Hey everyone! Here I am with yet another fanfiction about Ga Eul and Yi Jeong... I don't know where exactly I would situate this, but definitely before the dinner with his father.

Before starting this story, I asked some friends of mine what they think would be the name of a Japanese Yakuza member... I mean, I could just look up Japanese names but I often ask friends for advise instead. Three friends of mine all answered with 'Niragi'... I thought it was suspicious since they all answered at the same time with the same name so if anyone knows where they came up with it, let me know pls? When I look it up, I get a Manga character and since I hardly read any manga (except for Yona of the Dawn) I had no idea what it was about. However I am using the name bc they said it would suit the character.

Just like The Ties That Bind, this is gonna be a short story so I'm hoping to update every day like I did with that story as well.

WARNING : This story deals with rape. I love playing with Ga Eul's past and yes, I am aware that this is the second time I'm using rape as something that happened in her past. My reason? I was watching an episode of Law & Order SVU and as most episodes of that show, this one dealt with sexual abuse. It gave me the inspiration for this story. There will also be mentions of violence and explicit language. Therefor I have rated this story 'M', I do not think that I will include any smut in this story.

The details of Ga Eul's past won't be too graphic, I don't want to disrespect anyone who has been through that ever so I hope that by writing this story, I am not hurting anyone's feelings.

It came out of nowhere, really. One moment Ga Eul was just walking through the busy streets of Seoul when it happened. Out of all the faces, his stood out and she couldn't move anymore. Logically I knew that it was not really him, there was no way that he'd be back here.

At that moment, I was not thinking logically though and I was petrified at the thought that he might actually be there. The fear was gripping me tightly in it's clutches, rendering me unable to move at all. Even breathing became difficult, making it come out too fast and too hard.

Hyperventilating, I know.

At that moment, I wasn't thinking about naming my condition though. I wanted to go, run away from his face, from that person but I was rendered useless. Nothing I wanted, no matter how badly, would actually happen. It had happened before that I was frozen in fear and I would not move, nothing would make me move anytime soon. I-

I was very shocked when a hand clamped down on my shoulder and turned me around. "Ga Eul?"

Woo Bin... Of course Woo Bin. His club was right around the corner. It made sense for him to be there.

"W- W-"

"Hey, you're okay. Come." He tried to tug me with him but my feet were rooted to the ground so I wouldn't move, no matter how hard he tried to pull. "Ga Eul?"

"I- I- He-"

"He who? Ga Eul, did someone hurt you?" His eyes travelled up and down, scanning every inch of me but he couldn't see anything. "Come on, I'm going to help you."

This time he was smarter and pulled me up into his arms and carried me out of the crowd, towards where his car was parked. Unlike every other day, he was not driving his small Lotus but instead had opted for his SUV. He placed me down on the backseat, allowing me to lay down which was very nice. I don't really remember a lot from the drive, I do vaguely recall him talking on the phone to someone, well multiple people... The first one was short, rushed and he sounded curt. Later I learned that he was giving his men orders to check up on the club and to tell Yi Jeong that he would not be showing up that night.

The second call was nicer, longer and again I would hear afterwards that he was calling his mother. At that moment, Woo Bin had no idea of my past but he thought that the best person to wake me up out of my fear would be a woman, preferably one with a gentle mother's touch.

He was both right and wrong.

I remember being gently lifted out of the car and brought inside a huge mansion, in the hall was his mother waiting for us. She ordered him to take me to her quarters where her husband, Woo Bin's father, was waiting for us as well. He then placed me on a nice, plush couch and stepped back, standing next to his father while his mother knelt down next to me and softly stroked my hair while grasping my hand in hers. I could hear her voice, softly speaking to me and assuring me that I was safe. From the corner of my eyes, I could see Woo Bin's father staring at me as if he was wondering where he knew me from.

I decided to help him, which in turn would help myself as well. "Nigari."

Realization dawned on him when he heard me murmur the name softly. He stepped forward and gently pulled his wife away from me and placed a phone next to me.

"What?" A voice sounded irritated.

I broke down. Despite him not sounding comforting at all, the sound of his voice was enough to calm me down somewhat enough to get out of my fear-induced paralysis. "Nigari."

Immediately his voice changed, "Ga Eul?"

I could see the Song family walking out to give me some privacy, he was probably also filling them in to what he knew about my case. "Nigari." I repeated.

He sighed, "It happened again, didn't it? I'm coming as soon as possible. I'll be there soon. Stay with Song Li Bin and his family. I am coming for you, baby. I am coming."

"Nigari." My vocabulary had been reduced to his name and his name alone. In that moment, I don't think anything could have made me speak anything more than his name. "Nigari." This time it came out more urgently.

"I'm coming, Ga Eul. Don't you worry, love, I'll be there soon." And he hung up. It would take at least 2 more hours for him to get to Korea, let alone to this place so I would have to wait a couple of hours more for him to get to me.

Softly a door opened again and Woo Bin's mother came in. "You were so young, dear. Oh, I am so sorry for what you went through. I don't even want to know what happened to trigger a reaction like this one, I cannot even imagine what is going on through your head right now. I am so sorry, my dear. I-"

She took a deep breath and got more comfortable. "I don't think you know a lot about Woo Bin's private life, he hasn't really talked about his parents either, I'm sure and definitely not about my past. I don't even think that his friends know, the F4 I mean. Woo Bin is very protective of me and doesn't like sharing my past with anyone but maybe this will help you."

"I was 17 when I was working at a diner, much like you and your friend are right now and after a late shift, I was going home on my bike. I don't remember where exactly I was pulled off of it but somewhere between the diner and my house, I was pulled off and dragged into an alley. There they abused me for the first time and got me into a van before driving me to an abandoned warehouse. I cannot remember how long I was in there, I don't want to remember either but I do remember that finally the door was kicked in and my hell stopped."

I watched her, tears in my eyes as I heard her story. I know she was forgoing the details to protect me, she wanted me to relax and if she would disclose the details, I would be going back to my complete paralysis.

"You were raped?" I softly whispered, so softly that I feared she would not have heard me.

She nodded, tears also in her own eyes, "Yes, I was. Multiple times. Passed around. I was saved though, by the Song clan... It is how I met my husband. Despite how tainted and dirty I felt, he was there every step of the way to help me recover. He never, not once, tried to touch me in any way when we first met. Back then, he only wanted to help me get better as I was not going to have the support from my parents or any family. They turned the other way when they learned what happened to me. Song Li Bin, my husband, and his parents took me in and gave me shelter here, not once did they expect something in return."

"You fell in love along the way." I murmured, "It was inevitable."

"Did you fall in love with someone?" She softly asked, "Someone who was there for you? Nigari perhaps?"

"Yes." I confirmed, "He is coming."

"You must be special." She smiled, "Do you want some tea or something?"

"I want a shower," I laughed humorlessly, "Nothing even happened and I feel dirty again... I'm pathetic, aren't I?"

"No, you are not." She denied, "If you want a shower, you can have one. Stay in it for as long as you need, take all the time you need and by the time you'll come out, there will be new, different clothes waiting for you and you can just... just relax and wait for Nigari."

She went to leave but before she could get too far, my hand shot out to stop her. "Thank you, Ma'am."

"Please, call me A Reum." She smiled and left.

A Reum... Beautiful. It suited her.
