Chapter 11: Harsh Conditions

Sunday 25th March Age 792

The sun was beaming through the window, shining right on the faces of the two teens, still asleep on the couch, leaning up against one another. Pan was the first to wake up, the sun shining right in her eyes. She lifted a hand to block it out and opened her eyes, sitting up and moving over to the window to cover the curtains. She yawned and turned back to see that Noca was still asleep on the couch.

Reality began to dawn on her. He eyes went wide and she practically froze on the spot. The events of the previous night shot through her mind, like a highlight reel. She sat in the chair by the window for a moment and just stared at Noca. They both had a pretty overwhelming experience that previous night, and Pan was thinking over it all, finally landing on the one truly good part. The nicest part, at least. Pan smiled to herself and looked back to Noca.

He started to stir a little and turned to see her. He blinked a couple of times and almost fell asleep again but snapped awake when he realised, he wasn't in his bedroom. He sat up and stretched, yawning.

"Good morning," Pan said. Noca smiled weakly at her and stood up.

"Morning," He said, looking back at the couch and how it had become quite messy from them sleeping on it. "We should probably clean up before your parents get back," Noca suggested as he started to sort out the cushions and fold up the blanket. Pan stood up and took the dishes they had used to the kitchen to wash them up, throwing away any rubbish as well.

Neither of them said anything to each other as they tidied up, unsure of what words to actually use. It had been such a strange moment between them the previous night and they just didn't feel right talking about it, at least at that moment. Pan couldn't get it out of her head though. Seeing Noca transform, and then he initiated their second kiss. Pan still couldn't believe they actually kissed, it was weird and nice.

She was brought back to reality when Noca entered the kitchen and cleared his throat. Pan almost dropped the glass she was washing and turned around.

"What's up?" She asked. Noca knew he had caught her off guard and he himself felt weird.

"Sorry, I was just coming to say I'm gonna take a shower, and clean up," He said, motioning to the stairs. Pan shook her head, bringing herself back to the moment.

"Yeah, of course, go," She said, smiling and waving her hand for him to go. Noca smiled back and went off up the stairs. Pan took a deep breath and turned around to face the sink again. "Wow," She said to herself, feeling like her heart rate had increased. She chuckled to herself and continued cleaning up.

Noca got his bedroom and walked in, closing the door behind him. His curtains remained closed, so it was very dark in there, aside from the tiniest bit of sunlight poking through a gap. Noca leaned against his door and rested his head on his. He chuckled to himself and shook his head. He felt so nervous all of a sudden. He didn't know what to make of everything that happened.

First his spar with Pan had left him feeling a newfound sense of appreciation for the girl, and he couldn't help but see her in a new light. Secondly, she kissed him. They kissed. Twice. It was weird. It was also very nice. But still weird. Noca shook his head and walked to the bathroom. He glanced at himself in the mirror as he went to get in the shower but stopped and walked back to look in the mirror again.

He looked in his own eyes. They looked normal, aside from a little redness. He was still feeling pretty tired from exhausting a whole bunch of energy the previous night. He kept looking at himself, afraid he might see something new, strange, something he didn't like. He looked at his hair, noticing it was normal. Then, for a moment, the image of himself, or a version of himself, killing his own mother, and then Pan. He shook his head and he started to get teary eyes. He went to wash his hands and face, but the water immediately came out very hot and Noca winced, falling back on to his toilet. He whacked his head on a shelf as he fell and groaned, placing his hand on the back of his head.

"Fuck…" He moaned. He looked up at the mirror again and for a moment thought he saw the doppelganger. He jumped up to his feet, ready to fight, but saw only his own reflection. He took a deep breath, but noticed his heart was pounding. He looked down at his hand and saw a little bit of blood. He looked behind him and saw the shelf above the toilet was hanging a little lower, and loose. There was a tiny hint of blood on the shelf. Noca felt his head and there was a slight sting, but it wasn't anything too damaging.

Noca ignored it and jumped in the shower either way, although he was anxious about the temperature of the water. Luckily it was normal. Noca sighed and had his shower in peace.

The teens decided to forgo their anticipated training session for the day, deciding that it was best if they relax after the night they had. Even though there had been some nice moments between the two, there had also been some difficult things going on for both of them, and they needed some alone time to readjust themselves.

Gohan and Videl returned home in the early afternoon, happy with how the house was nice and tidy, and nothing was destroyed. The four had dinner together and nothing much else happened for the rest of that day, but the teens continued to overthink things, in the safety of their respective bedrooms.

Monday 26th March Age 792

When in school, Noca and Pan didn't even have to mention anything about not saying a word about what happened over their weekend. They both knew that, not only did it have nothing to do with Bra and Kiera what happened to them, but it was also better for them to figure it out on their own, without interference from friends. They were still friends, so hopefully there wouldn't be any insinuations or investigation from either girl.

They managed to survive the first half of the day without any issues, and then there was lunch time. The most anticipated time of the day, aside from the end. The three girls and Noca were all sitting together at a table inside the cafeteria, just eating and chatting together. Bra was in the middle of telling a story.

"And then my mom showed me how to properly take a part the Dragon-Radar and put it back together and, oh my God, that was just too cool," Bra was saying. She turned to Noca who was unaware of the next fact. "Did you know that my mom built that thing when she was sixteen… like, I have to try and build something cool by then if I want to be just like her!" Bra said, getting excited when talking about it.

"Well, I didn't know that, I didn't even know about the Dragon Balls until about a week ago," Noca said, turning to Pan and smiling.

"To be fair, I still don't have a clue," Kiera said, laughing.

"Well, Noca actually has one," Pan said, motioning to the boy.

"You do?" Bra asked, sitting forward.

"Yeah?" Noca said, surprised by Bra's sudden intrigued nature, especially at a mere mention of the Dragon Ball.

"Well, how did you find it?" Bra asked.

"I didn't. It was given to me by my village Elder the day I left the village," Noca explained, turning to Kiera next. "He believed it would give me good luck after my mother died," Noca said casually, which earned him strange looks from both Kiera and Pan, who then turned to look at Bra, who's excited and intrigued nature dropped away, to be replaced by a sympathetic one. Noca looked at both Kiera and Pan, and then Bra. He sighed.

"Noca… I…" Bra started. Noca raised his hand.

"It's ok, you don't have to say anything, there's nothing I haven't already heard," Noca said, with a nervous scoff. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner, these two already knew."

Both the other girls were apologetic for leaving Bra out of the loop, but she was fine and understanding. She knew not to pry further and accepted that Noca wasn't exactly broadcasting that information.

Which is why the fact that Billy and his table of friends could hear their conversation is something Noca wouldn't be best pleased about. Billy started to laugh with his friends as a devious plan started to formulate.

At the end of lunch, Noca and the girls were walking back through the halls, towards the lockers, when all of a sudden Billy and his friends rush past them, the former grabbing Noca's backpack. Noca didn't have the best grip on it so it easily slipped off of his shoulder and down his arm.

"Oops, you should take better care of your things," Billy said, as he and his friends showed they had stolen some condiments from the cafeteria and started to pour it in his bag. Noca just watched, shaking his head and sighing, sounding exasperated.

"Real mature, guys," Bra said, hands on hips.

"Didn't you get the message last time," Pan said, standing forward. Billy laughed.

"What? Need girls to stand up for you now? Too good to do it yourself?" Billy said, a teasing tone in his voice, but it was nothing to Noca.

"You can keep that," Noca said, motioning to the bag. It didn't have any sentimental value, it wasn't the one he travelled with, it was just a Capsule Corp. one.

"You sure you don't want it back?" Billy asked, as Noca and the girls carried on, walking past him. Billy waited until Noca was past. "It's not like mommy's gonna buy you a new one."

Noca halted. The girls knew why, and they all turned around to face Billy but Noca just stayed there.

"Take that back, Billy," Pan requested, "That's low, even for you."

Billy scoffed and looked to his friends who were all sniggering. Billy didn't say anything and threw Noca's bag back at him, hitting him on the head. Noca hadn't anticipated it and it actually caught him off guard. The Saiyan teen dropped forward, losing his balance, but managed to keep still. Kiera went to him to see if he was ok and noticed there was a little bit of blood starting to trickle down his neck. The cut from the previous day had been opened back up. Noca didn't even notice it.

"Noca… your head," Kiera mentioned. Pan turned to see the blood as well. She moved to him.

"Are you ok?" She asked.

Noca put his hand up and turned around, looking at his bag on the floor. It was ruined. The school stuff he kept inside was ruined. Noca took a deep breath, closed his eyes, exhaled, and opened his eyes. He glared towards Billy.

"I think we made him angry," Billy said, turning to his friends again. A couple of his friends laughed, but one of them seemed to remember what had happened last time Billy made Noca angry and took a step back. "Go, run off and cry at your mommy's grave!" Billy said, making crying motions and laughing. Noca continued to glare at him.

He wasn't thinking rationally. A part of him said Billy was just acting out for attention, but the other part of him was angry with his words. Mix that in with the memories of his dream returning, and Noca was growing livid. Pan could sense it, but she could also feel something else. His power was raising. She moved towards him and went to reach for his hand but Noca moved suddenly.

The boy kicked his bag towards Billy. The bag lifted off of the ground and smacked right into Billy's face but before the boy could even fall back Noca had flashed towards him and thrust him up against the lockers. Noca was thrown into a blind rage, seeing nothing but fire and flashes of that dream. He clenched his fist and raised it.

"Noca, don't!" Pan yelled, rushing towards him. Noca didn't stop and he punched, but he didn't hit Billy. He struck the locker beside the boy, crashing right through the metal. Billy winced and let out a cry of fear. He kept his eyes closed, realising he was fine and wished for the moment to end.

"Look at me," Noca muttered. Billy turned to look at Noca, albeit very nervously. He was shaking. Noca glared right into his eyes and said nothing more as he slammed his fist into Billy's gut but held back. It was still enough to wind the boy. He let Billy drop to the floor and turned around, walking out of the school, into the ground, and he quickly flew away.

Everyone left in the hall started to filter away, awkwardly, walking around Billy, walking past the girls, just getting on with their days. Pan looked down at Billy, and Noca's things. She looked up towards the door and wanted to fly after him, but knew she had to get on with the rest of her school day. She hoped Noca would be ok.

Noca didn't stop flying until he reached the house. He dropped down and walked in, realising nobody was home. He decided that he couldn't be in the house at that moment and he walked back outside. As he did rain started to fall, but it wasn't light. It was as if the heavens themselves opened up and a torrential rain began.

Noca didn't care. Maybe the water would douse the flames growing inside of him. Noca could feel his power swelling. He was feeling like he needed to just let out. He had been storing so much anger and sadness, his emotions were locked down and hidden away so much that he still felt like a huge release was needed. He had far too much pent-up aggression.

He carried on walking through the field as is started to feel waterlogged from the heavy downpour. His feet were sloshing through the forming puddles as he headed into the next area over, further away from the house. Safer, he thought. More isolated.

He dropped to his knees, took a couple of breaths before inhaling deeply. He looked up to the sky and screamed with an intensity like nothing he had felt before. Sure, he had exuded a lot of energy in moments, often forgetting what had happened, and then there was that moment at the weekend where Pan said he had become a Super Saiyan, a power he had only seen in action once from Vegeta.

Yet it was a familiar power, something that he felt within himself. He continued to scream, feeling like he wouldn't let up and, in that moment, he felt a snap, a spark within his body and the golden aura returned. Noca looked down at his hands, realising it had happened again, but he wasn't in control of it. He didn't know what to make of any of it.

There was a slight release and Noca flashed back to normal, falling forward, putting his hands out to stop himself. He was sitting on his hands and knees in the wet field. He was soaked, muddy, but he didn't care. The water washed some of it away, but his rage was still in there and he wanted nothing more than to exert it some more.

He decided to raise his power level, by choice. This was to get someone's attention. Within half an hour after he did that, he could sense Gohan's power level approaching. Noca was sitting on the ground, his clothes soaked through, but he didn't feel cold or uncomfortable. Gohan landed, he had used a jet because of the bad weather. He stepped out, holding up an umbrella, but immediately his feet were soaked from the puddles. He walked to Noca.

"What's wrong?" He asked, bending down. Noca looked up at him.

"I want to fight you," Noca said. Gohan's brow furrowed and he went to say something and judging from his expression it was going to be some sort of rejection. Noca didn't allow that. "You don't get a choice!"

Noca jumped up and tried to punch Gohan right in the face. The Saiyan man backed up, letting his umbrella be carried away with the wind and he landed back in a stance as Noca dropped back down. Gohan was surprised, worried even, but he could sense some sort of personal turmoil in Noca's mind and decided to oblige him in this moment. He nodded and clenched his fists.

The teen darted forward, showing a burst of pace better than anything Gohan had seen from him before. The boy jabbed with his right and Gohan dodged to the left, but Noca followed up with a left kick towards Gohan's head that was easily blocked. Gohan then used his free hand to push Noca away with a pulse. Noca was knocked back and flipped back to land on his feet and darted towards the experienced Saiyan again.

He attacked with a right jab that only pounded against Gohan's raised left arm. Noca tried the same with his left, and back to the right, receiving only the same results. After those failed attempts he went with a right footed kick, aimed for Gohan's ribs but the older Saiyan moved his right arm down, and wrapped it around Noca's leg, stopping the momentum. He unwrapped the arm, spinning Noca's whole body and the boy moved a few feet through the air and landed on his front in the mud.

Noca slowly pushed himself up, his hand slipping in the wet mud, but Noca managed to get his face out of it at least. He felt covered, his vision was partially impaired, and he tried to shake it out of his face. He attempted wiping it away with his arm but that didn't do the best job. As he stood up and let the rain wash over him, that seemed to do the trick. He steadied himself and looked towards Gohan, to see that the older Saiyan was just falling back into his defensive stance again.

He certainly wasn't giving Noca a lot to roll with. In fact, it seemed like Gohan was very reluctant to give the boy anything in this moment. It was like he didn't even want to fight or train the boy and Noca was beginning to find that very frustrating. But when he started to think about it, Noca's fighting had been very panicked, uncontrolled. He was being erratic and not paying attention to the moves he was making. He was too absorbed with the thought of landing some punches and kicks that he was forgetting to actually look for an opening.

To be perfectly honest, the teen just wanted to take out his anger on someone whom he knew could take it and hold their own. But if Gohan wasn't going to show at least a little bit of effort and actually fight back, then Noca was going to have to force him to.

The teen cracked his neck, raised his arms, and slid his foot forward a little, and then he pounced. This time, he took a brief moment to actually look towards Gohan's feet to analyse his positioning. He decided to attempt something that he had technically picked up from Pan, although he would try to put his own spin on it.

He lifted his left leg up, only slightly, trying to make it seem like he was preparing for a high kick but just as he landed on his right foot in front of Gohan, he instead kicked his left foot down towards Gohan's right foot, causing it to slip away a little bit. In anticipation of Noca's move Gohan had raised his right arm slightly, preparing to have to block but he was genuinely caught off guard by Noca's change of momentum and decision making in the fight. He misjudged it and he would pay a small price for that.

Noca found his spot, his moment, his opening, and he pounded his right fist into Gohan's chest, and then he retracted his left leg a little, and used it to kick right into Gohan's ribs, managing to successfully land two blows on his opponent. Gohan backed up slightly, grabbing his side and grunting. Noca was quite pleased with himself and moved in for another hit.

He darted forward and jabbed with his right towards Gohan's face, but Gohan raised his left arm, knocking Noca's hand away and jabbed with his own right, landing a punch on the boy's face. Noca backed up and tried to shake it off, but that punch hurt a bit. Noca realised that Gohan was starting to put a bit of power into the fight. It was intriguing but also told the teen that Gohan had in fact been holding back all previous times, and not just a little bit.

Noca darted in again, and he jumped up with the intention and landing a kick down on Gohan's head, but this time the older Saiyan phased from view, meaning that Noca had nothing to hit. He simply landed down on the ground and turned to see the man had appeared a few feet away to the right. The teen made for his target again, but Gohan did the same thing, and phased, only this time he was up in the air. The boy looked up and saw Gohan floating, with his hands by his side. Noca growled and flew up to meet him.

He threw some rapid punches, all of which were dodged by Gohan. No blocks. He just dodged them all. Noca followed with a high right footed kick, but Gohan ducked down underneath it, grabbed Noca's left leg and rolled in the air, throwing Noca down towards the ground. Noca did manage to stop himself before he made any impact but Gohan appeared right in front of him and held out a hand, using a pulse to send the teen back into the mud. Noca splashed down and rolled a little bit, landing on his back. Gohan descended, standing back in the mud, but didn't attempt anything else. He just looked over at Noca, who lay motionless.

"Why are you scared?" Noca asked, Gohan raised his head a little, curious to see where Noca intended to go with that. The teen moved and slowly returned to his feet. "Are you afraid that I might actually be good enough to hold my own?" Noca asked. Gohan furrowed his brow, surprised at Noca's approach. He didn't seem like this previously. It was certainly a new way for him to act.

"I don't want to hurt you," Gohan said. Noca scoffed.

"I can't be hurt more than I already am," Noca muttered, making it difficult for Gohan to hear. "You won't even train your own daughter." Noca said. That was something that struck Gohan. He didn't want to train his daughter, and he felt bad about that, but as her parent it was his decision to make. "I think I know why, now. It's because you're too weak."

Gohan sighed, his aura flashing suddenly. He moved into a stance and looked forward. Noca smirked and darted towards him. The teen barely made an attempt to actually attack before Gohan moved and kicked Noca in the head, causing him to smack down into the mud again, hard. Noca jumped back up and went to move again but Gohan appeared quickly and jabbed forward. Noca put his arms up in a block in front of him but the older Saiyan's punch was strong and managed to take Noca off of his feet. It sent him back into the mud.

"Stay down," Gohan said, sounding a little sinister, but there was definitely a sense that he wanted to stop this. Noca groaned as he got back up and made an attempt to do the same thing with Gohan's foot again, but he just raised his leg to avoid Noca's foot and punched Noca square in the face. The teen fell to the ground again.

Noca was breathing heavily, but he wasn't out of breath. He was angry and frustrated, with himself. He clenched his fists and stood up again. He yelled out with his aura growing around him. Gohan raised his head, intrigued. Noca put both of his hands together in front of him and shot a Ki blast out of nowhere. It wasn't very powerful, but it was enough to catch Gohan off-guard.

The teen used that as his moment and flew towards Gohan again, managing to slam a kick into the side of his head, with as much power as he could muster. Gohan stumbled to the side and quickly reacted by blasting Noca with his own small Ki attack. The teen slammed down into the ground again but this time he wasn't getting up.

He wasn't unconscious, he just finally felt like he couldn't keep going. He groaned and slammed his fists down into the mud, causing it to splash up. Neither of them noticed that another capsule jet had touched down nearby, and Pan had jumped out. She rushed over, without an umbrella as the rain was finally stopping.

"What the hell is going on?" She asked, looking to her dad and then dropping down beside Noca to help him up. Gohan didn't say anything to Pan and just looked at Noca as she helped him up.

"If you want harsh training, and not the way I'm doing it, then I suggest you train with Vegeta," Gohan said, meaning it as if to say that Gohan himself was the best option, and no one wanted to train with Vegeta. Noca stood by himself, assuring Pan that he was ok, and he thought for a moment. Gohan turned and walked over to his capsule jet, capsulising it.

"Maybe I should," Noca said. He was a Saiyan after all, and maybe training with the Prince of all Saiyans, despite his so-called harsh ways, would really mould Noca into the kind of fighter he was meant to be. Pan looked to Noca wide eyed. She certainly thought it was a bad idea. Gohan was walking back towards them, the capsule in his hand and he looked down at Noca. "In fact, I do want to train with Vegeta."

Gohan was left a little speechless. The boy certainly had some great abilities, deep down, and he had a certain drive that he hadn't seen in someone for some time. Gohan didn't really understand the boy, nor did he understand what kind of training he was seeking out. Gohan shook his head.

"I don't know if I can let you do that," Gohan said.

"I'm sorry, but I don't think that's your decision to make," Noca said, looking up at Gohan. He stared into Gohan's eyes, narrowing his own, to show he really meant it. Gohan inhaled and looked towards the house. He spared another glance towards Noca and then walked on towards the house without another word.

"Are you insane?" Pan said, pulling on Noca's arm. "You can't train with Vegeta."

"Why not?" Noca asked. Pan was ready to protest but she knew what he was.

"He won't be fair on you," She assured him, standing a little closer, her hand still on his arm. Noca looked away, still thinking about it.

"I know. I don't deserve fair," Noca said, turning to face her again. "I deserve to be trained right."

After Noca had a shower, washing up properly, getting all that mud off, he went downstairs to see that Vegeta had been called around. It seemed as if Gohan had already informed him on what Noca wanted.

"You think you can train with me?" Vegeta scoffed, chuckling and turning his back on the boy. "Don't make me laugh."

"I can try my best, can't I?" Noca said, standing up to Vegeta. The Prince turned and looked at Noca out of the corner of his eye. "I need some brute force training. I have a lot of aggression I need to release."

Vegeta eyed him up, and if anyone had really been paying attention, they may have seen a twitch in his eye and a sort of realisation.

"Fine. We do it my way, and I won't have you running off to school. You train, with me, in the gravity room, when I say so." Vegeta lay his demands on the table and Noca simply nodded. "Get what you need, you'll be coming back with me today."

"Vegeta, don't be too hard on him," Gohan suggested. Videl stood up and looked at Gohan.

"This is a bad idea," Videl said to her husband. He assured her that he agreed with Noca in the sense that it wasn't really their decision to make. Noca wasn't their child, he may be their responsibility in a certain circumstance, but the boy made the decision himself and stood by it.

"I still want to have some training with you before the tournament," Gohan requested, taking a moment to talk to Noca before he sorted his stuff out to go to Capsule Corp. "While you may learn a lot about strength from Vegeta, you'll get more technique knowledge from me."

Noca agreed with Gohan.

"I'm not rejecting your training. I just need something different. I'm still learning about myself," Noca said, trying to keep it vague. Gohan nodded.

"Speaking of the tournament," Vegeta said, drawing the attention to him again. "I managed to convince Trunks to take part."

"Oh good, Goten will be happy to hear that," Gohan said. Pan cleared her throat and stepped up again.

"Seeing as Noca will be training with Vegeta for a little bit, and you're going to have free time again, I think you should train me," Pan said, standing up to her dad. She was trying to be more mature about it this time, and not moan like a child. She really wanted to train and felt like she had been patient.

Gohan looked at her and then to his wife. Videl gave him a knowing smirk. Gohan turned and caught the eye of Vegeta who also sent him a knowing look, but it was more of a raised eyebrow. He remembered what Vegeta had said about Pan being a lot like Goku. Gohan even took onboard the words from Noca about how Pan definitely had what it takes to be a great fighter.

"Ok, Pan. If you really want this, I can't keep denying you," Gohan said. Pan turned to Noca, a smile forming on her face. He smiled back at her and then she cheered for herself.

"Yes! Thank you, dad! You won't regret letting me do this," She said, giving him a hug. Gohan chuckled, as did Videl, while Vegeta just rolled his eyes. Noca found his moment to sneak off and sort his stuff out ready to head back to Capsule Corp.

While he was packing Pan came upstairs and sat down with him.

"I can't believe you're leaving here again," Pan said, shaking her head as she watched Noca grab the few things he really needed, which wasn't much. He just wanted a moment to talk to Pan.

"I know, and this time it was your dad beating me up," Noca joked, causing Pan to laugh a little, "I'll make sure I don't even get on your mom's bad side."

It was nice for the two to share a laugh together before being split apart again, only this time they were actually friends, and a lot more had happened between them that they still hadn't spoken about.

"I don't know what to do…" Pan muttered. Noca sat down beside her and looked ahead. He sighed.

"I think I know what you mean," He said. Pan reached over and took Noca's hand in hers. The boy looked to their hands and then to her.

"So much has happened and… I want to talk it through, figure out things, you know?" Pan said, looking into Noca's eyes. He nodded.

"I want that too," Noca said, looking down again. He scoffed and a small smile formed. "It's weird…"

"I think we should wait until after the tournament," Pan said, interrupting him. Noca closed his mouth and nodded. "I just think, we'll have less distractions, and we'll maybe have clearer heads."

"A lot happened," Noca replied, "It'll take us time to process. Maybe having time apart can help."

"Well, we will still see each other," Pan assured him, letting go of his hand and nudging him with her elbow. "I'll still visit Capsule Corp., when I can."

Noca chuckled and agreed with her. He grabbed the bag he was taking and headed back downstairs to see Vegeta. He said he was ready. Said a quick goodbye to Videl and Gohan, and then to Pan. He made it quick because he already had his proper goodbye moment with Pan. But obviously, it wasn't a permanent thing and Noca would still see them. Maybe it was the fear about leaving him in the hands of Vegeta that was worrying.

Noca was confident.

They stepped outside and Vegeta immediately blasted off, flying towards West City at his insane pace. Noca took a deep breath and took off, doing his best to keep up. If this flight was any indicator, Vegeta really was prepared to make Noca fend for himself, and would that spell badly for his training? Who knows?
