Chapter 29
Arizona looked around the airport, sighing, she couldn't wait to be back in LA where the weather was warm. She had managed to talk Callie into closing The Coffee House for a week so they could head out to LA for Miley's party.
"I hope its warm out there" Addy said shivering
"me too" Callie looked out the window at the below zero temperature, it was beginning to snow
"are we staying at Miley's or a hotel?" Teddy asked she wasn't given many details just that they were going
"both?" Arizona smiled "I figured we start out at a hotel, on the beach" she winked "then finish at Miley's, with the party and everything I just thought it'd be easier if we stayed there"
"can we go to Disney Land?" Teddy asked
"haven't you had enough?"
"I want to go" Addy chimed in "as soon as you said LA, my first thought was Disney Land"
"well you guys go and have fun" Arizona smiled
"I don't know Zo, I think I might want to" Callie says
"fine, we'll go to Disney Land" Arizona said throwing her hands in the air, once again Callie makes the call
"but if" Callie began to say but Arizona cut her off "no it's fine, we'll go" Arizona leaned in kissing her as the flight was being called.

"wow, this hotel is amazing" Addy exclaimed looking around the lobby
"it better be, it costs a fortune" Arizona said making her way to check in. Coming back a few minutes later "here's a key, do not lose it" she said handing it to Teddy
"only one?"
"I got us a suite this time" Arizona said leading the way to the elevators
"why?"
"believe it or not it was cheaper than two separate rooms" Callie smiled
"you shouldn't have to pay for everything" Addy said "let me buy dinner"
"it's ok really, someday after you're big and famous you can pay for everything" Arizona smiled
"ok, but I'm buying dinner" Addy smiled
"fine" Arizona smiled it was nice having someone argue with her about money, besides Callie, or her parents.
"which room is ours?" Teddy asked standing in the doorway of one of the bedrooms in the suite.
"that one" Arizona said making her way in to the other with their bags, Callie quickly on her heels.
"wow this bed is soft" Arizona turned to see Callie sitting on the bed bouncing up and down. The shirt she had on was a little tight, at the right places, making her breast bounce. Arizona could feel her mouthwatering. Closing her eyes, she smiled, trying to push down her arousal, but when Callie laid back on the bed, and looked at her, she just couldn't do it any longer. Walking over, she stood in front of Callie, putting her hands on hers, she rubbed them. Callie turned her head looking at Arizona, with a smile that was only meant for her. Blue eyes lost on chocolate brown, there was no turning back now, Arizona climbed on top of Callie, kissing her softly at first, as their tongues started fighting for control, the kiss got more heated. Arizona placed her hands-on Callie's face, as to not rush the moment. Surprising her Callie flipped them over, hovering over top of Arizona, Callie pulled back gazing into Arizona's blue orbs, that had turned a darker shade of blue, now that the feeling of want had taken over. Arizona couldn't hold back a moan, seeing her wife hovering over her in a seductive way. Callie quickly hopped off the bed, slamming the door shut, quickly pulling her shirt over her head on her way back. "they don't need to see this show" she whispered, climbing back on top of Arizona. Who just smiled, as their lips met again, Arizona reached back unclasping Callie's bra. Callie pulled back, tossing it onto the side of the bed. Arizona could feel the butterflies in her stomach watching as Callie's breast fell free. "god, after all this time I still get butterflies seeing you naked"
"good" Callie smiled taking Arizona's right hand and placing it on one of her breast. "I want you to touch me"
"where?" Arizona whispered
"everywhere" Callie said in a moan "I want to feel you everywhere"
"god I love you" Arizona said turning them over, so she was on top. Quickly dispersing her clothes and what was left of Callie's. With as busy as they had been the last few months didn't leave much time for them to spend quality time together. Sure they'd had a quick fuck here and there but there hadn't been much time to make love. Arizona moved her lips from Callie's to that spot just under her ear. Feeling rather than hearing Callie let out a moan, she smiled, with her lips grazing Callie's ear she whispered "I'm going to make you scream my name"
"mmm, please do" Callie said as she reached down her hands finding hold of Arizona's ass, pulling her in as close as she could. Arizona let out a moan as their centers connected, she moved, positioning herself so she was able to move her right hand to the spot Callie needed her most. Running a finger softly over the hardened nub "Arizona" Callie let out in a moan "don't tease"
"baby I'm not teasing" Arizona leaned in placing her lips on Callie's, as her fingers began their work. Lips locked together, Arizona moved her hand lower inserting one finger, quickly followed by a second. "more" Callie called out, Arizona smiled, and inserted a third. Callie didn't ask for this too often and she was glad, although she loved nothing more than to be buried 3 fingers deep in her wife, she felt more comfortable with just the two. Claiming Callie's lips again, their tongues met in a greedy kiss. Only stopped by Callie when her muscles started to spasm. "oh god" Callie let out in moan that Arizona knew Teddy and Addison could hear. "come for me baby"
"Ari, I, oh god baby, harder" Arizona started pumping harder and faster "oh yes just like that" Callie moaned "mmm, yes" Callie's head was thrown back against the pillow, her hands grasping the comforter on the bed they were on, it wasn't much longer before Callie screamed "Arrriiiiizzzzooonnnna" and fell back against the bed. Arizona waited until Callie's muscles stopped spasming and removed her fingers. Bringing them to her mouth, licking them clean. "god you taste amazing"
"hmmm" Callie hummed reaching out pulling Arizona into a kiss "just let me" she started to say but couldn't get the words out.
"take your time" Arizona smiled placing a kiss on Callie's lips and laid down next to her.

"have I told you lately how much I love you?" Callie whispered, her head on Arizona's naked chest, she smiled.
"no, not lately" Arizona kissed the top of Callie's head.
"well" Callie said moving to look Arizona in the eyes "I meant too" Arizona smiled reaching up to move a stray hair out of Callie's face "I love you too" Callie moved, placing a kiss on Arizona's lips. Callie laid her head back on Arizona's chest, when there was a knock at the door. "every got damn time" Arizona smiled, hollering "yeah"
"sorry to bother you, I eh, we were wondering about dinner?" Addy said from the other side of the door
"you know Teddy has her do this because she knows you won't yell at her" Callie whispered
"yeah" Arizona smiled "we'll be out in a bit" she hollered towards the door "what time is it anyway" she asked looking at Callie, who rolled over "shit it's already 5" their flight had gotten in at 10, getting to the hotel at noon "we've been in here for 4 hours?" Arizona laughed
"apparently sex with you takes a while"
"I've never heard you complain"
"oh baby" Callie moved so she was hovering just above Arizona's face "I'm not complaining I love it" she leaned down and kissed her, swiping her tongue over Arizona's bottom lip asking for entrance, to which Arizona opened her mouth. Feeling that all too familiar twinge in her stomach, Arizona stopped the kiss and pulled back "we better get up, or we'll end up spending another 4 hours in bed"
Sighing Callie smiled "yeah" moving she threw her legs over the side of the bed, heading into the bathroom she found the bath robes that came standard in all fancy hotels. Tossing one to Arizona who was standing in the middle of the room naked "god, please put that on" Callie said almost in a moan, Arizona smiled wrapping the robe around her. "you like what you see?"
"god yes" Callie could feel her face turn red, she laughed remembering Meredith's words.
"something funny?"
"no, um yes" she laughed "remember how I told you that Meredith gives me shit every time I'm working, and you come in?"
"ah" Arizona thought for a moment "no I don't" she smiled moving closer
"oh, well she says that my face turns red, she calls it 50 shades of Callie, and well, I could tell that" Callie was cut off by Arizona's lips touching hers, kissing her, "I think it's cute, I love how you get when I randomly show up" Callie looked at her "it lets me know you still love me"
"how could I not?" Callie smiled, "you, my beautiful wife, are the best thing that has ever happened to me"
"mm" Arizona smiled leaning in for another kiss, then pulling Callie to the door and out to the main quarters of the suite, where Teddy and Addy had made themselves comfortable on the couch. "just order room service, I don't want to go anywhere today"
"us either" Teddy said, Arizona looked at her sister, she was already in what she usually wore to bed. Laughing to herself, knowing they must have done the same thing she and Callie were doing. Hearing Callie talk, she looked over seeing she was on the phone ordering the food.
"hey Arizona" Addy whispered, gaining Arizona's attention "can I talk to you" she nodded towards the bedrooms, Arizona nodded following her into their bedroom, where she went into her bag, pulling out a little box. "what's that?"
"I, um" she stopped looking at Arizona "I was thinking about asking Teddy to um"
"wow" Arizona said blinking a few times
"what do you think?"
"why does it matter what I think" Arizona smiled
"because" she smiled "your opinion matters to both of us" Arizona couldn't help but smile. "I think do what's in your heart" Arizona said "you love her, then ask her" she reached out touching her arm.
"I was thinking about doing it two different ways, either a walk on the beach, or at midnight on New Years Eve"
"nice" Arizona couldn't think of anything else to say
"how did you propose to Callie?" Addy asked curiously
"um" Arizona let out a chuckle "I didn't"
"you didn't?"
"no" Arizona laughed "when she came to me that night, after not seeing each other for 2 years, she asked me"
"she asked you? Wow"
"why is that so hard to believe?" Arizona realized the answer after she asked the question "right" she laughed "just do what you think is right, just give me a heads up, so I know to leave you two alone" she winked. They heard a knock at the door "that was quick" she nodded towards the living area.

"Teds, what do you say we take a walk on the beach?" Addy asked later that night.
"ok, just let me get some decent clothes on"
"a walk on the beach sounds amazing" Callie said standing, Addy looked at Arizona who smiled "baby why don't we go down to the pool instead"
"but now that she's said it I wanna go walk on the beach" Callie said almost whining
"Callie" Addy said looking to see if Teddy was coming, but the door was closed "I'm going to ask Teddy to marry me"
"so, they want to be alone" Arizona said
"oh, ok" Callie said sitting back on the couch "wait, what?" Addy smiled "we'll talk later" seeing Teddy appear "ready?"
"yup"
"have fun" Arizona smiled sitting on the couch next to Callie "did you want to see if the pool is still open?"
"nah, I'm good" Callie snuggled into Arizona

The week went by quick, going to Disney Land and spending time sightseeing and what not. The next thing they knew they were back home Addy and Arizona headed to the studio, where April had some stuff she wanted to go over before they left on tour the following day.

"so" Arizona smiled sitting across from Addison in the conference room at the recording studio "what do you have for us" she had told Arizona that she had a couple new songs.
"well" Addy moved a little uncomfortable knowing April was going to hear it "I wrote one about Teddy" Arizona couldn't help but let out a laugh, clearing her throat "sorry"
"well let's hear it" April smiled standing up and nodding towards the door
"I haven't had much time to play with it yet, so it might sound a little" she trailed off
"trust me, some of the shit I've come up with, you'd never recognize now" Arizona smiled opening the door to the recording booth for Addy, she watched as Addy went in grabbed the guitar that sat in the corner, and made herself comfortable on the stool, putting the headphones on. "ready when you are" Arizona said in the mic. Addy took a deep breath, looked up into the glass where April and Arizona were, and whispered "here goes nothing" and began to strum.

"why are we out here it's cold?" Teddy whined
"because I wanted to take a walk on the beach, and it's not that cold, no worse than what it'll be like next month back home"
"ugh, no wonder my sister loves you" Teddy laughed
"I hope she's not the only one"
"no she's not" Teddy smiled, as Addy reached for her hand as they walked, the sun was setting "hey isn't that the house Arizona rented?"
"it is, I think she chose this hotel for a reason" Addy smiled, as they reached the rocks they used to visit all the time.
"I loved this view" Teddy whispered looking out over the water
"so do I" Addison said almost in a whisper, Teddy turned to look at her, "you're talking about me aren't you?" Addy nodded, taking a deep breath she reached into her pocket, and pulled out a small box, as she got down on one knee "Theodora Robbins, my life has changed so much since you've been in it. You make me feel things I didn't think were possible to feel" she paused trying to keep the tears at bay. Looking deep into Teddy's eyes "will you marry me?"

"they're engaged?" April exclaimed, Arizona let out the breath she was holding as she nodded and whispered "yes"
"and having a baby?"
"I think that was just something she put in the song, no one has said anything about a baby to me" Arizona tried to hide the laugh. April didn't say anything just looked straight ahead at the woman who now had everything she wanted and more. "April, boss mode" Arizona said, Addison was finishing up the song. April nodded hitting the button "that was great"
"really Addy that was amazing, goes along with Today" Arizona smiled 'hey there's an idea' she thought but it quickly left as she heard Addy say "it's not too much, do you think she'll like it?" Arizona didn't have a chance to say anything as April spoke for her "Teddy is going to love it"
"April, I"
"stop, I'm your boss" April started to say.
"why don't you go through the song one more time, while we record it, then we can make changes as we go" Arizona said hoping to change the mood that was quickly changing into something she felt she didn't have the strength to deal with. "ok" Addy said into the mic, as she started to strum again, and Arizona hit record. Leaning over to April "we'll talk about this later, but right now, you need to put that aside and be her boss" April looked at Arizona, she could see the unshed tears in her eyes, she took a deep breath "ok"
"great" Arizona said into the mic "you can come out now"
"ok" Addy smiled setting the guitar where she found it and the headphones back on the hook.
"I guess congratulations are in order" April said trying hard to fake a smile
"thank you" Addy said looking at Arizona who shrugged her shoulders "I'm sorry you had to find out this way"
"it's ok" April said looking down clearing her throat "here's the schedule of the tour, as promised Arizona, you'll be home every other dayish, the first part is going to be kind of tricky with our first stop being in Denver" April said handing them both a copy, Arizona looked down and nodded "this is doable" she smiled
"good, well I'll get a hold of you later" April said
"sounds good" Arizona said not looking up from the paper, following the sound of Addy's foot steps out to the lobby.
"ugh" Addy said once they were outside
"that wasn't so bad"
"you weren't on my end, I feel so bad for everything, and for her to find out we're engaged through a song."
"it'll be ok" Arizona reached over patting her on the back.
"sure hope so" Addison let out in a sigh
"come on let's go home"

"oh yeah, they are both working" Addy said once they were inside the house
"that they are, I think Callie said they are both done at 4" Arizona said plopping down on the couch
"ok" Addy smiled following Arizona's lead but on the love seat. "what should we do?"
"why don't we start by you telling me how the walk on the beach went" Arizona smiled "I know it went good, but I kind of want more detail"
"well" Addy smiled leaning forward so her elbows were resting on her knees "we walked towards the house you rented, nice job on picking the hotel by the way, it wasn't far away at all"
"I know that's why I chose it, I miss being on the beach, and that area was perfect"
"yes it was" Addy smiled "anyway, she whined about it being cold and why we were out there"
"go figure" Arizona laughed knowing her sister all too well
"right" she laughed "we went down to the rocks"
"oh I miss those, Callie and I, um, never mind" Arizona said thinking about how Callie wouldn't want anyone to know what happened.
"ok" Addy laughed "anyway, you know the sun was setting, and Teddy was, well being Teddy not paying any attention to anything but the sunset" Arizona nodded "she mentioned it was a beautiful view, or something I don't remember, I reached into my pocket, got down on one knee, when she turned around I asked her" Addy smiled at the memory
"did she say yes right away?" Addy looked at Arizona confused, making her laugh "like when Callie asked me, I was so stunned I didn't know what to say, and with the fact that we hadn't seen each other in 2 years" Arizona went on
"oh" she laughed "she just kind of stood there for a minute, staring at the ring, she looked up at me and asked if I was sure, which of course I said yes, then she looked me in the eye and said she loved me, and we kissed"
"so she never actually said yes" Arizona laughed
"it's Teddy does she ever answer a question?"
"no" they were both laughing "I'm happy for you, have you thought about a date yet?"
"no, we talked a bit about it, but I don't want to rush anything, I love her, she loves me, we're already living together"
"right" Arizona smiled

"so" Cristina said, elbowing Teddy "tell me about your trip, I noticed you're wearing a fancy ring there" Callie couldn't help over hearing, covering her laugh with a cough she listened closely "well" Teddy turned to look at Callie, who was still hiding her laugh "I'm engaged"
"oh my god" Cristina said tossing the towel she was holding down and hugging Teddy
"thanks"
"tell me about it, how'd it happen"
"yeah Teddy tell her" Callie laughed
"well" Teddy said looking at Callie "we went for a walk on the beach, oddly the hotel Arizona had picked wasn't far from the house she rented while she was out there" Callie smiled knowing Arizona did that on purpose, she had missed the view "we went down to these rocks, that we used to hang out at" Teddy saw Callie's face turn red at the mention of the rocks "I'm not going to ask" she laughed "I was watching the sunset, and when I turned around, she was down on one knee and asked"
"you said yes right?" Cristina asked, Callie smacked herself in the forehead as she burst out laughing, Cristina wasn't the brightest crayon in the box.
"um" Teddy said looking down at her ring, it wasn't too elaborate, but she didn't want or need much, mostly just Addy's love
"oh my god you're hopeless" Callie laughed
"no just dumb" Cristina smiled
"well at least you admit it" Callie said patting her on the back as she made her way to the office, shaking her head the whole way.

"here take this" Callie said handing Arizona a shirt of hers, oddly it was the same shirt that April made fun of her for wanting to wear on her last tour
"why do I need that?"
"because I know you love that shirt" Callie winked, remembering how she walked into the dressing room and Arizona was wearing it
"when was the last time you wore it?"
"oh about a year ago, right before you stole it"
"I didn't steal it"
"oh what would you call it then?"
"um, what's yours is mine, right?" Callie nodded "so then this" she held up the shirt "is mine, therefore I did not steal it" she stuck out her tongue
"well take it anyway"
"I'd rather have something that smells like you" Arizona said tossing the shirt on the bed and wrapping her arms around her wife
"fine, I'll find a different one, one that I wore recently"
"how about this one" Arizona reached for the hem of Callie's shirt
"wouldn't you rather have a clean one?"
"no, this smells like you"
"alright then" Callie said moving out of Arizona's grip and pulling the shirt over her head, tossing it at her. Arizona caught it, holding it to her nose "perfect" she smiled putting it in her bag.
"hey" they heard from the doorway "you guys ready for dinner?"
"yeah be right down" Arizona said laughing at Callie standing in the middle of the room topless
"nice" Teddy laughed
"go down stairs we'll be down in a minute"
"ok" Teddy smiled leaving
"that was, um"
"here" Arizona said tossing Callie one of her shirts
"awe it smells like you"
"good put it on and let's go, mom and dad are waiting" Arizona said heading towards the door.

"hi girls" Barbara said from the kitchen "dinner is almost ready"
"ok" Teddy smiled reaching for Addy's hand, pulling her into the living room.
"hi" Daniel smiled looking up at them "you ready for your tour?"
"I'm nervous" Addy said, as Teddy pulled her down on the love seat, leaving Callie and Arizona to take the couch
"I bet" he smiled "how about you?" he said looking at Arizona
"I'm, well, I'm a little nervous too"
"I remember your first tour" Daniel smiled "you were so nervous the night before leaving you threw up how many different times"
"dad, that wasn't from nerves she was drunk" Teddy laughed
"oh right" he let out a chuckle
"you didn't tell me that" Callie turned to her
"yeah well, I did mention they made me start seeing a shrink, it's because I drank myself into a stupor every night" Arizona sighed, Callie squeezed her hand
"oh, right that was when you two weren't together" Addy said "I forget about that"
"I try to" Arizona said leaning over kissing Callie on the cheek, Callie smiled "me too"
"dinner is ready" Teddy called from the dining room

"so, where's the first show at" Barbara asked
"um" Arizona said looking at Addy who replied with "Denver"
"oh I love it there, we went once before the girls, it was so pretty, we went up into the mountains and to ski" Barbara smiled "I do believe that's where you were conceived"
"thanks for the visual mom" Teddy said faking a puke sound
"no problem honey" Barbara smiled, as the conversation shifted while they ate.

"be sure to call me once in a while so I know you're safe" Barbara said as she walked them to the door
"I'll make sure she does" Addy smiled
"thank you" Barbara said going in to hug Addy "you're going to do great"
"thanks" Addy said letting Barbara go, as she moved on to Arizona "please stay safe out there, you know I worry about you"
"it'll be fine mom" Arizona smiled as she reached out for her, giving her a tight hug. "bye"
"good bye" Barbara said watching them leave.
