Rhea raced down the stairs of the facility weaving past various staff members and agents. She wore a pair of dark jeans, shin high brown scrunch boots, a black turtle neck shirt, a brown leather jacket, a pair of silver earnings that matched a long necklace, and her brown messenger bag slung over her shoulder. She had almost made it to the doors when she was stopped short.

"And where do you think you're going?" Tony asked.

"To hang out with Peter, Ned, and their decathlon team mates." Rhea smiled as she tried to side step her grandpa, but he kept blocking her.

"Where are you hanging out?" He asked.

"The mall and movies. Going to see the new Aquaman movie." Rhea told him.

"Is Happy going with you?" Tony questioned causing Rhea to stop dead in her tracks.

"No." Rhea said standing up straight. "Plus he's still sick."

"Then you can't go either." Tony crossed his arms.

"What!? That's not fair." Rhea snapped.

"I'm sorry, but you can't just go out without protection." Tony shook his head.

"But I'm not some damsel in distress and I'll be with Peter who's freaking Spiderman." Rhea pointed out. "Plus mom and dad already said it was ok."

"What about reporters?" Tony asked.

"I can easily deal with reporters." Rhea winked as she wiggled her fingers causing a green mist to appear then ducked around Tony who quickly followed.

"How are you going to get there?" Tony asked.

"Seriously? I passed my driver's ED, you let me drive us to get ice cream to celebrate and bought me a car." Rhea said as her matt plum colored Rubicon pulled up to the front and the door opened. "Thanks AL."

"Anytime kid." AL replied and before Tony could make any more reasons for her not to leave she hopped into her car and took off.

She got a few more text from Tony telling her to be careful and what to look out for, all of which AL read to her with some funny commentary along with it. She soon pulled up to the movie theatre parking lot spotting Peter along with Ned, MJ, and some other friends. She felt a bit nervous as she walked over to them.

"Hey Peter." She smiled a bit. "Hi Ned, MJ."

"Rhea, hey, you made it." Peter smiled brightly.

"Took a little bit of convincing, but yeah, I escaped." Rhea said proudly.

"It's super awesome that you could come." Ned grinned as they all entered the movie theatre.

"Hey Rhea." Peter fell into step next to her.

"Yeah?" Rhea looked over to him.

"I'm not sure how to ask this, but why is everyone acting so…" Peter struggled for the word.

"Chill around me?" Rhea supplied and he nodded.

"It's a low level glamour." Rhea grinned at him, her eyes flashing. "They know who I am and everything, but this allows them to feel more relaxed and less hyped up."

"Cool." Peter smiled.

"Except for MJ." Rhea commented.

"Really? How can you tell?" Peter asked.

"I can feel when my magic is working." Rhea shrugged. "There are just some people in the world that are not affected by this kind of stuff."

"Like Doctor Who and his psychic paper." Peter said.

"Exactly." Rhea nodded grabbing their snacks and settling down in the theatre.

They were walking around after the movie having just got some ice cream and Rhea was loving every moment of it. She was just taking a bite when one of the girls brought up Spring Formal.

"Spring Formal." Rhea looked up from her snack. "What are those like?"

"Poorly supervised parties that force kids to pair off in acceptable ways or be ridiculed if they can't." MJ didn't even look up from her book as she said this. "And a shallow attempt to make girls feel even worse about their appearance by presenting the perfect dress for the perfect girl."

"How's the music?" Rhea asked.

"Passible." MJ shrugged.

"Sounds fun." Rhea commented then felt her phone buzzing. "I'll be right back."

Rhea moved away from the group retrieving her phone from her purse, Peter's eyes following her as he thought about the dance. Ned nudged him regaining his attention and MJ was eyeing him over her book.

"You should ask her to the dance." Ned said. "It would be epic."

"Really? Asking a girl to a dance because of her social status." MJ raised a brow.

"I wouldn't ask her out for that reason." Peter quickly shook his head.

"So what reason would you ask her out for?" MJ pressed making his face go red.

"Hey guys, I have to go." Rhea told them.

"Everything ok?" Peter asked.

"Yeah, just over protective grandfather." Rhea shrugged before leaning in and giving Peter a hug. "Thanks for inviting me Peter. "She stood back up leaving behind a blushing teen. "I hope we can all do this again some time." Rhea waved as she left. "Bye guys."

"Peter, you have got to ask her to the formal." Ned told his dazed friend.

"Yeah." Peter nodded.

"Boys." MJ muttered as she rolled her eyes.

Peter was pacing back and forth on the training mat, pausing a few times to bounce on his heels as he thought of an idea, but as soon as he decided against what he was thinking it was back to pacing. He really wanted to ask her, but wasn't sure how she would react, then there was the fact that she had one of the most powerful families in the world watching over her.

"Peter, you're wearing out the mat." Rhea had come into the training room to see Peter pacing. "What's wrong?"

"Rhea!" Peter startled, but quickly tried to recover. "Hey!"

"Hey." Rhea raised a brow. "Want to tell me why you're pacing like that?"

"I was…I just..." Peter tried to gather his courage. "Excited for training?"

"Ok." Rhea nodded, not really believing him. "I thought we could practice with some staffs today."

"How do you know how to use all these weapons?" Peter asked as she grabbed up two staffs and tossed him one.

"Oh you know...youtube." Rhea nearly winced at her own lie, but how was she going to explain that her grandfather Odin had trained her in the use of his spear. She really had to tell him if she was ever going to pursue her feelings for him. He had a right to know who the rest of her family was, he had a right to the whole story.

"Youtube?" Peter clearly did not believe her. Rhea just shrugged before taking a swing at Peter who flipped backwards to avoid it.

"You can learn a lot from youtube." Rhea went on the offensive while Peter countered with defense.

"I guess." Peter shrugged. "Still don't know why I need to know this kind of stuff."

"Because your powers will only get you so far." Rhea remembered the lesson her father taught her when she was relying too much on her magic. "Even Thor has his hammer, Clint's has his bow and arrows not to mention Steve's shield. They may not need them all the time, but they certainly help."

"I guess, but it's different for me." Peter shrugged. "I mean I can practically sense danger when its coming and stuff."

"Is that so?" Rhea smirked.

"Oh no." Peter groaned.

"What?" Rhea asked.

"That's the look you get when you're up to something." Peter replied.

"You know me so well." Rhea snapped her fingers causing a small spark of green light. Peter tensed glancing around himself, but didn't see anything out of the ordinary.

"What'd you do?" He asked.

"The same thing my father did to me when I was relying too much on my magic." Rhea replied with a wink. "He took it away."

"So you're dad is a sorcerer to?" Peter perked up in interest and Rhea almost face-palmed at her slip up.

"That's not the question you should be asking." Rhea countered.

"What question should I be asking then?" Peter questioned.

"What did I take from you?" Rhea attacked and Peter found that his moves weren't as good this time, in fact he was no looking up at Rhea from his back. "And if I can do that so can someone else."

"Ow..." Peter groaned.

"Come on, it only lasts about three minutes." Rhea held out her hand, Peter taking it allowing Rhea to help him up.

"That felt really weird." Peter shook his head as his abilities came back to him.

"Kind of like a sugar crash." Rhea nodded taking in some lungful's of air. "Doing that trick takes a bit out of me."

"Water?" Peter asked.

"Please." Rhea nodded and Peter walked over to where there was a small fridge filled with water bottles.

He reached in getting two them spotted a pen and some sticky notes on top of the fridge causing an idea to pop into his head. Glancing back at Rhea who was currently balancing her staff on the tip of her finger, moving oddly to keep it there, then grabbed up the paper and notes. He quickly wrote down his question and stuck it to Rhea's water bottle.

"Ok, you can do this, just be cool." Peter took a couple of breaths.

"Pete? I'm going to dry up and blow away here." Rhea called out, her lack of concentration causing her to drop her staff. "Dang it, almost broke my record."

"Coming." Peter turned walking back over to her.

"Thanks." Rhea took her bottle and kicked it back, Peter watching her out of the corner of his eye. She looked down at the note on her bottle, her eyes almost crossing as she did. Glancing over at Peter who quickly averted his gaze, his cheeks flushed. She took the note reading it with raised brows, her own cheeks burning. "Spring Formal?"

"Yeah, I mean, if you wanted." Peter shuffled nervously.

"I'd love to." Rhea smiled making Peter grin.

"Really?" Peter got excited.

"Yeah, it'd be really fun." Rhea nodded.

"That's awesome." Peter smiled and gave her the details of when prom was going to be.
