Okay, this is my second fic, more importantly my first KibaxHinata fic. A reviewer brought to my attention several errors, and I feel that it would be nice to correct them. Thanks to the reviewer. Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto.
It's raining because the angels are crying. That's what he told her. He told her that a long time ago, it was something she would hold on to.
Hinata also remembered how he said he loved her, and never would let anything hurt her, that he'd always protect her. He always protected her, from her father, from depression, and from death. He always kept his promise. Kiba never broke any of his promises to her. He promised that he loved her, and never broke that promise. He always loved her, even when everyone else hated her, he always saved her and protected her.
When she cried, Kiba caught her tears, he was the only one that was always on Hinata's side. But Hinata didn't love him that way, but he always did, even if she was angry at him or hated him, Kiba loved her, no matter what. Their friendship grew, and soon, Hinata fell in love with Kiba. She held onto how he told her, that, if you love someone, you protect them with your life. That's what Kiba did, he protected Hinata with his life. That day, they were happy. They had found the real happiness in life. It was being with each other, and having a child on the way. That was their happiness, but, that day, the angels cried. Kiba protected Hinata from a group of S-class missing nin. Hinata was pregnant, which worsened the situation. He saved her when she could not be saved, even while he was already injured, and protected Hinata past the point of him living after it. When all of the S-Class nin were dead, it didn't rain. When Hinata cried, it didn't rain. Only when Kiba stopped standing did the rain come. Kiba smiled at her as the rain came down. She felt her blood go cold when his eyes lost their light that she adored so much. Kiba never cried. He always wondered why people cried when they died. Did death hurt? It did, as he found out. But he never knew why anyone would cry when they died. He didn't cry, he wasn't sad that he was dying, he was sad because of what he would leave behind him in dying. Kiba didn't cry, he was, after all, an Inuzuka, Kiba Inuzuka. He was proud of that. "Kiba?" Kiba nodded. " Is it raining because the angels are crying?" Kiba coughed hard, and looked at Hinata with pure joy despite his darkened vision. "That's what I told you a long time ago. I guess they are, but, why would they cry now?" "For you." Hinata whispered. Kiba said nothing. "Kiba!" Kiba wasn't going to answer, but for Hinata, he did. " Yeah?" Hinata eyes filled with tears again. " The angels, they're crying for you." Kiba smiled weakly. "That's awful nice of them. Why are you crying?" " Because, I don't want you to go, I love you." "Hinata, I love you too." Kiba stopped breathing " Kiba, that's why the angels are crying." It's raining because the angels are crying.
Nee-chan8: I'm done, Nyah!
Kiba: You killed me? Why me?
Nee-chan8: All in good fun Kiba, all in good fun.
Gaara: Death is fun?
Kankuro: Yeah, Gaara, remember? When you killed all of those people, they were screaming in joy and excitement!
Gaara: Really? I must be a great entertainer.
