He laid still on his bed, staring at the ceiling. It had been three weeks since the funeral, but he felt as if nothing had truly changed. His death just didn't seem real.
Only it was real. And everything had changed.
He turned to his side, wiping away a lone tear from his bruised cheek.
From now on, there was no one to turn to. Ritsuka was on his own.

I always knew no one would understand. Why did I fake my own death? It was easier than I though, really. If only, I regret leaving you. I told Soubi to wait until you were ready, but in the mid-time you were on your own, weren't you?
If only I hadn't learned what your real name was, who your fighter was... but I did, and I knew I had to do something, even id it was against Nanatsu no Tsuki's rules.
Please forgive your older brother, Ritsuka, for trying to stop the unstoppable, for abandoning you without telling you why.

"Even if he killed me or betrayed me, I'll forgive him", Soubi hears him say.
He doesn't argue it though, but can't help to wonder if Ritsuka will say the same when he learns why he can't remember his life before Seimei died, who's spells are to blame for that.
Yes, he wonders if Ritsuka will forgive him at all.
A/N: I do wonder if it's fair, after so much time without updating, to just post this while my Gravi fics are in (temporary I hope) hiatus. I'll work hard on them, I promise.
