Chapter 11 - Creative Leap - Lords Of The Night - Liches - 100cp
You might not be as good at putting in the work, or checking all the steps, or keeping up with the research. What you can do, is make wild leaps that are consistent with what you know, jump to simpler solutions, and causally realize more elegant approaches to what seems like complex problems. A smarter mind than yours might figure out what actually has to happen to solve a problem. But seeing that solution, you can jump to how to do the same thing in a tenth as many steps, as you figure out how one action can solve two problems, and set you up to cleanly execute the next step. And your solution will be more robust to boot. You're also more intuitive, able to pick up and realize things without ever knowing why you picked them up or realized them, and more creative in general.

Chapter 13 - Mods & Augments Mass Effect Andromeda - 200cp
Sometimes you just need to coax a bit more performance out of your tools. And sometimes, you just need them to do something else entirely. You now have both a full collection of weapon mods and augmentations, as well as the blueprints to produce more. The mods are usable on any weapon of the matching category, even in future settings. And the augmentations are fantastic when you want to change how a gun performs. Maybe you want an assault rifle that can never run out of ammo, or a shotgun that spits lightning bolts? Or maybe you simply want to change the firing options you have available? If you can break down and build a piece of gear, you can integrate an augmentation into it. And the better skilled you are at building that item, the more augments you can put into it. Keep in mind that some augments have different effects if they are on a weapon versus a piece of armor.
Starter Weapons (Free to all): In a new and potentially dangerous galaxy, you have to be prepared. You have a M-3 Predator Pistol and a racially appropriate melee weapon. Biotics have a choice between their racial melee weapon (if they have one) and a Biotic Amplifier (for melee purposes).
Hardsuit (Free to all): Every Initiative member knows that they are going into the unknown, so they do their best to equip for it. Even the Angara and Kett have an equivalent.
You have access to a hardsuit (or some equivalent of wearable equipment) that provides basic kinetic barriers, life support, and jump jets. Please keep in mind that this is a pretty basic system, so consider upgrades. In regards to the jump jets, you can use this hardware that's integrated into your armor to hover or make extremely high jumps. You could even reverse the function to ground pound a target. If you possess biotic abilities or advanced EM manipulation, you can increase your mobility/maneuverability with the jump jets.
Pet From Home (Free): You have a pet that was brought in from your home sector of space. Milky Way races can select from any pet that'd be available in the Milky Way, Angarans from the Heleus cluster, and Kett from their empire. The pet will not be usable in any form of combat, and will mostly stay with you in order to improve your mood. And steal your food, if you aren't careful what you leave around. You may also choose to import a previous non-sophont pet into a form of your choice, if the form fits the above criteria.
Chapter 13 - Digital Ally - MCU Vol. 1 - 50cp
Ready and waiting! This A.I. is not truly sapient, but it is still capable of performing extremely complex tasks like controlling a small army of robots or managing the infrastructure of a technologically advanced base... at the same time as overseeing a battlefield and relaying tactical data to you. You can design its personality and appearance to suit your needs, and even give it a classy accent! If you wish, you may import an A.I. or companion into this role.
Chapter 15 - We Need Reserves - Gundam Advanced Generation - 400cp
When you're fighting a war, you know what you need-you need troops, you need squadrons; you need a fully-armed army. You can't fight a war without numbers, and so you can modify designs to give you just that-numbers. Your MS production capability will multiply to near 4x levels, with only a negligible decrease in quality. You can also, with time and patience, apply this design philosophy to other products.
Chapter 16 - Artisan - Generic Builder - 100cp
You have a talent for creating works of art. Creation times are halved and your natural talent increases with each purchase of this knack. Your artwork has an almost magical ability to invoke a particular emotion that you set at the time of its creation, scary masks, awe inspiring fountains, creepy puppets or such. The degree of emotion-induction effect increases with skill. * Can be taken indefinitely for creation time modifiers.
Chapter 16 - Super Max - Generic City of Adventure - 400cp
There's not a single revolving door or scrap of cardboard in the defences you construct. Prisons, team headquarters, space outposts...wherever they are, whatever they're for, you can seamlessly integrate magical or super-tech materials into architecture without compromising function, style or habitability. Marble flooring pressure plates? Electronics mixed with clockwork backups to stymie technopaths? Getting the right mix of anti-demon salt mixed with cement to both look good and still keep them out? Easy. Of course, this perk includes enough architectural skill and artistic flair to make your own jumper-buildings look good, even with a giant glowing insignia on one side.

Chapter 18 - Precision Tools - God Catching Alchemy Meister - 400cp
Exactly what it says on the tin. A collection of the best tools used to perform the local Alchemy. From chisels to mixing sets and other useful trinkets. Chapter 19 - Rune Carving - Warhammer Fantasy - Tomb Kings - 200cp
Necrotects themselves are usually inexperienced in the ways of magic. It's rarely their duty to cast spells or command rituals, yet they are often called upon to inscribe runes on a vast scale or otherwise prepare things for magical means. You're very skilled at creating structures or items that can be channelled or used with magic, even whilst lacking it yourself. If you had a mage or wizard on hand, you'd even be able to work in tandem effortlessly, crafting items or structures suited to that person's magic in particular, working even better for them than anyone else.
Chapter 20 - Artisan - Generic Builder
You have a talent for creating works of art. Creation times are halved and your natural talent increases with each purchase of this knack. Your artwork has an almost magical ability to invoke a particular emotion that you set at the time of its creation, scary masks, awe inspiring fountains, creepy puppets or such. The degree of emotion-induction effect increases with skill. * Can be taken indefinitely for creation time modifiers
Chapter 20 - C Cube - Artemis Fowl
Ah. Yes, this. This is a curious little thing, especially since it's not supposed to exist yet when you enter the jump. But you have it anyway. This is a small cube, of a colour of your choice, with a pop-out keyboard and screen that open on command. This is, well, the be all and end all of computer technology, in one little package.
It can interface with any electronic or digital data storage or communication medium, any phone or computer, simply by being in their proximity, or in the proximity of any device connected to them via a network. It can even interface with radio waves and similar transmissions, or 'surveillance beams'.
It has unlimited storage and obscene processing power, being able to access, hack and control any and all computer systems, no matter how advanced, in seconds at the very most. It can break any code, and download any amount of data, all in moments. Any data acquired can be 'compensated', bringing spotty videos to 4k quality and shitty audio to the finest surround sound you can imagine, the same applicable for other forms of data.
It can function as a phone, computer and TV, including presenting itself as different devices if it's had a chance to 'download' them. It could tell if you were being observed by a satellite, and the registration number and owners of the sat too.
It's indestructible, and comes with an inviolable connection to the internet. All of them, in fact. The internet for every world you've been to and go to hereafter, listed side by side. Though every connection other than the one to your current world is one-way only, meaning you can read and watch and download all you want, but can't send anything back.
* Allows for information from previous modern and higher jumps to be accessed.
