"Remember to bundle up if you choose to go out during our break! It's quite chilly outside and nobody wants to catch any cold you've brought back with you once we return to school-"
Uraraka tugged Iida's sleeve to stop his speech "Iida, I think we get it. We're not kids and we know when to bundle up." she said while Midoriya nodded
Bakugou chuckled in amusement "I don't blame Four Eyes for thinking he needs to tell everyone shit that we should know. Have you seen some of the morons in our class? Pikachu and Raccoon Eyes definitely needed a heads up."
"While I wouldn't put it in such rude terms, I'm happy that someone agrees with my worries." Iida conceded
Bakugou turned to Uraraka and shot her a smug smile "See? Told you I'd start getting along with your friends once we started dating." causing Uraraka to roll her eyes in bemusement
"Well, come to think of it...Iida and Kacchan are a lot less different than you'd think" Midoriya noted as he scratched the back of his head "Both of you are pretty smart and pretty driven"
"Not to mention you both have sticks up your asses" Tsuyu snarked, causing Midoriya and Uraraka to giggle
Bakugou and Iida exchanged glances before the blonde spoke up "Eh, could think of worse people to compare me to than Four eyes…"
Iida nodded "Likewise"
"And Tenya, I don't think I'm going to need anyone to remind me to bundle up for the winter since I'm amphibious." Tsuyu admitted
"Make sure Deku doesn't insist on keeping you outside to see the lights and festivities, got it? He could get distracted with that sort of stuff, especially when they involve superheroes!" Uraraka teased
Iida rubbed his chin "Yes, you do have a point Uraraka but Midoriya wouldn't be so careless as to ignore Tsuyu's needs."
"You know I'm still right here guys…" Midoriya squeaked
Tsuyu was the one person who noticed how awkward this conversation was for her boyfriend so she quickly chimed in "You guys don't need to worry about me and Izuku. If anything, he gets too worried when we go out when it's cold and sometimes I feel like he thinks that I react to the cold like a regular frog. I think it's cute how much he worried about me though…" Tsuyu admitted
"How adorable!" Uraraka cooed while tugging Bakugou's sleeve. Bakugou huffed in amusement and showed his feelings his own way by simply saying "good for them…"
Iida meanwhile gave Midoriya a round of applause as if Midoriya just became the number one hero "Bravo Midoriya! Bravo! You seem to be proving to be an excellent boyfriend to Tsuyu!" Iida shouted at the top of his lungs, causing the entire class to stare at them
Midoriya felt like he was going to faint out of pure embarrassment any moment
Mina gave him a thumbs up "Hey, Iida did you a solid and told everyone in the class that you're a good boyfriend!
"What a bro!" Kaminari added "Still jealous that you managed to score a girl before I did but I'll let it slide" Kaminari quipped
Mina snorted at Kaminari before turning to Tsuyu "So are you guys actually going to go out soon? Gonna do something cool?" Mina asked for some nice gossip material
"We're going to go ice skating soon" Tsuyu answered
Mina raised an eyebrow in interest "Ice skating? That sounds pretty cool!"
"Yeah, Izuku helped me teach my little siblings how to ice skate since they think he's cool and it was pretty fun…that was also when I found out that Izuku never went ice skating before." Tsuyu croaked
"Did he trip up a lot?" Hagakure asked
"He was actually a natural!" Tsuyu praised "I've never seen anyone take up ice skating so easily!"
"Huh…you learn something new every day" Hagakure noted
"I guess jumping from building-to-building forces you to have really good coordination." Midoriya admitted with a laugh, "after mastering to do that, using ice skates is easy! Come to think of it, it's actually kinda weird that you're into ice skating, Tsu."
Tsuyu tilted her head in confusion "And why is that?"
"Well, since you're not very good at dealing with the cold, ice skating is the last thing I'd expect you to be good at!" Midoriya affirmed
"Like I said, I'm not totally awful when it comes to cold temperatures. Unless it's a villain with an ice quirk, all I need to do is bundle up a bit more than most people and I'm good. Plus, ice skating makes you move so I almost work up a sweat while ice skating."
"Yo! Take videos of each other skating! I want to see just how two people whose quirks are all about quick movement skate!" Kirishima called out "Bet it'll look cool as hell"
"It could help us with winter training…" Ojiro theorized
"Yeah, we're not gonna make our date the next lesson plan." Tsuyu said firmly "Momo and Tenya can ask Mr. Aizawa to take us on a field trip to a skating rink after the break."
"I'll see what we can do." Momo noted
"What are you and Bakugou going to do?" Jirou asked Uraraka
"We're just gonna go get some shopping done at the mall, nothing special."
"Bakugou's paying for whatever you buy, right?" Jirou questioned
"Of course I'm gonna be paying for her dumbass!" Bakugou yelled "What kind of shithead would I be if I made her pay for anything?!"
Jirou giggled "Just teasing."
"Boy it's gonna be awkward to explain that my boyfriend is the reason why my apartment is all furnished up…" Uraraka said as she twiddled her fingers
"What are you talking about? Your folks met me and they were cool back then!" Bakugou pointed out
"Pretty sure they're gonna think twice about whatever relationship you have with Uraraka when they see all the stuff you bought for her…" Mina teased "You know what I mean?"
"Uh, they're going to think I'm a nice guy?" Bakugou answered as if it were the most obvious thing in the world. "What else would they think- Oh god I just got your gross implication, raccoon eyes."
Kirishima waved off Bakugou's concerns "Don't worry about it, bro! We all can vouch for you."
"Indeed. We will tell Uraraka's parents that you have no insidious intentions for her. You just have a lot of money and are willing to spend a lot on Uraraka. They'll probably think it's quite cute" Iida added
"So are you reps going to be holding down the fort during our break?" Sero asked Yaoyorozu and Iida "I know the teachers and the rest of the staff are gonna be here to make sure nothing happens while we're gone and that we're free to chill out too if we want. Figured you guys would help make lesson plans with our teachers."
"I won't be here over the break. I will be spending time with my parents." Momo beamed "With them being busy with work and me being busy with school, we barely have time to see each other so they booked a vacation so we can spend some time together."
"That's good to hear!" Sero cheered "What about you Iida? Spending time with your folks too?"
"Well it's going to be hard to avoid my parents since I live with them." Iida joked
Sero snorted "Alright, got me there. So not counting your family, you got any other plans? Or are you just going to relax after dealing with us for months?"
"Well I plan on spending some time with some friends during this time…" Iida remarked with a smile
"Hanging out with Todoroki or Midoriya?" Kaminari questioned
"Is it so hard to believe that I have friends outside of school?" Iida prodded
"Pretty much, yeah." Kaminari answered flatly
"Why don't you introduce us to your out of school friends so you could prove to us that you're not lying Four Eyes?" Bakugou suggested with a sly grin
"I'd rather keep my personal life separated from school. You lot cause me enough stress already…" Iida stated
"He's probably lying his ass off about having friends outside the school!" Bakugou continued to egg him on
"You know, this is just helping Iida's case here, right?" Kaminari snarked "Don't worry Iida, I'd also make sure any outside friends I have never Bakugou either." he said, causing the rest of the class to laugh
As soon as the entire class left the dorms and started to head home, Bakugou felt a buzzing sound from his pocket and got his phone out to check what it was. It turned out to be a text message from a very angry class rep
Four Eyes: I hate you so much
Bakugou snickered at the text and quickly sent a message of his own- "This is all your fault, moron."
"Who are you texting, Katsuki?" Uraraka asked
"Just telling Iida to stop being a dumbass."

"You're doing great Izuku!" Tsuyu let out an uncharacteristic amount of cheer as she shouted words of encouragement to her boyfriend. Midoriya just performed a three-sixty-degree spin from a jump
"I can't believe I did that!" Midoriya yelled in triumph as if he just beat a notorious villain in a fight.
"It's only your second time ice skating and you're already busting out figure skating moves." Tsuyu said, "I'm almost jealous…"
"Tsuyu, you did five backflips in one jump so you don't have to worry about me surpassing you anytime soon." Midoriya giggled "Pretty sure something like that would kill me even with my durability"
"You fell off a five-story building during training, you'd be fine" Tsuyu affirmed
"That trick where you skate one leg while you stretch the other over your head is also super cool for…uh...reasons" Midoriya babbled as he felt his cheeks heat up despite the cold weather. He wrapped his scarf around his face in a futile attempt to hide how he felt
Tsuyu pulled the scarf down to give him a quick peck of the lips, causing Midoriya to let out an adorably terrified squeak. She pulled him closer to whisper in Midoriya's ear
"Don't pretend that I didn't notice how angry you got when those other guys gawked at me when I did that. You looked like they just trashed your All Might figures…"
"Oh! You saw that? Uh…sorry about that." Midoriya stammered
"Don't be, I like the attention. I find it cute." Tsuyu admitted
"Y-You do?"
Tsuyu shrugged "What can I say? I was pretty much the ugly duckling; well…ugly tadpole before high school. Other kids avoided me because I looked weird to them…" Tsuyu confessed
Midoriya's embarrassment quickly turned into anger "What? How could they think that?"
Tsuyu let out a mirthless laughter "Let's just say puberty was really kind to me. You won't believe what a few extra cup sizes can do for a girl."
"I get how you feel Tsu…I was pretty scrawny during middle school." Midoriya mumbled
"I figured you were a late bloomer in the body department with how nervous you were during our first few days of school."
"Ha! Believe it or not, I only started exercising a few months before we got into UA." Midoriya confided
"Must have been one hell of a workout routine because you made me realize that I like muscles on a guy…" Tsuyu said with a giggle as she ran a finger down Midoriya's chest
"Uh…Tsu…you know we're still in public, right? Some people are staring at us!" Midoriya whisper yelled
"Oh I know…" Tsuyu said plainly "One of those guys staring at us right now is one of the guys who made fun of me in middle school. What are the odds, right?"
Midoriya stopped being embarrassed for a moment to take in that fact "Yeah, that is a pretty big coincidence…"
"By the way, while you went to the bathroom, he totally asked for my number." Tsuyu bragged
"No way…" Midoriya gasped, astonished "didn't he recognize you from middle school?"
Tsuyu shook her head "Apparently he didn't. He asked me to ditch the "nerd" I was with and hang out with him." Tsuyu recounted spitefully
"I can't believe he didn't recognize you! Midoriya fretted "Like, how many people with frog quirks does he know that he didn't connect the dots? It makes no sense!" Midoriya wondered
"Maybe he did remember and he was hoping that I wouldn't remember?" Tsuyu suggested "I don't know and I don't care so I told him I don't date losers…"
"Little harsh there, Tsu. I didn't know you could be mean…well aside from the time you slapped Mineta for groping you" Midoriya murmured
"I can be mean when I want to be…" Tsuyu chimed "It's just that our classmates are so nice that I don't have to be mean…"
Midoriya raised an eyebrow and smiled "Even Kacchan?"
"It's funnier to not take Katsuki's seriously" Tsuyu admitted sheepishly
Midoriya giggled "Well…you're not wrong"
"And besides, I don't think I'm capable of being mean when I'm near you." Tsuyu admitted "Unless you're doing something extremely dangerous but that's just how hero work goes, I'm afraid."
"I'll try not to die then." Midoriya affirmed "Wouldn't want you to get mad and break up with me at my funeral." he joked
"Better not…" Tsuyu murmured before wrapping her hands around Midoriya's neck and pulling him in for a kiss.
Their kiss was interrupted by a loud whistle which came from the manager of the skating rink who rolled her eyes at the young couple.
"Look, I'm happy for you two kids but if you're just gonna make out, can you get off the rink? Other people are here too!" she barked
The two teens smiled sheepishly as they apologized before Tsuyu grabbed Midoriya's hand and quickly ran towards the exit.
The manager shook her head in amusement as she watched them go.
"Can't stay mad at young love, I guess. Feel bad for the poor guys who were rejected by that girl though…"

"The hell did you say about her "melons" huh?!" Bakugou growled at the store clerk
"Katsuki, he's trying to get me to buy these Square Watermelons, of course he's going to compliment them!" Uraraka said in exasperation
"Wait, you were talking about the fruit and not my girlfriend?" Bakugou asked the clerk
"Yes, I grew them myself! It explains why I priced them that way! It took me a lot of time and effort to grow these babies and I'm not gonna part with them for less than ¥10,900!" the clerk enthusiastically explained
Bakugou narrowed his eyes "Aren't you a little too young to be running a fruit store? That's usually an old guy's job." this rude statement earned Bakugou a slap on the shoulder by Uraraka
The clerk didn't find it offensive however "What can I say? When you're good at growing luxury fruit, you don't wait until you're a geezer to sell them. I'm also old enough to not hit on teenagers." he snarked
"Sorry about my boyfriend, Sir." Uraraka profusely apologized
The clerk waved Uraraka's concerns away "Don't mention it. My wife is just as jealous as your boyfriend here so I'm kinda used to it. Though buying both of those melons you picked out will make me forgive you instantly, little lady!" the store clerk slyly admitted
Bakugou walked out the store carrying two bags that contained one melon each "I can't believe that we've been in the mall for an hour and all we've brought are two melons." he grumbled
"I felt guilty about the scene we caused in the store!" Uraraka whined "Plus have you seen how nice and rigid those watermelons are! They're so cool!"
Bakugou snorted "Yeah, they're the opposite of you, Round Face. Plus, I guess I owed the guy one for causing a scene." he admitted
"Usually the jealous boyfriend thing is cute but I think you should draw the line at people who work at grocery stores." Uraraka quipped
"Sorry babe but when I hear a guy tell you that "those melons are amazing" that give me a right to know what the fuck is going on!" Bakugou defended himself
"You saw me holding the watermelons though when he told me that!" Uraraka rebuked while trying to hold back her giggles "Oh man, the class is gonna love this story when we get back."
"I think they're gonna find the fact that you went to the mall only to buy some fruit weirder, babe. Jewelry or clothes would have been normal." Bakugou grumbled
You can't eat jewelry, Katsuki! Trust me I tried. And you already brought me enough clothes that it's starting to run out of places to keep them!"
Bakugou scrunched his eyes in confusion "I'm going to ignore the first part. But anyway, ready to deal with my hag of a mom?"
Uraraka rolled her eyes "Your mom is so sweet! I think you're just saying that because she yells at you when you act up."
"That's true but she's also a hag for different reasons!" Bakugou argued
When the couple entered Bakugou's home (or palace as Uraraka called it) the matriarch of the family warmly greeted Uraraka
"It's good to see you again, Ochako!" she beamed before turning to her son "Hope you're keeping this angel happy, Katsuki."
"Hi Mrs. Bakugou!" Uraraka greeted while twirling a lock of her around her finger "I think calling me an angel is a bit too much isn't that right, Katsuki?"
"Sorry Ochako, but I have to agree with the hag for once." Bakugou said firmly
"Seriously? You chose to agree with each other now?!" Uraraka scolded
Masaru Bakugou, who was reading a newspaper in the other room, decided to chime in on this conversation "You got my wife and husband to agree with each other so quickly. You must be the one!" he joked "It usually takes me hours to get them to agree with each other!"
Uraraka felt her cheeks heat up at the compliment while Bakugou let out an awkward cough
"Dad, you're embarrassing me" he managed to eek out while dying of embarrassment while trying to bring his girlfriend down from the ceiling as Ochako floated herself up there out of embarrassment
Mitsuki did her best to salvage the situation "So Katsuki, what did you and Ochako buy when you went shopping?"
"Huh? Oh, just two of those cubed watermelons." Bakugou answered
Mitsuki raised an eyebrow in confusion "You went to the mall and bought two melons?"
"Blame 'chako! She's the one who just wanted to buy fruit!"
Uraraka shrugged "What can I say? I never got to eat any type of melon growing up since they were too expensive for us and these cubed watermelons are soooo cute!"
"How the hell can fruit be cute?" Bakugou asked
Masaru adjusted his glasses. "It's a well-known fact that cubed shaped fruit are more appetizing. It's the reason why cubed watermelons are so expensive
"Dad, you're so bad at lying!" Bakugou chuckled "Melons in general are hard to grow in Japan! That's why they're expensive!"
Uraraka stroked her chin in thought "I don't know Katsuki, your father brings up a good point…"
Bakugou groaned in annoyance "How about we help ourselves to a watermelon before it spoils? I spent ¥2000 yen on these things!"
Mitsuki put her hand on her hips "You spent two thousand yen on these melons? I didn't know you got a job while in school, Katsuki?"
Bakugou let out a sigh "Okay, technically you two bought the watermelons for 'chako and not me. Are you happy now?"
Mitsuki shot a grin at Uraraka "If Katsuki ever lets his ego go out of control, remind him that he's still a spoiled brat underneath all that bravado and explosive power."
Uraraka gave Mitsuki a salute "Yes ma'am!" before turning to Katsuki "Your mom is so funny!"
"Yeah, she's a real laugh riot…" Bakugou grumbled
Masaru cleared his throat to indicate he was about to speak "Say, Ochako…I heard your parents have found a lot of work now that destructive battles between heroes and villains are becoming the norm again…"
Uraraka nodded "Yeah! Pretty soon, I won't have to rely on Katsuki paying for everything when we go out!" she cheered
"Hear that Katsuki? You're going to have to become a charming boyfriend soon or you're going to be left on the curb." Mitsuki teased
"Katsuki's charming in his own way!" Uraraka assured as she placed her hand on top of Bakugou's
Mitsuki mimed wiping a tear from her eye "You are so sweet Ochako! I can't believe a polite girl like you is dating Katsuki!" She turned to her husband "Can you believe it, Masaru?"
"Yeah, I can't believe a kind soul with brown hair fell in love with a brash and loud blonde. I've never seen something like that before." Masaru said flatly
It took several seconds for Mitsuki to understand the point her husband was trying to make and let out a low chuckle "Okay, fine! You got me there!"
"Wow dad; calling yourself a kind soul huh?" Katsuki questioned, "Don't sell yourself short. You're a damn saint for being able to put up with mom!"
That joke sparked a playful argument between mother and son that Masaru and Uraraka promptly ignored so they could cut the watermelon
"So Mr. Bakugou, is life always this fun with these two?" Uraraka asked
Masaru guffawed "Yup. Truth be told, I was afraid that my son would be seen as too intense once he got into UA."
Uraraka waved off his concerns "Nah, everyone knows that's just how Katsuki is. Nobody really holds it against him unless he's doing something really dumb. But normally, we all know he's just loud so we just tease him most of the time!"
"Sounds like Mitsuki in high school…" Mitsuki noted
"Oooh! Were you two high school sweethearts?" Uraraka cooed
"We were friends but when we were on our last year of school, Mitsuki had trouble finding a date to a social event we had and I felt real bad for her and asked her out." Masaru explained
"And that's how you started dating, right?" Uraraka inquired
Masaru chuckled "Nope! She accused me of just making her a pity case and stormed away."
"Oh…well, I didn't expect that."
"But later that night she came to my dorm to apologize while I was doing one of my last reports before graduation and she ended up staying there to keep me company. She ended up falling asleep so I had to carry her back to her room and right when I was about to leave, she woke up again and asked me to be her date. Neither of us would predict we'd end up being married after that" Masaru affirmed
"That's adorable!" Uraraka chirped. In the back of her mind, she made a note about how such a loving marriage blossomed in high school and secretly got her hopes up.

"IDK how you can take the train all the way to where I live but it sucks!" Camie complained as she sat down across from Iida in the high-end cafe her boyfriend invited her to."
"I volunteered to come to you but you insisted on being the one to make the journey this time." Iida noted
"Yeah, cause you always come over to where I'm at. Figured that I'd be the one to come to you this time."
"And how was the journey?" Iida questioned
"Sucked" Camie seethed. "Makes me appreciate how much you go through to see me."
Iida shot her a warm smile "Well the prize waiting for me always makes the journey worth it."
Camie let out an embarrassed giggle "You're so lame, you know that? I wish I could tell everyone how much of a dork you are but my school still has that dumbass rule about no dating."
"That's such an odd rule for a high school. I can perhaps understand a rule against dating your classmates but no relationships in general? Shiketsu better hope that the heroes they produce are worth making such pointlessly obtuse rules." Iida denoted
"If you have some friends willing to spot you, then you could get around the rule." Camie noted "Nagamasa is a ride or die type of dude but Seiji only decided to help me see you when I told him that you were a class rep too!"
Iida pushed his glasses up in triumph "And my friends doubted me when I said that being the class president is attractive"
"Maybe I can be your Marilyn Monroe, Mr. President?" Camie teased
Iida gave her a blank look "I'm sorry, but I think I'm missing whatever it is you're referencing." he sheepishly admitted
"It's fine!" Camie assured "Marilyn Monroe was a singer from like a couple hundred years ago who probably banged a president and then sang about it to his family."
The full weight of Camie's joke dawned on Iida "That's such a clever reference! I apologize for not getting it. What a deep pull!"
"Don't sweat it babe. I know Marilyn Monroe cause instagram is full of pics of her with quotes she never said posted by basic people." Camie explained
"I'm surprised a United States President cheating on his wife didn't become a scandal." Iida mused
"Well, I looked into him some more and let's just say that even if it did, it kinda got overshadowed by some other shit." Camie fretted
"I'll take your word for it." Iida said
They were interrupted by a waitress who asked them what they wanted, and the couple ordered their usual drinks- a black coffee for Camie and a glass of orange juice for Iida
"Babe, you gotta drink something other than orange juice. It makes it hard for me to see you as the "mature one" in this relationship!" Camie joked
"Orange juice is good for you and nutritious! It should be enjoyed by people of all ages!" Iida argued
"My niece loves orange juice. It reminds me that I'm the old person here. Well…by a year."
"Yes, you're a regular cradle robber…" Iida snarked "I'm still surprised that you could down that black coffee. Most of my friends who enjoy coffee go for the elaborate drinks with a mountain of cream on top."
Camie pretended to gag "I can't handle that sugar bomb stuff! It'll rot my teeth and one cup has like twice as much calories you need in one day and I'm proud of my body. Imagine if you kept eating something that made you lose your abs?"
Iida shuddered in fear. It's not that he was vain; it was just that he couldn't fathom letting himself go. He had to keep in shape for hero work and…his girlfriend enjoys muscular men
"Damn, look out the window" Camie pointed out the window "It looks like a Christmas movie out there. Probably should take some pics for the 'gram. You're gonna have to stay out of them though because of…you know." Camie lamented
"Yes, pictures like that can be used to prove that you were dating while in Shiketsu. I understand, don't worry about it." Iida assured her
"Still sucks." Camie whined, "Got a year to go before I can post pics of us."
"I'm thinking of starting an instagram account when you do graduate. I feel like a picture of us together would make a fine first post." Iida quipped
"That's cute AF" Camie cooed "but I better get going before the snow gets too heavy to walk through.
Camie was about to get up before Iida grabbed her hand "The trains are always delayed when the snow is this heavy and I know I sound coddling but I don't like the idea of you being alone in the dark after what you've been through."
"What do you want me to do, then?"
"You can spend the night at my house." Iida suggested, causing Camie to give him a flirtatious look
"Should have worded that better…" Iida admitted
"Nah, I get what you mean. Plus, your folks love me." Camie beamed
"My brother is pulling an all-nighter at his hero agency so I can take his room while you can take mine." Iida explained
"Sweet! I'm totally gonna go through all your stuff babe!" Camie exclaimed
Iida let out a sigh "Just call your parents before they get worried about you getting kidnapped again."
"Got you dude…and babe, if you want to brag to your friends that you managed to take a girl home with you over the break, I won't be mad…" Camie whispered
Iida rolled his eyes in amusement "I'll save the bragging when you're not in danger of being expelled."
Camie stuck her tongue out at him "killjoy!"
