Hours after consoling with Mizore, I left her room and walked out of the girls dorm room. I then made my way to the roof of the school. Once there, I looked down upon what the Disciplinary Committee were doing to Tsukune. Had him crucified on a cross in the middle of the courtyard. I growled at this, because this was an abuse of power. Power they gained from intimidation and murder for no good reason other than they can and vouch for preserving order and keeping the peace. They were doing no such thing. This pissed more off more than anything. Kuyo was ready to execute him in front of everyone. If I don't act now, then there will only be his ashes to save. Before I could spring into action, I watched as the roof door opened and saw Kurumu, Moka, Ruby, Yukari, and Mizore come from behind it and stand on the roof, looking at me. They all walked to me. "What are you girls doing here?" I asked them, wanting answers immediately.

"We're here to help you rescue Tsukune. We figured that you wouldn't do much but go in without a plan of attack and get overwhelmed." Ruby explained, holding up her new wand. "We want to be able to take out the Disciplinary Committee, so the students of Yokai Academy can live their school lives peacefully." She says, to which I nod to.

"I can see you got a new lease on life, along with a new wand. That's good, but right now, we need to act fast or else Tsukune is dead." I say, looking over the banister to see Kuyo about set Tsukune ablaze. "Kurumu, you and Ruby get him out of there." I ordered. "Mizore, you're with me. You and I will keep them distracted whilst Kurumu and Ruby get him off that thing and back up here. Yukari, you and Moka stay here. You two will be the last line of defense just in case, Mizore and I don't take a few of the members out. Let's go do this and not fuck it up." I say, getting ready to jump off the roof. Kurumu and Ruby sprouted their wings and flew off the roof into the air. I jumped off the roof and into the courtyard. Mizore followed suit, only Ice-manning her way down. "Kuyo, this ends now" I said, making my sword appear to my hand. Unsheathing the blade, I kept a firm eye on Kuyo, who wasn't at all intimidated, and continued with Tsukune's execution, by creating a large ball of fire, which caused the human teenager to start screaming in pain. I rushed to Kuyo and attempted to slice off his hand, but he quickly dodged my blade, but this gave Kurumu and Ruby enough time to get Tsukune off the cross and to the roof. Some of his lackeys attacked Mizore and I. As we held them off, Kuyo took it upon himself to jump up to the roof to continue with his plan to kill Tsukune. As he left, an impact and explosion took everyone by surprise. Everyone looked to see what could have caused it. The smoke had yet to clear, but I saw a fireball get thrown from it and hit the Disciplinary member that was a stone golem square in the chest, causing him to be knocked off his feet and hit the ground hard. "What the hell?" I questioned as I looked at the smoke filled crater deeply.

"Did you actually think you could start such a party without me? Come on, Dam. You shouldn't be so inconsiderate." A familiar voice spoke to me. I smiled ear to ear, knowing who that voice belonged to. The always loud ninja himself,

"Sai. Well, if I'm not glad to see you came back to help. Great seeing you again, but right now, we've got bigger problems." I said, seeing the stone golem guy getting to his feet. I prepared to attack once again. The students on the sidelines were cheering for us as we were the ones standing up to the Disciplinary Committee.

"Yo, Damion, Mizore. Hike it to the roof." Sai demanded. "I've got these guys, and besides, "He said rotating his shoulder, shadowboxing a bit. "It's been far too long since I've had a fight here." He said, creating a fire clone of himself to help himself out. I sheathed my sword and nodded to him. I grabbed Mizore and I jumped to the roof.

*On the roof*

Kurumu and Ruby had just landed with Tsukune. Moka was ecstatic to see her good friend in good health and not burned to a crisp. They shared a small hug and Tsukune gave a nervous chuckle, scratching near his eyebrow. "Wow, girls. Thank you." He said gratefully. "I thought I was a goner down there." He said nervously, knowing that Kuyo wouldn't give up.

"Well, now you're a goner up here." A familiar voice said, as the person chucked a fire spear at Tsukune. I landed on the roof and thrust my palm outward toward the incoming attack.

"No, no, no, no. I don't think so." I said, absorbing Kuyo's flames. "Don't worry about the human for now, because you'll be dealing with me." I cracked my neck from side to side. "I couldn't wait for the chance to punch your teeth down your goddamn throat." I said, making dark flame to cover my hands. Kuyo simply laughed at this.

"And what makes you think you're even worth my time?" He asked me, not bothering in wanting to fight me. I chucked at his retort to my challenge. I then stared at him, dead in his eyes, with a small grin.

"Allow me to show you." I say, releasing a good chunk of my monster energy, easily rivaling him. he looked at me in shock. "Convinced now or do I need to show you how much more power divides us?" I ask him smugly. This angered him enough to rush in to attack me. I dodged and blocked his strikes and counterattacked with some of my own, which connected to his stomach and chest. Then I kicked him away from us. "Is this all you got? Don't disappoint me, Kuyo. I'll make you regret it." I said as I stood there, not taking any particular fighting stance, waiting for Kuyo to rush me again.

"You cannot be this strong. You cannot be stronger than me." Kuyo declared, clearly still not believing my enormous output of monster energy. "That's it. I won't let this stand, I will show you my ultimate form!" He shouted transforming into a fox demon. I chuckled at this, because he was finally taking this fight seriously.

"About time. I was starting to get bored with this fight." I unlock a bit more of my power. "You're going to find out the reason why most of the school fears me today." I smirk at him as he was shocked to see my power far exceeds his own. I watched as a coy smirk, like mine, crept onto his face. He shot a fireball in my direction, but it went past me and hit Mizore, sending her back and causing her to scream. I looked in shock to see this happen. My anger was at a boiling point already. This heinous act just sent me over the edge. I let out a ear piercing screech as my power erupted. Everyone in the school yard felt my power shaking the very grounds. Sai looked up to the roof of the school.

"Oh shit...! Kuyo must have done something that Damion will make him regret." He then looked up to see that the barrier that surrounded the school was starting to break. "If someone doesn't stop him, this entire place is gonna come crashing down!" Sai then jumped to the roof of the school. He saw that Mizore was attacked by Kuyo and seeing me seething with anger and power. He was worried that I would destroy the barrier that was keeping the school a secret from the human world and eyes to see. "Kuyo, you'll be fighting me now." Sai, stepped in front of me, and I began to calm down, but it wasn't enough for me to not want to destroy Kuyo for attacking Mizore. "Fire demon vs fire demon. Let's see who wins, Kuyo." Sai set his fists and feet on fire and too a Jeet Kun Do stance. Kuyo rushed Sai, throwing punches, but Sai easily dodged his attacks and countered with those of his own. He dodged his right hook, and counter with a punch to the ribs. Once Sai dodged his left hook, and countered with a high kick to his jaw, sending Kuyo reeling. Kuyo then went for a right straight, after regaining his composure from the kick. Sai ducked out of the way and hit the fox demon with spinning back fist to his chest, then hitting him with a hard side kick in the same spot, causing Kuyo to be sent back a ways. This angered him, seeing as how he couldn't hit the trench coat wearing ninja. He then thought of a way he could hit him. He aimed his hand at Moka.

"Seeing as how I can't seem to hit you, I think a little incentive is in order. DIE MOKA!" He says, firing a blast toward the silver haired vampire. Sai quickly hopped into action and took the brunt of the blast, damaging him greatly. He may be a fire demon, but a blast is something he can't really handle. He was pretty much out on his feet.

"As long as I breathe...I won't let you hurt anyone I care about, you bastard..." Sai said, falling to a knee, looking at Kuyo with a glare. "Whether it's by my hands or Damion's you're going to die today..." This made Kuyo launch another blast at him, but then a certain pervert got in the way of it, taking the full power of the blast. It was Gin. He risked his life to save Yukari, Sai, Moka, Ruby, Tsukune, and Kurumu. I was in a state of shock.

"I couldn't bear the thought of my club mates dying again, but I guess it only serves to make me look like the dumbass here..." He then falls over, practically dead from the damage he took. I simply shook my head at this.

"Gin, you finally decided to grow some balls...It didn't have to be like this, though, Gin..." I say, glaring at Kuyo. I stepped in front of Sai, ready to fight Kuyo again. I release my power, but in a more controlled state. I crack my neck and keep my arms down at my sides. "I'm not going to show you anymore mercy. You attacked my girlfriend, you hurt my friends, and now, I'm going to be glad to kill you. It's time I show you the REAL divide between us." I growl lightly, ready to fight him again.

"Fine, if you want to be next in line to die, then you're going to-" He started, but I was already in front of him. His eyes expressed shock, like they couldn't believe that I was already there in a split second. He went for a left straight, but I grabbed his fist and crushed it. He yelled in pain and held his now limp hand, with the same look he had when I appeared in front of him. He backs away, but I don't give him the room to breathe. I punched him hard in his stomach, then with blinding speed, without seemingly like I even moved, I hit him 30 times and then uppercut him into the air. I look up and appear in front of him again. "WHAT?!" He shouts in disbelief, still wide eyed. I kick him in the jaw, then spinning back elbowed him in the side of his head. I swept him out of the air, and then axe kicked him back down to the roof. He managed to land on his hands and feet, but he looked up at me as I was charging a ball of dark fire. he jumped out of the way once I fired it from my hands. "How...How is he this strong...? This can't be possible..." Kuyo looked to his right and saw me standing there.

"I told you, I'm not showing you any mercy." I say grabbing him by his neck, and lifting him off the ground. "Get the fuck up." I tossed him forcefully backward. Though his legs looked like the equivalent of jello, he managed to stand on them, getting ready to fight me again. Once he took a fighting stance, I put up a wall of fire to block his view of me. I looked to Sai and nodded. He got what I wanted to do. He got to his feet and was ready to put my plan into action. We heard Kuyo scoff at my wall of fire. He used this opportunity to regain some of his composure. He then rushed at my wall of dark flames and punched right through it. He saw that Sai was missing, which made him come to a dead stop in front of me.

"Where...Where is that trench coat wearing bastard...?" Kuyo asked, in shock that Sai could still move after suffering that explosion from his previous attack on him. He looked around, but Sai was nowhere to be seen. He looked back to me and saw that I was rushing him. I planted my elbow in his stomach. Sai then came in and kick him in his back. Sai and I backed off, then rushed in again, hitting Kuyo with lightning quick punches and kicks. He had no idea what was hitting him. After that, we saw Moka on the roof of the stairwell. Sai and I uppercut Kuyo high into the air. He and I backflipped to the opposite ends of the roof, setting our feet ablaze. We jumped toward Kuyo in a single bound and hit him with Flying Dragon Kicks. When out flames intermingled, it caused an explosion. Kuyo was falling slowly back down to the roof. He opened his eyes and saw Moka jump to him, getting ready for a massive kick. "...No, don't..." He mustered to say. Moka took no pity upon his words and kicked back down, sending him crashing through the roof. This battle was over. She landed on her feet, with her casual glare. Sai and I walked over to the hole that Kuyo was knocked out in, we looked at each other, and we could tell just by looking at one another, we wanted Kuyo dead. We both raised our hands to aim at the hole. Fire built up in our palms. Tsukune, as usual, protested against us doing so.

"Wait, wait wait!" He shouted. "You guys can't just kill him! It'll send a bad message about you both." He pleaded. "I mean, come on. How will it look in the papers,"Sai Blade and Damion Castro, killers of the head of the Disciplinary Committee" that's not something you want. The notoriety would be too great for you to handle." He continued, but his cries fell upon the deaf ears of either of us. We simply glared at him, pretty much letting him know that all he was saying was null and void to us.

"I don't know who the hell you think you're talking to here, but that sounds like a pretty damn good headline, don't you think so, Sai?" I asked him, with him matching my sinister smile. I knew he'd be on the same page as me with this, but he also decided to humor Tsukune a bit. I loved this side of him, because it reminds me of what a cynical asshole I am.

"Maybe we shouldn't do this...I know I've killed a few people here that go to this school, but the lot of them were scumbags and I feel like that balances it out, but I don't think we should kill the head of the Disciplinary Committee...It feels wrong." Sai said, feigning his entire paragon speech. Tsukune easily bought into this, thinking that Sai truly wasn't going to help me finish off Kuyo.

"See, Damion?! Sai doesn't want to-" Tsukune started saying as we simply shot our fireballs at Kuyo, roasting him to ashes. "What the hell?! I thought you didn't want to kill him, Sai!" He said, exasperated by the fact that Sai was lying right to his face the entire time he was "talking me out of killing off someone else". Sai and I started laughing at him. We still couldn't believe he was still so dense.

"Dude, I can't believe you actually fell for that hella obvious lie that Sai was pulling." I say, while quelling my laughter. "We were going to kill Kuyo anyway, not to mention that he was about to execute you just for being human. So, saving your ass once again, you'd think you'd be used to the way we roll." I then go over to Gin and help him up. "Come on, you stupid ass. Wake the fuck up." I say, slapping him in the face hard enough to jolt him awake. "Good. That worked. There was no way I was doing mouth to mouth." I jest. I let Gin stand on his own power, or what was left of it and then I looked over the railing at the students that were curious about who won the battle between us and Kuyo. The other Disciplinary Committee members were defeated. I motion my hand toward Sai. "Megaphone, Sai." I say as he digs around in his trench coat and pulls one out. He hands it to me, and I turn it on and began to speak. "My fellow students of Yokai Academy, hear me now. For I will one speak these words once." I say, loudly. "I, along with my friends have done away with the Disciplinary Committee. Kuyo is dead, and the others are defeated, therefore my friends and I will become the new Disciplinary Committee. We will be fair and just, harsh, but not power hungry. Our first rule of action is to make this school open to humans, as well as monsters. If anyone is opposed to that, then you can take it up with Ruby. If not, then fine." I declare, looking at the sea of faces that only peered back at me. There was only silence among the crowd. "Second, I know we may have done our fair share of killing, but killing will not be condoned anymore, unless your situation calls for it. If you want to fight, take it to the bus stop near the cliff side. If we see you fighting on school grounds, then one of us will personally deal with you ourselves." The silence was deafening. "Lastly, if you're making any backhanded deals with anyone, teachers, student, council members, you're dead. No second chances, no forgiveness, no mercy." I say threateningly. Every student understood. "Good. We'll put those in place once Summer vacation is over. As for now, continue your school lives and we'll see you all again when Summer ends." I say, turning off the megaphone and giving it back to say. The students cheered knowing that the old Disciplinary Committee was no more. Happy that their lives were no longer under the oppressive thumb of the old committee members. The normal school day returned and we all went our separate ways. Our Summer Vacation came and went, but that is a tale for another time.

(I know this took me a VERY long time to put out, but I wasn't in the right frame of mind. I've had a lot of things I was stressing over, and I wasn't in the best of moods to work on this fanfiction. Recently my good friend of 15 years died of a heart attack in the Summer of last year (2018 by this point), and that has had an indescribable affect on my mental state, and I was just trying to get over the trauma. Though I'm not over, I'm definitely a lot better than what I was months ago. Whomever was waiting for me to finish my take on the last part of season one of Rosario + Vampire, thank you for waiting, and being patient. I will continue onto season two, and I will be a lot faster. I just needed some time to myself, and I needed time to be ready to find myself finishing this. I'm very sorry to those who wanted to see my side of things and I wanted to get this out of the way, but shit happened and I was just not right in the head to do this.)
