When last we left you, MajorTom took out CoolTom and proved that he's the real Tom, not some low-life arrogant sequel. But now he's become a game-obsessed loner and Sarah's not liking this new Tom. Will Sarah be able to break through to Tom? Or will Tom's ruthlessness after the CoolTom situation be too much for Sarah to handle and cause her to lose the man she loves? Let's find out!

We pick things up on Earth at the home of 16 year old Sarah Beth Laurence. She could be described as your classic All-American teenage girl - straight-A student, beautiful, athletic...she's captain of the cheer squad but with a tomboyish side to her. It's been about a day since the CoolTom situation resolved, but Sarah still feels tremendous guilt for what she did, especially after reading Tom's journal. She didn't talk to Tom, Kaz or Peyton at all at school today. In fact, the only one she talked to was Krystella's twin sister Jycella. Now we see Sarah on her bed in her room, writing in her journal.

Dear Journal,

The CoolTom situation was resolved yesterday in Chaotic. Tom's forgiven Kaz and Peyton for hanging out with that piece of junk. Me...I'm not sure if Tom will ever forgive me. Not only did I start the whole debacle, but I also read his journal. That's where I found out that Tom was planning to ask me out the day we met CoolTom. I couldn't believe it then and I still can't believe it now. I'm such a dumb blonde for not realizing it sooner. I'm in love with Thomas Jason Majors and I fear that how I handled the CoolTom situation might have driven him away from me. Yesterday in Chaotic, Kaz noticed something off about MY Tom...he's been acting a little distant. He's more laser-focused on the game. While it's really gotten him to play better, I just don't like this new, ruthless, game-focused Tom. This isn't the Tom Majors I fell in love with. I want the kind, sweet, cheerful, up for anything Tom that I know and love back. And I'll do whatever it takes to get him back. Wait for me, Tom Majors...Sarah's coming to save you...

After writing, Sarah cried her eyes out at the thought of Tom possibly hating her for what she did. Her mascara and brown eye shadow running, she lay face down on her bed. A knock was then heard on her door.

"Arrgh...who is it?" Sarah groaned.

"Sarah, sweetheart...it's mom..."

"It's already open, mom..." Sarah said weakly as her mom walked in.

Brittany Laurence was just 3 inches taller than her daughter - standing at 6'2 to Sarah's 5'11. She had her daughter's golden blonde hair and green eyes, but she was a bit more well-defined than Sarah.

"Sarah, what's going on, my butterfly? You seem distraught."

"Mom, first off...I outgrew the 'butterfly' nickname when I was 8. Secondly...I'm going through some...girl issues."

"Is it your...you know what?" Mrs. Laurence asked.

"No, that's not until next week. Mom, this is more...about boys. Boys...and dating."

"Oh. So, who are you crushing on?" Sarah's mom asked. "Is it Kaz?"

"No, it's not Kaz."

"Peyton?"

"Not him, either. He's not my type..."

Mrs. Laurence gave a smile at her eldest daughter. "I think I know now...it's Tom...Tom Majors, you share most of the day in school with him, don't you?"

"I do..." Sarah admitted, still crying a bit with her makeup running as her kid sister Serena came in.

She was joined by the youngest daughter - 9 year old Kimberly as well as Sarah's 10 year old twin brothers - Jackson and Jeremy. Serena was only 12, but had Sarah's green eyes and tomboyish nature. However, she was a brunette like her father.

"Big sis, what's up?" Serena asked.

"Your big sister has a big time crush, Serena," Mrs. Laurence said.

"Is it that Tom guy Serena and I read so much about in her journal?" Kimberly teased, getting a rise out of Sarah.

"If I've told you once, I've told you a thousand times...keep your little paws off my journal, girls!" Sarah called out to her sisters before turning to her twin brothers. "That goes double for you too, Tweebs!"

"Aw, man! Not another makeover!" Jackson and Jeremy cowered, remembering the last time they got into Sarah's belongings.

"I'll deal with you two later..." Sarah said evilly, turning back to her sisters. "And yes, Kim...I have a thing for Tom Majors."

"Saw it coming a mile away..." Serena remarked. "I could tell by all the little hearts you've drawn on your Chem Lab book cover - 'Mrs. Sarah Beth Majors'..."

"Yeah, I saw that in big sis's journal, too!" Kimberly chimed in.

"You two weren't supposed to see that..." Sarah scoffed. "Anyway, mom...I did something bad last week and I'm scared that Tom hates me now...what's worse, Tom was going to ask me out the day this whole debacle started," Sarah told her mom, getting an 'Ooooh!' out of her kid sisters.

"Kim, Serena, that's enough," Mrs. Laurence scolded, holding her eldest daughter. "Sarah, Tom doesn't hate you. As a mom, I can tell when someone is hiding their feelings and the way Tom reacted to this whole situation you described in your journal over the past week means that he's going through some deep personal issues and he just needs to work them out himself."

"But that's just it, mom. I just can't forgive myself for what I did and now Tom's become an emotionless shadow of the man I love..."

"Sarah, you know what he likes, right?" her mom asked. Sarah nodded back in response. "Then you know what you have to do...get back out there and go snag your man! Trust me...a mom should know this..."

Sarah hugged her mom tight, knowing she was right beyond a shadow of a doubt. "Thanks mom. I know what I have to do now..." Sarah said as she ported to Chaotic.

Over in Chaotic, as Sarah ported into the Port Court, Tom Majors had just won his 6th battle in the Amzen Drome.

"Wow, Major T! One more win in Battledrome Amzen and you get to take on Codemaster Amzen!" Peyton cheered.

"How many wins in a row is this now, Tom?" Kaz asked.

"12 in a row since the CoolTom incident..." Tom sighed. "I know I've forgiven you guys for what you did, but something's still eating away at me. I'm not quite sure what."

"I think I know...it's Sarah, isn't it?" Kaz asked.

"What about Sarah?" Tom retorted back at his best friend.

"We, uh...we read your journal, Tom..." Kaz informed.

"Kaz and I...we both know you have a thing for Sarah..." Peyton said.

"How long have you two known?"

"I've known since Scavenger Scan..." Peyton remarked.

"I suspected it after Scavenger Scan, but I really pieced everything together once CoolTom reared his hide. We were just waiting for you to admit it."

Tom lay face down on the Port Court table. "You must think I'm seriously pathetic now, huh?"

"Not at all, Tom," Kaz reassured his best friend.

"She probably still faults herself for starting this whole mess. She must think I hate her for it and to tell the truth, I would think that way too. I just wish there was something I could do."

"Hey, aren't you and Sarah both one win away from challenging Codemaster Amzen?" Peyton asked.

"Yeah. Why do you ask, Peyton?" Tom asked the Mipedian user.

"So why not do the same for Sarah that you did for Kaz?"

"First off, that match with Kaz was a ruse to bust some rogue players. Second, I doubt it'll work."

Little did the trio know, Sarah was overhearing the conversation from behind one of the screens. On her scanner, she sent a Mystery Match challenge to Tom. Tom's scanner rang soon after. 'Come on, Tom...pick up!' Sarah thought.

"What's this? A Mystery Match challenge? Battledrome Amzen? TODAY?!"

"Dude, this is awesome!"

"Yeah, this could be your ticket to a match with Codemaster Amzen!" Kaz cheered.

"Just wish I knew who sent it..."

Still in her hiding place, Sarah giggled. "I sent it..." Sarah whispered. "And I have a special surprise for you, Tom..."

Sarah looked through her scanner, stopping at a certain scan she got the week of the CoolTom debacle. It was Tom's original Maxxor scan. She had won it from Bruiser33 in a one on one match in the Beta Drome, putting up her Neekwin scan. She had coded the Maxxor that Bruiser had swiped from Tom with Neekwin equipped with a Destructozooka, taking Maxxor back from Bruiser.

That afternoon, Tom and Kaz were walking into Battledrome Amzen, ready for Tom's Mystery Match.

"I really want to ace this Mystery Match, Kaz. If I win, that'll be 7 wins in the Amzen Drome. That means I can challenge Codemaster Amzen..." Tom explained.

"Relax, Tom. You'll be fine."

"I just wish I knew who challenged me..." Tom said as he walked in. And who should show up...but Sarah!

"Hey Tom!" Sarah greeted cheerfully. "Ready to get...CHAOTIC?"

Uh oh! Now Sarah's battle to save Tom is about to begin! Will she be able to save the one she loves? Find out next time!
