Envy slung an arm around Edward, taking glee in the shell-shocked expression that the short blonde had. With a wicked grin, he tousled Edward's hair. He could hear the growl coming from his leaning post and if he wasn't as suave as he is, he would have squeed in girlish glee. But Envy was suave and he wasn't a girl. So he chuckled instead.

"Of course I know this guy. This short lil fella is my younger brother. Half brother, mind you." He paused a moment, to affect a proper scandalous expression. "Dad got around a lot, you see. So I probably have a lot of mini-brothers running around and clapping their hands like cute lil showgirls."

While Envy would admit that his death would be the most painful, again, it would be worth it to embarrass his half-brother.

For a single, time stopping moment, Edward forgot how to breath. When the air that had been sucked quickly into his lungs began to burn, instinct took over and a gasp broke the silence. Peering up from behind his sopping, and icy cold, bangs he glared death at the cause for his sudden ice-water bath. A manically grinning Envy watched the last drop of water escape the metal bucket and splash against Edward's already wet hair.

"You looked cold, chibi."

Time, remembering that it had stopped, resumed at the normal pace.

A spark and brief lightening show seconds later, and a cackling Envy was running away from a seriously pissed off, transmuted-blade welding Edward.
