she sighed. "Stubborn… Olivia says I'm just like her."

"You are… I've heard the horror stories," Harley teased, finishing her glass. "Maybe it's an Elliot Stabler thing."

"Take that out of the universe right now," Sam laughed, handing over her empty glass for a refill. "Don't put that on my son."

"Hopefully he'll be less extra than his daddy and grandpa."

"Not likely," Sam mused, picking up her phone when it buzzed.

"See," Harley said, just bringing the bottle back, along with another. "You guys are obsessed," she motioned to the several pictures that had come through of the twins and Emma, along with a sweet message.

"I love him," she whispered, smiling small.

Harley offered a small and longing smile, switching the TV on and flipping through chick flicks while Sam replied.

E: Doing just fine tonight!! We miss you, but I hope you're enjoying your girls night. We love you so much!

S: Awwwwe. I miss them so much! And I miss you, too.

S: Thank you for being the best daddy and man. We are so lucky to have you, Eli.

S: I love you!

E: I love you more, Samantha Lynn!

"Are you crying?" Emma snorted, and Eli rolled his eyes wiping his face.

"No."

She snatched the phone from his hands, reading the messages and looking at him. "What the hell are you two doing."

"Shush," he grumbled, taking the phone back.

The pair were in the living room, now, so the babies could sleep uninterrupted since Noah was still in with their parents.

"Literally you're so annoying," she said, sitting across from him.

"And what about you and Jacob?" He asked with a brow raised.

"Oh full name," she mused.

"Yes cause I don't like that he's hurting my sister."

"He's not hurting me he just…" she trailed off.

"Tell me," he said with a brow raised.

"It's nothing."

"Emma Bernadette," he said, nudging her. "Talk to me. I'm worried about you."

She sighed and looked down. "More of a… big sister conversation," she said softly.

"Oh…" Eli nodded, "well… I have a daughter and I hope that one day, if there's someone pressuring her, that she'll feel comfortable coming to me and talking about it," he said slowly. "Could use the practice," he added, flipping on the tv and scrolling through movies.

Emma snuggled under her blanket and remained silent for several minutes, speaking just as the movie Eli had chosen started to play.

"It's not… that he's pressuring me to… he's just… touchy when we… kiss," Emma muttered, shyly.

"Have you asked him to stop?"

"Yes," she sighed, sinking into her seat.

"And?"

"He tries every once in a while just… over clothes and…"

"Hey," Eli whispered, nudging her to look at him."If he's doing something when you asked him to stop… that's pressuring. He doesn't have your consent. You want me to talk to him?"

She groaned softly. "I don't… know.. I don't know."

"What are you afraid of?"

"I don't want him to get in trouble," she admitted. "I don't think… I think he's just being stupid."

"I think it's him being dumb and young and horny and… but, I think he needs to learn how not okay that is, Em."

She looked nervously at him and he put his hand on her shoulder. "Me? Or wait till it gets worse for dad and Dick to find out."

"You…"

"Okay… then I'll handle it."

"Thank you," she whispered, snuggling into him and hitting play on a movie.

"Who's this? Say, 'Baby.'"

Teddy giggled up at his big brother before looking back down to their nephew.

"Bay-be. Just like I taught you," Noah encouraged. "Like mommy's belly!"

"Whatcha doing?" Liv asked with a laugh as she came into the living room the following morning, finding all of her boys on the couch.

Eli & El were sipping coffee and watching ESPN while Noah coached Teddy on referring to EJ as "baby".

"I'm trying to teach Teddy that EJ is also baby so he doesn't spill the beans at church," he sighed.

"Djaaaaaya," Teddy smiled.

Emma had just come out of her room with Joey, stopping short when Teddy said his version of EJ.

"What did you say?" El exclaimed cutely, turning to his baby as Eli whipped out his phone to start recording.

Teddy just laughed, crawling over to where Elliot was seated and climbing up into his lap.

"Dada."

"Hi buddy.. yes, dada," he cooed. "But what did you just say??"

"Teddy whose that?" Eli asked, getting his attention and pointing down to EJ.

"Djaaaaaya," Teddy nodded, grinning again.

They all cheered, making Teddy giggle loudly and finally notice his mom who was standing behind the couch. "Mama!"

"11 whole months today and saying EJ! My baby is getting too big," Liv said, taking him from El and snuggling him.

"Mama," he giggled, sitting back in her arms and pointing to Emma. "Mema."

"That's right… Emma," Liv said with tears in her eyes. "She's holding Joey. Can you say Joey?"

"Doe," he whispered smiling and resting back against his mom with his arms tucked to his chest.

"Oh my baby," Liv cooed with a laugh, rocking the little one back and forth.

"Too fast," El smiled, standing to hug them.

"Well I tried," Noah said with a shoulder shrug. "Can you say No?" He asked hopefully.

Teddy thought for a moment and then smiled. "No no no no no."

"Yes!" He grinned, beginning to jump up and down like a maniac right as Sam walked through the door.

"Well good morning, Stablers," she laughed. "What did I just walk into?"

"Teddy basically learned to talk over night, no big deal," Eli said with a laugh, standing up to made his way over to Sam.

"You did?" She gasped cutely, wrapping her arms around Eli's waist when he approached her.

Teddy giggled again Emma walked over with Joey. "Ohhh your mommy is back," she cooed, and Sam sighed happily, taking her daughter.

"I missed you, baby girl," she whispered, still leaned into Eli contentedly. "You have fun with daddy?"

Joey yawned, reaching up to her mommy's face briefly before landing her hand on her breast.

"Uh huh," she laughed. "All fun with daddy and mommy is only good for one thing."

"Mommy is good for all the things," Eli smiled, kissing the top of her head.

"I'm gonna breastfeed before church," Sam nodded. "Come join me?"

"Be right in," he said with a nod.

"Oh before you go," Liv said, and Sam turned back with a smile. "Would you guys mind coming back here with the kids for a few hours? Dad and I have to meet with the priest with Teddy, then we're gonna go sign papers on the house."

"Yeah of course," Sam smiled, nodding.

"Perfect," Liv sighed in relief, free hand dropping down to her belly. "Emma and Noah, I need you to go through your clothes. Anything that doesn't fit or you don't wear, put it in a pile okay?"

They both groaned and El laughed while Liv ignored them and continued. "And Sam, if you feel up to it, feel free to look through Ted's clothes and box up anything for EJ that's under 12-18 months."

"That would be awesome," she said excitedly. "EJ is growing way too fast."

"Tell me about it," Eli laughed, making a show of picking up his son from the couch as he smiled.

"You don't wanna save Teddy's clothes for baby," Noah asked, crossing his arms suspiciously.

"Sam has set aside both of their newborn cloths just incase," Liv winked, smoothly.

Elliot laughed at the confusion on their once sure son's faces.

"You'll never know," Liv sang playfully, going back to her room to get ready while Sam laughed her way into Eli's.

"I missed you," she told him, once they got settled in bed and the twins began to eat.

"I missed you," he agreed, kissing her temple and tightening his hold on her slightly. "You have a fun night?"

"It was great," she smiled, resting her head on his shoulder. "Nice to just have no responsibility but… I missed you guys," she chuckled.

"Well I'm glad you had some girl time," he smiled, kissing her temple again before nuzzling the side of her face.

"Just so crazy to… like life is just normal with you there? Them? I can't really imagine life differently… can't remember what it was like before."

"I know what you mean… it was nice to have extra time with Emma and Noah but… weird waking up without you hogging the bed and the blankets."

She laughed and looked up at him. "I do not!"

"You do. We have a king and you're tiny, and you manage to take up the whole thing," he grinned down at her.

"Liar," she mused playfully, looking back down at their twins.

"Uh huh," he teased through a smile.

"That'll be good to go through Teddy's clothes," she said, looking down at EJ who was absolutely chowing.

"I can't believe how fast he's growing… dad said I had a huge growth spurt around his age, too."

"I believe how much he's growing but not how blonde his hair has become! It's crazy."

"Mine did the same," Eli laughed, pulling at the baby soft curls on the top of his son's head.

"Now you just look like your mom… you sure you're not her's?" She teased.

Eli laughed a little louder and both babies pulled away to look up at him.

"Sorry guys… pay attention," he cooed, gently encouraging them back to their eating.

After church, Sam and Eli brought the kids, Teddy included, home for lunch, naps, and to start packing.

Thankfully, the younger Stabler boy hadn't felt much like performing during church, so Olivia lived to see another day of pretending her big kids didn't know she was pregnant.

Eli had volunteered to go buy some boxes, for which his parents were incredibly thankful, to begin packing up their rooms and old clothes.

What they didn't know, was that his trip to get boxes included a detour to Jake's house, which is where he stood waiting for someone to answer the door with his arms crossed.

Dani pulled it open with a smile that quickly faded when she saw his demeanor.

"What did he do?" She groaned.

"Nothing," Eli said, unconvincingly. "Can I just chat with him for a second?"

"Is this chat gonna end up with him in the emergency room?" She sighed.

"No," he laughed. "No… just a little reminder. Don't push him, please? I'll tell my parents if it's bad… just young and dumb hormones right now."

"Understood," Dani replied, equally as unconvincing, before calling for her boy.

Eli was sitting on the second to bottom step when Jake came out behind him.

"Eli? Everything okay?" He asked timidly.

"Come sit," he said, motioning for him.

The younger boy's heart started to race as he sat down beside his girlfriends looming older brother and remained quiet.

"Jacob," Eli said, sitting up straight and keeping his eyes ahead of him.

"Y-yeah?"

Turning his head slowly, he looked down at him with a cocked eye brow.

"Jacob do you know what consent is?"

"W-well I…"

"Yes or no question."

"Y-yes," he said after a brief pause.

"So you know that constantly touching my sister in parts she's asked you not to isn't consent."

"W-well…"

"Yes or no."

"I…"

"Yes," he punctuated. "Or no."

"Y-yes…"

Eli nodded slowly, turning his head back to the street and letting Jake sit in silence for a few moments, before eventually standing.

"Good. I'm here as your reminder to keep your hands off my sister and to yourself. Understood?"

"Y-yes… p-please don't tell you d-dad," he said, standing up quickly.

"I'm not. But for the record," he said as he walked to his car, "dad's not the parent I'd be worried about," he said with a wink before climbing in the drivers seat and heading away.

"Elliot can you believe we have a house? Like an actually kinda house," she said in awe as they walked around the empty brownstone after getting their keys.

"If you would've asked me a bunch of hypotheticals four years ago, house would have been the most believable," he laughed, putting a hand on her belly.

"We're so blessed," she sighed, laying against his chest and linking their hands together. "We're gonna bring her home here," she whispered in awe.

"I know!" He exclaimed with a loud laugh that echoed around the empty high ceilings and walls.

"This is probably the most quiet this place'll be every," she smiled, backing them slowly into the counter.

"Teddy's gonna turn one here," he said, taking hold of her hips and hoisting her up to sit, her floral dress exaggerating her belly with the way she was sitting.

"Let's face it… all our grandbabies are gonna turn one here," she laughed, holding his neck and leaning her forehead against his.

"Feels like home already," he said, spreading her legs gently and standing between them.

He watched her close her eyes and inhale his scent.

"You okay," he asked softly, his thumbs gently caressing her thighs.

"Hmmm," she whispered, opening her eyes to reveal fresh tears. "So good."

"Yeah?" He smiled, bunching her dress up inch by painstaking inch.

"Yeah," she agreed, voice husky with emotion and desire.

"You uh… you wanna christen this place?" He asked, though he already knew her answer.

"Why do you think I wanted to come see it again," she winked, blinking a tear down her cheeks and dropping her hands to cup him through his slacks.

"These emotions," he teased, between soft kisses, "these emotions are the best."

"I'm sorry they were insane the other night," she sighed softly.

"No… don't," he promised, pulling her to the edge of the counter and losing his breath when she unzipped his slacks and held his granite length in her soft hands. "My track record-"

She cut him off with a kiss that made his knees go week and his hands instinctively pull at her thong, ripping It in two much to her dismay.

"Buy you another," he promised, like he always did, as he lifted her leg up to hang over the crook of his arm.

She was too turned on to come up with a witty response, and just gripped the back of his neck as he sunk into her, stretching her slowly and making her eyes widen.

"El…"

"That slice of fabric was ruined anyways," he quipped, referencing how wet she was.

"Shush," she managed to husk out before her jaw dropped in time with the snap of his hips.

A groan of pleasure left her lips and he chuckled, keeping his slow and steady pace. "You good?" He asked, forehead still touching her's and eyes looking downward as his cock that was coming and going from deep within her.

"Th-this... angle," she panted, clenching around him. "That's it... R-right there, that's it," she whispered hoarsely.

"Right there?" He asked, watching her hand fall between them to circle her clit. "Right there baby?"

"Ri-" she trailed off, furrowing her brows and putting all of her focus on the rhythmic circles stimulating and engorging her clit.

"Yeah?" He mumbled, increasing his speed slightly.

"Fuck me so good," she whined, undulating her hips.

"Pussy is so tight for me... could live in here," he hissed, dropping his head to the nape or her neck.

"Fuck I wish you could, faster El dammit," she hissed, growing desperate from his dirty talk and the slowness of his games.

"So horny for me all the time... baby girl is doing something to you."

"U-uh... uh huh!"

"Uh huh... fuck, I wanna fuck you all the time, Livia. All. The. Time."

She screamed at his staccato hip movement that punctuated his words, her hand movement faltering as she came, hard and fast around him, milking his cock as cum spilled inside of her, painting her inner thighs and his pubic hairs.

"Olivia... shit baby," he grunted, moving his hands to her back to support her and flexing himself inside of her to prolong both of their releases. "Fuck... I love cumming in you," he mumbled.

She collapsed back, her chest rising and falling on the counter as she slumped over her with a grunt of appreciation. "No shit... pregnant at 54," she teased, spent and satiated.

"Fair," he laughed softly, kissing her down from her high as her eyes opened a little wider from her post orgasmic haze.

"Can I stay something cliche," she as she came down from her high, pulling softly at the short hairs on the back of his head.

"Hm?"

"Every place feels like home when you're there… you and our kids… always has."

He went silent and still, trying to contain his laughter and thankful when she finally broke.

"I told you it was cliche!" She giggled.

"Girl pregnant Olivia is way different from boy pregnant Olivia," he laughed, holding himself up over her and pecking kisses all over her face.

"Two Benson hormones for the price of one!"

"Be good to your daddy, please," he begged playfully, moving down to lay his head on her belly.

"Say, 'No promises, daddy!'"

"No promises daddy!" He replied in a soft high pitched voice before shooting his head up to look at her, shocked. "Did you hear that?!"

"Elliot!" Liv exclaimed through loud laughter.

"She's a genius!!! Smarter than her brother, even!!!"

She motioned for him to help her sit up as she laughed and shook her head. "Come on daddy. Let's go home."
