I wandered lonely as a cloud

Everywhere around

They were dancing

In the wind with no sound

I was in the middle,

Seeing nothing but yellow

And whispering a riddle

Undisturbed they went on,

Like they didn't notice my presence

As if the sight was never gone

It would never leave my mind

This view with bright colours

It is one of a kind

Here I wandered lonely as a cloud

Through this barrier of nature

There was totally no doubt

It secluded me from the other world

Which I so deeply loath

Now seeing a kind of dream-world

All those flowers not knowing

What was on the other side

All those people bellowing

Always noise and sound

However, here ever so quiet

As if being underground

Still are they dancing with their leaves

Shinning brightly in the sun

Stealing all beauty like thieves

Here I wandered lonely as a cloud

Feeling joy and hope spread through me

I nearly wanted to shout it entirely out

But then it would break the charm

With is air full of magic

I didn't want it to harm

Each and every flowers waltzing

Through thunder and rain

Every wrong thought went freezing

Looking in some kind of yellow blaze

Burning here in the field all-around

With an unnatural sort of grace

Forgetting everything supposed to be done

Just sitting doing nothing at all

Nevertheless time kept ticking on

Here I wandered lonely as a cloud

Yet I had to go away from here

This was what it was all about
