Chapter 30 Post Crimson Mirelands Part 2
After getting back to Jubilife Village, they find Beni waiting for them. He says, "Found her by the scent of my mochi, did you? Of course you did. When you have my level of skill, your handiwork can be recognized from a mile away. Remember to be thankful for getting to eat such masterful mochi when you come for dinner later."
"We'll do that later." Ash says.
"But first, don't you owe Kamado a report? Your meal can wait." Beni says.
After that, they go into the Galaxy Hall and meet Kamado, who says, "So you successfully calmed Lilligant."
"Indeed. Those two sure are helpful." Adaman replies to Kamado, who nods, "Excellent. There may well be times when the Galaxy Team will be forced to fight against Pokemon, but it is all for the sake of creating a new home for ourselves, free from war and strife! Strangers fall into our world from a rift in space-time...Then frenzies are induced by strange lightning, which likewise falls from that very same rift...But you have no connection to the lightning. Isn't that right?"
"We don't." Ash says.
"We may need to investigate the rift itself to prove your motives are beyond impugning." Kamado says.
After that, they leave the Galaxy Hall to complete some missions they have to do, first, they go back to Anise in her house to give her the Petilil.
"Ahhh yes, there's no mistaking these lovely leaves. This precious darling is the one we need! Now then, Petilil, my dear, would you be so kind as to share a few of your leaves with us?"
Petilil nods, but then Shinon comes back into the house and asks, "Hello again! Did you find that plant I asked you for?" But she jumps as she sees the Petilil. "A Pokemon?"
"Petilil here is just sharing its leaves so we can make our medicine, Shinon. No need to panic." Anise replies.
"B-but...huh? The medicine ingredients came from this...this Pokemon the whole time? You know how scared I am of Pokemon! I'm sorry, but I just can't make this medicine anymore!" Shinon says.
Anise sighs and says, "This phobia of yours has gone on long enough. Pokemon scare you because you know nothing of them, yes? But your ignorance should worry you far more than the unknown, my dear."
She turns to Ash, Serena, and Adaman as she says, "The Galaxy Team even set up the Survey Corps so we could all learn more about Pokemon. Would you have their efforts to go to waste?"
Shinon also looks at the three and says, "I understand what you're saying, but...I can't just get over my fear right away. Though I guess...I guess the Survey Corps works hard out there in the wild too, even if it's scary..." She starts to regain some confidence and says, "OK. I'll do my best to get over my fear."
She walks towards Petilil and says, "I'll start by learning more about this Pokemon and really getting to know it!"
Then she gives Ash and Serena three Fine Remedy and 5 Hopo Berries as thanks for the requests. Adaman says, "So you do requests, and you get some rewards from it, huh?"
Serena says, "Yeah, that's what we like to do. We can't just leave someone alone without helping."
"You two are so kind, not many people here would do that." Adaman sighs. "No wonder some people really like you two."
"I guess so." Ash says.
After getting back to the Mirelands Camp, they find a woman named Berra, who says, "Hey, there! You're those go-getters from the Survey Corps, right? I've a request for you if you've got some time!"
"What is it?" Ash asks.
"I'd love to know more about a Pokemon called Roselia. It has these gorgeous red and blue flowers for hands - such a graceful Pokemon! I often come to the Golden Lowlands to admire the Roselia, but just watching them from afar isn't enough for me anymore! Do you think you could complete Roselia's page in that Pokedex of yours and show it to me?"
"Sure. We've already finished it." Ash shows her the Roselia page, and then she looks into it, "Wh-what? Roselia's poisonous? But it looks so fragile and innocent! I-I can't believe it...Well...in any case, I was able to learn a lot about Roselia thanks to you. Please accept these little rewards from a grateful Roselia fan!"
Then she gives them 5 Grain Cakes and 2 Exp. Candy S, Adaman says, "The night is still young, if you don't want to waste more time, I suggest you can try to capture a Murkrow and a Honchkrow before the sun arises."
"Murkrow and Honchkrow? Where are they?" Ash asks.
"They're at the Cloudpool Ridge." Adaman says. "You can take the carriage to the Brava Arena and then go there."
"We didn't explore much about that place, so it will be a good idea." Serena says.
Once they arrive at the Cloudpool Ridge, they manage to find Murkrow and an Alpha Honchkrow, without wasting more time, they start to do their researches until the daytime arrives.

Hisui Dex Entry No.141 Honchkrow: The Big Boss Pokemon: Dark- and Flying-type. Evolve from Murkrow with Dusk Stone. One cry from this Pokémon, and a murder of Murkrow come flying. At such times, one would think the curtain of night had fallen, plunging the world into jet-black darkness.
"I notice that you would release the Murkrow you've just captured, just like the other Pokemon back in the Holm of Trials. Why are you doing that, then?" Adaman asks.
"Well, the Professor might ask us to record how many we've captured, but if we just sent them to the pastures, they won't have the freedom they want and we don't want that." Ash says.
"That sure is thoughtful for you guys." Adaman nods.
And when the sun comes out, they find an Alpha Roserade there, so they've decided to capture one and do the research.

Hisui Dex Entry No.91 Roserade: The Bouquet Pokemon: Grass- and Poison-type. Evolve from Roselia with Shiny Stone. Hidden within the bouquet on each hand are thorned whips loaded with virulent poison. Roserade moves gracefully as it corners its prey and mercilessly lashes them with its whips.
"Since you're here, how about I show you around the Diamond Settlement? It is where I was born and live."
"That's great. We stayed up the whole night without sleep and we really need it." Ash says.
Before they get there, they also find Bonsly and Sudowoodo, with Bonsly crying and Sudowoodo trying to disguise itself as a tree.

Hisui Dex Entry No.123 Bonsly: The Bonsai Pokemon: Rock-type. Its tears elicit sympathy from those who see them, but do not be deceived! This expulsion of body water is merely a physiological mechanism for keeping itself in good health.

Hisui Dex Entry No.124 Sudowoodo: The Imitation Pokemon: Rock-type. Evolve from Bonsly by learning Mimic. Though it pretends to be a tree, it fails to fool even children. To the touch, its body feels more like rock than tree bark. Sudowoodo's extreme aversion to water merits special note.
After arriving at Diamond Settlement, Adaman is gathered around by children and adults alike, since he is the leader. Just then, one of the children asks, "Adaman, who are those two and aren't they members of the Galaxy Expedition Team? Why do you bring them here?"
Adaman says, "They are different than the normal Galaxy Expedition Team members that we have met, their names are Ash and Serena and they fell from the Space-time Rift, which is said to be connected with the future."
"They were the ones who quelled the Lady of the Ridge's frenzy, right?" Then the adults also recognize the two of them and they start to show respect towards them. They want to know more about the future since their clan is based on time.
"Enough, the reason we're here is that they need some rest after working with the Galaxy Team." Adaman says as the crowd manages to disperse, and Adaman brings them to his quarters, much to their surprise, Mai is also there.
"Well if it isn't Ash and Serena? How are you two?" Mai asks.
"Mai? What are you doing here?" Serena asks.
"Looks like my little brother didn't tell you anything, huh?" Mai says.
"Wait, Adaman, you are related to Mai?" Ash asks.
"We are not really related, but we're siblings all the same." Adaman says, "Have you seen Calens? Mai?"
"She's playing with the other children outside." Mai says. "But since we are siblings, we sometimes live together."
Serena says, "I see. I should say that the Diamond Settlement is nice, are you sure it is fine for the two of us to stay here?"
Adaman says, "No problem. Just take your time here."
I'll end the chapter here, but the whole Mirelands aren't finished yet as there are still more quests that needs to complete. I hope you like this chapter and the next chapter will be continuing the requests.
