A/N: So this is the second chapter I am posting today, make sure to read the previous one before this one :)

Chapter 17

Evie sat in the open window coffee in one hand, while she flipped her samuraiser open and then closed over and over again with the other. Mulling over her thoughts in the morning light.
"Of everyone you're probably the one who needs the most sleep you know," comes Ji's voice and Evie looks at him.
"I tried, but since I woke up my brain hasn't gotten that memo."
Ji looks at the coffee in her hand, "that won't help."
"You know me Ji, pretty sure there's more caffeine in my body than blood at this point."
"What's bothering you?" he asks sitting down opposite her.
"I'm trying to decide something," admits Evie.
"And what would that something be? I'll assume it's more serious than deciding whether or not to remove Antonio from the fact he's currently almost cuddling Jayden," guesses Ji as he sips his tea.
Evie snorts, "calling me possessive?"
"Your words" answers Ji. "And the fact you didn't deny it."
"True enough" nods Evie letting her head fall back against the wall.

"I thought by finding out, by knowing what happened to her, what she did with her life, that I could put it behind me. I thought I'd be able to put her in a box in my head, lock it up, throw away the key and move on from it. Declare her dead and believe it was so" sighs Evie.
"But you can't" assumes Ji.

Evie shakes her head, "yesterday just brought it all up for me, Antonio asked me how I live with it in my head. How I handle seeing the worst moment of my life with such regularity. The others were all traumatised at re-living it, but me, it was more an irritancy, an old injury that rears its head. I only needed to see it once before I was able to virtually ignore it and deal with the Nighlok. Is it a bad thing that I'm somehow still haunted by it, but blasé and accepting when I see it? Is there something wrong with me processing it like that?" she asks.

Ji looks at her for a moment weighing her question.
"We all handle pain and grief differently. What the others re-lived was horrible, and it left its mark on them. Even if they don't see as clearly as you do. But there is a key difference with your situation that none of the others have had to deal with" points out Ji.
"Which is?" asks Evie.
"Jayden was devastated when he lost his father, but Nathan was gone and Jayden knew that. And over time he came to accept it, he grieved and moved on.
Same with Antonio with his mother. Kevin's friend suffered and still suffers as does Mike's, but they know their fates, and while it might still haunt them. Again, they went through the stages of grief and they moved on.
Mia's father woke up, and she and her family healed and once again they could move on with their lives.
When Serena fell ill there was nothing Emily could do about it. But she knew it wasn't her fault, and she accepted that and embraced being the yellow ranger and taking up that mantle. And while she misses and fears for her sister, it altered Emily rather than scarred her.
But with Nia, you haven't had closure. You miss your father even now, but you have accepted and moved on with your life. You don't have that option with Nia, she altered your perception of everything, of yourself, of the world, she ripped the foundations up root and stem. And while you rebuilt, you moved forwards, unlike the others, your situation is not quite so finite. While the doors are closed for the others, yours is very much ajar. Seeing pictures and being told Nia is living another life, its not closure much as you might've been trying to convince yourself it was. Because you still have questions. This has long been a barely healed wound that has been re-opened. So, no Evie, there is nothing wrong with this still clinging to you the way it does," assures Ji.
"So what do I do?" asks Evie.

Ji reaches into his pocket and pulls out a small card and hands it to her, "I might suggest a drive, and perhaps a little observation."
Evie looks at the card and her eyes widen, "I don't want to talk to her."
"Which is why I said observation, perhaps seeing it in the flesh will help?"
"Jayden's not going to be happy."
"And when has anyone else's opinion preventing you doing something?" asks Ji.

"Not sure if that was meant as a good thing or a bad thing," admits Evie.
"Depends on the situation," smiles Ji patting her leg before standing up. "The choice is yours, but perhaps seeing it for yourself will allow you try and move past it," he says before disappearing back to his own rooms.

Evie looks at the card for a moment, she could throw this away and crawl back into the pillow fort and snuggle up with her team. Or she could go and look for herself and maybe, just maybe it would help in some way.
"Stand against it, weapon in hand," she murmurs, she'd never been one to run from her problems, and if this could help, then she was up for it.
She moved down to her room, quickly dressing and grabbing her helmet, jacket and gloves she turns to go and finds her door blocked by another figure.

"Planning a trip, are we?" asks Mia her eyebrows raised and her arms crossed, looking very much how Evie imagined a mother who was not best pleased with her child would look. Which was ironic given Evie being actually older than Mia.
"I am."
"Then I'm coming with you," decides Mia.
"Mia-"
"No, don't Mia me. Yesterday you single handily fought off a Nighlok, not once but twice, piloted the megazord alone and used enough symbol power to drain any samurai. I'm coming with you, because this is not something I'm letting you do alone." interrupts Mia.
"Do you even know where I'm doing?"
"I can guess, and I caught the back end of your conversation with Ji. Look I know I have no idea how this must feel for you. And I won't pretend to understand because I can't," says Mia walking forwards and setting her gloves and helmet on the bed, before taking her hands. "But you are not alone Evie, and you don't have to do this alone."
Evie smiles, "thank you," she says. "But I do Mia, because you're right, you don't understand it. And I'm glad that is the case, because this sucks. But I have to do this Mia, just me."

Mia sighs but nods, "alright, but if you feel bad, or dizzy or anything, call me, okay?"
"I promise."
"You sure you don't want me to come with you?" asks Mia.
Evie nods, "yeah" she decides.
Mia hugs her, "no matter what you see, we still love you" she says.
"Thank you," smiles Evie pulling back.
Mia squeezes her shoulders before handing her, her helmet and her gloves.
Evie takes them, "I'll call you."
"No matter what happens, and if you feel anything bad," stipulates Mia.
"Yes Mia," smiles Evie.
Mia walks with her to the door, "are you sure this is a good idea?"
"No, I might get nothing from this."
"But you're still going to do it," sighs Mia.
"You know me and points to prove.".
Mia nods, "do you want me to make you some breakfast first?"
"No thanks," assures Evie quickly as she turns and walks down to the garage rolling her bike out, she waves to Mia before pulling on her helmet and gloves. Racing out of the gate a moment later.

Mia looks at Ji who had appeared at her side, "do you actually think this will help her?"
"I don't know, I hope so, but if she can see it. Maybe she can put it behind her," answers Ji.
"I hope so" replies Mia.

Evie pulls to a stop just down from the address Tommy had given her.
The house was so perfectly ordinary, two cars parked in the garage, a swing set, a well-cared for garden but not meticulously so, it looked like a home, a home that held a happy family.
The front door opened and a little boy ran out, Evie recognised him from the pictures she'd seen. Elliot, the baby her mother and her new husband had adopted, her little brother, he was clutching a soccer ball and wearing a matching uniform. But it was the person who emerged next that made Evie's heart stop.

Her mother. Evie found herself drinking in the sight of her, the smile on her face as she looked at Elliot, a smile she couldn't recall ever seeing on her mother's face in her own memory.
The two of them got into one of the cars and headed off.
Evie kicked her bike into gear and followed after them, they arrived at a park about

15 minutes later and Evie got off her bike and walked towards the area she could see was set up for soccer.
She leaned against a nearby tree, her gaze finding her mother with ease as she hugged Elliot before sending him out onto the field. Evie noted then that his soccer uniform was black and Evie couldn't help but wonder if it was the subconscious attachment, she knew all rangers felt towards their own colour.
Yet most of what her mother was wearing wasn't. In fact, she realised she wasn't wearing anything black at all. Her coat and boats were both brown, her jeans blue and her jumper was cream.

Evie glanced down at her own outfit, black boots, black jeans, her top was black, her black motorcycle jacket slung over her arm. Hell, even her bike was black, she wondered how much effort it was for her mother not to instinctually reach for her ranger colour. Or after so many years maybe it wasn't a problem, or had she just never connected with it because she'd hated it so.

Evie watched the soccer game, Elliot's team absolutely sucked and despite his best efforts he was clearly not especially athletic. Yet when Evie glanced at her mother, she found her cheering enthusiastically from the side, clapping and shouting words of encouragement.
Evie could remember training with her mother, the brief times she'd done it. Never once had she garnered that reaction from her, no words of encouragement, nothing, even when she'd done something well.
The game came to an end and Elliot ran up to her mother and she picked him up in a hug, Elliot returning it with a bright smile before taking her hand and the two headed for their car.

Evie walked back to her bike, she knew this probably wasn't healthy, but she wanted to know, to see for herself, and because she wondered, what could have been.
They drove back to the house and were greeted at the door by Emmett who picked Elliot up and spun him around even though his team had lost abysmally. But he was acting as if they'd won. Just like her dad had, even when she'd completed something entirely minor in training.
But what punched Evie in the gut was the beaming smile on Nia's face as well.
Evie wondered if they even knew she existed, if her mother had told her new family about her daughter, her only biological child, or about her past as a ranger or the legacy she'd left behind.
Would they even care if they did, for all she knew her mother hadn't even thought about her in a decade? In fact, she was sure of it given how easily she'd apparently moved on with her life and her new family. The effort she'd gone to, in order to erase Evie's existence from her life.

She reached into her pocket and pulled out the only picture she had of her with her parents.
They were stood on a beach, Evie didn't remember where, her dad was holding her and smiling down at her, while her mother had a beaming smile on her face as she looked at Evie, her arm wrapped around her dads back.
Evie couldn't think of any point in her own memory where her mother had ever looked at her with that kind of smile.
A tear dripped onto the picture and Evie brushed it off, she glanced back at the house and sighed, watching her mother disappear inside with her new family. And Evie felt a sense of finality settle over her, her mother might still be out there, living a life. But it wasn't a life Evie had any part of. Seeing the pictures hadn't been enough, but now, seeing it like this. Her mother was gone, the loving one she saw living here wasn't hers. The ordinary woman was no part of her life. She wasn't a samurai, she wasn't a ranger, she wasn't even a Kai.
At that moment she felt another headache coming on and she sighed rubbing her head.

A little while later a black 4x4 pulls up next to her and she quickly wipes her eyes and turns noting the Silver Guardians symbol on the side.
"Something I can help you with?" she asks looking at the dark-haired guy in the driver's seat.
"We could ask you the same, we've had a call about a suspicious person lurking on a motorbike," he replies.
"I'm parked on a road how is that lurking exactly?" asks Evie.

The blonde guy next to him lets out a snort of laughter.
"Staring at this particular house, what's your interest?" he asks nodding to it.
"Curiosity," answers Evie with a sigh.
"About what?" asks the blonde guy next to him.
"What could have been" replies Evie, "don't worry I'm going," she says as she grabs her helmet.
"You got a name?" asks the dark-haired guy.
"Evelyn, Evelyn Kai, but don't worry, I'm not coming back" she replies.

The dark-haired guy goes to say something when the other guy interrupts him.
"Wait Evelyn, goes by Evie and happens to know a Tommy Oliver by any chance?" he asks.
Evie looks up sharply, "You know Tommy?"
"Saved the world with the guy a few years back. I'm Wes," he replies.
"Wes Collins, Red Time Force?" asks Evie.
"That'd be me, this here is Eric Meyers," says Wes nodding to him.
"Quantum ranger," recalls Evie.
Wes looks at the house, "You come to talk?"
Evie shakes her head, "Needed to see it."

"Okay who is this girl and why does she know who we are?" interrupts Eric.
"18th generation of the Black Samurai Ranger bloodline, and the current best hope for saving the world from the usual, big bad guy, his henchmen and his annoying yet sometimes creepy foot soldiers" replies Wes.
"You're a ranger?" asks Eric sceptically.
"Probably been training to be longer than you have," retorts Evie.
"She's a kid" says Eric looking at Wes.
"I'm 20 and older than Tommy and his team when they started this thanks. And we've been doing this longer than any of you," adds Evie.
"And pretty kickass from what Tommy said," smiles Wes.
Evie smiles at that.

"Did it help?" asks Wes nodding to the house again.
"Yeah, I think it did, don't worry though I'm going now. No more lurking," replies Evie when a wave of dizziness hits her and she almost tumbles off one side of her bike.
"Hey you okay?" asks Eric.
Evie waits for the dizziness to pass and nods, "you ever piloted a megazord alone?" she asks.
"Can't say I have," replies Wes.
"Don't," answers Evie rubbing her head.
"You eat breakfast before you came here?" asks Eric, he might be an ass at times, but he was also a father.
"Nope given the member of my team who offered to cook it for me was more likely to poison me than actually create something edible," replies Evie.

"Then how about before you head back on a three-hour drive on a bike, you join us for a late one. There's a good diner around the corner?" offers Wes.
Evie goes to protest but then thinks it through, "sure, I'll follow you in."
"You sure?" asks Wes.
"I'm sure," nods Evie.
Evie nods and slides her gloves and helmet on and drops the visor down kicking the bike into gear.

A few minutes later they pulled up outside a diner and walk inside.
Evie looked around before following the other two to a table, opting to sit next to Wes.
"Ah Wes, Eric, usual?" asks an older blonde woman with a smile.
"Sure thing Lorna," says Wes before glancing at Evie.
"Can I get a strawberry milkshake please," replies Evie.
Lorna looks at her and her eyes widen for a moment.
"Lorna, you okay?" asks Eric.
"Yes, sorry you just, you look a lot like someone I know," replies Lorna as she turns and bustles off.

"So you got the file then" says Wes.
"I did, thanks for that by the way, Tommy said you were a big help," replies Evie.
"Anything for a fellow red, though I hear he's joined your colour since then," notes Wes.
"Who doesn't want to be a badass in black," smirks Evie.
"No monster attacks today, though you don't have mutants right, its demons or something?" asks Wes.
"Nighloks, but demon works too. Hopefully not today, after yesterday I'd say we deserve a break, provided Deker, Serrator and Master Xandred don't fuck that up," answers Evie.
"What would you do if they did?" asks Eric.
"Well I might not have tech from the year 3000 but I've got ancient samurai symbols. If need be, I can be home in an instant," replies Evie, "though I really hope they don't."

"So how do you pilot a megazord by yourself?" asks Wes.
"With great difficulty, and the help of a power-up we were able to get hold off. But like I say, do not recommend, especially not after the Nighlok plays with your brain," replies Evie.
"You listed a few, how many big bads you got?" asks Wes curiously.
"Master Xandred rules the Netherworld, he sends the Nighloks through, Serrator is supposed to work for him, but he's probably playing his own game. And Deker, asshole just won't stay gone. He's our half Nighlok stalker who's once again out for the ultimate duel with my boyfriend."
"Your red?" guesses Wes.
"Mhm," nods Evie.
"Ultimate duel?" asks Eric.
"We still use swords and before you use the world old school, trust me, heard it all before," replies Evie.
"Nothing wrong with old school," answers Eric.
"But either way he's cursed and needs Jayden to end it by beating him, since I'm a girl, and despite the fact I've been putting Jayden on his ass for years," adds Evie with a huff.

Wes smiles and Evie is surprised when Eric cracks one as well, "you should meet my wife, I think you and Taylor would get along very well."
"Eagle, right?" asks Evie.
"Yep" nods Wes.
"And yours is the Pink Time Force," recalls Evie looking at Wes.
"That'd be her, and you'd get along well with her too," nods Wes.

At that moment Evie's samuraiser rings and she flicks it open, "please tell me you're being a mother hen right now?"
"You said you'd call, Jayden said something felt wrong," chides Mia.
"I'm fine Mia, headache, light dizziness, don't worry I'm getting some food and I'll be home," assures Evie.
"I was going to cook something" offers Mia.
"No, I'm good really, ran into a couple of interesting people along the way and we're having brunch," answers Evie.
"Define interesting," orders Mia.
"With the same proclivity for red as Jayden."
"You met other red rangers? Wait is it the guy who helped Tommy with the file?" asks Mia.
"Mhm, Wes say hi to my pink," says Evie holding the samuraiser out.
"Hi," smiles Wes.
Evie puts it back to her ear, "see I'm fine, now tell Jayden to cool his ass or I'll put him on it."
"Alright, we'll see you soon, you can tell us everything then."
"Bye Mia," smiles Evie as she hangs up.

Their drinks are set down and Lorna looks at Evie curiously again.
"So what will it be?" she asks.
"Same as usual for me," says Wes.
"Same," nods Eric.
"I'll have the pancakes please, with syrup and strawberries," replies Evie with a smile handing the menu back.
"I'm sorry dear I have to ask, do you know Nia Jackson by any chance, because you just remind me so much of her," says Lorna.
Evie bites her lip, "no I don't know a Nia Jackson, sorry."
"Ah well figured I'd ask your food won't take long," assures Lorna as she walks off.

Evie looks back and sees both looking at her curiously.
"What, it's true, I don't know Nia Jackson, loving mother and dedicated doctor. Never met her," answers Evie calmly as she sips her milkshake.

Wes phone goes then and he looks at the caller ID, "its Jen, give me a second" says Wes as Evie steps out of the way so he can slide out and he walks outside.

"Why now?" asks Eric.
"Why now what?"
"Wes gave you that file weeks ago, why did you come now?"
Evie sighs, "when I said the Nighlok messed with our heads yesterday, it made us relive our worst moments over and over. Left my team a bit of a mess, and just gave me questions."
"Because you see it every day," guesses Eric.
Evie looks at him sharply, "how'd you know?"
"Let's just say my childhood was no piece of cake either, my mom ditched too, she's got a new family now. It left some scars, and I remember her walking out, clear as day," answers Eric.
"The others all saw things that had closure to them, the loss of parents and the like, horrible, but finite," nods Evie.
"Yet yours wasn't," says Eric.
"No, and seeing the pictures wasn't enough. Seeing her today, I don't know that woman. She erased me from her life, as far as anyone she knows now is probably concerned, she doesn't have a daughter. Maybe that's how she sees it too. She lives an ordinary life, and I don't. My mom is happy because her son will never be like me," answers Evie.

"I thought he was your little brother?" asks Eric.
"My mother wanted nothing more to do with the samurai world, he's adopted, he has not got a drop of Kai DNA, which also means, he hasn't got any samurai symbol power, he can never be called to battle. If I fall, then the Black Ranger bloodline dies with me," explains Evie.
"Sounds like a lot of pressure," notes Eric.
"It can be, but we train our whole lives for this one purpose. It's our sworn duty, and I think we start from such a young age not only to hone our skills, but also to ensure we accept it's a part of who we are, and we have to do it," admits Evie. "I think that's where things went downhill with my mother" she adds.
"Why?" asks Eric, "if you train for it."
"The mantle goes to the firstborn; my mother had an older brother. He was supposed to be the black ranger, my mother never expected to have to do it. And she accepted that fact and lived her life accordingly. Until the day my uncle was in a car crash, he was paralysed from the waist down, unable to be a samurai and unable to carry on the Kai line," answers Evie.
"And your mother's whole life was suddenly uprooted, and she didn't handle it very well" guesses Eric.
"Got it in one" nods Evie. "And once she was done with it, she didn't want a reminder of it, an anchor around her neck."
"And you were that anchor."

"I had to be trained, and eventually I would have to be called to fight. So, she decided to wash her hands of it all, left me with Ji when I was 8, told me I was an accident and a mistake, and here we are over ten years later. With her perfect little family, who I am fairly sure don't even know that I exist," shrugs Evie, "but I have my own family," she smiles.
"Your team?" smiles Eric.
"My team and Ji our mentor. And Tommy and Kat have been around," nods Evie.

"Yeah, took me a long time to realise that family doesn't need to be blood," agrees Eric looking at Wes.
"It can be hard, especially when one person burns you," replies Evie.
Eric looks at her, "no one ever seems to get that."
"Takes one damaged individual to recognise another apparently" says Evie, "but I do get what you mean, took me months to warm up to Ji, and well over a year to get comfortable. Jayden, with Jayden it was easier, he was my age and he'd lost both his parents, so he was able to relate a little more," explains Evie. "But Ji, Ji was an adult and to say I wasn't so keen on trusting adults right then was a bit of an understatement."
Eric nods, "know the feeling."

Wes returns then just as their food is set down in front of them.
"Sorry, seems Jace and Anna needed my opinion to settle a dispute," apologises Wes.
"Your kids?" asks Evie.
"Yep," nods Wes with a proud smile.

They dig in sharing battle stories and the random anecdotes and antics that seem to follow every ranger team.
Once the food was finished Evie stands up, "it was really great to meet you both," she smiles, finding her headache had faded and she was no longer feeling dizzy.
"You too Evie, and if you're ever back this way again, you need to meet Jen and Taylor", smiles Wes.
"I'd like that" replies Evie.
Eric stands up, "I don't usually like new people, but you, you I like. So, if you decide you wanna talk to someone who gets it, call me," he says handing her his card.
"Thanks Eric," smiles Evie.
Eric nods and steps back.

"Let us know when you get back safe," says Wes.
"I will," promises Evie.
"And no more lurking yeah, odds are the next time you won't get a pair of former rangers who'll understand," advises Eric.
"Trust me, highly unlikely I'll be back again, for that reason at least."
"Good, and good luck in your fight, save the world one more time for us," smiles Wes.
"We'll do our best" assures Evie.

They walk out and Evie gets onto her bike, sliding on her gloves and helmet.
"See you around reds," she smiles.
"See you around," nods Eric.
Evie kicks her bike into gear and speeds out of the parking lot heading for home.

Evie pulled her bike to a stop in the driveway and got off, taking it into the garage she walked up to the house and saw Mia stood in the doorway.
"Did it help?" was all she asked.
"I think it did," nods Evie.
"Good," smiles Mia pulling her into a hug.

They walk inside and Evie drops her helmet and gloves down as she finds the others in the living room. The pillow fort now gone, and Evie leans against the sofa
"I didn't talk to her, she didn't even know I was there. I watched her take Elliot to a soccer game, his team sucked, but she reacted as if they'd won the championship. I watched her new husband greet them at the door, and I saw her wear a smile I don't think I ever saw from her in my own memory," explains Evie simply.

"And that led you to meeting a red ranger how?" asks Antonio.
"Someone called about someone on a bike, Wes recognised my name, I got dizzy, hadn't had breakfast, so we went and got some. And we talked, apparently, I would get on very well with Eric and Wes' wives," explains Evie.
"That's so cool, you met two red rangers," says Mike in awe.
"Technically Eric is the Quantum ranger not an actual red ranger," points out Evie.
"What like Hunter and his Crimson?" asks Kevin.
"Essentially," nods Evie, "Wes was really nice, Eric was kind of prickly, but he warmed up to me by the end. Seems he knows something of parent abandonment himself," she adds.

"And your overall thoughts now?" asks Emily gently.
"Seeing it, seeing her, that's not my world, and I don't want it to be my world. I saw the what if, and I wouldn't trade being a ranger, or any of you for it. And this time, this time I mean it," admits Evie with a smile.
"Your home," smiles Jayden lacing his hand with hers.
"I'm home," agrees Evie as she jumps over the couch and sits down before wincing and rubbing her head.

"Headache again?" asks Jayden in concern.
"Just a mild one," assures Evie.
"Okay no training for you today, or tomorrow," says Jayden.
"I'm fine," replies Evie.
"No, you've already over exerted yourself, and piloting the Megazord alone, not to mention how much symbol power it must've taken to break out of the mindscape. Jayden is right, you're off training for the next couple of days, symbols too. You know better than anyone how overexerting your symbol power can backfire," advises Ji.
Evie goes to protest but sighs, "fine," she huffs leaning back against the sofa and crossing her arms.
"You can advise and observe," says Ji.
"And stay the hell away from the roof," adds Jayden.
"I'm not that stupid," assures Evie, and she meant it, she wasn't surprised it had taken so much out of her, even with the black box to help. A few days to recharge was probably a good idea.
"Alright then, in that case everyone else, outside for training," replies Ji.

The others stand up and head to their rooms to change.
Jayden however turns to Evie, "you sure you're alright?"
Evie nods, "I will be, you didn't need to worry."
"You sure, you've got a bad habit of kissing the other red rangers we meet," teases Jayden.
Evie shakes her head, "they're both almost old enough to be my father and are married, besides, there's only one red ranger I make a habit of kissing."
"Just checking," chuckles Jayden as he leans over and kisses her before standing up and heading down to his room to change.

Evie stands up and stretches before rubbing her temple, a glass of water and a couple of pills appears in front of her.
"Thanks Ji," she says as she takes them and pops the pills before taking a drink.
"Overdoing it is never advisable, take the time, rest and recharge. After all you are the one who's said things are only going to get tougher," reminds Ji.
"Yeah, yeah, I know," huffs Evie.
Ji just chuckles and squeezes her shoulder before heading outside.

Evie shrugs off her jacket and walks down to her room dropping her helmet, gloves and jacket down before pulling on a lighter one.
She pulls the picture out of her pocket and looks at it, what ifs did her no good. It was done, and looking back wasn't something that was going to help.
With a sigh she puts it into the draw next to her bed and shuts it, the sense of finality echoing through the room with sound of it closing. She knew it'd still live in her head, but she pushed it back down into a dark corner and put a lid over it. She had more pressing things to come, that much she was sure of.

A/N: So I hope you liked the intro of Wes and Eric, lemme know your thoughts :)
