What is this feeling I cant explain
The way it makes me feel
Each and everyday
It burns deep within me
And is as cold as ice
A numbing heart ache
A creature inside
Tears of my past
Come back to me
A heart felt wanting
The feeling of defeat
I tell myself
That it will be ok
A hole in my soul
Growing wider
Growing deeper
Consuming me quickly
I must be strong
I cant give up
I have true strength
But is that enough
But its ok
It wont change
Its been with me
And it wont go away
I search everywhere
For the one who is right
The one who can fill it
And take away my pain
