Unconditional
"Thank you for joining us tonight, Kyoko and Ren-san." Greeted by their good friend, "By the way congratulations on your episode from Real Story, that was very touching."
"Thank you, Violet-san." Ren gave his business smile.
"Can we have Mrs. Tsuruga with us?" Her eyes sparkled wanting Kyoko from back stage to join them, the camera then focused to Kyoko who is sitting with Yashiro, the audience laughed a bit and cheered for the woman to join.
Kyoko in her beautiful red halter short dress, even though she and Ren had a fourteen years old child she still looks stunning. Joining Ren she sat beside him and Ren pulled her to scoot closer by putting his hand on one of her knee and pulling her to him, wrapping his arm by her waist after it caused the studio to explode with shrieks and squeals. "Wow, both of you are really sweet~ And goodness, I can't believe Tour Mr. Tsuruga married you four times."
"Well, I wanted to let her know that she is the only one." He winked and it caused another interruption from the fans with shrills.
"With that latest episode you had with the series, may we know if it was true that you auditioned for the role?" It was a shock to other celebrities because Tsuruga Ren for years never auditioned but offered and requested for a role.
"It is true." He nodded with a genuine smile and Kyoko leaned her head to his chest knowing his reason why he wanted the role so bad.
"Can you tell us why?" She excitedly asked.
"As everyone knows, the stories being shared to that series are real life stories, and Mr. Aoki's story touched my heart, he is really devoted to his wife and even separated by death. Their story is tragic since his wife died during that calamity and until now he is searching for her body or remains wanting to take her home." Ren's thumb started to make half-moons on her side and Kyoko is trying hard not to kiss her man.
"I'd say that is unconditional love, it is rare to find you a man who would still love you when you are gone." Kyoko commented and the women inside the studio could agree.
"I love you." Ren said out of nowhere which caused another squeal from the viewers and Kyoko giggled kissing him.
"Love you too." She responded and Ren winked.
"With their tragic story and his love for his wife I felt that this is the role I really want since I would do the same." Ren went back to the topic.
"By the end of this show, I need to see a doctor, I think I would be diagnosed with diabetes." Violet giggled, "Watching guys flirt and be sweet like this in person, this has been my biggest question, how come Tsuruga Junior wasn't added?" she finally asked and the couple laughed.
"Can we show you why?" Kyoko laughed, Ren on the other hand is wheezing.
"Sure." Violet confused.
"Yuki?" Ren stood leaving his wife for a bit and the camera followed him going to the back stage to his manager asking for his phone, Ren went back after getting it and started to dial, it was on speaker and Kyoko's microphone was placed on the speaker to let every one hear.
"Papa?" Can a response.
"Hey buddy, I got a question?" Ren stifling his laughter and Kyoko biting her lip.
"Sure, what is it?"
"Do you want a sibling?" He asked and the audience were all amused knowing where the conversation is going.
"Absolutely no, but can I keep another dog?" he asked and Kyoko burst out laughing.
"I'm sorry honey, I can't hold it in." Kyoko ging Ren's knee a playful slap and Ren biting his tongue.
"Don't tell me you named the dog already." Ren asked.
"I did and it's too late to say no." The cheeky junior responded and Ren this time laughed.
"I swear your negotiation style is from your Mamita." Ren referring to his mother in amusement, "But make sure you give him a good bath and don't let Butters go near your new dog or she'll slice e'm real bad." Ren reminded that his mother-in-law's cat is leathal.
"Its okay, Butters likes him already" Kyoko was amazed to know that.
"Is Butters sick?" Kyoko mouthed to Ren who shrugged.
"Alright, if you say so, when your Mama and I get home later we'll take your new friend to the vet." Ren said and said good bye after.
"Now you know why Aki never had any siblings?" Kyoko said in amusement, "As much as Ren and I wanted to have more, the other is really jealous and loves our attention just for him, although for us it is fine, since we have few pets at home so it's like we have few children around, except with fur."
Violet listened in amazement and especially on the couple's parenting methods, "You trust him that much?" She asked.
"Yes, he is quite responsible and loving, he takes care of all the animals at home, he loves them all." Ren proudly said.
They had few more questions which the couple answered truthfully and their candid responses caught everyone's heart, especially their sweet side to each other, and as the show ended, Kyoko headed to another studio for her modeling schedule since Julie released the new fall collection, and she wanted Kyoko to be part of her angels.
On their way Ren and Kyoko holding hands as they walk on the hallway, they bumped into a familiar person, and Kyoko gripped Ren's hand a bit hard, Ren can since Kyoko's discomfort since he remembered what his manager said years ago that the woman almost killed his wife. His blood started to boil but instead comforted her with his thumb again and kissed her knuckles.
The couple was just going to pass by in peace when the woman provoked Kyoko giving her slurry insults, however Kyoko being composed she just greeted the vile woman and bid her goodbye, Ren is yet again impressed with her. However that little encounter did not go unnoticed to the prying eyes of the bystanders and they have proven the awful personality of the other actress. On the other hand they praised the couple for keeping their level high and still managed to politely excuse the actress.
Shortly after Kyoko and Ren arrived at the set, they were immediately swept by the makeup and wardrobe crew. During their session the photographer enjoyed having them as her muses, "Thank you so much for this!" she fangirled seeing how cute the couple are and how sweet they are to each other.
After their gig, Ren was thankful that his schedule for the day is finished and he can spend it with Kyoko, for the past years he enjoyed the little offers he take since he has proven himself and now he has the excuse of spending it with his beloved wife who is busy with her private career as a Chef.
As usual Ren helped her man the from in their restaurant, however entering the establishment many of their patrons and few people were looking at them with admiration, "What is going on?" Kyoko asked her restaurant manager and Ruki giggled showing her phone.
It was the earlier encounter with the Morizumi woman and the admiring looks she has been receiving was because of how she professionally handled the situation while still being sweet to her husband.
"Dad just called asking if you were okay." Ren hugged her from behind and Kyoko hummed, "I told him that you handled it perfectly so he and mom don't have to worry." He chuckled.
"And you were there too." Kyoko acknowledged his presence, "Thank you." Turning her head to give him a peck on the lips, "By the way where is Aki?" Kyoko asked noticing that her son did not drop by the Darumaya after his school.
"He said he'll be late since he and his classmates have to deal with their school festival preparation, and he said it would be a big surprise for you too." Ren snorted.
"Really now~" she hummed, "And please let go papa, I still need to finish this dish and we can go home." She told and Ren pouted, Kyoko kissed his cheek instead and shooed him out the kitchen.
The staff was all fanboying and fangirling at their cute interaction, it is like they are still newlyweds. Shortly she finished and they headed straight home and spend the remaining if the afternoon together.
