A lonely young unicorn colt named Day Dream, goes on an adventure to save Dimension Drool with Sharkcolt and Lavafilly. Together, they learn that differences are what make everything, and everypony special, and that nothing is more important than friendship. In Dimension Drool and in Equestria.

"The sharks raised Sharkcolt as one of their own, training him in the ways of a shark. 'You must keep moving to survive', said the shark. 'Always go forward, never back'. To live by instinct, and instinct alone.

"And shortly after the sharks took him in, his pegasus wings healed, but they were unable to make him fly, due to the dark magic from the storm. But he was able to use them for speed in the water, which made him swim much faster than his shark family.

"So the magical storm reversed his flying abilities, so instead of using his wings in the air, he uses them in the water.

"And eventually, he grew gills, and he earned a great white shark for his cutie mark, his teeth sharpened themselves to a point, he grew fins, all sorts of fins."
