After his photo shoot this morning, the dhampir model was once again upside down from the ceiling of his room, looking at his iPhone of the Ladyblog that Alya posted about the interview.
"Do you ever get tired of hanging around? Literally" Plagg asked.
"Not one bit. And the interview has gone viral I see" Adrien said.
"I saw. And sheesh, one of these days you're gonna become batty than a human" Plagg complained.
"I'm a dhampir, Plagg. I can't choose which I wanna be. I'm both at the same time. If only my father let me out more often I wouldn't be so batty my whole life" Adrien sighed and puts his phone in his pocket.
"Okay. Well, your lady has shown you around" Plagg said.
"Yeah, but she was the one who gave me the ring. I don't know how she did that but I'm finally happy to have the freedom I need." Adrien said and heard his father coming, "Plagg, hide"
Plagg nods as Gabriel came inside, "Yes father?" Adrien asked.
"Nathalie and I captured another vampire hunter again. This time it's a woman. She's a lot crazier" Gabriel said.
The dhampir boy sighed in frustration that his father wants to drain the life source again. It was tiring him but it's better to dispose of someone who has seen too much. He levitated down to the floor.
"Seriously, father. As much as I want to drink blood but it's tiring me out to sink my teeth into a victim's neck" Adrien said.
"We can't risk them to reveal our location," Gabriel said.
"Fine, just to get this over with. I just don't want this to affect my life, father" Adrien said and went downstairs with him and then to the basement where he sees a vampire hunter woman tied up.
"The dhampir boy!" She snarled.
Before he could sink his teeth in her neck, he wants information from her and why someone would send her to capture him, "Any idea why you want me dead?" Adrien paced around her.
"With you dead, your blood will be an enhancement for the vampire kind. My master wants your father dead as well to make you suffer before your death" The vampire lady said.
"Maybe this master of yours only cares about wiping humanity out. You're a human you know. I'm sorry but I can't let that happen" Adrien said.
"Screw you, boy! You'll never find him!" The hunter yelled.
"I will find him!" Adrien's eyes went bloodshot.
"Do your worst!" She cackled insanely.
But that was a wrong move when Adrien clutched her organ heart inside her chest with his telekinesis to make her heart pump fast to get the blood flowing to her neck.
"AAAAARGH!" She screamed.
"Do my worst? You got it. I can rip your heart out or I can just sink my teeth in your neck. Which would you prefer?" Adrien asked, hating the fact that he's trying to make her scared.
"I don't care. I rather die than live to give you information about my master you brat!" She yelled at him again.
"Hmmmmm…very well. Say hello to your friends in Hell for me" Adrien's canines extend out as he sank his fangs hard in the victim's neck.
"AAAAAHHHHH!" She screamed as he drains her to death.
Once done, Adrien threw the corpse aside and walked past his father, not saying a word about this. Disposing vampires is easy but for humans, not so much.
"Where are you going?" His father asked.
"Just to my room" Adrien replied emotionlessly.
He went upstairs and into his room since he feels stressed again. He needed to meditate as he remembers from his Chinese tutor telling him that meditation always helps with stress and problems.
"I need peace and quiet, Plagg. My fangs are tiring me out" He said as he puts the AirPods in his ears to listen to calming Chinese music from his iPhone.
"Got it" Plagg sat nearby having some cheese.
The dhampir sat on his bed in Indian style, pressing his fist against his palm and closing his eyes to meditate to calm down. Breathing in and out slowly to calm his heart rate.
"I'm not a monster, I am not a monster," He said to himself.
He kept doing that for an hour. He finally felt calm and relaxed but also hungry for tomato juice again that he kept in his cupboard. He took one can out and drank from it. Then all of a sudden, his super-hearing heard a yo-yo swish noise. It's probably Ladybug and he bet that she's doing patrol by herself. Time for her kitty to come out and play.
"Time for some action. Plagg claws out!" He held out his fist.
"Slow dooooooowwwwwnnn!" The kwami cat got sucked in the ring and Adrien transformed into Cat Noir.
He got out of the mansion to join her in patrolling Paris. He ran on the roof so fast that he caught up to her, "Hey bugaboo. Any monster today?"
"Nope, I'm just exercising my buggy wings" Ladybug giggled.
"Purrfect. Just a workout for ourselves" Cat Noir replied.
"Funny, sounds like you evolved into a panther" Ladybug swung her yo-yo to the roof next to the Louvre.
"Sort of. I match the colors of one" Cat Noir joked.
"Black is your favorite color?" Ladybug teased.
"Yeah it is, you got some black spots" Cat Noir held her hands.
"And I thought a laser red dot attracts kitty cats" Ladybug smiled.
"Red ladybugs do" Cat Noir smiled and leaned in to kiss.
But Ladybug put her finger on his lips, "I thought you love your princess, kitty. You bad boy" Ladybug smirked.
"I know it's you, my princess. Super senses, remember? I was waiting for the right moment but I just couldn't wait" Cat Noir confessed.
"You knew?" Ladybug was shocked.
"Shhh" He put his finger on her lips to shush her, "I know you're surprised but I figured out by the familiar scent from Ladybug and my princess for a week. At first, I just thought it was my lovesickness messing with me but my super senses never lie." Cat Noir put her hands around his neck.
"I got something to confess too, I was the one who gave you the ring," Ladybug said.
"At school? How?" Cat Noir asked.
"I snuck the ring while you weren't looking," Ladybug said.
"For a lady, you sure are sneaky" Cat Noir smirked.
"Of course kitty" Ladybug then kissed him.
The feline kissed back and gently pushed her against the chimney wall, lifting her legs up and wrapping them around his waist. He felt his heartbeat with love.
"I love you Ladybug" Cat Noir pulled apart from the kiss for air.
"I love you too" Ladybug smiled.

Later, they were at the park bench watching the water fountain run water while Ladybug was having a soda drink and Cat Noir eating a grinder sandwich.
"What an amazing day Cat Noir, knowing each other's double lives" Ladybug looked at him.
"Indeed my bugaboo." Cat Noir said while eating his meal, "This sandwich is delicious"
"They got the best baguettes here after all" Ladybug said.
"Yeah, milady" Cat Noir replied.
Just as Ladybug took a sip of her soda, she spits it out. So did the other citizens too like something was wrong with their drinks.
"Agh! Gross!" Ladybug coughed from the nasty drink, "Tastes like…..blood?" Ladybug saw the water fountain red.
Cat Noir took the soda and quickly heads into the alley with Ladybug. He turns around so he doesn't make his partner sick at the sight of drinking blood, "You're right. It is blood but this is not human or animal blood I recognize" Cat Noir took another sip to pick up information from his tastes buds, "Sand, ancient bandages, and decay."
"Like a mummy?" Ladybug guessed.
"Yup, definitely. And I just picked up a scent. We need to hurry before that mummy sends out another plague. We know the last one is bad news" Cat Noir said and heard everything screaming in terror that all the water and other fluids have been turned to blood.
"And fast before this stench starts to suffocate these people. I can't even breathe in this stench!" Ladybug said.
"I'm on it!" Cat Noir said and sniffs the mummy scent and follows it.
Ladybug follows him and soon they saw what appeared to be a mummy with glowing red eyes.
"Is that…Alix?" Ladybug gasped.
"It appears so!" Cat Noir saw the mummy, "I hope mummies are afraid of cats" Cat Noir smirked.
"So you two heroes has come to meet your doom?!" The mummy saw them.
"No, to stop you from creating a plague. I know about destruction because I'm a black cat of bad luck. Respect the goddess Bastet's black cat" Cat Noir did a striking pose.
"Well prepare for the next one!" The Mummy made a swarm of grasshoppers appear.
But that didn't stop the feline hero when he used telekinesis shield to stop the locusts from swarming around Paris. Ladybug gasped at what he's doing, worried that the public will think he's not human.
"That's my bad luck powers" Cat Noir lied.
"Argh! You are really annoying me you cursed cat!" Mummy Alix launched her bandages like a shooter but Ladybug used her yo-yo as a shield to deflect them while Cat Noir snapped his fingers to kill millions of locusts in the air with his telekinesis, dropping them into the river canal of blood.
"Annoying? My kitty has nine lives!" Ladybug said.
"Soon they'll be all gone!" Mummy Alix yelled and then swatted Ladybug with one of her bandages.
"Ladybug!" Cat Noir caught her in his arms.
"Thanks, Kitty" Ladybug smiled.
"How romantic. The cat saved his love bug" Mummy Alix said and unleashed the next plague, frogs.
"Ribbit! Ribbit!" An army of frogs came.
"Oh great! I hate frogs!" Cat Noir backs away from them coming towards them.
"Lucky charm!" Ladybug summoned her charm.
Out came a coffin and the heroes moved out of the way when it landed on them.
"A coffin?" Ladybug looked confused.
"Perhaps lure her in there while I perform my creepy stare? I did see that the kuraised object is her beanie hat" Cat Noir said.
"Yes, it's that," Ladybug said.
Cat Noir gasped and saw the frogs coming. He quickly used his telekinesis to move the swarm out of the way, "And quickly before she performs the deadliest plague" He said as he went to find Mummy Alix.
He jumped up on the walls and onto the roof to find her but it was too easy when he found her at the Lourve, "Going somewhere, Mummy?" He called to her.
"Ready to be mummified alive, pussy cat?!" Mummy Alix yelled.
"Let's find out! That is if you can catch this kitty!" Cat Noir taunted and made her chase him.
"Hold still!" Mummy Alix strikes with her wraps at him but missed.
"Nice try! But I prefer to stay handsome!" Cat Noir chuckled.
"I'll make sure I take all your nine lives!" Mummy Alix was this close to grabbing him but he moved out of the way and ended up straight towards the standing coffin.
"What is this?! HEY!" She saw the lid closing by Ladybug.
"A little shake for the dead" Cat Noir chuckled and shook the coffin with his telekinesis to make Mummy Alix nauseous, "That is if she has a stomach"
"As long as it's not in a jar" Ladybug joked and then Mummy Alix fell out unconscious.
"Oops, I think I made her nauseous" Cat Noir chuckled and grabbed the beanie hat and ripped it, releasing the kurai.
"Time to de-evilize!" Ladybug caught the kurai and purified it, "Bye-bye little bat. Miraculous Ladybug!"
The magic ladybugs removed the Egyptian plagues and everything went back to normal. The citizens were relieved to breathe in the fresh air. Mummy Alix reverted back to her human self.
"Pound it!" Ladybug and Cat Noir fist-bumped.
