The next day, Cat Noir and Ladybug encountered a second kurai monster that is a female Frankenstein in school, their science teacher. She was absorbing electricity from the lights, their cellphones, and other electrical appliances. Ladybug saw that the shadowy kurai entered her teacher's pen a few minutes ago before she transformed into Mrs. Stein.
"Ok any ideas milady?" Cat Noir tries to fend Mrs. Stein.
"We need something water but where can we get a lot of water?" Ladybug asked.
"The shower room?" Cat Noir guessed.
"That could work. Lead her to the shower room!" Ladybug instructed her partner.
"Okay! Come and get me!" Cat Noir lured Mrs. Stein to the boy's locker room, which was empty of course.
"Enough playing around you pussy cat! Come here so I can make your fur static!" Mrs. Stein demanded him but he was busy running on all fours to lure her to the boys' locker room and into the shower room.
"Not a chance Monster!" Cat Noir taunts her. He saw Ladybug and she signaled him to use his hyperspeed to turn on all the showers one by one.
"Time to get wet!" He turns on all the showers in the blink of an eye with his hyperspeed, drenching Mrs. Stein.
"Lights out!" Ladybug taunted and Mrs. Stein got electrified by the mix of water and once Cat Noir turned them off, he grabbed the pen at super speed.
"Cataclysm!" He used it to release the kurai.
Ladybug saw the shadowy bat getting away but she caught with her yo-yo to purify and let the microbat fly freely. She and Cat Noir saw Mrs. Stein transforming back to their science teacher.
"Pound it!" They fist-bumped.
Ladybug heard her earrings beeping that she's gonna transform back, "See ya soon my kitty. Bug out" She ran out the door.
"See you Bugaboo" Cat Noir ran the other way.
He morphed into a cat to blend in so that he can find a place to hide to transform back to his normal self. He hides in the locker room, morphed back to Cat Noir, and then said the de-transformation words.
"Plagg claws in!" He turns back to Adrien.
"That was fun with that super speed of yours," Plagg said.
"Shhh….hide" Adrien hears someone coming and Plagg hid in his owner's jacket.
"Adrien, where are you?" He heard Nino's voice.
"Nino? I'm in the locker room!" Adrien called out and he found his buddy, sighed in relieved that he's okay.
"Dude, you could've used hyper speed to get everyone to safety but Ladybug and Cat Noir got here just in time to save our science teacher" Nino explained what happened.
"Uuhhhh…..actually I would have saved you guys but you know it would be strange to them how a half-human is super fast," Adrien said.
"Good point there. But the heroes took care of it" Nino said.
"I super heard everything with my hearing, Nino" Adrien lied since he did everything with Ladybug.
"Okay then. Well, let's get back to class." Nino said.

After school was over, Adrien was talking with Nino at his mansion about telling his crush his secret. Nino was very surprised at the story when Adrien said that Marinette did not react.
"She was brave like Ladybug. That sweet girl is so….fearless." Adrien swooned and was almost about to fall but Nino caught him, snapping his fingers to get his pal back to reality.
"Bro, get it together. I know she's pretty in your eyes but don't overdo it too much. Dude, wake up." Nino snapped his fingers in Adrien's face but he was barely even listening.
"Huh? Oh right sorry." Adrien snaps back to reality.
"You seriously need to get it together man. I know she's gorgeous to you but you're rushing a bit" Nino shoved an apple into Adrien's mouth which made him grunt.
"Ugh!" Adrien felt his canines sink in the apple and sucked the juice out and made the apple dry like a raisin, "Yes, well, I'm just getting to know her a bit. She knows what I am and I don't wanna ruin my chance. She reminds me so much like my mother." He tossed the dry apple in the trash.
"I didn't rush with Alya," Nino said.
"You almost did. Anyways, I'm trying to stay vegetarian as best as I can. Yes, I drink blood to live so I don't go crazy" Adrien said.
"Alright. But don't get too lusty on Marinette." Nino said.
"When was I ever that lusty, Nino?" Adrien asked.
"Not one day. But just as a warning" Nino said.
"If that happens, put garlic in my food," Adrien said sarcastically.
"You bet" Nino chuckled.
"But seriously, I wanna be more human than just a vampire. My father is becoming paranoid to think vampires want my blood to become immune to sunlight." Adrien sighed and took the silvery mirror to stare at his lack of reflection and sees Nino's reflection since he's behind him.
"And I bet he would've put you to a vampire school in Transylvania," Nino said sarcastically.
"Nah, he wouldn't," Adrien said.
"Maybe your dad probably doesn't want to lose his own flesh and blood. You're the descendant" Nino guessed.
"Yeah, but he's human and he tries to raise me to be like a vampire but I refused. It's like he's turning me into a weapon but I like to be just me. When it comes to his kind, he makes me be human but he can't change me to something I'm not" Adrien said, morphing into a cat and jumping in Nino's arms.
"Well, you're no one's weapon" Nino pets him.

With Marinette, she was sketching a design for a dress. Cat Noir has been her inspiration and she made the dress silky black with a green cat paw print on the chest area.
"This will be purrfect," Marinette said to herself.
She then heard a meow which got her startled when she turned around and saw a black cat with green eyes sitting at her desk chair.
"Hey there." Marinette pets him.
"I see you've been busy" He purred from getting petted and he jumped in her arms, "Ah, inspiration from me or the cat hero Cat Noir?"
"The cat hero Cat Noir," Marinette said.
"Meow. Someone's a big fan of Cat Noir" Cat Adrien purred.
"Very funny. We both love cats. I hope your cat body doesn't bring bad luck on me, kitty cat" Marinette puts him on the desk to get some inspiration about black cats for her design.
"Isn't it weird to have a talking cat at school?" Cat Adrien asked.
"Well as long as no one is around," Marinette said.
"So I guess animals don't talk but this cat can," Cat Adrien said.
"Yeah. Well, apes like chimps can sign language, like deaf people" Marinette said.
"I heard." Cat Adrien jumped off the desk and morphed back to a person, "But I'm nothing like a human without you, Marinette" He said and nearly flinched when he saw her mirror but relaxed that it was a regular mirror and his reflection is there.
"Thanks, Adrien. Friendship sure means a lot to you" Marinette put her pencil aside.
"Yes since you became the latest one to know my dhampir side," Adrien said.
"And I was very brave to not get scared." Marinette puts her arms around his neck.
"Mmm… you were." Adrien smiled, holding her waist.
"Tell me, vampire boy. Are you the master of romance? Vampires in movies and fiction are always the romantic types" Marinette asked.
"Maybe" Adrien chuckled and they were closing in to kiss.
Their lips touched and Marinette felt like she was in a trance because this is her first kiss with the boy of her dreams. Adrien felt his heartbeat like crazy. He never kissed a lady in his life until now.
"Oh, Adrien that was..." Marinette gasps after kissing him.
"Incredible?" Adrien guessed.
"Mmhmm….am I hypnotized?" Marinette asked.
"No, you're not" Adrien replied.
"Prove it" Marinette was still tranced from the kiss.
Adrien thought of something since he can hear her heartbeat racing and he put her arms around his neck and his on her waist. He waltzed with her slowly to calm her down and prove it to her that she's not hypnotized.
"See Marinette? This is for real" He said while waltzing.
Marinette starts smiling a little, feeling it's a dream come true. Adrien slowly levitated himself up towards the trapdoor and outside to the balcony as he and her slowly spin while holding each other.
"Wow" Marinette looks down.
"Don't look down, look at me" He said.
"Ok, but before anyone sees us," Marinette said.
"Alright. Maybe next time without the lights" Adrien levitates down with her.
"I know we just met and I'm not gonna force you. It's just that…..you're beautiful and kind to me. You're the only person that makes me feel….human" Adrien said while waltzing with her.
"Aw thank you Adrien," Marinette said.
