Adrien did his homework for 30 minutes. It was easy than his homeschool style. But then, when he put his homework papers in his school bag, he felt something that he doesn't remember putting in his school bag.
"What's this?" He picked out a small box.
When he opened it, a green bright flash made his eyes squint for a few seconds until he saw what looks like a cat-like mouse. It let out a yawn from its slumber.
"Wow…what are you? A genie?" Adrien awed at how cute this black thing is.
"I'm a kwami. The name's Plagg" Plagg introduced himself.
"Okay, I'm probably imagining things. A kwami is not even a word. But you are kinda cute like a cat plushie" Adrien said.
"Oh boy. You're not pure human, are you? Judging by your teeth. Better yet, let's see what you can do. Catch me, little boy!" Plagg flew around the room to see what his new chosen can really do.
Adrien looks around and then caught him with his speed.
"Whoa almighty! You're definitely not human! That explains the fangs!" Plagg was impressed but he managed to slip out of his grip.
"Come back here!" Adrien tried again to catch whatever that thing is. He concentrated on levitation to move fast to catch that kwami.
"Catch me again!" Plagg flew around.
"Are you challenging me?" Adrien grinned and concentrated on his telekinesis with his hands to catch him.
"Hey let go!" Plagg strains while struggling.
The dhampir brought him close to him, "I still don't understand what you're doing here or how you got in my school bag" He held him with his telekinetic mind.
"Look, I'm a black cat kwami. I grant powers. Yours is the power of deconstruction. Got it?" Plagg told him.
"Nuh-uh" Adrien didn't get it.
"Good, now do you have anything to eat? I'm starving" Plagg complained how hungry he is.
"Okay let's see." Adrien ran in lightspeed to the kitchen and came with an apple, camembert, and a cracker.
Plagg grabbed the cheese and ate it greedily. Adrien cringed at the smell of the cheese and never noticed this creature is a greedy eater. This was very new to the dhampir teen.
"Wow. You like it do you?" He asked.
"I'm loving it," Plagg said.
"Anyways, you say you grant me powers. How do I do that?" Adrien asked.
"First put on your ring and say Plagg, claws out!" Plagg instructed him.
"Okay" Adrien puts the ring on his right ring finger, "Plagg, claws out!" He spoke out.
The creature got sucked in the ring which spooked Adrien when the magic surrounded him. The ring turned black with a paw mark on it and suddenly he swiped his hand over his eyes making a black mask with slit pupils in his eyes, he moves his hands over his head making leather cat ears appear along with his hair changing to a messier style. A whole leather suit appeared on him with s golden bell, finally, a belt appears as his tail and his claws strike, making a pose.
"Whoa, leather catsuit? Awesome!" He went into the bathroom to look at himself, "And my eyes are like a cat's too" He saw his feline eyes.
He also noticed that the catsuit is like stuck to his skin and it doesn't come off, especially the mask and the cat ears.
"Wow, I look like a cat. Maybe Cat Noir will do as my name" He said and took out his baton as his main weapon and when he pressed the paw button, it extended and hit his chin, "Ow!" He didn't expect that and he has no idea if Plagg can hear him, "Plagg, if you can hear me. How do I get my real clothes back?" He asked but apparently, Plagg can't communicate with him when the holder is transformed.
"Okay, I better give it a go first in the city" He opened the windows and ran on the rooftops. He's never done this but with these cat powers, he felt strong and agile than his dhampir side.
"Whoa! This is awesome!" He ran over some rooftops.
He tries to see if his baton can be used like a javelin. He extends it and ran up with it to do a pole vault but he was too high he couldn't control his fall, "WHOOOOOOOAAAAAA!" He screamed and saw he was gonna land on someone in red with black spots.
"Urgh!" It was none other than Ladybug.
"Oh, so sorry mademoiselle" Cat Noir helps her up.
"Whoa, you're a cat? I thought cats always land on their feet" Ladybug giggled at his clumsy fall and grabbed his hand to stand up.
"Yeah. Hey, you're Ladybug!" Cat Noir recognized her.
"And you are?" She asked.
"Um, Cat Noir" He shook hands with her.
"Cat Noir, nice superhero name. That is if you ever did any superhero stuff" Ladybug pretending she doesn't know him but she knows that he's Adrien. So she's playing along.
"Well not yet. But perhaps you could teach me how to be a hero" Cat Noir suggested.
"Cool, maybe then we can be partners. That is if you want to. It gets lonely when fighting crime alone. I never had a partner" Ladybug said.
"I'm ready when you are, Ladybug" Cat Noir said.
"Good, let's get started, kitty" Ladybug replied.
"Meow, my life is about to change, milady" Cat Noir said.
"Yup, your first hero day," She said.
Cat Noir followed Ladybug in the city to find bad guys doing crime at this time of night. Cat Noir is a huge fan of Ladybug and now it was like he's destined to be her partner. But he has no idea how the ring got in his school bag but it didn't matter now. He was having an exciting time of his life. Soon they came to a stop hearing someone screaming.
"That doesn't sound like a scream of excitement, is it?" Cat Noir asked Ladybug.
"Nope" Ladybug jumps down with Cat Noir.
Cat Noir sensed something was wrong and it felt like it's a trap to lure Ladybug, "Wait!" He pulled Ladybug towards him just in time before they heard gunfire and the bullet hit the dumpster.
"Watch out!" The feline-hero quickly hid behind another dumpster with Ladybug before more gunfire was heard.
"It's a trap, Ladybug!" Cat Noir said.
"How did you know?" She asked.
"My instincts told me" He nervously said.
"Or cat instincts. But you saved my life" Ladybug said.
"Come out right now or get squashed like a bug, Ladybug!" The shooter demanded.
"Lucky charm!" Ladybug threw her yo-yo up and out came a frisbee, "A frisbee?" She looks at it and then at the shooter and his gun.
"Can you get him to know me for a little while?" Ladybug asked.
"Got it." Cat Noir nodded and jumped up on the dumpster, "Hey you! I got nine lives instead of one!" He blew raspberries to taunt him.
"Huh?! Who are you?!" The shooter gasps.
"I'm the kitty of bad luck, Cat Noir!" He pulls his staff out.
"Well, you'll die as well!" He fires at Cat Noir but misses.
While the kitty distracts the shooter, Ladybug threw the frisbee at a perfect angle. She knocks the gun out of his hands and caught the frisbee when it returned to her.
"Now Kitty!" She signaled Cat Noir.
"Here I go!" Cat Noir ran and whacks the shooter with his staff, "Didn't your mommy tell you not to play with guns?"
"You won't be joking around when I bury you in litter box!" The shooter tried to fight him like a man but for the cat-themed hero, he's too fast.
"Not today!" Cat Noir then punched him in the gut and threw him at a van.
"Super agility, super awesome!" Cat Noir was impressed by what he did.
"Miraculous ladybug!" Ladybug threw the frisbee into the air to repair the damage from the bullets.
"That was awesome working with you, milady. The good and bad luck duo sounds puuurrrrfect" Cat Noir made a pun.
"Yes, we did. I see that being a hero made you come up with puns" Ladybug flicked his cat bell.
"Yup. After all, heroes make good puns" Cat Noir joked.
"You're too funny, kitty. I can't wait to see you again." She does a blow kiss and yo-yos out of here.
"I can't wait, milady" He also does a blow kiss too and pole-vaulted out of here.

As he came through his bedroom window, he still has no idea how this suit comes off, "How does it come off? Since I said claws out, it magically appeared. Is there a reverse? Uhhh….claws in?" When he said that, a bright green flash around him, and Plagg came out of his ring. Adrien noticed he's back to his normal self with his real clothes on. He also felt his hair is back to its old style.
"How was your first day?" Plagg appeared.
"You saw everything the whole time?" Adrien asked in confusion.
"Of course I did. It's like a fusion as two things in one" Plagg floated in front of the holder's face.
"Yes but I couldn't hear you in my head," Adrien said.
"There's a lot of things to learn, little kitten." Plagg chuckled.
"First of all, I'm a dhampir. Second, I can actually turn into an actual black cat, not a vampire bat. There's a lot of things to learn about me since I'm a half-vampire" Adrien smirked and crossed his arms.
"Oh, really? Was that sarcasm?" Plagg asked, not believing a single word from his chosen.
"Maybe" Adrien chuckled and morphed into a black cat, "Do you believe me now? It's all real. Meow" He licked his paw like a cat.
"That makes two of us!" Plagg gasped.
"Yup. And I bet we'll get along really well, Plagg" Cat Adrien jumped up on his bed to go to sleep.

With Marinette, she was thinking of Cat Noir at her apartment, "He really did well on his first day as a hero" But then she thought about keeping her identity a secret from him until he's ready.
At least she knows his but he doesn't know hers. Master Fu informed her not to let Adrien know her identity
"I know what he said but it may drive Adrien upset," She thought. At the same time, she knows nothing about his dhampir secret.
"Do you think it's strange that he sensed a trap?" Tikki asked.
"Sort of. That cat miraculous granted him some special abilities. He proved himself worthy" Marinette said.
"Until next threat," Tikki said.
"Like Volpina? With two against one it's too easy" Marinette said.
"We'll never know for sure. Just don't get too lovey-dovey that your crush is Cat Noir" Tikki suggested.
"Very well. Better not make it too obvious it's me" Marinette agreed.
