Chapter 11: Rescue on Mount Neverrest

The Darkness was catching up to Sharkcolt, Lavafilly, and Day Dream, but luckily, they were running faster than they were before back in Equestria.

Then, they came to a stop at a convayer belt, and then, it started to move as the three ponies stepped on to it. And thankfully, it was the path to the amusement park, and beneath the park is Mr. Electric's lair, and that's where they were heading. But to get there, they have to go on the rollercoaster on Mount Neverrest.

While Day Dream was admiring the cool rides and games as he, Sharkcolt and Lavafilly were riding on the convayer belt through the park, he noticed that most of the rides were empty. No pony was on them.

"Where is everypony?", he asked

Then Lavafilly pointed her hoof at the giant rollercoaster and said, "They're mostly trapped on Mount Neverrest..."

"By Mr. Electric", said Sharkcolt.

"But Dimension Drool is a place for foals the dream, and have endless fun", said Day Dream.

And its true, a fun and exciting world like Dimension Drool is for foals of all ages to play, and have all the fun they want. So no pony should be trapped on something that's supposed to have the word "fun" in it.

When the convayer belt stopped, the three ponies jumped off and ran towards Mount Neverrest, the gateway to Mr. Electric's lair.

"It's endless fun, alright", said Sharkcolt.

Then, one of the rollercoaster carts came and stopped in front of the three ponies. If was filled with young fillies and colts, Earth ponies, unicorns, and pegasi, and they were desperate to get out. But suddenly, the cart sped off. They really were trapped.

"Once you get on... you can't get off", said Sharkcolt, as he watched the cart go up Mount Neverrest.

"Foals aren't allowed to rest", said Lavafilly. "Because if they rest, they sleep, And if they sleep, they dream. And if they dream..."

"It takes power away from Mr. Electric", said Sharkcolt.

"But we're gonna stop him with our secret weapon", Lavafilly said with a smile on her face.

Sharkcolt smiled too, and nodded his head in agreement. He was ready for action.

"Shouldn't we save those foals first?", said Day Dream.

So the three ponies ran towards the rollercoaster.

As soon as the three ponies ran to save the trapped foals, three huge power plugs came to life like snakes at the rollercoaster gates and they looked at each other, and then they looked at the three young ponies. And they started to hiss, just like real snakes.

When the three ponies stopped at the rollercoaster, Lavafilly jumped really high, then Sharkcolt jumped really high next, but when Day Dream tried to jump after them, he couldn't go as high as them.

"Why can't I do that?", he asked himself, as he watched Sharkcolt do a front flip as he went higher, while Lavafilly jumped ahead of him.

Then, Day Dream looked to his right side, and he saw a ladder connected to the rollercoaster, so he went towards it and started climbing up.

The trapped fillies and colts on the rollercoaster cart that Sharkcolt, Lavafilly, and Day Dream saw were going really fast. And they were screaming, but not the joyful type of screaming, they were screaming out of fear. The poor foals had enough of the neverending thrill ride.

Then suddenly, Lavafilly came and landed on the front of the cart as it was still going fast. And the foals looked up.

"Lavafilly!", the foals shouted. And they also cheered, they were finally getting rescued from the neverending rollercoaster ride.

Then Lavafilly jumped off, started pushing the cart, and she started shooting lava out of her right hoof, aiming it on the bottom of the cart, trying to slow it down.

Then Sharkcolt came from behind, and he pulled a cable on the cart, and as he was pulling with all of his shark strength, the shark fin on his back was scraping against the rollercoaster track. And it was creating sparks.

The cart was starting to slow down, and then, it finally came to a complete the. The fillies and colts were relieved that the neverending rollercoaster ride was all over at last.

"Who knows where Mr. Electric is hiding?", Lavafilly asked the foals as she stood up on the front of the cart.

The foals were all raising their hooves, but also, their manes and tails were going upwards. Lavafilly was confused.

"Everypony?", she asked with a confused look on her face.

Then, Day Dream caught up to them.

"They're not raising their hooves", he said. "You're all upside down.

Sharkcolt, Lavafilly, and the foals really were upside down.

"Oh", said Lavafilly.

"Who is stopping my unstoppable coasters?", said a loud and deep voice. It was Mr. Electric's voice.

Then, Lavafilly, with a startled look on her face, shot lava out of her left hoof at the cart's safety bars, and they unlocked. The foals were free and hanging on the bars.

"Back in your seats", said Mr. Electric.

"Go! Run! Hide!", Lavafilly shouted at the foals.

"Let's get out of here!", said the fillies and colts, as they let go of the cart's safety bars and started to run away.

"Everypony back in your seats!", shouted Mr. Electric. He sounded pretty furious when the young foals escaped.

"Who's Mr. Electric?", asked Day Dream, as he got into the cart to join Sharkcolt and Lavafilly.

They were going to find and face him, and figure out why he's creating darkness.

"He's supposed to provide light to Dimension Drool", said Lavafilly. "But all he brings now is darkness".

Then suddenly, the cart began to move very fast again, but only half of the cart this time. It detached from the other half as soon as Day Dream lowered the safety bar when he sat down.

Lavafilly was crouching down on the front of the cart, and Sharkcolt was too, but beside Day Dream.

"Fun has begun!", Mr. Electric called out.

"Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!".

The three ponies held on tightly as they were riding the rollercoaster through Mount Neverrest.

Where Mr. Electric was hiding.

The ride was fast, they were going in twists and turns, and side to side. Then, they were heading upwards.

"He's taking us up", said Sharkcolt.

The three ponies were going up, and up really fast. They went so fast, that the rollercoaster cart reached the end of the track at the top of Mount Neverrest, and it flew in the air.

"My home!", said Lavafilly. She was pointing at a huge erupting volcano in the distance. "I have it's normal power".

Then, the cart fell back down on the rollercoaster track, and it went back through Mount Neverrest at top speed once again. And the three ponies were going down on the track.

Which means, that they were getting closer to Mr. Electric's lair.

"He's taking us down!", shouted Sharkcolt.

Day Dream was holding the safety bar tightly while the cart was going really fast, and he looked freaked out because of how fast they were going.

Sharkcolt looked at him, and he rolled his eyes, and shook his head.

Then, he slowly crawled up next to Lavafilly at the front of the cart. The three ponies were almost there.

"Showtime", said Sharkcolt, with a smile. He was ready for action and butt whooping!
