Special Note Before We Start: Some of you I tried to reach out to by PM, but some I couldn't reach. There is a special note at the end of last chapter that concerns the second book and an idea I'm presenting to everyone. There is a pole to go along with it. Please go back and read it and try to send your answer through either PM, review or Poll if you folks can! We really need your help!
Two Worlds, Two Souls
Chapter 73: To Blame Someone
Frisk's Point of View:
Okay, I know that wasn't always the smartest girl around, but even I knew that something was going on with my sister and Sans.
I'd noticed it not long after Milly and Robert were killed. The two of them were gone for most hours of the day at least once a week. For Sans that was hardly surprising, he was a sentry and tasked with leading others around the underground safely. But Angel… Angel would go out on day long "inspirational runs" to gather more for pictures that she would paint for clients.
Did she really think that I would fall for the fact that she was doing that all day long?
Now, I get it if she headed out for an hour to two, but I couldn't get why a whole day was dedicated to that. It made no sense. Not because my sister was taking a break or anything, but she had so much that she normally did on those days she headed out. It was normally a Sunday when she would be gone, Sans would escort her around the underground. Or at least that was what I was told.
For the last year and a half, my sister mostly spent her Sundays with doing a more decent cleaning around the house. Vacuuming, dusting, polishing to keep everything neat and looking nice. Or she'd use part of the time to go through deeper cleanings such as in the back of the cupboards. Sometimes she'd go through her bills, official documents and so on. It was basically a day she set aside to catch up on stuff.
For her to not do that for nearly five months had me worried.
Papyrus noticed it to. Ever since the murders started taking place, he worked longer hours than before and I barely saw him. I was mostly confined to the house and by myself if it wasn't for Angel, Wher and Simon coming by every so often… I couldn't remember the last time I was outside. But there were a few days where Papyrus would stay home and have a day to spend with us and rest. Someone either taking his shift for him or something along those lines.
One of those rare days was spent with the two of us heading to the market together. I would hope that whoever that crazy killer was wouldn't try to attack us with Papyrus with me. The king had made it an order that no one was to travel alone, even the guard and his most trusted advisors.
It was a rare day for us, so we were trying to enjoy it to the best of our abilities. Wher had the day off since it was a weekend and my sister hated to work then. I think their set hours were only from like… nine to six during the weekdays? Simon had similar hours; we began my lessons at eight thirty right after Wher got there with drinks for everyone. Coffee for him and Simon, while my sister got tea and I got hot chocolate…
Oh, I drooled at the thought of it.
I shook my head before returning to the previous thoughts. He stayed until near dinner time when he was picked up by Samson and Vinnie after their patrol was over. By that point, my homework was normally done and sometimes he'd help me with projects he'd assign to me or ask my sister, Sans or Papyrus to help me with if they had the time.
Which again ran into the problem that they were rarely home or that there was still something weird going on with the two eldest in the house.
"Frisk, what has your attention, my friend?"
Papyrus patted my shoulder while we walked through the isle of our town supermarket. He watched me with some hesitation in his voice. His eye lights watched me carefully, they held a slight orange hue to them as he seemed to be in an emotional state. He must have been just as worried…
I huffed and crossed my arms. "Same subject, different time."
"Ah…" Papyrus nodded slowly to my words. "Brother and Angel… I should have known. I wish that my brother didn't have the power to teleport so that could perhaps follow them! It's so infuriating that they take off like that and just… it has me worried."
"Papy…" I paused for a moment as I thought about something strange. "Do you… think it's possible that Angel and Sans might be involved more with the case then we know?"
I would have never thought of it like that before, but with the way that they were disappearing so much and for so long, their excuses just didn't make sense anymore. And Papyrus never ran into them on his patrols in Snowdin, Waterfall or Hotland. I know those areas are large and its easy to pass by someone if you know the land well enough like Angel and Sans did… but… was it really that much of a stretch?
Because if I thought they were involved, their being gone all day long and being most likely in the capitol made so much more sense.
"What?!" Papyrus scoffed at me. "There is absolutely no way my brother is a part of something so involved with the king! His work ethic is terrible and nothing noteworthy for the king to take notice in! Besides his teleporting ability, he has no other qualities that would benefit the king! And he would tell me if he was involved!"
"I don't know Papy… it just makes sense, doesn't it? You know for a fact that Sans is super smart. And my sister can be really resourceful. She's good at coming up with something when she's in a bind. Especially now that she's had lots of time to recover since last year's accident with Undyne."
Papyrus opened his jaw to argue with me, except… he paused. He closed his jaw again and thought deeply as we stood in the isle of baking supplies. We had planned to gather enough to bake a few things for my sister that day. Papyrus and I knew that she loved lemon sponge pie and no one had made it in a while since we'd been so busy. Papyrus wanted to make a large spread for them once they came home with their favorite foods.
Yet as he paused… it made me wonder what he was thinking of.
"I just remembered something… It happened when I was much younger." Papyrus slowly noted while he began to gather ingredients. It was calming for him to work on something while he spoke. I stayed quiet and let him do as he needed if it would help us. "I was still a young baby bone at the time and… Sans was gone for the day and I'd gotten lost on my way home from Snowdin's library. I'd somehow managed to make it to the Snowdin woods and found the igloo that Father and Sans had built many years ago. I took shelter there as a snowstorm came rolling in… Unfortunately, the Great Papyrus had yet to find his courage yet at the young age of eight. And… uh… I perhaps may have forgotten my phone at home…"
"Okay…" I drew out the word as I waited for him to continue.
"I was found by the judge." Papyrus paused as I saw the memories pass before his eye lights. "He picked me up in his arms and told me that he was going to take me to the king and my brother who were worried sick for me. And then… he told me a corny pun. I can't remember what it was that he said to me, other then I got incredibly angry at him for doing so… but even if I didn't recognize the voice… that person… they acted like-"
"Sans." I finished for him as we stood there. I couldn't resist the widening of my eyes as I listened into him. If Sans was the judge, did that mean that Angel could be a jury member?
"Wait a minute!" I gasped as a thought him me. "When Robert and Milly were killed, Angel had gone on ahead of you to report what was going on, right?"
"Yes?"
"And then Jury Member Red showed up and Angel wasn't there anymore? She was sent ahead? How? How could you have missed that? There's no way she could get by you! No friggin way…" I held my head, ruffling up my messy locks before facing Papyrus. "Is Angel a jury member? Jury Member Red?"
"Oh my…" Papyrus' gasped as he stood there. He then waved his arms wildly at my declaration. "Wait! Wait! Wait! Wait! Wait! Wait! Wait a moment! You don't truly believe-?!"
The worry that I knew was in both of our guts settled far too deeply for either of us. If both of them were involved, then that meant they were directly involved with the murder cases, and could possibly face the murderer.
I couldn't express how terrified that made me in those moments.
"Yeah, I do." With determination and worry across my features, I took my friend's hand in mine and pulled him close to whisper. "And we're confronting them tonight."
Angel's Point of View:
"He really is the only option. Isn't he?"
In a room full of jury members, guardsmen, the judge and the king, we only had one connecting factor between the murders. It was a stretch, and still lacked a lot of evidence, but it fit.
Wilbur was the only one who connected to all the murders.
It took us months and months to narrow down our list of suspects as well as the implications of harsher rules to prevent other murders. Sadly, one more monster had fallen by the time the new year had come. Some poor guidance counselor from the middle school that worked in Waterfall that had worked with both MK and Will. I had spoke to them once before when their fellow college had been one of the other victims. No one had any clues about the murderer, and no one survived when caught.
It hurt many of us to think that perhaps a child was the one behind all the pain and suffering. And taking one look at the boy, you would have never thought that he could be the killer. Yet, Sans' almost ludicrous theory sat in the back of my mind and it would make sense.
Alphys had looked into the components that were used in the cigarette. It was acid mushrooms. The very thing that took my arm away from me back when I'd run from Undyne. In large amounts, it could cause incredible damage, such as what happened to me. In smaller amounts, the effects could be much less noticeable. Could it be that when he had too much of it in his system that he blacked out? Could it be that he turned into an entirely other person or personality with it running through his mind? Could it be destroying the braincells in his head to reduce the amount of rational thought he had?
It worried me greatly, if that was the case.
I still had no evidence to support what Sans had presented to me months ago. Will and his friends had been particularly careful to stay in the sight of everyone, such as the guard or his family. He hadn't pulled another stunt like he did before in months. He had to be getting his fix other way. There was no way he could go without the stuff for long. I could only guess that perhaps he was getting it at school if that was the case? It was one of the few areas where we weren't around as much.
Would it be wise to have us integrate ourselves in the school and see if we could catch him in the act? Muffet should have the best chance of that with her spiders to see around the area.
"Seems like it." Sans sighed from beneath his cloak as we were all gathered. "He's the only thin' we got. He lines up with everythin'. No solid alibi when his dad and sis died. He had a connection to all those that passed. Either he went to school with them at one point or was helped or taught by them. All the teachers had him for extracurricular activities or for class. The other two students were apart of the sports team he was on."
"But the kid's shown no signs of being a killer!" Undyne argued back. "Just shitty luck, places and times!"
"While that's true, Captain," Sans noted quickly. "We don't know if there might be any underlyin' medical problems that perhaps coulda caused it."
"Many of us don't like how the evidence points to him either, Captain." I quickly interjected to try and calm the atmosphere that was where Undyne was infuriated that she may have to arrest a child. "But there are also many of us who think that this evidence also perhaps points Will to be one of the victims. Perhaps our killer could be someone close to him and is killing those that he either knew or is close to?"
It was an idea that had been passed a time or two among the many of us that were gathered then. No one wanted to believe that a monster could be that cruel, but no one knew. I knew of people above the ground who were more vicious than anyone down there. It made sense to me that if anyone above the ground was that terrible, someone below could be just the same.
"We should focus our efforts on keeping him safe and watching for any unusual signs to see if he could possibly be the killer or not." Mappy was quick to interject. "As much as I wish it wasn't a possibility, like the judge stated, there could be a medical problem that was never noticed. We have to be aware of all possibilities and think of all options."
"If that is the case," our king quickly gathered our attention to him who sat at the table where all our research was gathered. "Why is it that no one has bothered to suggest the two humans living in the underground? Angel and Frisk, yes?"
I felt my stomach plummet the second I heard those words from the king. To be called a murderer… I knew what I had done was wrong, but…
Oh, how the word stung…
I saw Sans glance to me quickly. I could feel the soothing waves from his soul as he tried to calm me. I knew he could feel my unrest over the word.
"No way!"
I felt myself freeze at the words that were shouted. I was stunned when it was Vinnie who was the one to shout it out first. And with such enthusiasm?
I struggled to hold back the chuckle. What ever happened to not helping me, Vinnie?
"He's right, they wouldn't do it!"
"How could you suggest such a thing, my king?"
"They're too kind!"
The cries became deafening in the room while the king looked over his subjects it utter astonishment. It amazed me how my hearts I'd touched and how they fought for me. Even Whisk, the sour feline monster I'd met when I'd first joined the jury a year ago had finally come around to me. Just after her brother, Wher, began to work for me, I finally decided to come clean with both him and Sans with me. Whisk wasn't fully okay with me in the beginning, but she warmed up to the thought soon enough to the point where at least she wasn't openly hissing at me.
"They may be humans, but they are not that bad." The feline purred. I could only assume that from under her cloak she was watching me, but I couldn't see it.
I had to thank so many people later…
"Asgore, even I don't think its them." Undyne also stood up to her king, her father figure, and the one who helped her when her father was lost to the illness many years ago that plagued the underground. "You're wrong!"
"Even you Undyne… so many of you disagree with that?" Asgore looked about the room. "Have all of you met these humans? Interacted with them?"
"Yeah, we have. I bet even the jury members have when they aren't workin'." Undyne noted quickly. She looked between those of us with hoods over our heads. Of course, she had no idea who each of us were, but I'm sure she had her guesses. "Asgore, they're too cool. Too kind. They aren't the killers; they both have alibis for the deaths that have taken place. We already investigated them both and of course ruled them out quickly. Angel hates fighting. She's sparred with me and a few others once, but she'd rather play house. She's very motherly."
Cruel, Undyne, but actuate. She wasn't wrong when saying those things…
"And Frisk? She's friggin' fun as hell! Loves music and playin' games. She's wild and loves to spar with me when I got a day off. She's a blast to hang out with. I think you'd like 'em both too." Undyne paused for a moment, her gaze cast to the ground and some of her fiery locks that came loose from the messy bun she'd thrown it into. "Asgore, I know how much you hate humans after what happened to your kids. Hell, I'm still just as pissed for what happened to my dad. But they had nothing to do with those events. Can we really hate at 'em for that?"
Asgore's eye brows raised in utter astonishment. He watched his supposed adopted daughter stood up for humans of all things. She stood there, defiantly, before him with her single eye blazing in determination.
It always came down to that, didn't it? So, who had more determination? Those that fought for me? Or those that fought for the old ways.
Asgore gazed past the others quickly. His gaze narrowing on the others in the room. "And all of you can attest to this as well?"
"Ready and willing, my king." A few of the guard saluted him while others bowed, but so many were ready to stand for us that it brought their king to sigh.
"Good lord…" A snort came from him next. Then a smile. "These sound like humans I'd like to meet… They sound like my Chara…"
Everyone stayed quiet. I could only assume it was due to the fact that the king never spoke about his children. All of them were worried to say a word with the fragile peace that was in the air, and perhaps even the king, dare I think it, possibly giving us a chance?
"Very well, if none of you believe that the human girls are the cause of this murder spree, then I will not push it. However, once this case is over with. I think it's beyond due time that I met with these humans." The king turned his attention to Sans. "I'm assuming you can set up an appointment?"
"Of course."
"Then I will allow the matter to dissolve. Lavender," Muffet lifted her head. "Send out your companions to watch Will's every move. I want eyes on him and those he is close to at all moments. This will include his immediate family members and his close friends. I don't want even a sneeze in the wrong direction to get past us."
"Yes sir!"
One weight was lifted in those moments, and then another one appeared. The king wanted to meet us. He said we were like his human daughter before she died… I could only hope that connection would perhaps save us from execution when the time came to reveal ourselves entirely.
Frisk's Point of View:
Our plan was in place. The food was out and Angel and Sans were home after what was "apparently" a long day of looking around at sights in the underground to have ideas for more paintings of hers. The two of them ate eagerly at the spread Papyrus had made them while us two younger ones of the house looked between each other every now and then.
That was not lost to the older ones.
"Frisk?" My sister reached forward to let her fingers touch my forehead. "Are you feeling okay? You're hardly eating your food."
"I'm fine. Just… curious about something."
That surprised my sister, since I wasn't one to bring up conversations like she did. Carefully prying information. It was more her thing then mine, but over the years, I learned from her. I would never be able to beat her when it came to that skill, but I had her attention, and that was what I wanted.
"You see, Angel, Brother." Papyrus began the conversation. "We've noticed a few things that just haven't added up in the last few months that we wanted to question you on."
"Kay…?" Sans watched us carefully. His eye lights didn't look like they normally did. This was a very grey territory for us all. It was weird for any of us to be acting as any of us were.
"Well, for starters, you guys have been vanishing every Sunday when normally you guys have stayed home and done bills or housework."
My sister sighed at that, and Sans seemed relieved too. "Frisk. We told you that Sans takes me out for inspirational walks for my art-"
"Do you really think Papyrus or I believe that bullshit reason?!"
My hands flew down on the table before could stop myself. I jumped out of my seat and everyone flinched at my assertiveness. Angel's eyes were wide and so were Sans' sockets. Papyrus only looked at them worriedly as the two.
Angel recovered quickly from the startle and narrowed her eyes at me. "Frisk, I don't know what you're getting at, but you know I don't accept words like that at my table."
"You can worry about my language and or ground me later!" I narrowed my eyes at my sister. "You seriously can't except me to believe that eff-ing reason! You're gone for nearly ten hours every Sunday for inspirational walks? Give me a break!"
My sister was quick to stand, irritation set deep in her features. "Frisk, you stop that this instant-"
"I agree with Frisk." While Papyrus wouldn't look at my sister as he cut her off, he looked at his older brother. Sans' eye lights widened slightly, but held an annoyed gaze to them. "Brother, we are not children, we are not gullible to believe those ludicrous reasons anymore. We are concerned about the fact that you two are gone for such long lengths of time during this abnormality in the underground. We wish to know the real reason."
The sigh that came out of Sans showed us just how worn he already was. This was the last thing he wanted to talk about after whatever he'd done during the day. He set down his fork carefully and the glow in his eye lights flared just a hair in anger.
"Pap, Frisk, enough." His authorities voice came out then, trying to get us to drop the subject. "We're not talkin' about this here and now. Let it go."
"Then you're admitting that you are doing something different then what you claimed!" My triumphed cry rang out and the glare I received from the older skeleton was enough to send shivers down my spine.
"Please, Brother, Angel, we're worried with what you are doing with a murderer running loose." Papyrus sockets widened as they teared up. "Are you more involved than you're telling us?"
"Papyrus, enough." The warning tone from my sister did nothing to curb us.
I couldn't help the animalistic growl that built in the back of my throat in anger. "Are you two part of the jury?!"
The astonished looks on both my sister's and Sans' faces. They were so stunned by my declaration that they didn't have the energy or the ability to dispute it. The silence told us all we needed as I felt fear build up in my chest and tears stream down my face. Even Papyrus was silently crying from his seat.
"Why didn't you tell us?"
I watched the two of them look between each other nervously before they turned back to us. Both older siblings stood to pull us into their arms.
"This is why Frisky. Also, those of the jury and the judge are not allowed to talk to their loved ones about their jobs. Everything they do is confidential."
I hated how my sister still spoke as if she wasn't admitting it, even if we knew. She and Sans literally just admitted it! In… a non-verbal way…
A heated breath escaped me. "Does that mean you're going to fight the murderer?"
"The job of the jury and judge is sentencin' along with restraint." Sans paused as he thought about his words carefully. "They're bein' asked ta assist with figurin' out who the murder is and investigatin', but that's it at the moment."
Papyrus buried his head into his brother's shoulder. "But you could be called upon to fight if needed?"
Sans sighed. "Can't deny that they could be called."
"But the jury is there to help the people." Angel's breath I could feel by the tips of my ears. "Fighting is the last thing that they would attempt to do, they are the non-violent side of Asgore's higher ups. It's only as a last line of defense."
I hesitated for a second before I pulled back to face my sister. "Do you think you will be?"
Angel's face was grim as she couldn't look me in the eye. "It's possible that they could be called, but it's unknown. For now, we just have to hope that they're kept to just investigating the matter. Okay?"
My fingers twitched and my lip trembled in response to her words. "Promise me you won't go alone…"
I felt her hug me tighter. "You really think Sans would leave me alone?"
"Nah, Frisky, I never let 'er out of m'sight." Sans and Papyrus pulled back just enough so that a skeleton hand could ruffle up my locks. "And Pap, ya know Angel won't let me outta 'ers."
"Never on your life, Darling." I felt my sister pull me back so I could look into her chocolate eyes, the same color as my own. "You know we'll be careful. We've done a similar song and dance to this before. Have some faith in us and I promise we'll be the most careful we can be, just like you two are."
Hearing those words made me nod at her slowly. I still didn't like it. How she didn't tell me about being a jury member. How she was involved with serious cases in the underground. It annoyed me, but also left me really worried.
I just hoped that she would be cautious and careful, more so than she's ever been in the past.
Witch's Note:
Well then! What a chapter! Frisk and Papyrus are now very aware of what Angel and Sans are involved in the pressing matters of the jury and underground people continue! And everyone now seems to be focusing on Will! Uh oh! Is that good? Is that bad? I wanna hear what you guys have to say! And let me tell you, I love the guesses! And it won't be much longer before we all know what the heck is going on!
So let me tell you, next chapter is a bit of a doozy… so don't forget!
Now onto reviews!
MysticBoywastaken: What an interesting idea! No, I'm not mad at all, just fascinated by what you think! So… a controlled Alphys is what you think? Then let me pose you a question, who do you think is controlling her? And no, I'm not taking drugs. I just had a few good things happen to me, plus sugar, and I kinda went nuts…
Mystic Girl: That's an understatement… (She rolled her eyes at me while I promptly ignored her.)
Me: But anyway Mystic Boy, that message at the top of the page was for you and a few others. I sent you a Private Message, but never heard back from you. Did you see it?
Aqwillabee: What!? You are more then welcome to review whatever way you want! While long reviews are nice, sometimes you don't have all that much to say. A short review is perfectly acceptable depending on what you're willing to write. Don't let others influence you to do what you're not comfortable with. Okay?
Its so pleasing to hear how you binged for days to catch up on all the chapters! That makes me and Mystic Girl so happy to hear that! And sometimes waiting for more chapters does suck… but it is worth the wait. I promise this story is entirely written and I still have enough content to get us to the beginning of August!
Oh, that reminds me, Aqwillabee, the message at the top of the screen, your one of the people I tried to reach, but was unable to. You're Private Messenger was disabled, so I couldn't send you a message.
Dasansi: Who knows? Maybe I am the killer? Bwahaha!
Mystic Girl: Seriously?
Me: Nah, you know its not me. Not you either as much you wish.
Mystic Girl: So friggin true…
Me: But anyway, I love the way your mind works! Everyone's got their own theory, but your really flesh yours out and give lots of possibilities. I'm actually really eager to see what you think next week! Do be around, okay?
Mystic Girl: Ha! Did you see the next part! They're a part of my club!
Me: Yes, yes, I saw, enjoy, whatever. Too much fun is going on right now for me to care! We're right in the heart of a murder mystery where your most hated bear and the lovable little cub (along with a few others) got killed and we have few to no hints! And there's a drug circle that could or could not be possibly involved! Do, whatever with you club and bother me later.
Mystic Girl: Wow… rude much.
Me: Can't talk, writing more! (Everyone can hear the thunderous loud clicking of the keys on my keyboard as I'm up to my antics again. Mystic Girl could only sigh as she let me get back to work.)
Shadow Phantom: My lord, I love it when you guys go all detective on me! Shadow, I love seeing the way you break it down for not only myself and Mystic Girl in the review, but also just seeing the true thought process to what lead to each possibility! So, you're leaning toward Will and his friends! Ooo! You and Dasansi seem to be on a similar page!
Oh! Also, since you're a guest reviewer, the message at the top is also for you and a few others. Since you don't have a profile, I wasn't able to Private Message you.
Thechaosmaster: Oh Chaos! Damn! The amount of ideas you wrote out! Oh, my goodness! So now you're leaning away from Flowey? To be fair, with the way the story is moving that does seem like a logical idea. What in the world would that freak want with drugs? Nah, too indirect and out of his realm. Granted, I'm still not telling you if your right or not!
The only thing I will say your right on is Chara. Sadly, as much as I think she would have been incredibly fun to include in the story, it just didn't fit with my idea. At this point, I don't think I'll involve her much. I may change my mind in the second story, but right now? Not really…
But this idea about a rouge scientist that used to work for either Gaster or Alphys? Ooo! Now that's an idea! It would fit with the drug circle… Hm… Ideas, ideas…
(While I'm pondering from the review I've gotten, Mystic Girl has managed to remove herself from my side. Carefully sneaking among the walls, she travels herself closer to where a fire can be seen off in the distance of the decerped castle we hole ourselves up into. By the fire is her group, currently still named TheKillTheBearClub until a new name has been decided. Armed to the teeth with weapons at the ready, the group wait eagerly for their leader to join them. When she arrives and stands before the fire, a wide grin appears on her face.)
Mystic Girl: Who's ready to start some shit? Its about to get real!
Me: Oh, and before I forget Chaos, I tried to PM you about the message at the top of the newest chapter. You mind taking a look?
Ninja Squirrel: The ideas! Oh, the ideas! I love what all of you guys are pouring out to me in your reviews! Ninja, I can't wait to see what your response is next chapter especially! Please be there! Maybe you might find some answers to your questions? As well as everyone else?
I actually love the idea that a good handful of you folks are after Will, Kat, and Kook. But instead of focusing on Will himself, you're focusing on one of his best friend and girlfriend. Ooo! Oh, how I wish I could just say everything! But that would ruin the surprise!
Oh! Also, since you're a guest reviewer, the message at the top is also for you and a few others. Since you don't have a profile, I wasn't able to Private Message you.
Not A Shady Guy: No worries Shady! Its fine. Life happens. In all honestly, things are pretty crazy right now in my life so I'm glad so many of the chapters I've written in advance so it doesn't affect me so much. But there's been issues with my grandfather, my boyfriend, my work. I'm alive and moving, but it's been crazy.
Oh! I was wondering if anyone would ever ask me the question about Angel's magical abilities! So, yes, let me explain. Angel's magic is constantly at work. Many of them are invisible or so tiny that we can't see them. As long as she doesn't attempt to use much of her magic, a small handful of them can be used without being seen. However, when she knows she needs to utilize more, they grow in size and are colored a rich red. She can push magic through each and ever strand if she wants to in order to show just how drastic her range is. For example, let's pretend that Angel walks out onto a football field. If she was to activate her magic and push it through each and every strand she had. They would all glow red and pretty much fill that entire area. Just to give an idea of how far her magic actually stretches. Does that help?
BTW, we reached three people! Hopefully we'll get more after this chapter!
Raspberries123: Yes! I confound thee! Oh, that makes me so excited! Trying to string this along as much as I can has been a battle, but we still have a ways to go! This arc still goes on until chapter eighty-one! So, we have much more to learn and do! You ready for that ride Raspberry? You and a lot of others will get some answers soon!
Okay! Wow! I need a break, but there's still so much work to do! (I pull at my hair at the mountain of work before me.) Oh, how I love and hate the stress… But! I do need to talk about what I noted to you all last time! I made sure to leave notes EVERYWHERE so that you guys have a chance to think it over. And there's a poll! You don't have to get back to me right away. If you need time to think about it, just let me know. But if we decide to do this side story and let me take a six-month break before posting story two, you guys can send ideas to me whenever you want. I'll start on it early. I'd be more then excited to if you want!
So just to go over the rules again if everyone decides they want to do it, this special side story will take place during the two years that Angel and Frisk have fallen into the underground. You can have extra chapters of them doing something that perhaps happened behind the scenes that you wished could have happened. We can do some chapters focused on side characters that you guys wished you could have seen more of. As long as it takes place when they're underground.
So some examples of what I can't do would be say a chapter where Sans is a kid along with Pap and Gaster. I can do a small memory remembering that time period, but it would not be the entire chapter. And everyone has the option to do up to five ideas each. And with our little group, I think I'll have more then enough ideas should everyone agree. So, for the three of you who already messaged me saying yes, once we find out if two or more people want to do this, then I'll let you guys know so you can start thinking over ideas. And you don't have to send them in all at once if you don't want to. You could send maybe one, or two, but then hold onto some that maybe you may want to send me later. I'll do my best to keep track of them all and get some word documents ready to go!
Love you all! See you soon! Keep me posted about what you're thinking!
