Chapter 56 Post Coronet Highlands Part 4

Back at the Request Board, they find another request on it. "Astair from the Supply Corps says he'd like us to look into something about the habits of Clefairy. Find out more from him about the particulars and lend him your expertise."

"Clefairy, huh? I don't think we have this Pokemon yet." Serena says.

"Yeah, maybe we can try to catch one." Ash says.

They go to the Supply Corps and find Astair, and he says, "Back where I came from, Clefairy would come out and dance on nights with a full moon. I've heard there are Clefairy in Hisui, and so I was wondering if they dance here, too. I've heard you can find Clefairy at the Fabled Spring. Could you go and find out if Clefairy Dance here in the Hisui Region?"

"We've never been to the Fabled Spring, we can try to see it." Ash says.

"Luckily for you guys, today is another full moon." Adaman says.

After arriving at the Fabled Spring, which is over from the Bolderoll Ravine, they manage to see that in the night time, there are Cleffa, Clefairy, and even an Alpha Clefable. They decide to research them as quick as possible.

After finding some Clefairy dancing around, they also notice that of the five of them, the little one has been slower than the others when it comes to dancing. After that's done, they find a Moon Stone on the ground where they left.

"I think that the only Pokemon here in Hisui that needs a Moon Stone is Clefairy..." Ash mutters.

"Yeah." Serena adds.

After getting back to the Galaxy Hall, they report this to Astair. He says, "Oho! So you say that Clefairy dance here in the land of Hisui, too! They must have been adorable to behold. I must go and see them one of these days. Thank you for looking into that for me. I'm excited to see what you'll accomplish next."

He gives them five Salt Cakes and 3 Exp. Candy M as rewards, after that, they continue to do the requests as they look at the request board. "Gully of the Supply Corps has requested help - something to do with a saying about Nosepass! Seek her out and put your surveying skills to good use by pointing her in the right direction."

They go to the Coronet Highlands and find Gully at the highlands camp. She says, "Ah, good! I've been waiting for someone from the Survey Corps to come along. I want to gather crafting materials in Wayward Cave, but I realized I have a bit of a problem...My sense of direction is worse than useless. If there's any chance at all of getting lost in that cave, you can bet that's what I'll do!"

"Yeah..." Serena mutters.

"But! I know a way to keep myself from stumbling around in the dark forever. See, there's an old saying in my hometown: "A Nosepass never wanders." Since Nosepass always face the same direction, people from my village would look to this Pokemon for guidance when they'd lost their way! Though I admit I've not actually seen a Nosepass before in my life...But little matter! I just need to find myself a Nosepass before I find myself hopelessly lost. I'll check the direction it faces against my map, then navigates through the cave with ease! I'll look around for a Nosepass, too, but if you catch one before I do, could you give it to me?"

"We can give it to you right now." Ash says as he gives her the Nosepass. Then they go to the Wayward Cave and she throws the Poke Ball out. She says, "That's a Nosepass, all right! Thanks for finding it! Now, as I understand it, this Pokemon's giant nose always points in the same direction...So if it's facing this way...that means the exit must be over here! "A Nosepass never wanders", indeed! I wish I'd encountered this Pokemon sooner! I owe you a big thanks. It's such a relief to finally have a Nosepass as my trusty guide! All the twists and turns of Wayward Cave can't stop me now!"

Then she gives them a Black Augurite and an Exp andy M, and after that, they leave the cave to capture more Pokemon.

"What is this place up ahead?" Ash asks.

"That is the Temple of Sinnoh, nobody can go there unless we have Big bro Kamado's orders." Adaman says.

"Just great..." Serena says.

Ash thinks, "So this is the Spear Pillar...I can't believe we are so close..."

At the end of the Celstica Trail, they also find some Hisui Sneasels there, and Ash says, "So this is what Sneasel looks like...it sure looks different from the ones we know..."
