"So, you've been to Icathia?" Zaifa asked, "Yes," "yes", both Kai'sa and Tai replied at the same time. "But, not the same Icathia? I don't understand," Zaifa said. "Tell, Me about it, all I know is Icathia is the wasteland where all the Void infecting Shurima comes from," Kai'sa explained. "Yes that is true, but hidden inside is a stasis temporal bubble that safeguards thousands of people," Tai said, as the group started to get comfortable enough to resume eating. "If it's outside of our time, how can anyone access it?" Kai'sa asked. "It's a bit of complicated magics but you can, even the Void is starting to learn how to breach it, we are desperately looking for a solution to the Void before it becomes unstoppable." Tai Said. "Well, maybe we can help you with that," Taliyah interjected. "The Void never scared me, they seem like a bunch of dumn monsters that a salt bear could crush hehe," Kadira said as she cracked her knuckles, ready for a fight.

"You have no idea, you have seen nothing of the Void, I have…" Kai'sa said, her voice trailing off a bit. "It's okay, If we face it together as one weave, nothing can break us," "Yeah," "Yuh" "Yep, that's right" Taliyah said followed by her three friends agreeing with her. Kai'sa blushed a bit at their kindness, even if she knew it was very naive. "Plus we have you miss antidote," Tai interjected. "Miss what?" Kai'sa replied. "Don't you remember, you said it, at the first town you ever saved, what you said was written down, It's a kickass line if you ask me," Tai said. "Oh that, no no no, that was stupid, I was 18 and naive," Kai'sa said, as she blushed embarrassed. "Oh please tell us I want to hear what she said," Taliyah said with excitement. "Please no, don't" Kai'sa whined. "These monsters you've seen here seek out life, they wish to snuff it out, no measure of darkness will satisfy their hunger, but fear not, I am your savior, forged in the darkness, I am the antidote for the rivers of poison that flows beneath us all," Tai said, as he read through his journal.

"Awww, that was nice," Taliyah said. "I thought so," Tai agreed. "It was stupid," Kai'sa replied. "How so?" Taliyah asked. "For me to think people would see me as a hero ever, they never see me as anything but a monster no matter how many cities I save… it was naive of me," Kai'sa said. "I don't think you're a monster, maybe a little weird, but you're no monster," Kadira said. "Kadira!?" Zaifa replied. "Whaat! There's nothing wrong with her being weird, just stating facts," Kadira replied, Zaifa plants her head in her hand in embarrassment. "Just go easy on treating people, maybe then people will like you more," Samir interjected. "Like I did to you?" Kai'sa replied with a little smirk. "Hhehe yea…" Samir replied sheepishly. "Hey Otto, can you get Kaisa a steak please," Taliyah asked the cook. "How you want it done, well done, or extremely well done, hehehe" Otto replied. "Um.. well done I guess," Kai'sa replied.

"Can we stop please, my ass hurts," Tena said, the group had been riding all day to keep up with the Dormun nomads. "Are you sure she's even on that beast?" Najah asked. "Yes, there's no tracks leading anywhere else, plus it would make the most sense for them to catch a ride on one, since they don't have a mount," Akshan replied. "I don't think we can keep up with it, I'm sure our animals need a break" Jaffa said. "Nonsense, these are Skallashi, they can murch for weeks at a time, they often follow Dormuns to find water." Akshan replied. "Well that doesn't mean we can," Tena said. "Maybe we could take a little break," Najah said softly to Akshan. "Hmm, okay, but I don't like losing a mission, so we only stopping for a bit," Akshan said. "I'll rope the mounts together so only one person has to be awake at a time," Najah replied to Akshan. "We may actually catch up to them if we do that," Akshan said.

"Okay everyone we stopping for a bit, relieve yourselves, and stretch your legs, then rearrange your mounts so you can sleep on them while riding," Najah turned around and said to everyone. "Oh Thank Nasus!" Jaffa said as he jumped off the skallashi and ran to relieve himself on the other side of a dune. "Better than no break I guess," Tena said to herself as she grudgingly got off the skallashi and started rearranging the mats on its back so she could lay down on its back when they were riding. Tena made sure she had several straps open so she could secure herself to the beast when they got moving again.

"Are you doing okay?" Akshan asked Najah. "Yeah, I'm okay, I know this is hard on my little sister though," Najah replied as she fixed her mount for sleeping. "I, just really hope I didn't make a mistake and we're already too late," Najah Said. "There's nothing more you could have done, she has the right to make her own decisions just like we have the right to go help her when she makes the wrong decisions," Akshan replied. "You're right, nice chat knucklehead, I'm gonna check on my sis," Najah replied, popping Akshan on the shoulder as she walked over to the other skallashi. "Everything okay?" Najah asked. "Peachy since you get to hang with dreamboy all day," Tena teased. "Hey we're doing this for Sehla, I'm not enjoying this trip any more than you are," Najah replied. "Seems like we are always doing something for her," Tena replied. "Hey, You didn't have to come if you didn't want to help her anymore," Najah said. "I said I would come along and help, and I will, but that doesn't mean I'm gonna bury my head in the sand and pretend everything's EhOkay," Tena snapped back. "Did I miss something?" Jaffa asked sheepishly as he returned from relieving himself. "NO, we were just leaving," Tena said. "We can rest awhile longer if you want Tena," Najah said in an empathetic tone. "Nope, we got a little stubborn brat to catch," Tena replied as she got back up on the mount and readied herself to ride.

"Mmm, I needed that thanks," Kai'sa said after she finished her meal. "Yeah Otto makes the best burnt food hehe" Samir chuckled. Taliyah turns and notices crowd carrying torches approaching the restaurant, "Kai'sa make yourself hidden quickly!" Taliyah said. Kai'sa immediately closed her helmet and cloaked herself, "Woooh neat trick!" Kadira exclaimed. "SHHHH!" Zaifa replied. Taliyah gets up out of her chair and walks up to meet the crowd,"What's the problem brother and sisters of Shurima?" Taliyah asked the crowd, "A monster is lose in the city, Azir has ordered everyone who can to search and find this monster," a spry but elderly shepherd said as he led the group. "Oh, well of course, what did the monster look like?" Taliyah asked as her friends steeped out to hear the conversation, (Kai'sa with them but still cloaked). "It was purple, like a humanoid bug, it murdered five imperial guards," the man explained. "Oh yeah, I heard about that yesterday," Taliyah replied. "Then it tried to murder our emperor just a hour ago, luckily it failed in its mission, it was wounded before it fled." A woman holding a spear, standing beside the shepherd said. "So Azir saw the real Voidborne assassin!?" Kai'sa said as she revealed herself in front of them all.

"HHUUUH!" a shocked gasp filled the crowd at the sight of her, "you're the person from the warnings of the Void pamphlets…" another person from the crowd said. "Yes, and she's here to help" Taliyah said graciously as she put her hand on Kai'sa's shoulder reassuring her. "Why were you hiding from us?" The shepherd asked. "When the guards were murdered, no one saw what the assassin looked like, so some assumed that I did it, but if Azir saw voidborn and injured it, then he also knows I am innocent," Kai'sa explained. "Azir didn't injure the monster, the hero Rengar did!" The crowd let out a small cheer at the sound of Rengar's name. Hero, really, Kai'sa thought to herself. "The monster is missing an arm now. It looked like a giant purple praying mantis," the woman beside the shepherd explained. "Right, on it!" Kai'sa said as she teleport dashed off the ground to begin searching for the wounded voidborn assassin.

Sehla sits watching the view off the Dormun's back, it was just past dusk now so there wasn't much of a view, but there was enough to enjoy the desert. "Graahkrkrkrkrr," Everyone on top the Dormun jumps to their feet at the sound of something in the distance. "What is it?" Sehla asked Kassidin. Kassadin didn't reply right away as he continued to scan the horizon for threats. "BRUUM!" The Dormun roared out as it stood up on its back legs making the platforms on its back tilt and crack at the strain. DUN! DUN! DUN! The one nomad rang the alarm bell signaling they were under attack, "what do we do?" Sehla asked as the whole structure started to fall apart. "We have to get off now!" Kassadin said as he saw the floor beneath them buckling, "ahh!" Sehla said as the floor snapped beneath her sending her rolled over the edge, She desperately grabs ahold of a rope that is hanging down from the small bell tower that was at the back of the Dormun. "Hold on!" Kassadin said as he tried to maintain his own balance enough to grab her. Looking down, Sehla sees a Voidling that looks like a giant centipede biting down into the Dormun's front foot.

"Sehla no!" Kassadin yells as he sees her let go of the rope, she pulls her golden kuba blade out and drives it into the Voidlings head as she falls down on top of it. Sehla rolls off the side of the Dormun as it falls onto its needs letting out a sigh of relief from her killing the monster that was on its leg. The Dormun opened its eyes and looked Sehla right in the eye, it let out a low purr as if to say thank you. (Thud) "Are you okay?" Kassadin asked as he stood up beside her after jumping down. "Yeah," she replied, at this point small applause started coming from the nomads for saving the great Dormun, but they weren't safe yet. "Kreeeeeh!" Several more Voidlings pierced up out of the ground and pinned the Dormun again, Sehla saw fear in the beast's eyes as it looked at her for help. Kassadin teleports at the Voidlings, slicing two of them in half with his netherblade. Sehla goes to attack another Voidling only to have Kassadin teleport next to her, grab her, then throw her out of the way as the ground started opening up beneath them. "NO!" Sehla cried out as she saw the Dormun and everyone on it fall into a pit of purple light that opened beneath them.

Kassadin appears next to her, saving himself from falling in with his teleport. "God DAMMIT!" Sehla yelled as she shoved Kassadin away in anger. "Get yourself together, first rule when it comes to fighting the Void, don't die. Now prepare yourself, they are coming for us next." Kassadin said as he grabbed her wrist and stopped her from hitting him. Sehla rips her hand away from him and faces the other direction, she readies her weapon preparing for a fight, her teeth grind as she grudgingly accepts that there was nothing they could do to save them. "Why can't you just teleport us out of here?" Sehla asked in a bitter tone as she saw several Voidlings start crawling out of the rift. "I could, but you wouldn't survive it being unprotected," Kassadin replied. "I'll strike first, you clean up," Kassadin said as he fired a blast of black magic at one of the Voidlings, it seemed to zap it of its strength leaving it vulnerable for Kassadin to rip his netherblade through its torso, following up he started engaging two other Voidlings. Sehla let out a yell of anger as she finished off the wounded Voidling with her kuba, splitting its head in half as she let the pain these abominations had caused her all her life flow through her and fill her with rage.

Kassadin still busy with the other two beasts hears her yell again, he notices her just as he swung his sword back to strike a Voidling, she slid under his swing just avoiding it as she plunge he blade into the beast chest, Kassadin adjusts his swing to not hit her and beheads the centipede shaped Voidling. He quickly recovers and easily dispatched the other Voidling with a slash. "Don't ever do that again!" Kassadin yelled at her, she didn't reply, she just looked at him, fire in her eyes, purple blood on her face. "Sigh… I understand how you fell, but I could have killed you… use that anger for power, but don't let it cloud your judgment," Kassadin said as he breathed out a sigh of relief. "KKRRREEE" A large roar rises from the Void rift. "We need to move," Kassadin said, Sehla nodded in agreement as the two started jogging away from the rift as fast as they could on the dunes.

"Do you see that?" Najah said as she spotted a strange smoke pillar with a purple light at its source. "We should hurry, hopefully we are not too late," Tena said with a surprising amount of concern. "Yah yah!" Akshan yelled as they signaled their mounts to start running. "But what if It's, I don't know, Void monsters, sure we should be running towards it?" Jaffa asked sheepishly as he rode behind Tena. "If it is that then they will need our help," Akshan said. The four continued to ride over the dunes for a few hours until they were right upon the source of the smoke and light. "Stay sharp" Najah said as she peeked over a dune to see the Void rift. "Maybe we're too late, I see no sign of anyone," Jaffa said. "We have to go make sure," Tena said as she jumped off her mount and started quietly walking over in the direction of the rift to take a closer look.

"Tena, are you crazy! Get back here!" Najah said, trying to keep her voice down while Tena ignored her and kept sneaking forward. "TEna..""Shhhhh!" Najah started to yell only to have Akshan hush her. "We need to follow her and keep her safe, she is right, we must check for survivors," Akshan explained. Najah reluctantly agreed, pulling out her short sword and going with Akshan behind Tena as they crept forward towards the Void rift, Jaffa followed behind with a short bow and arrow he picked up from their supplies. Approaching the edge of the rift, Tena heard strange sounds coming from deep inside the chasm, "Tena, be careful please," Najah whispered. Tena continued sneaking closer, the whispering sounds sent a thousand chills up her spine, but for some strange reason, even though the noise, not just the noise the whole place gave her the creeps, yet like an itch she felt she had to see what was in the chasm.

It almost seemed to call out to her, Tena peeked over the edge, looking down into the pile of twisted flesh, the remains of the Dormun were glowing with violet energy as twisted mockeries of human limbs sprouted out from the corpse, horror filled Tena as she looked into the abyss, the cruel mockeries of life seemed to send a message of hatred, like what the raiding tribes did to scare their foes, but this was nothing like that, this was way worse. She notices many small heads poking out from the mound of stolen flesh, some human, some animal, they all collected breathing as they filled the air with the sound of a 4 dozen broken voices. "Thiiisss… iiisss… Yoouur… fuuturee," Tena thought she heard the voices say, but she couldn't be sure it wasn't her own fear ridden mind that said it.

"IT'S time to go!" Najah said, snapping Tena out of her daze as she grabbed her sister's hand and pulled her away from the chasm. "Yeah, yeah, let's go," Tena agreed as her mind started to clear. "Wait," Akshan said. "What?" Najah asked, wondering what possible reason was a good reason for them not leaving this place. "Footsteps of survivors," Jaffa said as he saw the footprints as well. "Let's hope they are survivors, not something worse," Akshan replied. The four quickly snuck back over to their skallashi and started following the tracks leading away from the Void rift.

BRRZZZOOM, Kai'sa lands in a quiet alley way, she had been searching for any sign of the Voidborn assassin for two hours. Her stomach growls as her suit had already consumed all of her meal because she was teleporting all over the place, but her hunger didn't matter now because she had found her mark. She spotted still warm Voidborn blood in this alleyway with the thermal vision from her helmet, she knew her suit would feed soon, because she would show no pity to this monster. She removes her helmet, preferring to use her smell to find her target, the Void always smelled strange, like a mixture of burnt and rotting flesh, she could tell it was close, really close, too close….

Her suit crawled alerting her to danger, she snapped her helmet shut and noticed a figure bearing down upon her that she couldn't see before the mask was on. CLIINK, a hot void weapon impacts into her helmet and rips off a good chunk of it, slicing her check beneath. Instinctively she fires a rain of Void missiles at the monster knocking it back. She then looks up and sees the beast clearly for the first time, "What, the Hell, Are you…" Kai'sa said as she saw a strange mantis shaped monster standing back, ready to attack her again, one of its arms was missing, she assumed she might be dead if it had both weapon arms, her helmet could barely take a hit from one. "I, am evolution! I Am Kha'zix!" The monster replied. What the hell… it speaks, that's impossible, Kai'sa thought as she tried to process what she was seeing.

"And I am your end creature!" Kai'sa yelled as she dashed forward to put an end to this confounding monster. Kha'zix cloaked himself and jumped over Kai'sa avoiding her charged wrist blades, Kai'sa squints threw the one side of her helmet to use her thermal vision to see her target and fires a powerful blast from her charged blades impacting Kha'zix and sending him flying. The monster quickly gets back onto its and jumps up onto a roof to escape, BRRZZOOM, Kai'sa Teleports up to the same roof intent on not letting the monster escape, "HHGA!" Kai'sa fired a swarm of Void missiles from her shoulder pods. Kha'zix jumps at Kai'sa, dodging the missiles and sending Kai'sa falling off the roof with a powerful kick to her chest. "Do not fear the Void, The best parts of you will live ahaha" Kha'zix teased as he stood on the roof above her. Kha'zix opened his wings and jumped extremely high into the air ready to fly away when Kai'sa Void dashed up the wall of the building and then launched herself into the air, smashing into Kha'zix and wrapping her legs around him so he couldn't escape as they both fell back towards the ground.

"Rhaaag!" The monster screamed as he tried to escape, "aaahhg!" Kai'sa yelled as his claw ripped into her left shoulder, she then grabbed its head with her right hand and forced its head to take the brunt of the fall as the two crashed down into a street. Kai'sa coughs as she makes herself shake off the impact, she sees Kha'zix still in a daze on the ground, she then charged up her right wrist blade and drove it into Kha'zix's shoulder, rendering its only good arm useless, "Aahhg," it screeched in pain, "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU? WHERE DO YOU COME FROM?" Kai'sa interrogated the creature as the everyday people in the street backed away from the scene. "I clearing the way for our empress," Kha'zix replied. "What the hell does that mean?" Kai'sa asked. "There is no stopping what is coming, the end of your world, and the beginning of ours, all shall evolve!" Kha'zix said. "Where the hell is this empress and how do I kill it!" Kai'sa demanded answers as she twisted her wrist and picked up the beast by her blade trying to cause as much pain as she could.

"There is no stopping her, her birthing feast is already set to begin, the city of Belveth will provide a lovely meal create her a worthy body,"Kha'zix said, Kai'sa was shaken for a moment by what it just said, "Belveth, that's, that's hundreds over thousands of people," Kai'sa said in disbelief. "Yes, and all their tasty pets they keep, oh I love those," Kha'zix replied. "Listen to me you abomination, I…" ZAANG… Kai'sa was interrupted by Sivir's blade flying through Kha'zix's neck and returning to her hand. "Damnit! I was getting information from it!" Kai'sa yelled as she dropped Kha'zix's now lifeless body. "Information, from that? I thought it was an overgrown roach" Sivir replied. "Uhg, I don't have time for this, what's the fastest way to get to Belveth?" Kai'sa asked as she tapped her foot anxiously. "Belveth? Even the fastest sand surfer is gonna take a week to get there," Sivir replied. "SHIT!, is there any way you can get a message to them faster?" Kai'sa asked. "Um, I suppose a pigeon would make it in a day or two, why?" Sivir asked back.

"Belveth is in imminent danger, if it fails to the Void, a city of that size would feed an army of Void monsters like no one has ever seen. THEY MUST BE WARNED!" Kai'sa shouted. "Oh, I guess I can tell Azir to warn them," Sivir replied, as even she was alarmed at what Kai'sa spoke of. "Go tell him, GO TELL HIM NOW!" Kai'sa demanded as she gave a look like she would make her go if she didn't move now. Sivir decided not to resist and jogged off to go back to the palace to tell Azir of Kai'sa's warning. Kai'sa immediately started jogging back to where she left Taliyah, she knew she would have to go to Belveth alone, she needed to get there as fast as possible and no one could keep up with her. I have to say goodbye before I leave, should I tell her how I feel about her… I may never get another chance, me vs something that can eat a city sounds like poor odds… Kai'sa thought to herself as she considered for a moment not going, only to quickly reject the thought.

Kassadin and Sehla moved quickly across the desert but just slow enough so their feet didn't make excessive noise. For miles they had heard the sounds of Voidborn dunebreakers following them under the sands but thanks to Kassadin's guidance, none of the Voidborn were able to pinpoint their location. "Do you hear that?" Kassadin said quietly. "I hear nothing," Sehla whispered back her reply. "Exactly, nothing," Kassadin said. "Did they break off?" Sehla asked. "Voidborn never call off a hunt unless for a good reason, stay alert." Kassadin explained as the two made the way towards a outcropping of rocks in the middle of the sea of dunes. "We can make camp up there, will take turns taking watch," Kassadin said as his voice trailed into a tired cough. "Okay, I can take the first watch," Sehla said, knowing he needed some rest.

"You must understand, heroics won't win the fight against these monsters, every living thing that dies to them makes them all stronger. The only way to beat them is to starve them and survive." Kassadin explained as they climbed up onto the stony outcrop. "Then why do you get to fight them then?" Sehla asked. "I have nothing left to lose, also I am prepared enough that I will do a lot more damage to them then they would gain from defeating me," Kassadin replied. "Hmmp, I took out those two with ease," Sehla replied with an attitude. "They won't always be that easy," Kassadin said. "Whatever, everyone keeps saying they have salutations to these monsters, yet they seem to get worse every year," Sehla replied pessimistically.

"Sigh, if they try to dig into the solid rock beneath us it should be very noticeable, we'll rest here," Kassadin said, changing the subject as they settled into a small cave in the rocks. "I'll stay up, I'll wake you up later," Sehla replied as she got comfortable sitting down at the cave entrance overlooking the vast desert for any signs of danger. Her mind couldn't help but think about the poor Dormun and all the nomads that lived on it, their screams of agony as the Void consumed them. She also thought it might have been her fault, she remembered what Kassadin said about the cursed moonstone, how it would attract the Void to her, but she didn't understand why Kassadin made no more mention of it, not even after those monsters showed up. None of these made any sense to her, and it was clear he was hiding something.

Kai'sa made her way back to the Street where Taliyah was with her friends on the outside of the city. Come on Kaisa, you can do this… Kai'sa thought to herself as she tried to plan how she would say to Taliyah what she wanted to say. "Kai'sa!" Taliyah said as she saw her walking towards her, Taliyah was talking to a patrol guard but she ended their conversation as soon as she saw her. "You gotta stop running off without warning!" Taliyah said. "Yeah, I'm sorry, I just wanted to make sure that monster didn't get away," Kai'sa replied. "You're injured, are you okay?" Taliyah asked Kai'sa who was still wearing her half broken helmet and was missing a spot of armor around her shoulder where a gash was, though the gash was already halfway healed. "I'm okay, the monster was destroyed, your friend Sivir helped a bit," Kai'sa explained as she retracted her helmet.

"Oh, awesome, glad to hear she actually helped, I knew she wasn't all selfish," Taliyah said with a little giggle. "Never doubted you a bit Kai!" "Yeah" "Yeh" Kadira added in, followed by samir and Zaifa. "Hehe thanks…" Kai'sa sheepishly replied as she wiped her hair away from her face. "Did ya burn the beast good!?" Otto the chef chimed in from even farther away. "Not as much as I wanted to, but yes I did," Kai'sa replied. "Siiiick! Hehehe" The yordle with a strange fascination for wanting to burn things replied. "Um, Taliyah, could I talk to you, just the two of us?" Kai'sa asked her quietly. "Of course, here let's go for a walk," Taliyah replied as she led her away from her friends.

"Sorry, I know they can get a little annoying," Taliyah said as they walked up a set up switch back stairs that led to the top of the wall that surrounded the city. "They are fine, I just needed to tell you somethings," Kai'sa replied as they started walking on top of the wall as the sky turned a deep red from the sunset. "Sure, what do you need to talk about?" Taliyah asked. "Listen, um, you have been incredibly kind to me these last few months, it's really been amazing, you, you are amazing…" Kai'sa said as she stuttered. "Aww hehe thanks, you're really sweet, even though you try to not show it," Taliyah replied. "Heh, thanks, I just wanted to tell you some things, before I go," Kai'sa said.

"Go? WHY GO?! How many times do I gotta tell you, you don't need to protect me, I can fight as well as you!" Taliyah replied angrily. "No no I know, I'm not leaving to keep you safe, if you could come I would let you, even though I would prefer you be safe." Kai'sa said. Taliyah didn't replied except for crossing her arms with an angry look. "Listen I know you can fight well, but that monster, before I killed it spoke to me…" Kai'sa explained. "It spoke?..." Taliyah said, her tone becoming concerned. "Yes, it said the city of Belveth would be destroyed as a sacrifice to birth a new, Void leader. I must get there as soon as possible, you can follow if you want, but I am going to get enough power and then teleport to there as fast as I can. I cannot let a whole city be destroyed, I dread what abominations would come from the Void getting that much fuel." Kai'sa explained.

"Okay… fine, go then…" Taliyah replied harshly. "Please Taliyah, I don't want to leave things between us on a bad…" "On a bad WHAT! You wanna go get yourself killed then I can't stop you!" Taliyah interrupted Kai'sa as she spoke. "Wha, what would you have me do, stand by as hundreds of thousands of people die!" Kai'sa replied. "No but you could actually go in with a plan and with your friends who could help you!" Taliyah yelled back. "Plans don't mean shit in a real fight, NOTHING ever goes according to the plan, and if we go together they may already be dead by the time we get there!" Kai'sa yelled, but not as loud as Taliyah. "You don't know that," Taliyah replied, lowering her volume a bit.

"I don't have to know it, what if i'm right, and we show up late, at least this way if i'm too late I will know I did all I could, and I cannot not do all I can, it's who I am Tali." Kai'sa explained, her voice turning soft as almost if she was pleading for Taliyah to understand. "Okay… please, try to be safe." Taliyah said as she wiped a tear from her cheek and sat against the railing on top of the wall, catching her breath for a moment. "I will…" Kai'sa replied as she sat down next to Taliyah. "There's more I need to say," Kai'sa said timidly, not sure if she had the strength to say what she wanted to say. "Snnifff.. yes, what is it?" Taliyah replied as she wiped her nose and eyes.

"It's about…" Kai'sa said.

"About?" Taliyah replied confused.

"Something I need to tell you," Kai'sa said.

"You said that already" Taliyah replied.

"About this, feeling, um… and you" Kai'sa murmured.

"You aren't making any sense…" Taliyah said.

"I want to tell you…" Kai'sa said.

Gosh is she okay? Never seen her like this, except when… Taliyah thought to herself.

"How, I feel, about you, about us..." Kai'sa said.

There, that should be enough for her to get what I mean, now I can go puke, Kai'sa thought to herself.

"Tell me more?" Taliyah replied softly.

Shit, what do I say, Kai'sa thought as her mind raced.

"I… I…" Kai'sa studderd as she struggled with fear.

She, she… Taliyah's mind raced as she figured out what Kai'sa was trying to say.

"Shhhhh" Taliyah said as she put her finger upon Kai'sa's lips, letting her know she didn't need to explain anymore. Kai'sa froze at the action as her heart pounded while she waited to see what Taliyah would do next.

Taliyah slowly slid her finger off her lips and onto her cheek as she leaned in slowly, Kai'sa closed her eyes as she leaned forward slowly to meet Taliyah's lips with hers, the moment seemed to last a millennia even though it was only a few seconds, both were soft and shy in how they kissed but in that moment it felt like they understood each other more than any words could convey.

The two gently backed away as they both took a moment to process what just happened, Kai'sa surprising had a smile on her face while Taliyah bit her lip with a blush on her face. "Well…" Taliyah said, her voice sounding pleased, "hmmm?" Kai'sa asked. "Why didn't you just tell me you felt that way!" Taliyah teased. "Sorry, I was about to puke just saying what I did," Kai'sa giggled back.
