The Jurassic Loud House

Chapter 3: Welcome to Jurassic World

The Louds are introduced to the dinosaurs of Jurassic World, as well as the caretaker of it, a woman by the name of Morag.

"'For you' is a weird name for an entire world", Leni said.

"My Louds, I hereby welcome you to your very own Castle of the Jurassic", Angus declared as he opened the door, revealing a large, fancy ballroom with two sets of stairs that led up to more rooms in the castle. Most notably, an entire skeleton of a Tyrannosaurus Rex in a pose sat on display in the center of the room.

The ballroom itself was so large, it alone was even bigger than their whole house!

"This is more like it!", Lola reacted.

"Wowie, wow…", Lynn marveled at the T. Rex skeleton.

As the Louds entered, the same woman from earlier entered the scene from one of the rooms above the stairwell. This woman was rather short, and her hair was in a large bun. Like Angus, she too, sported a Scottish accent.

"Oh me, oh my, do my eyes deceive me?", Morag asked as she traversed down the stairs. "You're um, um…"

"Louds!", Angus answered with joy.

"Yes, I heard the song, Angus. Everyone in Jurassic World heard the song", Morag rolled her eyes.

"Loud family, may I introduce Morag, one of the lead scientists and caretakers of Jurassic World", Angus said.

"Hello, it's…so great to finally see…Louds….", Morag said with a forced smile.

"I still don't get it", Lincoln couldn't help say.

"What is it, lad?", Angus asked the boy.

"Well, simply put, why are Louds so special here?", Lincoln asked.

"Come to think of it, despite the Mosasaurus, we really don't know why we'd be celebrated here", Lori added.

"Well, I'm glad you asked", Angus said. "I'm sure you all have heard the stories of the dinosaurs. Well, what if I told you the dinosaurs were ruled by your ancestors?", he declared as he directed their attention to cave carving which was now a portrait on a wall.

The carving depicted an image of all eleven Loud siblings and behind them were a Tyrannosaurus and four Velociraptors. Lisa, seeking to confirm this, approached the carving with her lab equipment. Upon placing a sample of its material under microscope, even she was amazed but what she discovered.

"Judging by my findings, the carving was indeed created some point in the late Cretaceous period, proving that there were in fact, homo sapiens around during the time of the dinosaurs, and that this carving is indeed, authentic!", Lisa explained, amazed.

The Loud family gasped.

"Yes, and none of them were as prominent as the Louds", Angus went on. "Any dinosaur from a simple Gallimimus to the mighty Tyrannosaurus Rex was bound to obey the rule of the Louds. Speaking of which, you wouldn't be interested in seeing some more dinosaurs, would ya?"

"More dinosaurs?!", the Loud kids reacted with joy.

"Please, can we go?", Lincoln asked.

"Of course, follow me", Angus smiled.

"You kids can go. I think your dad and I are already dinosaured out from the Mosasaurus", Rita said.

"Besides, I gotta get dinner started!", Lynn Sr. declared.

With this, the Loud kids cheered as they followed Angus to the door at the other end of the castle. Morag, however, could not help but be annoyed. She had always been prone with getting annoyed at the dinosaurs for how primitive and loud they were, but now, with Louds and dinosaurs mixed together, she already felt as if she could explode with anger.

"Dinosaurs were already bad enough…", Morag growled as her face turned red. "And now, the Louds…hopefully, they won't stay forever. If that Loud boy discovers his heritage, they will never leave, but I have my own plan in mind…", she laughed a little. "Hopefully, it won't come to that…"

On the other end of the castle, Angus opened the door and him and the Loud kids all walked outside. When they did, they were met with one of the most whimsical sights they would ever witness in their entire lives.

"My Louds, welcome to Jurassic World", Angus said.

*Jurassic Park theme plays*

In front of the Louds was an endlessly large pasture filled with large, herbivorous dinosaurs grazing on the plant life. All kinds of herbivores were present here, Apatosaurus, Stegosaurus, Parasaurolophus, Ankylosaurus, Sinoceratops, and the iconic Triceratops. But, when the Louds walked into their pasture, all the dinosaurs looked over at them. Eventually, these dinosaurs realized that these were the Louds, the ones they yearned to arrive on their island. Because of this, all the dinosaurs started to approach them.

"Um….", a nervous Lincoln said as he backed away from a Triceratops nearing its head to him.

"Eek!", Lola hid behind Lana with a Parasaurolophus approached them.

"I totes love your beautiful spikes. You look totes adorable with them", Leni said to a Stegosaurus approaching her.

"Go ahead, don't be shy", Angus said to the Louds.

Hearing this, a nervous Lincoln reached his hand out to pet the Triceratops. The other Louds followed and pet the large, friendly dinosaurs. Once they pet them enough, the dinosaurs seemed to be letting out, large victorious roaring.

"Oooh, I've never seen the dinosaurs this happy ever since they were born!", Angus cheered.

"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go pet some dinosaurs!", Lori declared.

"Yeah!", the Loud siblings agreed.

"Um, these ones aren't meat eaters, are they?", Leni asked Angus after the other Loud siblings left to greet the dinos.

"You're referring to carnivores, um…"

"Leni".

"My apologies, it can be hard to remember the names of all eleven of ye. But don't worry, all these dinosaurs here are herbivores, meaning they only eat plants. Besides, back in the prehistoric ages, you Louds were able to tame some of the toughest carnivores around, too".

"So, these ones aren't going to eat me?"

"Of course not. Now, what are you waiting for? Your dinosaurs are waiting for ye"

"Yay!", Leni cheered as she ran off to play with the herbivores.

Throughout the pasture, all the Loud siblings were enjoying themselves in making friends with the dinosaurs.

"Yee-haw!", Lynn cheered as she and Lana rode on a Ankylosaurus' back.

"I thought I hated reptiles, but this little guy is just so cuuuute!", Lola marveled over a baby Apatosaurus.

"I should be questioning how this is scientifically possible, but the cuteness is just too much", Lisa added with the mother Apatosaurus watching them with a smile.

"Selfie!", Lori took a picture with a Parasaurolophus.

"O.M. gosh! I totes love your those spikes on your back! It really brings out your eyes", Leni said to a group of Stegosaurus.

Meanwhile, Lincoln was petting a lone Sinoceratops that was eating some grass. Even with him discovering that his ancestors were the rulers of the Jurassic, something was still on his mind.

"So, let me guess. The sisters were all special, right?", Lincoln asked Angus, who stood behind him.

"Oh, aye, all were exceptional", Angus replied. "Our dinosaurs have never had rulers quite like the Loud lassies".

"Of course…", Lincoln said, sheepishly.

"But there was also—"

"Hey bro!", an enthusiastic Luna with her and Lily riding a Triceratops. "You ready to trash around with some hard-headed dinos?"

Lincoln smiled. The Sinoceratops placed its head up against him, indicating he wanted Lincoln to get on his back.

"You're on, Luna!", Lincoln declared while getting on the dinosaur's back. "I'm gonna get ya!", he said while the Sinoceratops and Triceratops crashed their heads into each other in a playful banter.

"Not if I get you first, little bro!", Luna joked.

"Wily wuv dinosaurs!", Lily babbled with joy.

Later, after about an hour of the Loud kids visiting with some dinosaurs, Angus escorted them back into the castle, where they all wanted to explore just how large it was. More importantly, the Loud kids wanted to check out their own rooms as well.

"Now, if you would be so inclined, all of your rooms are labeled with your names on them, and I'm sure you all will love the surprises in each of them…" Angus told the kids with excitement.

"Wait, we each get our own rooms?!", Lana asked.

"Correct", Angus confirmed.

"Last one to their room is a rotten dinosaur egg!", Luan joked.

"No touching!", Morag yelled.

Excited for to see their new rooms, the Loud sisters all rushed upstairs to check them out. Lincoln, however, remained downstairs with Angus, for he still had an important question on his mind.

"Hey Angus, you mind if I ask you something?", Lincoln questioned.

"Of course, lad, anything", Angus smiled.

"What was it you were saying earlier, you know, about all the sisters being special…?", Lincoln asked.

"Oh, yes, it was true that all the Loud lassies were incredibly special, each with their own special talent. Fashion, science, music…"

"Right…"

"But there was another sibling who was the most special of them all…", Angus tried to say before Lynn, Lana, and Luna entered the scene.

"Oh, Stincoln!", Lynn said in her playful tone.

"Dude, you gotta come see this!", Luna said with enthusiasm.

"Sorry, Angus, I gotta go", Lincoln said. "What? What is it?", he asked his sisters.

Angus smiled, once again watching as Lincoln enjoyed himself among his sisters.

"You have to see this!", Lori said. "We all get our own baby dinosaurs!", she said as her and the rest of the sisters each opened a door, leading into a room.

"Lincoln, come look!", they all said.

*Cue montage of Lincoln traveling through the rooms of his sisters*

"I got me a cool lookin' Carnotaurus!", Luna said with joy, holding the baby Carno in her arms. "I think I'll name you Toro. What do you say, little dude?"

In response, the Carnotaurus (a.k.a. Toro) gave some happy growling noises.

"Cool!", Lincoln reacted.

"I got a Pteranodon", Lucy smiled. "I think I'll name you Petry".

"Wow, you've watched The Land Before Time?", Lincoln asked.

"What? Dark love stories aren't the only thing I watch", Lucy said.

"Eeeh! My baby Sinoceratops is so cuuuute!", Lola said with joy. "I think I'll name him Princess".

The Sinoceratops smiled and cuddled to Lola in response.

"'Princess is a weird name for a boy dinosaur", Lincoln said.

"Well, I don't see him complaining", Lola smiled.

"Cool! I got a Triceratops!", Lana said while hugging the infant trike. "I think Cera will be a good name for you, little girl".

"Wow, two hard-headed sisters with two hard-headed dinosaurs. Who'd have thought?", Lincoln joked.

"I got a Giganotosaurus, biggest carnivore the world has ever seen", Lori said. "Fit for the big sister of the family. I think Zeb will be a good name for him", she pat Zeb's head.

"Fancy name!", Lincoln commented, referring to Zeb's zebra-like stripe pattern.

"These claws on this Therizinosaurus specimen are rather sharp, but it's just so adorable!", Lisa gushed over her baby dinosaur. "I think I'll name you Tickles. I find irony to be a good source for an animal name".

"Interesting!"

"Lincoln, this Stegosaurus is so cute!", Leni said, referring to her dinosaur. "I feel like I should name him Spike. After all, they really do bring out his eyes".

Spike smiled in response and cuddled up to her.

"Very styling!"

"I have to admit, this Allosaurus sure knows ALL about comedy!", Luan joked with her baby Allosaurus. "How about I name you Allie?"

"You think your dinosaurs are cool? Just wait 'til you see Bumpy here!", Lynn smirked, referring to her baby Ankylosaurus.

And last, but not least, Lincoln entered Lily's room, where a Velociraptor had just finished hatching out of an egg right in front of her. Lily started to pet it and the Raptor immediately took a liking to the human infant. Lily then noticed some blue highlights on the Raptor's scales, causing her to blurt out a name for it. "Blue!"

"Awwwww!", the Loud siblings all reacted as they watched Lily and Blue, an infant human and infant Raptor, cuddle up to each other.

After the montage, Lincoln picked up Lily in his arms with Blue standing next to him, and the three were now standing back outside the hallway. Angus was also present as well.

"Ah, there you are, lad, and I see you've met your sisters' new dinosaurs", Angus smiled as he looked down at Blue. "Now, before you were whisked away, I tried to tell you that the most special Loud of them all was the King".

"The King?", Lincoln questioned.

"Aye, and don't you know, you'll be staying this room, fit for a King", Angus said as he directed Lincoln to a large room. He still held onto Lily and Blue followed.

Once they all entered, Lincoln became amazed and starstruck by what he saw.

"Whoa, wait…the boy in the carving was the King…?", Lincoln asked.

"Aye", Angus answered, now holding Lily.

"Hang on…the boy in the carving with the white hair was the King?"

"Aye".

"The boy in the carving with the white hair that had ten sisters and looked just like me…was the King?!"

"The one and only! He was the most special Loud there ever was!"

"Yes!", Lincoln shouted with victory.

"Far and wide, both people and dinosaurs knew his name. His deeds were noble. His heart was stout", Angus explained. "But I should not forget to mention, the King was honored with having a dinosaur to rule with, a true apex predator fit for a bond with him", he said as he directed his attention to the hatched egg in the room. "Oh, and it appears our very own Tyrannosaurus Rex has already hatched!"

Lincoln looked around the room, and under the bed, crawled a baby Tyrannosaurus Rex! And when it saw Lincoln, she immediately ran towards him and brushed itself up against him.

"Aw, hey there!", Lincoln reacted. "Aren't you a cute one?", he pet the Tyrannosaur. Eventually, the T. Rex became friendly to the point of pouncing on Lincoln and started to lick his face. "Hey, stop that tickles!", Lincoln chuckled.

"Aw, I think she likes you", Angus smiled.

The infant Rex then allowed Lincoln to sit up as the dinosaur continued smiling at him.

"You know, you are going to have to name her, lad", Angus smiled.

"Hmmm…", Lincoln thought. "How about…Rexy!"

Right when he said this, the T. Rex, now dubbed Rexy, placed her head closer to his body in a loving way, indicating that she liked the name Lincoln gave her. The Loud boy then stood up and Rexy and Blue took a notice to each other and started to examine each other, leading to them sniffing each other and becoming friends.

"Aw, looks like our dinosaurs are getting along pretty well, huh, Lily?", Lincoln said to his baby sister.

"Wily wuv dinoswors!", Lily babbled again.

"You see lad, you and Rexy have a special and unbreakable bond", Angus explained to Lincoln. "You see, you were the first person to implant on her since her hatching, giving both you and her a mutual loving and respect for one another".

"Cool!", Lincoln smiled. "I assume the same thing happened with my sisters and their dinosaurs, too".

"Aye", Angus answered.

The two were about to continue conversing until they heard Lynn Sr. yell from downstairs. "Kids! Dinner's ready!", he yelled.

With all the kids hungry and ready to eat, both them and all their dinosaurs rushed down to the kitchen, ready to eat some fancy castle food. Once they got down there, the Loud parents noticed they had some prehistoric pets with them as well.

"Oh, and I see we're going to have some extra mouths to feed", Rita smiled, referring to the baby dinosaurs.

"Aw, aren't you the cutest little thing…", Lynn Sr. said in a baby voice to Toro.

With the Carnotaurus being a hungry meat-eater, he instinctively tried to bite Lynn Sr.'s finger off. Luckily, he was able to move his hand out of the way quick enough.

"Careful, Pops, Toro gets a little cranky when he's hungry", Luna said as she pet her dinosaur.

Toro smiled and chirped happily, not trying to bite her out of the love he had for her due to his bond with her.

"Well, some extra hungry mouths shouldn't be an issue since I cooked everything in the castle!", Lynn Sr. said as he directed the family's attention to the large dining room table with all sorts of food laid out on it, including some un-sanitized vegetables and raw meat. "Some of the instructions for these foods told me not to cook or sanitize them, which is kinda weird, now that I'm thinking about it".

"Oh, that food is reserved for the dinosaurs", Angus said. "They prefer to eat their food as if they found it in the wild".

"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's dig in!", Rita said.

"Yeah!", the Loud children agreed.

The hungry Louds and their baby dinosaurs all rushed to the table to start eating. The dinosaurs each sat with their respective owners, but they did cause a bit of ruckus, given that they were prehistoric animals after all. On top of that, the Loud kids aren't known for being the most sanitary at the dinner table either. After all, it was a family with eleven children. Angus didn't mind, since Jurassic World had its rightful rulers back and the dinosaurs were never happier until today. Morag, however, was growing annoyed, having to deal with the annoying Loud children and those pesky dinosaurs.

"This is all your doing…", Morag growled at Angus.

"It was my pleasure", Angus smiled. "What a day! The Louds are back, and our dinosaurs have never been happier!"

"Thanks, Angus", Lincoln said as Angus gave him a platter of steaks. "So, what's a guy gotta do to become the King around here?", he asked as he fed a steak to Rexy.

"Come again?", a concerned Morag asked.

"I was thinking about it and the King and I are a lot alike", Lincoln replied. "We both have ten sisters, white hair, a turkey tail, the same height, and a T. Rex. So, the way I see it, A plus B equals me being the new King. What do you think?"

"Lincoln, I'm afraid it's not that simple, lad", Angus placed his hand on Lincoln's shoulder.

"Wisely spoken. You should listen to Angus", Morag said with confidence.

"Only one can become the King by making life better for the people and dinosaurs of our island", Angus went on to say.

"I see, help the island, and become the King", Lincoln said. "Piece of cake! Now if you excuse, I got work to do, because tomorrow, I'm gonna King this town up! Oh, yeah!", he declared as he walked away with Rexy happily following.

Morag, however, was not happy about this.

Later that night, Angus was escorting Morag outside of the castle. With the Louds moving in, she would have to stay in Angus' hovel for now. Morag was less than pleased with this arrangement.

"You fool!", Morag yelled at Angus. "Blabbering on to the feather-brained boy about becoming the new King!"

"Oh, our little island would love a new King", Angus said in a nice voice while carrying Morag's belongings.

"Oh, our little island would love a new King!", Morag mocked Angus. "I don't care a jot about these, stupid, overgrown reptiles, anyway!"

"They're not stupid, Morag, they're our friends".

"Enough of your twaddle! Thanks to you flapping your gob, I'm stuck with these hooligans! Crashing through the crowded halls, dodging girls like.."

"Ping-pong balls?"

"Just to reach the bathroom on time!"

"That's rather catchy", Angus chuckled.

"Oh, I deserve better than to be banished to your wretched hovel", Morag whined.

"It's only for a week, and you'll have oodles of quietness here in my little castle", Angus remained true to his happy attitude. "Shall I give you the grand tour?", he asked, but not before Morag rudely slammed the hovel door on him after entering. "Goodnight…Morag…", he received no response from her.

Inside the hovel, Morag had a devious look on her face as she pulled out her cell phone to call someone. "Oh, hello, Henry", Morag said in her devious tone. "Tell me, how much DNA do you already have?". Henry gave an inaudible answer. "Oh, good, and don't worry, I know of a certain Tyrannosaur we can use, but only if they decide to stay forever more…"
