Chapter 9: Sharkcolt and Lavafilly!

Day Dream, with a frightened look on his face, raised his head slowly from his desk at the back of the classroom. And he couldn't believe who he saw in the front of the class.

It was Sharkcolt and Lavafilly!

Sharkcolt stood in front of the class beside Lavafilly. He had a dark brown mane and tail, his coat is a light navy blue color, he has his gills on his neck, four small shark fins on his legs, and a large shark fin on his back. And his cutie mark is a swimming great white shark. And the feathers on Sharkcolt's pegasus wings looked pointy and shiny, and that's because of the dark magic from the storm years ago. It completely transformed their appearance and changed Sharkcolt's use for them.

And Lavafilly, standing next to Sharkcolt, was just like how Day Dream described her. She had hot pink and purple flames for her mane and tail, her cutie mark is an active volcano, and her coat is a burnt pinkish color. She was, indeed, an amazing Earth filly.

"It's them!", said Crystalite in awe, as she slowly got up from under her desk. And Titus slowly got up from his desk too, he was in total shock when he actually saw Sharkcolt and Lavafilly right before his eyes.

When Mr. Electrihoof got up slowly as well, he couldn't believe his eyes either, seeing a blue half-shark, half-pegasus colt, and a pink flaming Earth filly standing right in front of his classroom.

All of the young fillies and colts in the classroom were all freaked out as well, including Titus' friends, Dodge, White Pine, and Fireball.

"I'm looking for Day Dream?", asked Lavafilly, still standing in front of the class.

Then, without a warning, the whole class, still in shock, pointed their hooves towards an empty deck at the very back of the classroom near the window. It was Day Dream's desk.

So Lavafilly walked towards the desk where the students were pointing, and as she walked past Crystalite, Titus, and Fireball's desks, their sheets of paper caught on fire. Everything burns wherever she goes.

And then Titus picked up his paper, it was still on fire. "She's hot", he said in amazement.

Suddenly, Sharkcolt came up to him and started shredding the burning sheet of paper out of Titus' hoof and into tiny little pieces. He gave off a low growl, and a furious look on his face. And his razor sharp teeth gave Titus a scare.

Then, when Lavafilly reached Day Dream's desk, she lifted it up with her hoof and found the scared young unicorn lying on the floor.

"We need your help, Day Dream ", said Lavafilly. "Come with us".

So Day Dream, feeling less scared, got up from the floor while Lavafilly put down his desk, and left a burnt spot on the leg of it.

"What do I have to do?", asked Day Dream.

"Go with us to Dimension Drool, we'll explain on the way", replied Lavafilly, as she walked up to the front of the class.

"We're going to Dimension Drool?", Day Dream asked, as he followed Lavafilly.

Suddenly, there was a loud scratching sound that hurt everyone's ears. It was Sharkcolt making that sound, he was using his strong sharp hooves to make a map of Equestria and a wormhole connected to another world, which is Dimension Drool on the classroom chalkboard.

"It's my home world, just between Equestria", said Lavafilly as she was looking at the scratched map on the chalkboard. Then she turned to Day Dream and said, "You should know, Day. You made it up".

Day Dream then turned to the class, who were all staring at him with confused and scared faces, after what just happened and who they're seeing talking to him. Then he turned back to Sharkcolt and Lavafilly.

"I can't go with you", said Day Dream nervously.

"Why not?", asked Lavafilly.

"Because you're not real", replied Day Dream, "both of you are just a dream". Then he closed his eyes and said, "And when I open my eyes, you'll be gone".

Sharkcolt and Lavafilly looked at each other in confusion.

Then Day Dream opened his eyes. And Sharkcolt and Lavafilly were gone.

"We're still here, Day", said Lavafilly, who was standing behind him with Sharkcolt. Day Dream was startled. The two ponies really were real.

Then, Sharkcolt pointed his hoof outside and said, "Princess Celestia and Princess Luna can't stop the Darkness, not even the Wonderbolts. Nothing in Equestria can". Day Dream looked outside and saw the two princesses and the Wonderbolts on the ground exhausted, and almost badly hurt.

"So if you want to help them and stop the Darkness from destroying our worlds... come with us", said Sharkcolt.

Then, Mr. Electrihoof stood up from his desk.

"Day Dream", said the teacher. "If they say that the princesses and the Wonderbolts can't stop this, and that only you can... then you'd better go with them".

The young unicorn couldn't believe what was happening, and what he was hearing. Is he really the answer to stopping a powerful storm?

"Okay", said Day Dream. "I'll go!"

So him, Sharkcolt, and Lavafilly went outside through the big hole in the wall where they crashed into the classroom.

"Everypony follow me", Mr. Electrihoof said to his students. "We're gonna go find shelter".

When Day Dream, Sharkcolt, and Lavafilly ran outside, Titus had a snearing look on his face as he watched the three ponies leave the classroom.
