and heading for beacon

Build: limber but strong.

Skin: lightly tanned.

Hair: black with light green streaks in it.

battle wear: blue jeans, armored boots, black cloak with a Celadon inside, a Celadon t-shirt that has red flames at the bottom, specialty gloves; dark red, with a green dragon head and yellow flames stitched into the back.

Weapons: Vacuan broad sword/dual scythes/dual bastard swords/auto shotgun, and customized multipurpose utility gauntlets; with one having a collapsible plasma-based kite shield.

longtime friend of Ruby and Yang.

Maybe I should go for a comic run. I think, as I set my groceries down in my apartment. Am I feeling adventurous today? I continue, putting them away. or should I head to the usual shop? I eventually decide on the latter, figuring not many new comics would be in the other shops open at this time of day.

As I walk outside, glancing at the black sky, I notice an unusually large crowd outside for the time of night. Curious, I glance around, not finding anything out of the ordinary at first glance. Wait... what's with all the commotion? I think as people start desperately moving towards the edges of the road.

A guy with bright orange hair walks down the street, with an entourage of eight in tow, pushing away those that don't move of their own volition. Then I look where they're headed, and my eyes widen. Is it that time already? I need to pay more attention to the calendar. With that in mind, I put up my hood and follow quietly.

As I get to the store in question, I look in the window and notice that Ruby is there. Well they're fucked now. I think, as one guy starts walking over to her. He looks as if he's saying something, she doesn't react.

Metaphorical face palm, Sigh, wth Ruby. Using Psychic Link. (Ruby put away the magazine, and turn around. make it look like you're getting ready to leave.)

(Sigh, okay.) She responds reluctantly. I silently walk in using Presence Nullification. Watching as she Does what I said, the guy stops her mid stride, and points at his head gesturing to her headphones. She looks at him with an odd look, takes them off and says. "yes."

"I said put your hands in the air, now." He says that last part almost yelling.

"Are you robbing me?" She asks.

"Yes." He says slightly angry

"Oh." She says with a smirk.

Then fighting ensues. Ruby proceeds to throw the first guy across the room. And Torchwick nods another guy to her. I let the effect of Presence Nullification drop. She sees me and nods. She then sends guy two through the window, to add insult to injury I throw my fist up landing a bull's eye in his crotch as he flies by.

(Ouch, he's gonna be singing soprano for a week.) She comments through the link, as we jump out the window, walking to the middle of the street. I let my hood fall back as I pull out my weapons, my gauntlets in stun mode, and my gun-blade in dual bastard sword mode. And take a battle stance. As Ruby takes out Crescent Rose, takes off her headphones and turns of the music.

"Okay." Orange hair says, off-put. "Get them." He continues, seeming both exasperated and frustrated. The seven of them glance around hurriedly and walk outside. (Okay, Ruby, you take those four.) I communicate through the link, nodding to the three that just came out and the one that just got back up. (And I'll take on the other four.)

She nods and we get to work, I lead my group over to the side where no one can see. "All right," I say as I stop and turn around, "You messed with the wrong little sister." I say as I tilt my head left and right popping my neck in several places.

They back up in surprise as they realize who they're messing with. I seemingly disappear as I use both Illusions, and Presence Nullification at the same time, Illusions to look like a puff of smoke was where I just was, and Presence Nullification to move around behind them.

I nock three of them out with my gauntlets. I tell the last one to run popping out of nowhere looking like a creature from his nightmares, he drops his weapons and runs the other way as I see a dark spot form on his pants.

I drop the illusion and turn to run back to ruby, then I hear a scream behind me that could be heard at the other end of town.

…Meanwhile at the other end of town….

Sigh, "All right, I'm almost finished with this coat." Off in the distance she hears a scream. "the only one I know that can make someone scream that loud is Hurryon." She says with a knowing smirk.

Name: Serena Shamrock.

Semblance: Presence Nullification.

Height: 6'0".

Build: lean yet deceptively strong.

Age: 18.

Skin: slightly tanned.
Hair: middle of the back, a near perfect shamrock green color.

Battle Wear: dark green tinted glasses, light green low caller t-shirt, a black knee length coat, worn black pants, and dark green battle boots, and black fingerless leather gloves.

Weapon: rocket powered hammer/RPG launcher.

Weapon Name: Charybdis.

Heiress to remnant's largest alcohol company, in love with Hurryon.

"Hmmm, I wonder if he's going to beacon as well." She says with a dreamy look in her eyes. She yelps as she pricks herself with the needle she's using.

"Serena, dinner time." Someone yells from downstairs.

"I'll be down in a sec mom." She yells, putting down her equipment. "I should have enough time to pack my things and finish the sowing on my coat in the morning." She says with confidence.

…. back at the front of the store….

"Well, red, greeny, I think we can all say it's been an eventful evening, and as much as I'd love to stick around..." He says crushing the lit end of a cigar with his cane. He then points it at us and says, "I'm afraid this is where we part ways." And shoots us.

I rush in front of Ruby and activate my plasma shield, absorbing the impact as I get pushed back a little. We look around, and see him climbing a ladder. The store owner walks out, and ruby asks if it's okay to go after him. He nods, and we go after him.

Using Ruby's semblance, we speed to the base of the building. Once we arrive, Ruby uses her scythe's recoil to jump onto the rooftop. I look up, annoyed, grumbling to myself. Dang it Ruby, you know I can't do that. I use Ruby's semblance to accelerate my climbing.Once we get to the roof and Ruby yells, "Hey."

Orange hair mumbles something again. And we ready ourselves. We step back as we see a bulkhead rise up. Orange hair jumps in and yells, "End of the line you two." and throws out a red dust crystal. And shoots it. And lets out a whoa-hoo-hoo as it explodes, luckily someone else shields us.

And new person starts shooting lasers at the bulkhead, and then shoots something shinny at the sky above it and smoke start to pour out of where it disappeared, ice falls from the smoke and another new person shoots fire at us, the ground explodes beneath us as we jump back, NP 1 takes fragmented pieces and throws it at BH, NP 2 shoots it, NP 1 continues previous action, BH tilts toward spear like thing, spear like thing bounces off BH, spear splits into 3 and goes down snaking around, NP 2 does something that causes the three things to disintegrate, Ruby and I start to shoot at BH doing seemingly nothing to it. And orange hair guy gets away.

After a couple seconds I hear Ruby say "You're a huntress." I turn and, in my head, I say, oh god. "Can I have your autograph?" She asks.

A few minutes later at a place that I didn't know about.

I'm sitting outside of a room while ruby is probably getting scolded, 5 minutes later she comes out all exited and I think that I was wrong, and I hear someone say to let me in, person from before that I now know as Goodwitch comes out and nods to me. And I follow her in, all the while Ruby is looking at me all confused.

"Hurryon Celadon. Please, take a seat." Ozpin says, greeting me. Well shit am I in trouble too? I think as I sit down. "You have an intriguing set of skills."

"O-okay..." I say a little confused.

"Now, where did you learn to do this?" He asks gesturing to the video on the scroll.

"Oh, um, I picked up how to use them through books and watching others use similar things" I say while also slightly cringing, he seems to accept my answer.

"Oh, self-taught." Ozpin says a little surprised. Looking through the footage of me spinning around using the flat edges of my swords to knock the goons around. I relax a little.

later of talking and debating I somehow manage to land a spot in beacon academy, and walk out with a smirk on my face.

"What just happened." Ruby asks with a confused look on her face

"Looks like I'm going to beacon." I say, with a sly smirk on my face, as we walk out of the building.

She excitedly gasps, "You too." She says, with sparkles in her eyes.

"Haha... wait what." I break off mid laugh and remember the string of events that happened in the show, and do a little bit of a face palm.

"Yep I'm going too." She practically grabs me in excitement, and I have to pry her off so we can continue walking to an intersection. "Whelp, I'll see you tomorrow Ruby." I say, as I walk away waving.

"Yeah, I'll see you then Hurryon." She yells, waving back.

Next day.

BWANG BWANG BWANG.

"GACK..." I say jumping up and falling onto the floor, I Look at the time. 8:00 "OH SHIT! it's an hour till the airbus is supposed to leave." I gather my things, and get ready to leave, almost forgetting to grab my scroll. "good thing I copied Ruby's Semblance." Soon as I get out of my apartment, I take off at near breakneck speeds to get to the airbus.

15 minutes later

"Holy crap... I made it." I say as I walk up to the gates, a little exhausted.

Two guards walk up to me. Guard1. "Can I see your ID please."

I pull out my scroll and hand it over. Guard2, "thank you for your cooperation, this will take a couple of minutes."

Guard1: "Sigh."

Guard2: "What is it?"

Guard1: "It's another last-minute student."

Guard2: "Dang-it Ozpin."

Guard1: "You may pass."

Guard2: "Here's your scroll."

I take my scroll and board the airbus, a few minutes later yang notices me and says hello.

"Hello... whoa, when did you get so tall?" She asks, looking up at me in aw.

"I had 3 growth spurts in the last 4 years." I say in response, trying to pass it off as pride.

"Wow, I knew you were prone to those things, but I didn't know you'd get this tall."

"Me neither, ha ha ha." I say as I laugh nervously. I look around trying to find something to get me out of the current situation,and notice someone looking like their about ready to hurl. "Well looks like someone needs help."

"Oh, ok, I'll go find Ruby."

a few minutes later and I get to the guy.

"Hey man what's up." I ask in an upbeat tone.

"Oh, don't talk to me right now." He says, as he almost doubles over and covers his mouth, trying to keep the contents of his stomach from expelling all over the floor.

"Do you want to hurl?" I ask.

He takes a minute to answer "No."

"Ok sit down and relax." He Does So. "Now how do you feel."

"Like my stomach is in knots." He answers, and then looks over to me. "Wow your tall." He says, as he covers his mouth and looks back down at the floor, looking a little more stable than before though not by much.

I smirk at that. "Now hold on a sec, I Know I have them here somewhere." he looks at me slightly confused as I dig through my pockets. "Ah here they are." I say as I pull out a box of nondescript ant-acid pills. "Take 2, they should help with your stomach problem."

"Are you sure about that?" He asks, looking at both me and the open tin warily.

I nod my head. "Of course, I am, I've used them before." I say, confidently.

"Ok." He says hesitantly, as he reaches in and grabs 2 of them. He looks at them for a sec, shrugs and pops them in, Chews, and swallows "You know I half expected them to taste awful." He says, as relief washes over him.

Then we notice that the video feed is up.

News reporter: "...The robbery was led by nefarious criminal Roman Torchwick, who continues to evade authorities. If you have any information on his whereabouts, please contact the vale police department. Back to you Lisa."

Lisa: Thank you, Cyril. In other news, this Saturday's Faunus Civil Rights protest turned dark when members of the White Fang disrupted the ceremony. The once peaceful organization has now disrupted..." it breaks there and switches to Goodwitch.

"Hello and welcome to Beacon! My name is Glynda Goodwitch. You are among a privileged few who have received the honor of being selected to attend this prestigious academy. Our world is experiencing an incredible time of piece, and as future Huntsmen and Huntresses, it is your duty to uphold it. You have demonstrated the courage needed for such a task, and now, it is our turn to provide you with the knowledge and the training to protect our world."

And her hologram phases out.

"Sigh, thanks for the help dude." He says, relieved that his stomach no

longer feels like its trying to expel its contents anymore.

"No problem, oh by the way, names Hurryon." I say as I extend a hand to him.

"Oh, um, Jaune."

"Nice to meet you Jaune." I say, as I pull him to his feet. After that we part ways and I go find a spot to read a comic I bought the other day.
