Summary: Just set somewhere in the period that Carter and Abby were together.
"Did you ever make it to Disney World?"
She just shook her head no and looked the other way.
ER on Monday
"Hey" John said as Abby flew past him
"Hey, hold on." She said walking into Exam 1. "What's up?" she asked coming back out
"Nothing. You about ready for a break?"
"Yupp. Let's go."
"Frank, we're going on a break. We'll be back."
"Whatever." Frank replied not even looking up.
They walked hand in hand over to Doc Magoos, and got a table by the door.
"So, are what are you working the rest of the week?" Carter asked
"Uh, today and then tomorrow but only till noon, then not till next Tuesday. You?"
"Tomorrow till seven then not till next Wednesday. Weird that we have such long breaks huh?" he asked with a smile
"Yeah it is."
"Well, we will have to figure out something to entertain us for a week wont we." John said.
"I guess we will."
Tuesday Night, 7:45.
John walked through the door and found the TV on and Abby asleep on the couch. He walked over the TV and turned it off. Then he kissed her head.
"Hey" she said sleepily
"Hey."
"How was the rest of your day?"
"Hectic."
"I'm sorry" she said rubbing his back
"Yeah. So we have nothing planned the rest of the week right?"
"Not that I know of." Abby said. "Why?"
"Just wondering. So, did you eat?"
"Nope I was waiting for you."
"Aw. How sweet, so do you wanna go out or order in?"
"Order in, I'm beat."
"Order in it is." John said standing to get a menu.
They ate their dinner and Abby went to bed early because she was tired. John waited a while until he knew she was fast asleep and started packing a bag for each of them.
Wednesday Morning 6:45 am.
"Abby, Abby wake up." John said shaking her lightly.
"Carter, what's wrong."
"Nothing, just come with me." He said picking her up
"CARTER! Put me down."
"Calm down, calm down." He said putting her down.
She looked around and noticed the suitcases.
"You leaving?"
"Nope, we are."
"And where are we going?"
"Disney World"
