Koichi Matsuda: Koichi is a 17 year old highschool boy and owns a blue Miata that he got for his 16th birthday from his dad. He is kind, mysterious, silent and sometimes funny when it comes to his friends. When it comes to enemies though, he focuses on winning and tries his best. He is great friends with Taishiro and Katashi. He has a small crush on Haruki.
Katashi Murakami: One of Koichi's friends. He is the same age as Koichi, goes to the same school as Koichi and loves cars and racing. He owns no car but does borrow his dad's car sometimes. He is loud, clumsy and forgetful. He Has no crush on anyone.
Akihiro Matsuda: Koichi's dad. Has no wife, and parents Koichi alone since he doesn't need much parenting. Owns an Italian restaurant. Drives an orange RX7 with a black spoiler and top. He smokes a lot and makes pasta for Koichi.
Haruki Matsumoto: Haruki is a 17 year old highschool girl. She isn't really that interested in cars. Haruki is kind, shy and pretty smart. She is in love with Koichi, but hasn't confessed until Koichi started falling in love with her too.
