Prologue
Alrighty..well sorry for the bit of delay but I had a bit of trouble getting my net working at home and I never was able to make it over to Kinko's. I guess all that matters is that a bit of it is out. I know it's just a short prologue but consider it a teaser. This has definitely taken a sharp turn from where I was going with my first version of the sequel to Vanishing Point but hopefully you think it's just as good. I know I left it off at a cruel point but I promise I'm working on the first chapter as you read this. Anyways, I know it's been a long enough wait so I'll just shut up and let you guys get to the stories. Warnings are the same as Vanishing Point and of course reviews are appreciated.
Prologue
The faint rustling of fall leaves combined with the soft whine of the autumn breeze broke Harry's trance as his eyes snapped out of their dazed look and he shifted a bit at his window seat. Sighing to himself, the green-eyed wizard blew a few wayward strands of hair from his eyes and turned to gaze back into his empty living room.
/After all this time…/
It had been nearly ten years since his dream with Draco and almost seven since they were wed; while those memories were as fresh as they were the day it happened, they weren't nearly as sharp as what had happened nearly three years ago.
/Three years to the day…/ Harry thought as he stared somberly at the room around him. It held so many memories of the happy life he and his husband were leading. The fireplace that they sat in front of almost every evening or the couch that he had fallen asleep on so many times cuddled up to the blonde. He could feel the tears pooling again as every little detail came back covered by the sudden lose he had suffered.
For it had been three years ago that his husband, Draco Malfoy, was ripped out his life…
