Wednesday Afternoon

Rain poured steadily from the sky.

Heaven's tears, washing away the grimes off the earth.

Inside a small establishment, a brown-haired man sighed softly, quietly wishing for the warmth of the sun. Unnoticed, amethyst orbs watched the lament of his comrade, taking in each pout and sigh with a smile. Finally taking pity on the younger man, the red-head stood up and got out of the room, only to return with two mugs of hot chocolate. He handed one to the brunette without a word and sat beside him.

Outside, the rain kept on pouring.

Heaven's tears.

But Ken smiled.
