(Dusknoir is Carrying Bonnie, and Dedenne into the Forest away from the House to Save them. Then the House Explodes, the impact of the Blast reaches Dusknoir, Bonnie, and Dedenne, causing them to Go flying even further away. The Impact of the Blast causes Dusknoir to drop Bonnie and Dedenne, before going flying into a Bush. While Bonnie, and Dedenne's Mouth Gape open at the Destruction of their Destroyed Home. Meanwhile, Lena is walking out of "Dr. White's store" that Victor told her about).
Lena: Thanks. Mahalo Plentifully. You will not be disappointed! Because I will show up early to help with the morning deliver… (Then Lena Sees a Fire Truck and begins thinking the worst possible thoughts as she whispers to herself). Oh, do not turn left. (The Fire Truck Turns Left). No! (Lena Takes off Running after the Fire truck. Meanwhile, back at the Ruins of the House, Clefairy (Deoxys) appears from under the Wreckage of the House and begins walking out just before Lena runs past it. Lena Runs up to the House and finds the Fire truck putting whatever fires are still there. Looker is there talking to Bonnie and Dedenne about what happened next to his Car).
Bonnie: One of them had a giant Mouth in the middle of his Stomach. (Just then Lena runs up to them, Looker puts Bonnie, and Dedenne in his Car).
Lena: Oh, Bonnie! Please do not do this. (Looker Closes the Car door behind him).
Looker: You know I have no choice.
Lena: NO! You are NOT taking her! (Clefairy (Deoxys) walks up and sees the Destruction of the House), I am the ONLY one who understands her! YOU take that away; she WON'T stand a chance!
Looker: You are making this harder than it needs to be.
Lena: But you do not know what you are doing! (A Fireman comes to take Lena away from the Scene). She needs me! (Looker gets truly angry with Lena before Gesturing to the Destruction of the House).
Looker: Is this what she needs?! (Meanwhile, in the Car Bonnie and Dedenne overhear Lena, and Lookers Conversation and get teary eyed). It seems clear to me that you need her way more than she needs you. (Bonnie and Dedenne open the Car Door on the Side opposite to Where Lena and Looker are standing. They Climb out of the Car and run into the Forest. Then Lena and Looker discover that Bonnie and Dedenne are gone, causing Looker to Shout). BONNIE! BONNIE!

The Bonnie here is from the Anime (but it is still Bonnie nonetheless).

Yes, Bonnie is Playing Lilo. The Pokémon, Deoxys (Hoenn's Own Psychic Type Mythical Pokémon) is Stitch. But In Chapter 10, "Bonnie Adopts" Deoxys disguises itself as Clefairy to hide itself from Blastoise (Who plays Jumba), and Dusknoir (Who Plays Wendy Pleakley), and everyone else.
Q8: How did you come up with the idea for this fanfic?
For A While now I Have been taking Completed Transcripts from all my Favorite Disney (and Pixar) Movies and Doing Pokémon Versions of them. So far, I have done "Beauty and the Beast" (1991), "The Lion King" 1 and 2, "Toy Story", "The Parent Trap" (1998), "Toy Story 2", "The Emperor's New Groove" and "Monsters Inc."
Q9: Why is it that Pokemon live in Outer Space in this fanfic?
There are Pokémon that do Come from Outer Space. For example, Elgyem, Beheeyem, Rayquaza, Deoxys, Minior, and More.
Q10: How did Blastoise create Deoxys? That's weird. Be sure to give some kind of explanation to clear this confusion up.
Well, Jumba Jookiba did Create Somehow Stitch Off Screen. How he did so, is up to people's own guesses and interpretation. The Same is true for Blastoise's Creation of Deoxys.
