In the Village…
Everyone was screaming, fleeing and it scared Lloyd.
He did not feel much better as the Hypnobrai were circling him and his new friends, making him quake at the sight of them. He watched in terror as the humans of the village were transformed into slaves by their dreadful gaze and forced to steal from their own homes. It was truly a terrible sight while Brad and Gene gorged on the bounty of candy in barrels and wagons. Lloyd did not feel like eating any sweets as the Serpentine was causing havoc to this poor sweet little village.
"Hey, Lloyd, what's up with you? I thought you liked candy and we're seeing the sights of the village as you wanted." Brad wondered as he pulled out a lollipop from their haul and began to lick it.
"But… we're hurting the people here and the Hypnobrai are very dangerous. My papa told me they are bad news." Lloyd shivered as the second in command to the serpentine looked at the boy in suspicion.
"Relax, there's no harm in having a bit candy for a change and we'll turn them back after we have our haul shipped out." Gene scoffed as Lloyd frowned at his words.
The Hypnobrai cannot be trusted, they were probably waiting for an opportunity to strike back against them right now. Lloyd needs to get his friends out of here and find his family to stop the serpentine of mind control from conquering this village and bringing more harm to others. His father would know what to do, after all, General Acidicus was the one who discovered the means to seal away the other tribes. He would know how to place them back into their prison once again. But he can't do that if he doesn't escape.
Then Lloyd felt a shiver down his spine as one of the Serpentine approached him in a menacing manner.
"What'ssssssssss wrong? You sssssssseem sssssso tensssse." He hissed at the boy who trembled at the sight of him.
"No, no, nothing is wrong!" He squeaked as the serpent circled him.
"I overheard mentioningssssss of your father. He sssssseemsssss to know much of the SSSSSSSSSerpentine and interessssstingly, my tribe." The second in command commented as Lloyd looked like he is about to faint at the sheer sight of him.
"Um, he's just very interested in the legends…" He chuckled nervously as the snake did not believe the boy's words.
"Oh, but where doesssss he hails from? It isssss quite unlikely he isssss not human from the attire you wear."
"SSSSSKALESSSSS! Come here at once!" The general ordered him as his staff was pointed straight at him.
Skales hissed in anger but slithered away from the strange boy, who felt like he was going to faint at any moment. He needed to get back to his tribe and fast or everything will become a bloodbath very soon. Lloyd just needed a chance to escape and then everything can be okay again.
Then, the snakes were attacked!
Lloyd can barely see the colors of Red, Blue, Black, and White as the tornadoes tore through the army of the snakes! One of the tornadoes was coming towards him, a blue one.
"Hey kid, are you Lloyd?!" It asked him as Lloyd was running away from it.
"Gotcha!" Someone shouted as he was snatched up.
It was the red ninja that took his necklace! The boy raised from the Venomari screamed and squirmed while kicking him!
"Easy kid! Now, you are coming back with us rather you like it or not!" He growled as Lloyd swelled up his cheeks and spat venom at him again.
Lloyd ran away from them as his friends called for a retreat and he was grabbed by Skales!
At the Tree House….
A scout of the Venomari tribe followed them as they see a fortress in the trees.
Clever devils, what were they were up to?
She needed to report back to the General and arrange a rescue task force. She only hopes Lloyd will be okay until they can save him.
