November 21st, 2009 - La Perla Classic Villa, St. Martin, Caribbean

Walking onto the beach, hand in hand, Elizabeth and Jack watched in awe as a large jet flew directly over the heads of visitors as they took photos, a few doing silly poses.

With Jack wearing his navy and green striped board shorts and Elizabeth in her white one-piece, they made their way to an open spot on the beach, spread their towels out and set their bag down.

"Join me?" Jack asked, pointing out toward the sea with one hand while holding the other out for his wife.

Looking out at the beautiful turquoise water, Elizabeth nodded, "Most definitely, yes."

Slowly making their way out, Jack spotted another plane coming in to land. "Hey, let's try to get a selfie with the plane behind us. I'll be right back."

Jack quickly pushed his way through the water and as soon as he reached the point he could run, he lifted his legs high and sped up his pace toward their bags to grab his phone. With it in hand, he ran back into the water where Elizabeth had moved slightly closer to the beach and waited. Getting back to her just in time, the couple posed as the plane flew over the beach.

"Got it," Jack said, looking at the photo.

"Ah, that's perfect," Elizabeth added, looking over his shoulder.

After returning his phone to the bag and spending a little more time in the water, they gathered their items and walked further down the beach to the area the planes flew over, zig zagging around all the blue lounge chairs and tan umbrellas that were scattered along the sand. Spreading out the towels, Jack and Elizabeth both took their spots on them, enjoying the sun, each other, and waiting for another plane.

Just as Jack was beginning to doze off, Elizabeth tapped his arm. "I think one is coming."

Jack sat up and looked toward the horizon. Seeing a dark spot against the clouds, Jack watched it gradually get closer.

"Yes, that's one. Let's go over there so we can be underneath it.

With apprehension, Elizabeth joined him as they moved a little closer. Watching the plane increasingly get larger as it approached, Jack glanced at Elizabeth, grinning like a school boy. Holding his phone up, he began to take photos of its approach.

Keeping his phone up, Jack grabbed Elizabeth's hand and pulled her against him, draping his arm behind her back. As the plane approached, Jack moved over to be sure to be underneath it, Elizabeth still at his side.

As the plane flew overhead, seeming so close that they could almost touch it, the roar of the engines was deafening. Elizabeth covered her ears as she watched it pass over, while Jack continued to record.

They spent the next hour watching a few small planes land and just before they were going to leave, they noticed everyone moving out of the area and a large jumbo jet was turning onto the runway. Taking her hand, Jack led Elizabeth to the side, away from the area directly behind the plane.

"What's happening?" She asked.

"That jet is about to take off and we don't want to be standing behind it when it does."

"What about them?" She asked, pointing toward a few brave, or dumb, people that were standing with their feet braced, waiting for the pilot to go full throttle.

Just then, a burst of wind, filled with water and sand, blew across the small road, the beach, and into the water, knocking people over along the way. Jack and Elizabeth turned their heads and covered their faces against the sand cloud that covered them. Jack wrapped his arms around her, blocking her from the skin pelting wind.

Once the plane took off and the dust cloud settled, Jack released Elizabeth and brushed the sand from her hair.

"Well, that was an experience," she said.

"Yes, it was," Jack laughed. "How about we get our things and go back to the house and fix something to eat?"

"Sounds perfect."

…..

As Jack grilled the steaks, Elizabeth prepared the rest of the meal inside; consisting of green beans with bacon and onions, baked potatoes, and a small salad. Once the steaks were done, they sat down at the outdoor table and enjoyed the meal along with light hearted conversation.

After washing dishes and putting everything away, they retired to the front room and flipped through the channels, looking for a movie to watch. Stopping on Bride Wars, Jack set the remote down and wrapped his arm around Elizabeth as she settled into his side.

Laughing through the entire movie, the couple snuggled closely together as Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson sabotaged each other's weddings.

As the movie ended, Jack turned the TV off and Elizabeth walked around the house, turning the lights off. In their pajamas, they slipped into bed, holding each other, and quickly fell asleep.

November 22nd, 2009 - La Perla Classic Villa, St. Martin, Caribbean

After an early morning snorkeling excursion, where they saw sea turtles, a sting ray, and a dozen different types of fish, including some parrot fish and wrasses, Jack and Elizabeth drove around the island, exploring areas they had yet to see. With the top down and the wind blowing through their hair, they took their time and made frequent stops at landmarks and little shops, as well as trying out another restaurant that had been recommended by a local.

Late afternoon, a storm cloud rolled in overhead and after putting the top up, they headed back to the villa.

In shorts and a crop t-shirt, Elizabeth laid on her stomach, her head at the foot of the bed, looking through the villa toward the beach, watching the rain softly fall.

Laying on his back with his head on the pillow, Jack held her foot at his chest, lovingly massaging it, before moving to the other one.

The couple listened to the rain gently fall, a soothing sound, and drew in deep breaths, smelling the freshness created by the small droplets that cascaded down from the clouds.

"This sound is so relaxing," Elizabeth stated, rolling onto her side, propping her head on her hand in order to see Jack.

"Yes, it is." Jack spun himself around on the bed and laid beside her, his face only inches from her own.

Running his hands through her hair, he asked, "What else do you want to do today?"

"I'm fine with just this," she smiled, brushing his cheek with the palm of her hand. "Maybe, if it stops raining, we can just walk along the beach."

"That sounds like a great idea," Jack replied, leaning forward to kiss her.

…..

Once the rain ended, they walked down to the beach, hand in hand, watching the waves gently roll in. Stopping now and again to kiss or whisper something into each other's ears, the couple casually made their way along the sand, looking at other villas that were scattered along the beach. Occasionally, Elizabeth would spot a seashell or sea glass and stop to pick them up. Reaching the beach in front of their villa, they sat in the sand and watched the waves gently roll in, spotting a pod of dolphins playing in the distance.

Once back in their villa, they worked together in preparing a pasta dish for dinner, followed by bowls of ice cream doused in caramel and chocolate sauce.

As she set the bowls into the sink, she felt Jack's arms move around her waist. Turning in his embrace, she met his lips with hers.

"Mmmm...you taste like caramel. I love caramel," she said, moving her lips back to his.

Getting an idea, Jack picked up the bottles of caramel and chocolate in one hand, and took Elizabeth's hand in the other.

"What are you doing with those?" She asked as she followed him to the bedroom.

"I want some dessert," he answered, grinning over his shoulder to her.

"You just had dessert."

"I want more." Setting the bottles on the side table, Jack turned to face Elizabeth. "Trust me?"

"Always."

Jack grabbed the hem of her shirt and pulled it over her head, then reached behind her and unsnapped her bra in one quick motion. Moving to her shorts, he unbuttoned and unzipped them, slowly pushing them and her panties over her hips until they fell to the floor. Reaching back and grabbing his own shirt, he pulled it over his head and dropped it to the floor next to hers.

Taking her hands, he guided her to the edge of the bed, where she sat back and swung her legs around, scooting up to the pillow.

Jack sat on the edge of the bed and picked up the bottle of chocolate syrup. Flipping the lid, he held it over Elizabeth's stomach and drizzled a small amount onto her skin, which he proceeded to lick off.

Gripping his arm, Elizabeth squeezed it as his tongue grazed across her skin, leaving a warm, wet trail across her abdomen. With the bottle still in his hand, Jack made a thin, sparse trail of chocolate from her belly button up between her breasts to the divot of her throat. Starting at her belly, Jack slowly and meticulously ran his tongue along the trail, licking up the syrup, taking care to get it all off her skin.

As he neared her breasts, he veered from the trail, kissing and gently sucking each one, before returning to his path. Elizabeth arched her back each time he'd come in contact with a sensitive area, driving her wild and sending her insides into a frenzy.

Once he reached her throat and had removed all the chocolate, he moved his lips across her neck from one side to the other, enjoying the reaction from Elizabeth that this caused.

Setting the bottle down on the table, he reached for the caramel and popped open the lid.

"Want some?" He asked Elizabeth, grinning his ornery grin, wiggling his eyebrows.

Lifting her head to see what he had, she smiled. "And where am I supposed to put that?" She teased.

"I could think of a few places," Jack winked, handing her the bottle.

Jack laid back onto the pillow, a huge grin across his face and his arms behind his head, "Pour away, Baby."

Giggling, she took the bottle and poured a small amount on his chest. Awkwardly licking it off, she began laughing as she wiped the caramel from her face.

"Let me help you with that," Jack said, pulling her toward him and covering the side of her mouth with his, sucking the sweet, sticky sauce off. "There," he stated, smiling.

Returning to his chest, she poured a smaller amount and tried again. Being care to touch only her tongue to his skin, she gracefully removed the caramel.

"Mmmmm...you taste good," she teased. Seeing the fire in his eyes, her heart began to race as she set to work her way down his body.

Leaving small drops down his chest and across his six pack, she slowly licked each one up, one by one, as Jack writhed and squirmed against her. Grabbing the waistline to his shorts, she pulled them down over his hips, releasing his pulsing erection. Holding the bottle above it, she let three drops fall onto the tip and quickly covered him with her mouth.

After only a couple minutes, Jack felt as if he'd explode and held out as long as he could before grabbing her and pulling her up onto him.

March 3rd, 1997 – Thornton Ranch

Sixteen-year-old Jack found his dad sitting in the back room, drinking his morning coffee, and took a seat beside him.

"Good morning, Son."

"Morning, Dad."

"Something on your mind?" Thomas asked before taking another drink of his coffee.

"I don't know."

Turning in his seat to face him, Thomas sat his coffee cup down on the side table to give Jack his whole attention.

"Tell me what's on your mind."

Shifting in his seat, Jack rested his elbow on the chair, and began. "I was just wondering how you knew Mom was the one?"

"Oh, I see," Thomas stated, leaning forward and placing his arms across his legs. "Son, when you meet the One, you will know it, without a doubt."

"How?"

"The sight of her will suck the air from your lungs, her voice will send your heart racing, your life will never truly begin until you meet her. Your future will light up before you like runway lights leading you to a life with her with one look into her eyes. You will think that you've been living until the moment her hand touches yours, then your eyes will be opened to what you've been missing. Your mother does that for me. My life began the moment I saw her walking toward me at a rodeo almost eighteen years ago. Before that moment, I had just been drifting through life without a real purpose."

"I hope I find that one day," Jack said, leaning back into the chair. "None of my friends' parents seem near as happy as you and Mom."

"You will, son. And in the meantime," Thomas picked up his coffee cup and turned it between his hands. "Prepare for your future. Prepare for that moment when the fireworks light up the night sky for you."

"What do you mean?"

Taking a quick sip from the cup, Thomas returned it to the table before continuing. "I once heard a parable about two farmers facing difficult times. These two farmers looked out over their dry, dusty fields as there'd been a drought the year before.

But the coming year threatened to be even worse. As another season of drought was predicted in the forecasts, both farmers prayed and asked God to send the rain.

Weeks passed with no rain. Both men said they had faith in God to answer their prayers, but only one of the farmers did something. He climbed on his tractor, plowed his field and planted seeds.

Eventually, God answered the farmers' prayers and sent rain, but only one farmer reaped a harvest. He trusted the Lord and planned for His blessing."

Jack sat listening, nodding his head as his father spoke.

"What man will you be? Will you prepare your field, your life, and be ready for what the Lord sends you? Or will you sit back and wait for the blessing to arrive but not be ready to accept it?"

"I want to be ready; I want to be prepared. But what does that mean? What do I do?"

Thomas slid to the edge of his chair and laid his hand on Jack's knee. "You live your life for the Lord, you pray and pray again. You do things and plan things in your life knowing that God will provide for you. Let's pray right now, Jack."

Waking, Jack turned in the bed, facing Elizabeth, who was sound asleep on her back. Keeping his head on the pillow, he watched her sleep, his eyes scanning her body. Closing his eyes, he began to pray, thanking the Lord for bringing the rain. When he opened his eyes, he saw Elizabeth looking at him.

Lifting his hand, he laid it on her neck, rubbing her cheek with his thumb. "You are a blessing from God."

"So are you, Jack." She moved her hand to cover his that remained on her face. "Is something wrong?"

"Nothing at all. Everything is perfect," he smiled, staring into her eyes.

Elizabeth turned to her side, the two still laying with their heads on their pillows, looking at one another.

"Are you sure there isn't something wrong," she asked, seeing something in his eyes.

"Honestly, nothing is wrong, it's just right. I was just thinking back to a conversation with my dad when I was a teenager."

"Can you tell me about it?"

Jack moved his hand down to her arm, rubbing it up and down. "I asked him one day how he knew Mom was the one."

"And what did he say?"

Jack repeated the conversation to her, the best he could remember it, trying to recall his dad's exact words.

"Your father was a very wise man. I wish I'd been able to meet him."

"So do I, Beth. But even more, I wish he'd met you."

"So...did you?"

"Did I what?"

"Prepare for the rain?"

Smiling again, he returned his hand to her cheek, "Yes, I did."

Dropping her gaze and thinking for just a brief moment, she returned her eyes to his. "The house."

Nodding, Jack replied, "The house." Jack paused briefly before continuing. "I would think of his words from time to time, but the destructive path I was on kept me from really applying it to my life. At that time, I saw no point in it. But when I was working on the plans for the house, his voice was in the back of my mind and wouldn't stop. I was planning on building a small ranch house just for me, but every time I would speak to the contractor, I heard my dad telling me to prepare for the rain. Over and over, I heard that phrase. So, I began working on the plans for the house as it is now. As soon as I did, I felt a relief wash over me. At the time, I didn't know what it was, but since getting back into church and studying the Bible, I now know that it was God speaking to me."

"That's amazing, Jack. God sure works in mysterious ways."

"Yes, he most definitely does."

Thinking back to what he said earlier, Elizabeth asked, "Do I really do that to you, Jack? What your mother did to your father."

"Yes, and then some." With his hand still on her neck and rubbing her cheek with his thumb, Jack leaned toward her and kissed her softly on the lips. "I was stumbling through life until I met you. I don't even like to think of how many times I tripped and fell, trying to run toward something that I shouldn't have been running to. The moment I saw you, a new path came into view like it was actually, physically there. I'm sorry I didn't recognize it for what it was immediately. I knew I wanted to follow it, I knew you waited at the end for me, but I stumbled a few more times before I got my footing and ran down it." A tear rolled down Jack's cheek and soaked into the pillow.

"But you did gain your footing, that's what matters, Jack." Elizabeth reached up and wiped away another tear that began to fall down his cheek, while her own began to pool.

"I did. And I'm so thankful for that. I can't imagine life without you in it."

"And you won't have to." She moved forward, connecting her lips to his.

Jack reached around her, pulling her against him, listening to the soft music that was piped through the house, as they laid in each other's arms.

…..

Elizabeth walked out of the closet after changing into her new red two-piece bathing suit.

"Jack?" She called out.

"In here. I'll just be a second," he answered from the bathroom.

Picking up the beach towel she had laid on the bed, Elizabeth walked into the front room to find some music on the television. Finding a Miranda song right away, she set the remote down and began to sing along with her favorite country artist to her new release of The House the Built Me. Sitting on the chaise lounge, she leaned back, closed her eyes, and continued to sing the lyrics.

Hearing the bathroom door open, Elizabeth opened her eyes and sat up.

"Okay, I'm ready to go swim." Jack strutted out in an almost non-existent American flag speedo.

"What are you wearing?" Elizabeth exclaimed.

"What? Oh, this?" Jack pranced around the room as if he was on a runway, spinning and posing, showing off his suit. "I picked this up the other day when we went shopping."

"You need to go change." Elizabeth said, getting to her feet, trying not to laugh at his craziness.

"Why? You don't like it?" He began walking toward the pool when Elizabeth tried to stop him.

"Seriously, you aren't going out there like that are you?"

"What's wrong, Elizabeth? Are you afraid someone might see me?"

"Well, you look ridiculous," she said, unable to hold the laughter back.

Jack continued toward the pool, shaking his ass back and forth as he walked. Elizabeth, who wasn't about to let him be seen by anyone, ran toward him. Catching him off guard, she hit him with the weight of her body and wrapped her arms around him, sending the both of them splashing into the pool.

"Hey, that's my move," Jack said, coming up for air and wiping the water from his face.

"I just thought I'd help you cool off," she replied, grinning. Reaching for his speedo, she tugged it down, sliding it over his hips.

"What are you doing, Beth?"

"Getting rid of this thing."

Pulling the bathing suit from his legs, he pulled it out of the water, handing it to Elizabeth who proceeded to toss it across the patio.

"Just so you know. I had no intentions on taking those home," he said, closing the space between them and wrapping his arms around her.

"I'm very glad to hear that."

Reaching behind her, he began to untie her top behind her neck.

"Jack," she said, pulling his arms down. "What are you doing?"

"No one can see us."

"What if someone walks by on the beach?"

"They can't see up here. We're safe," he grinned, reaching up to the tie behind her neck once more.

Not stopping him this time, she moved forward and wrapped her arms around him, grabbing his firm butt with both hands.

"Whoa!" Jack exclaimed, surprised and turned on by her sudden action.

Making quick work of her swimsuit top, he tossed it into the air, the water flying from it as it spun and hit the deck. Reaching to her hips, he untied the sides and let the fabric fall and float through the water. Pushing his way through the water toward the steps, pulling Elizabeth with him, he sat on one, his body out of the water just to his chest. Elizabeth straddled him, brushing her knees against his sides, and using her hand, she guided him into her and pressed down hard over him.

With his air quickly forced from his lungs, he took in a deep breath and gripped her hips, moving her up and down along his shaft. Moving his hands to her back, he pressed his palms against her wet skin, bringing her to him, taking a breast in his mouth.

Elizabeth continued to slowly rock her hips, with her head tipped back, opening access to the front of her throat where Jack moved his lips.

A voice from the beach floated up to the couple; someone calling out to their dog, Jasper, to come to them.

Giggling and pressing her chest against Jack's, attempting to unnecessarily hide herself, Elizabeth reached her arms around Jack's neck.

Moving further and deeper into the water, Jack held her against him, remaining inside her, as he switched to the other side of the pool. Feeling confident that they could not be seen, Elizabeth relaxed in Jack's arms as he proceeded to hold her against the wall, and pressed deep inside her, causing her to let out a slight moan before she quickly covered her mouth with her hand.

Removing her hand from her mouth, Jack covered her lips with his and continued to thrust hard into her. With their lips locked together and silencing each other's moans, Jack quickened and deepened his motions, bringing them both to the much-anticipated moment of spectacular climax.

…..

As Jack showered, Elizabeth browsed through her closet, trying to determine what dress to wear for their sunset dinner cruise on the Tango catamaran. Settling on a pink, brown and white geometric printed maxi dress with straps that were gathered with a metal band on each one and a deep v-neckline, she slipped it over her head and picked up a pair of flat sandals. Sitting on the edge of the bed as she strapped her shoes on, Jack walked in wearing only a towel. Unable to take her eyes off of him, Elizabeth stared as he walked by and into the closet, oblivious to his effect he'd had on her.

As he stood at the clothing rod, searching for a shirt, he looked out, catching Elizabeth still staring at him. Abandoning his search, he stepped into the room.

"What?"

Moving her hands up and down, motioning to his body, she replied, "You need to put all of that away or we're going to be late."

Laughing, he walked to her, placing his hands on the bed on either side of her, he pressed his lips against hers, pushing her back onto the bed.

"Only because we have reservations we have to get to on time, that's a little taste of later on," Jack said, straightening and pulling her up, returning to the closet. Dropping his towel to the floor along the way, he looked over his shoulder and grinned.

….

In his navy shorts, light blue and white pin striped long-sleeved shirt, and loafers, Jack walked to Elizabeth's door, opening it and helping her out of the car.

"Have I told you that you look amazing tonight?" He asked, pulling her in for a kiss.

"A couple times," she grinned. "You do too, Jack. Grabbing his waist and squeezing slightly, she continued, "You make all your clothes look good," she teased.

Chuckling at her statement, he took her hand and the walked to the dock where the Tango was waiting.

Once on board with all the other passengers that they would be dining and sailing with, they found an empty seat at the back of the boat.

Shortly after they were out in the water, music began to play through the speakers and the crewmembers took turns dancing as they worked through their routine of hoisting the sails. With pure awe at the teamwork, both Jack and Elizabeth watched as each person did their part in getting them safely out to deeper waters.

With the waters a little rough, the front of the boat rocked up and down as they maneuvered through the waves a bit further out to sea. Smiling and thoroughly enjoying herself, Elizabeth turned to Jack to see a look on his face like he was about to be sick.

Turning in her seat, she laid her hand on his knee. "Are you alright?" She whispered to him.

Shaking his head, he replied, "Not so much."

"Do you need a bucket?"

"I don't know yet."

Flagging down a crewmember, she asked for a bucket and if they had anything they could give him.

Returning with a metal pail and a small bottle of peppermint oil, Jose poured a couple drops onto the side of Jack's hand and told him to breathe it in.

Obeying, Jack sat with his hand in front of his face and continued to inhale the minty scent, waiting for it to work. Elizabeth rubbed his back with one hand as she kept her other on his knee.

"Do you want some water?" She finally asked.

Jack just shook his head without speaking.

Digging through her purse, Elizabeth finally found what she was looking for. Pulling out a pill tube of Dramamine, she dropped one into her hand and offered it to Jack.

"Here, take a Dramamine. I didn't know you got sea sick or I would have given it to you before we left."

Taking it from her hand and tossing it in the back of his throat and swallowing, Jack replied, "Neither did I." Returning his head to his hands, he sat and took deep breaths through his nose.

Looking around the boat, Elizabeth saw two men leaning over buckets, a woman with a bucket on her lap and her head tipped back, and a little boy with is head on his mom's lap as she ran her fingers through his hair.

After ten minutes of crashing against the waves, the boat finally turned and the motions were reduced drastically.

Leaning down in front of Jack's face, Elizabeth softly said, "It should get better now. We aren't going against the waves anymore."

Nodding his head to let her know he heard her, he remained as he was. Another ten minutes passed and Jack finally straightened and looked out at the horizon.

Turning his head to Elizabeth, he laid his hand on hers, "Sorry about this. I'm spoiling a beautiful evening."

"No, you're not, Jack," she replied.

"I need to try to walk around."

Jack stood on shaky legs and walked into the cabin of the boat with Elizabeth following behind him. Finding bottles of water resting in a tub filled with ice, he picked one up, twisted the top off and downed half the bottle.

Returning her hand to his back, she began rubbing it again.

With his hands resting on the counter top, he turned his head toward her and smiled.

"Feeling better?" She asked.

Nodding his head, he answered, "Yes, beginning to."

A small giggle escaped Elizabeth and Jack gave her a sideways glance. "Something funny?" He asked.

"I'm so sorry. I tried to hold that in. But...you..."

"Me, what?"

"You're this big, tough cowboy that rides bulls for a living but yet a boat got the better of you."

Seeing the irony in the situation, Jack joined her in laughing and stepped toward her, softly kissing her cheek.

Seeing the crew beginning to place food into the metal serving containers, Jack and Elizabeth moved out of the way.

Nicki, the only female crewmember, smiled at them, "Dinner will be served shortly."

With their plates and drinks in hand, Jack and Elizabeth sat at a table toward the front of the boat. Grilled Mahi Mahi, oven roasted chicken with a sweet Caribbean sauce, island rice and peas, fried plantains, mixed salad, and potato salad were their choices for the evening. That, paired with a full bar, Jack, who was feeling back to normal, and Elizabeth enjoyed their evening immensely. Dessert choices of double chocolate brownies or island fruit cobbler rounded out their evening as they watched the sun sink below the horizon, lighting up the sky in bright hues of reds, oranges and golds. Jack stood, holding onto the railing, as Elizabeth was tucked under his arm with her head against his chest, as the catamaran made its way back to the island.

The following day was filled with more island exploring in the morning, and the afternoon was spent alone in their villa for their final full day. Getting their laundry washed in the provided washer and dryer, the couple began to pack their suitcases, trying to find room for all the souvenirs they had purchased.

Once that task was done, they sat back in the lounge chairs on the beach and watched another sunset roll in.

As they drove to the airport with the top down, Jack took a long route to extend their time on the island just a little bit longer. Holding her hand, he lifted it to his lips and glanced to her.

"It's time to return to reality," he said, a slight grin on his face but a little bit of sadness in his eyes.

Nodding her head, she replied, "I'm ready to get home, but I'm not ready to leave here."

"I know exactly what you mean."

"Wait here and I'll go get the truck," Jack said, giving her a quick kiss then left her standing with their luggage.

A few minutes later, Jack pulled up in front of her in his truck. Jumping out, he took the luggage from her and placed them into the bed. Feeling the brisk air hit her, she climbed into the cab that had just began to warm up.

Once Jack was back inside, she slid across the seat to sit next to him. "It's too cold here," she said, rubbing her arms. Jack put the truck in drive and placed his arm across her shoulders, pulling her into him to warm her up.

"Let's get home and get a fire started," Jack said, giving her another quick kiss before pulling out into the street.

"That sounds like a perfect idea."

Turning onto the ramp to the interstate, Jack merged into traffic onto the road that would lead them home, as he began to think about their perfect, normal life that was about to truly begin.
