"Don't be so haughty, Zach."

It came out so blase, she was so used to say it. At her command, I was quick to comply. It was nothing like when Hannah would say it, anticipating my every move. Hannah was kindred to my mother, making Hogwarts a home away from home. I should have expected it, but she was so cryptic and appeared so naive. What was I thinking, letting her taint the part of me that embodied the nature of the Hufflepuff house? She was the indiscriminate enemy, as she had been from the moment the hat had called her house. She was the silent predatory one, you could never see her coming. Boys would muster up their courage and ask to entertain her, to date her. She would just sit there and maim their hearts. She exsaperated Malfoy. To quote him exactly, she would "disclaim any damned knowledge she shared if she had to bloody clarify what the hell she meant." He was right, she still does it, attempting to obliterate any questions. But yet, she's a master for banter, I never get bored. Ernie says Hannah's not the same, but it's only a ruse from her, she's alike but different. He's afraid of losing her, and I can't say I blame him, the girl embodies understanding like no other. It was always Hannah I went to for advice even when it turned into a fiasco. It was now thank to Hannah I had Daphne Greengrass, a perceptiable and exotic young woman. She's a right brillant one at disarming you if you call her little, quick to introduce you to the concept of sheer terror.
