I will tell Deku's story here. I will underline his narration like so. I hope you enjoy it! This chapter will be longer than usual.
There was still some tension in the air when the rest of the class came down from their rooms. Tsu and Jiro were the only ones who weren't there when the girls read Deku's journal, and when they asked Yaoyorozu about it, she only shook her head and ignored their questions.
After a few hours of work, the girls helped fix Deku's gauntlet and other equipment. "So...I gotta ask about the glasses..."
Deku smirked. "See that asshole over there?" He pointed at Bakugo, who was quietly eating his lunch in the dining room.
"FUCK YOU, OLD MAN! YOU WANNA GO?!" He bellowed out, much to the annoyance of Iida and Kaminari, who were sitting right next to him.
Deku smiled and activated his Paraly-Stare to make the explosive young hero jump in place. "You really wanna do that again?"
He growled in response. Deku deactivated his Paraly-Stare and focused on the girls. "This isn't the story I promised, but several years ago, he wanted to test a new version of his Stun Grenade attack, but he refused to tell me when he was going to do it. All he said was, 'you'll know when."
"He surprised you?" Yaoyorozu asked.
Deku nodded. "In less than a second, I went from teaching a self-defense class at the agency to screaming bloody murder at the fucker because all I was seeing was a bright white light. I accidentally taught a bunch of middle-schoolers colorful language that would make a sailor blush."
Bakugo chuckled at the mental image. "So now I have to wear these glasses or use Enhanced Sight to see. It took me this long to finally get them because I took a picture of my prescription back in my time, and I was looking for the damn picture," the Symbol of Peace continued. "Anyway, I've gotten some healing from Abi and Recovery Girl, but the damage isn't going away. I don't mind the glasses and using Enhanced Sight."
With their question answered, they wrapped up the repairs, and Deku put the gauntlets back on. Pressing the button underneath his wrist and twisting the band caused the gauntlet to form, revealing a technological waterfall to flow up his arm and down his hand.
Yaoyorozu breathed a sigh of relief when the gauntlet didn't crush his arm. Deku then put on the rest of his armor, stood from the couch, flipped into the air, and floated above the couch. The display grabbed everyone's attention while the Symbol of Peace inspected the gauntlets.
"Everything is holding together. The comms display and monitor are still in need of repairs, but I can wait until I'm back in my own time," he mused.
"I could probably make the necessary parts," Yaoyorozu offered.
"Thanks, but the equipment is very delicate, and it seems like only Melissa and Mei know how it's built. You've tried before, and...well, it didn't work out," Deku advised.
Yaoyorozu nodded. Deku dropped on the couch, launching Mina off the cushion when he landed. "Whoop," she said as she slumped over the armrest of the couch.
"Why do you wear armor anyway?" Mina asked. "You're strong enough not to need them, right?"
Deku wore a small smile as he turned his gaze toward the left gauntlet. "These...they were a gift from All Might. I got them before Tokyo happened, as a sort of gift to celebrate my graduating from U.A. All I will tell you of that day is that these were given to me with a new suit that I wore to battle. Ever since then, I felt like I needed these, so I could always remember," he said, his eyes getting cloudy as he stared at them.
"We saw the date...that was about 10 years ago, right? All this time, you've never changed them?"
Deku shook his head. "Besides some repairs and size alterations, this is my final suit. Suit OMEGA," he said. "The end of my trials and the beginning of my time as a pro."
"Sounds like that ending in Smallville if you ask me," Hagakure said.
"Maybe it does..." Deku said.
He suddenly leaped off the couch and grabbed his supplies. He grabbed his holo-disc and dropped it in his bag first, followed by his tools and other gear. Then, with everything packed up, he threw his duffle bag over his shoulder and turned to the door. "Thank you for all your help, ladies. As I promised, I will be telling a story from the future after dinner. Now, I have some errands to run, and as much as I want to trust you all by leaving my stuff here, I don't."
Bakugo perked up when he mentioned 'story from the future' and glanced at the Symbol of Peace. "See you guys tonight. Behave."
He walked out of the building and vanished in the blink of an eye. Mina groaned as she flopped down on the rest of the couch. "He's still mad, isn't he?" she wondered.
Yaoyorozu nodded. "Still, at least we know what he was hiding. A battle in Tokyo that kills Shigaraki and All for One..."
"I thought that battle a few months ago was bad..." Mina mused. "But the war ends in two years. Why not now?"
Yaoyorozu shrugged. "It could be an issue with time travel. But, if we find out where they are now and defeat them, we could change history for him," she said.
"You think he's afraid of the change?" Uraraka wondered.
"No doubt...but I'm more worried about the death toll. We could save hundreds of lives if we did something about this information. If we told Snipe or Principal Nezu..."
"We don't know what happened to cause that, Yao-Momo. Deku is hiding it for a reason," Uraraka said.
Yaoyorozu looked away from the anti-gravity hero. "I don't like it. This is vital information...but he has a right to privacy, and I cannot violate that right."
"You ain't giving up, huh?" Mina asked her.
Yaoyorozu didn't respond. Instead, she turned and walked up the stairs and back to her room. Mina's brows raised, and she chuckled. "Yeahhh, Prez ain't happy," she said as she slipped away, leaving Hagakure and Uraraka in the living room.
Later that night...
Dinnertime in the 2-A dorm house usually consisted of one or two residents cooking for everyone else. So naturally, Midoriya and Sato would cook the most out of everyone, with the resident baker experimenting with new dessert recipes. At the same time, the young inheritor pulled a meal from his arsenal of family recipes. Sometimes, even Bakugo would help, although dinner prep usually turned into an episode of Hell's Kitchen when those two were involved.
Of course, as the year progressed, Bakugo and Midoriya's kitchen chemistry improved, with the two communicating like civilized people rather than screaming animals (of course, those moments still popped up).
Tonight, the duo had prepared a full-course meal to celebrate the end of the term since the night before was a barbeque on the beach. The food was a wonderful spread for everyone to enjoy, and once it was served, it didn't last long. A building full of hungry super-powered teenagers could outeat a Saiyan if they put their minds to it.
Maybe.
Once the class finished dinner and the cooks washed the dishes, Deku sighed as he surveyed the common space. It was Nintendo Switch night, and Kirishima already plugged in Kaminari's system, and everyone was enjoying a Smash Bros. tournament. A promise is a promise.
The Symbol of Peace waved his arms around and started speaking. "Excuse me, everyone! Can I have your attention?"
Kirishima paused the tournament as everybody turned to the hero. "So...I know tonight is Smash Bros night, but I want to propose something new. I promised the girls a story about the future, and I'm ready to fulfill that promise and tell you all it," he said.
"No way, really?" Kaminari questioned.
"It's about time!" Sero exclaimed.
"This isn't a trick, is it?" Tsu asked.
Deku smiled sheepishly. "No trick. I made a promise, after all. So wrap up your game and settle in. Grab a seat or some pillows from your rooms," he said.
The Smash Bros. Tournament ended in a flash, with the Bakusquad all leaping from the map until the game decided a winner. Once the results were in and the game saved, they put the Switch away and joined the rest of the class. Some of their classmates ventured to their rooms to grab pillows and blankets, almost like storytime during a sleepover.
Once everyone was seated in front of him, Deku sighed. He leaped into the air and used Float to stay suspended. "Okay...so what should I talk about? Nothing too extreme to preserve the timeline, buuuut something exciting."
The class watched him ponder it for a moment until, finally, he snapped his fingers. "I got it! The debut of my agency!"
Bakugo rolled his eyes. "You only have stories about you, huh?"
Deku chuckled. "Oh, this isn't about me. Nope...this is my agency: The Toshinori Hero Agency."
Using Black Whip, Deku snapped at the light switches in the kitchen, leaving a single living room light on. "So...this story takes place about...4 years from now. The Toshinori Hero Agency was founded by four heroes: Me, Uravity..."
Uraraka smiled as she jabbed Midoriya's shoulder. "DynaMight..."
Bakugo had a small smirk form across his lips. "And Creati, the Everything Hero."
Yaoyorozu's eyes widened. "M-Me? I'm a part of your agency?"
"I have to work with these extras?" Bakugo wondered.
"Hey, that's pretty cool, though. You guys were amazing during the final exam," Kirishima commented.
Deku nodded. "We continued training together well after our time in U.A., and having an agency with the four of us cut costs and pooled our strongest resources together. DynaMight's fiery passion, Uravity's chivalrous heart, Creati's magnificent mind, and my power as the Symbol of Peace. We started small by taking local jobs in helping the police, but it wasn't enough to officially debut ourselves."
"Of course, we aren't the only ones in the agency. We have our classmates occasionally coming in and helping out on assignments. These collaborations allowed us to cast a wide net across most of Japan, keeping the people safe and the villains at bay to prevent another P.L.F. uprising."
Jiro nodded. "Makes sense, really. No more "one pillar of justice holding society by itself" issues, right?"
Deku snapped a finger at her. "Exactly the point. Anyway, we weren't big names until the incident with the new and improved bullet train system. The improved system was faster than ever before, and it even traveled underwater straight to South Korea. The improvement and construction costs were up in the billions of yen," he explained, earning some whistles of awe from the group.
"The construction should begin in a few months, and it'll be sometime before it's fully complete. Before the government finished the train, they asked the citizens to make donations to help expedite the construction, and the richest families in the country pitched in with heavy amounts of cash with the promise to be passengers of its maiden voyage." Deku continued. "Unfortunately, the government kept the public updated on the donations. With that in mind, who do you think would be paying attention to those yen figures?"
"Villains..." Some of the class said in unison.
"Right. All of that cash and the promise of very wealthy people on board was enticing to villains looking for a massive payday, so our agency decided to use that against them," Deku said.
"Using rich people as bait? Doesn't sound right..." Todoroki mentioned.
"True, it didn't sound good at the time, but there was increased villain activity around the area where the maiden boarding would take place. Taking down a bold villain organization would dissuade others from trying the same thing, right?"
A few heads nodded. "When we realized that a train full of wealthy donors would be a perfect payday opportunity, the team and I decided to use it to our advantage. As I tell you this story, I will reference the others even when I wasn't there. We pooled our experiences together, so you'll know what everyone did and said. Thank goodness for detailed reports, right?"
As the class got comfortable, Deku told his story.
8 years ago, Deku's time...
It was Summer when the bullet train was partially complete, and Musutafu was the ideal place to celebrate its completion. The train ran through the city, down South along the coastline and across the mainland, and under the Sea of Japan. So you could start the day in U.A. and get to Seoul in time to indulge in the nightlife. Yeah, crazy, right?
The morning of the grand opening was busy. Traffic heading into the city was a nightmare, but the donors arrived in the city the previous night. Our agency received a tip that night that a group of villains is looking at the train and planning a robbery, so we made a last-minute plan.
Creati and Uravity would make a last-minute donation as two long-distant cousins. They would be on the train with the others, defending the civilians if the tip was legitimate. Since Katsuki and I stand out in our costumes, we would be nearby in civilian wear.
Tatooin Station, the place where it all began for Deku, was renovated to support the new bullet train system. When Mt. Lady damaged it during her debut, the station had to close for repairs, but it was renovated; it was renovated when the Parliament green-lit a new bullet train system.
The crowd that arrived to see the new train was massive for the area. The donors stood in front of the train with the Prime Minister and the city's mayor at the podium. Among the donors was a disguised Creati and Uravity, both sporting glamorous dresses and light jewelry. Uravity wore a scarf that hid her distinguishable blush marks when she angled her face a certain way.
Deku stood on top of an office building overlooking the train station. He wore a white button-up and Navy tie. He stood with civilians with their phones out, recording the event with a great vantage point.
DynaMight was perched on another building down the train line. He wore a simple t-shirt and jeans with a suitcase at his feet. In an instant, he could lift the suitcase and suit up, bracers and all.
At first glance, you'd think that we were assassins looking to shoot the Prime Minister. Well, in a way, we were waiting for some villains to show up. DynaMight was making gunfire noises for some reason, and I could hear him through the earpiece. It was his job to coordinate the detail since I had to play the part of a spectator, but there he was going 'PEW...headshot' over and over again.
The Prime Minister tapped the microphone and grabbed everyone's attention. "Good morning, everyone! Thank you all for coming out here tonight!"
The crowd cheered as the Prime Minister beamed. "This restoration project of a revolutionary piece of technological wonder serves to unite two countries with the hopes of more. While we continue the reconstruction efforts for Tokyo are still the top priority, I hope that the new bullet train system will pave the way toward new adventures!"
The crowd clapped as she continued her speech. The speech went on for about 10 more minutes before the Mayor took the reins.
I never really liked the Mayor since he nearly screwed my mom out of our apartment, so I won't go into what he talked about. But, long story short: he bragged about the city's lowering crime rate and how he suggested that the train station is where the celebration was—typical politician stuff.
"-with great pleasure that we formally open this new bullet train system!" The Mayor and Prime Minister declared as they cut the ribbon in front of one of the train doors, earning loud cheers from the population.
The train doors opened, allowing the high donors to enter. Creati and Uravity took the front car and sat next to each other as the area filled up. The Everything Hero was quick to notice the villains enter the train with them. But, of course, nobody panicked because they all wore suits and appeared to be high-class individuals.
The bullet train was sleek and only had 5 cars, including the engines on both ends. The donors filled only 3 of the cars with plenty of room to spare. The car with the two heroes filled up with 6 men in well-tailored, black 3-piece suits. Two of them had beastly mutation Quirks, and one had glowing red eyes shining through a pair of sunglasses.
After a few minutes, the train doors closed, and the train took off. It started slow, but it picked up speed as it left the station until it disappeared on the horizon.
When staking out a public event for villains, there is one thing worse than seeing the explosion from the chaos bomb: not seeing the fuse being lit. Thankfully, Uravity and Creati were there. But, of course, with civilians in the crossfire, they had to do what you guys need to master: play the long game.
Inside the train, Uravity sighed as she stared out the window. "We're surrounded," she whispered to Creati.
"And engaging them now will draw the civilians into the fight. So we need to let them do what they want, for now," the Everything Hero said.
"I'll let them know," Uravity said as she texted the boys.
A few minutes later, the villains stood up. One of the villains had thorns coming from his face, and when he turned to the wealthy crowd, more thorns erupted from his body. "ALRIGHT, EVERYONE! SHOW ME YOUR HANDS!" He boomed.
The other villains reached into their jackets and pulled out pistols and night-stick. "IN CASE YOU'RE TOO AFFLUENT TO FIGURE IT OUT, YOU'RE BEING ROBBED!"
The heroes raised their hands with the civilians. "These guys look familiar..." Creati muttered.
"Sounds like they have it in for the rich," Uravity observed.
Creati nodded. "It's not that hard, honestly."
The men started patrolling down the aisleway before exiting the car and entered the next one. They could barely hear the villains relaying the same instructions as they went.
While the train was being robbed, Deku and DynaMight were talking on the explosive hero's rooftop. Deku's hero suit was dark green with black and silver trims. He wasn't wearing the gauntlets he wore in the future, exposing his forearms and numerous scars. His suit had a 'V' collar with a black border. He wore a white cape with a set of silver clamps on his shoulders.
DynaMight's hero costume was a blend of his winter outfit and a new design. He still wore a long-sleeve black turtleneck with dark green cargo pants that fit more than his younger costume. He wore black combat boots, and his Grenadier gauntlets were slimmer. On his shoulder was a small multi-barrel case connected to his right gauntlet via a clear tube.
Deku sighed as he pocketed his phone. "I lost Ochaco's signal, which means that the villains hit the train," the Symbol of Peace said. "We need to act fast."
DynaMight nodded. "No explosion or anything, so these guys slipped on the train with everyone else. If they're there for the money, they probably have a way to escape," he said.
"The train won't go too far, and bailing at those speeds would be risky, so they need a teleportation Quirk," Deku said.
"And a rendezvous point. What's the play?"
Deku approached the edge of the building. Thanks to Enhanced Sight, he could barely see the bullet train as it left the city. "If they have a rendezvous point along the train line, then the teleporter can't go too far, probably a line of sight teleport. So I can throw you ahead of the train and look for anyone waiting for them..."
"And blast them to the prehistoric era!" DynaMight declared.
Deku cracked a smile. "Don't kill anyone."
The Explosive Hero smiled. "And you?"
"I'll catch up with the train and help free the hostages." Deku held out his hand for DynaMight to take. "Ready to fly?"
"With you? Can I bring a barf bag this time?"
Yes, Katsuki, I made you vomit one time on accident. It was funny as hell, though.
DynaMight took Deku's hand, and the two flew through the air, grabbing the attention of the civilians below. DynaMight's free hand fired powerful explosions, propelling them farther ahead of the train.
They blasted their way over the mountains and followed the track as it weaved through the hills and down the coastline. Thanks to Enhanced Sight, Deku scanned the tracks, looking for a possible extraction crew. Unfortunately, the trees that blocked their view of the tracks did an excellent job of keeping the crew invisible.
After a few minutes, DynaMight pointed at a clearing of land surrounding a train tunnel. "Down there! I'll bet you my Platnium All Might power card that they're hiding out around that tunnel!" He called out.
"You mean the Platinum Card you lost in Poker the other night?"
"You cheating rat..." DynaMight smirked. "Give me a toss, and I'll check the area. If there are any villains down there, I'll make sure they're wrapped up nice and pretty."
"With singed clothes and ashen hair," Deku finished.
With Float on his side, Deku swung his childhood friend around and threw him through the air. The explosive hero reoriented himself and blasted toward the clearing. The Symbol of Peace leaned back and used a Delaware Smash to propel himself toward the racing train. He flew over it as it rushed by him, landed on the train track, and ran after it.

The rear engine of the train was a sleek, dolphin-shaped design with a large, dark-tinted glass cockpit. As Deku closed in on the engine, he saw the glass tint disappear, revealing a terrified engineer waving at him from inside. The engineer had sealed the door behind him.
Deku leaped forward and shot out his Black Whip, tagging the train's engine. He pulled himself in, prompting the engineer to open the cockpit quickly. The young hero rolled in right as the engineer sealed it once more.
As soon as he made it in, Deku noticed a few things. 1) The door was a MagLock 8300 Steel Door. The door had magnetic locking capabilities, and he knew this because of his Introduction to Quirk Technology class at U.A. 2) There was a loud pounding sound coming from the other side. The villains didn't take the engine before the engineer could seal it. Now he was trapped, with the only way out being the cockpit. And 3) he had passed where they were supposed to stop. The inaugural train ride was supposed to stop in the previous town.
Iida and my younger self know this, but locations tend to blur together when you're moving at a certain speed. If I go all out and decide to speed through Japan, it would take me several prefectures before realizing that I overshot my target.
Deku rose and smiled at the engineer. "Hello sir, I'm sorry, but I don't have my ticket on hand," he joked.
"You're a hero, right? Those villains took over the whole train and are trying to kill me just for this seat," the engineer said.
Deku nodded. "Establishing full control of the train is critical for their plan then. That door is the newest in MagLock tech, right?"
"Bosses upstairs spared no expense," the engineer said. "Good thing the villains don't know that."
"And the doors connecting the cars?"
"MagLocked too, but they got to the controls before I could. I barely locked this one before they got here," he said.
Deku eyed the door. He pressed his bare hand on the door, revealing the many scars and disfigurement of his right hand. "Enhanced Touch...Enhanced Hearing," Deku whispered as he shut his eyes.
As the villains pounded on the door, he could feel the vibrations. He focused on their bodies as well as the hostages behind them. He continued to focus for another minute before he retreated, deactivating his Quirk.
Deku turned to the engineer. "I need a favor from you," he said.
The engineer nodded. "Is it possible for you to regain control of the magnetic door connecting the two cars?" He asked.
"I think so. Each car has an override panel to lock them individually before shutting the train down at night. I imagine the villains have access to these panels," the engineer said.
Deku tapped against the door. "Okay, I can rush in and give you your access back so you can lock the doors of this car. I need you to open this door for a brief moment so I can rush in and take the villains down," the Symbol of Peace said.
"You can move that fast?" The engineer wondered with wide eyes.
Deku smiled. "Just open the door and then shut it immediately. Then, I'll tell you when you're clear to open it back up again," he said.
The engineer nodded and held a hand over the button that opened the door. "What's your name, hero?"
"My name is Deku. Don't worry about a thing: you'll be safe," he responded.
"Well, alright, Deku. I trust you."
Deku smiled and gave him a thumbs up. He then made a '3' with the same hand and focused on the door. "Open on 'Go'."
The engineer hovered over the button that opened the door. "3..."
The banging on the door continued. "2..."
"GET OUT HERE AND FIGHT LIKE A MAN!" One of the villains said.
"1..."
"NO ONE IS HERE TO SAVE YOU!"
"...Go!"
The door opened, prompting the two villains on the other side to back up. But, of course, backing up gave Deku the edge he needed. The young hero leaped in the air and twisted, so he punched one villain while kicking the other. They slumped on the seats next to the door, knocked unconscious.
The surprise attack alerted the other villains. Two villains were down the aisle near the door, leaving the car, and when they turned, they raised their guns to the Symbol of Peace. Then, with a mastery of Black Whip under his belt, Deku grabbed two seats and willed Black Whip to slither down the chairs and underneath them.
The villains kept their eyes on Deku, too afraid to shoot or do anything that might damage the train. When they felt Black Whip slither around their legs, it was already too late for them. Deku pulled the power back with a mighty tug, dropping the villains and slamming their nether regions into the undersides of the chairs. They both howled in pain as the young hero released the power.
That left one more villain standing by the door. Deku rushed down the aisle as fast as he could and slammed the villain into the steel door. Then, he threw him down behind him and used Black Whip to wrap the villain up like a Christmas present. With him captured, Deku leaned forward for a quick interrogation. "Who are you?!" He demanded.
The villain struggled to break free from Black Whip with no success. "What outfit are you?! Tell me!"
The villain kept struggling. In a train car full of witnesses, Deku's eyes flashed blue for a second, activating Paraly-Stare. The villain went stiff for a moment with wide eyes trained on the young hero.
The effect lasted for a minute before Deku tugged a little harder on Black Whip. The villain slumped over and groaned. "W-What are you?"
"I'm Deku. How about you tell me who you are. It's only fair," the Symbol of Peace bargained.
The villain didn't struggle as he looked up at the young hero. "I-I'm a nobody. B-But I am a Child of Midas!"
Deku raised a brow. "The guy turning things to gold?"
"Punished for his greed! Now we punish the greedy! These bottomless pockets profited from years of misinformation and political corruption! They profit from other's misfortune!"
Deku tugged harder on the Whip, causing the villain to gasp and struggle against the whip. "Tell me about your boss. What kind of Quirk does he have?"
The villain growled. "He can teleport. Our badges connect us to his Quirk," he said.
Deku smiled. "How nice of you to share. And just to be clear: you're under arrest. I just thought you'd like to know."
The Symbol of Peace released Black Whip and turned away from the villain to inspect the door panel. The villain groaned and looked up at the hero. Then, he smiled as he reached for a knife and quickly charged at the young hero.
Before he could get close to the hero, Deku turned and punched the villain in the jaw, knocking him out on the spot. The young hero fiddled with the control panel for a few minutes before he heard a low hum, and the door opened.
Behind him, the train engineer opened his door and gasped at the villains that were slumped over on the chairs. "Boy...these guys dress good for villains," he said.
"Indulging in Midas' sin, believe it or not," Deku said as he started to zip-tie the villains together.
"Targetting the rich? But...why?"
Deku shrugged. "I'm guessing being named after Robin Hood wasn't an option, although who would take this group seriously if they all wore green tights?" He wondered.
"Well, there's an image I didn't want," one of the hostages said.
Deku agreed, and he shook his head, getting rid of the image. Once the criminals were restrained, he turned to the engineer. "These guys shouldn't be a problem anymore. I gave them a small Quirk-restraining device that'll keep them from slipping out. Everyone, listen up. I need you all to move as far back as possible! Keep close to the engineer until this whole mess is cleaned up."
He gestured to one of the civilians. "Ma'am, can I ask a favor from you?" He asked.
The woman sporting light and trendy clothes with bedeviled hair from the villain attack approached the young hero. "I need you to seal this door once I go through. I'll let you know when it's safe to come out."
The woman nodded. "Stay calm, everyone. You got heroes on this train. Everything will work out fine, and you all will get to go home," Deku said with a gentle smile on his face.
He walked over to the door connecting the two cars and stepped through.
I relayed the information to the rest of the team from there. Typically, I could've done this solo, but Jiro said: having multiple pillars is better than one. DynaMight's instinct was on the ball, believing that the villains had an exit strategy. When dealing with villains, especially in siege situations, always expect them to have an exit strategy. Survey the surroundings, understand your enemy and their strengths and limitations, and trust logic and your instincts.
Deku watched the door he just stepped through seal itself. Once he was sure the civilian locked it, he continued through the empty car. "Creati, Uravity, it's me. I just caught the train and dealt with the villains at the rear engine. The boss has some teleportation Quirk and is linked to his subordinates," he reported.
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
In the front car of the train, the two young heroes eyed each other. Creati tapped her knee three times while Uravity snapped her fingers. The villains didn't hear either of them.
"DynaMight? Your assumption was correct. Take care of the extraction team and get the police to your location. The train will stop there, and we'll make sure of it. Uravity and Creati: you need to take control of the train and deal with their leader. He'll try to slip away as soon as trouble hits."
Creati and Uravity responded with their taps and snaps. While this was happening, DynaMight was cleaning up the extraction team.
The explosive young hero blasted his way through their initial defenses, taking out the long-range sentries using his A.P. Shot's improved AoE (Area of Effect) damage. Next, he blasted their custom Jeeps and their leader, leaving the subordinates to fend for themselves.
Two villains had similar battle Quirks. One manipulated the metal from a broken Jeep by shaping it into a spear with his bare hands. The other turned his arms into dark steel and enlarged them. DynaMight only laughed when they assumed a battle stance.
DynaMight blasted the sky above him and slammed into the ground. As soon as he made contact, he propelled himself forward, slipping through the steel-armed villain and blasting his stomach at point-blank range. The explosion knocked him out, and the young hero grabbed the man's shirt and turned him in midair.
With his momentum in his favor, DynaMight threw his captured villain into the other. He dropped the spear instead of raising it, sending both villains down the hill.
The explosive young hero rolled on the grass and threw three grenades from his belt. "Merry Christmas, you filthy animals!"
The few villains that remained could do nothing as the grenades exploded, sending them through the air. "And a Happy New Year."
DynaMight surveyed the carnage. The villains were groaning, and some of them had smoldering clothes. The explosive young hero approached some of them and started patting their jackets, keeping them from igniting. "If you guys just listened when I said you were under arrest, this wouldn't have happened."
Behind him, one of the villains quietly picked himself up and charged at the young hero. His arm melted and reforged into a long sword. Without missing a beat, DynaMight aimed one hand behind him and blasted the villain when he got close, sending him flying before slamming into his comrades.
"See? Cooperation is important," he said.
You really cooled off after we graduated. It's surprising, huh?
DynaMight pressed on his comm. "The extraction team has been dealt with. Clean up the train, and let's go home," he reported.
"Copy that. Moving to the second car now. Girls, you're up. Take the engine. Precision is key," Deku said on the other line.
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Creati and Uravity eyed each other and nodded. They surveyed the car and found only a small amount of villains left, including the leader. The civilians all had their heads down, buried in their hands or just hidden from the villains. This was their chance.
First, Creati created multiple sets of earplugs. They came in a small box, and each box had a small engraved note that said: "keep your head down." Once they were made and the villains had their backs turned to them, the two young heroes started distributing them as quietly as possible. Some civilians had confused looks on their faces, but they understood the situation once they read the note.
Some of the civilians were hard to reach since they were closer to the front. Uravity tapped her partner before she could do anything. "Momo, wait..."
Creati raised a brow. "If we draw the villains toward us, the civilians should be out of harm's way," she said.
"How do we bring them close to here?" Creati wondered.
Uravity smiled. She grabbed her phone and tapped on Deku's message. "I can tell him to make some noise and draw these guys in close."

As she said that, the anti-gravity hero sent the message to Deku. In the middle car behind them, the young inheritor received the message on his phone. He smiled and pressed a hand on the panel that opened the car. "Make some noise, huh?"
He flipped a switch, revealing a moderately large group of villains strong-arming civilians out of their money and jewels. "Noise is good."
Two villains that were closest to the door charged at him with fists raised. Deku grabbed one of the villains and pulled him away while throwing a punch at the other. He brought the punch back, elbowing the other villain in the back of the head. Then, he brought a knee into the first villain's stomach, knocking the air from his lungs.
Once the two villains were down, Deku rushed forward and used Black Whip to disarm the others. Some had knives and guns, while others had other weapons in hand. Once disarmed, they resorted to close-quarters combat.
Deku smiled when they got close.
Danger Sense warned him of increased hostility before it hit. One villain had sparks emitting from his hand, and as he lunged forward, he tried to grab the young hero. Using One for All's enhanced speed, Deku closed the gap faster than the villain could register his action and slammed his head into the villain. His Quirk deactivated as he dropped to the ground.
The other villains swarmed the hero. Deku dodged and weaved through the group, pushing the villains back as they attacked using their Quirks. Thanks to the enclosed space, most of them couldn't use their Quirks to cause massive amounts of damage. However, one villain had steel hair, and when she saw Deku coming in with a punch, she whipped her hair forward, and it grew into a shield.
The punch connected as soon as she formed the shield. A large fist imprint formed in her hair, and the blowback knocked the villain off her feet. Another villain hooked her arms around Deku's and pulled back thanks to her formidable strength, trapping him in a Full Nelson. This opened the young hero up to other villains as they started throwing hard punches at his stomach.
Deku tried moving his arm, but the villain that trapped him held her ground. "I can match your strength, hero! You won't be able to break free!"
Deku smiled. "You have limits; otherwise, you would become the strongest villain in the world. I bet you have a power cap, and you can't exceed it. You also probably have a time limit, too, am I right?"
The villain didn't respond, but her eyes were wide as he explained it. "I said this to Gentle Criminal and La Brava: I've fought stronger villains!"
The villain felt the ends of her hair stand straight up as she felt him lift her off her feet. The attacking villains stopped their assault as Deku used the Full Nelson to slam the villain into her comrades. The Symbol of Peace picked her up and kicked her down the walkway and into the magnetically sealed door leading to the front of the train.

The slam rocked the train and sent a loud sound to the front car, alerting the villains inside. Uravity smiled and watched the villains approach the door behind them with their guns drawn. The villain leader was the last to approach them, and as he passed Creati, he stopped. He leaned over and narrowed his eyes at her. "Hey, wait a minute..."
Creati arched a brow. "Y-You look familiar. What's your name?" He asked.
The Everything Hero glanced at Uravity. "The name's Momo Yaoyorozu," she answered truthfully.
The cogs turned in the villain's head. "You might know my alias..."
Uravity ducked down as Creati tossed up several matryoshka dolls. The villain leader immediately recognized the design, and when they popped open to reveal her hidden surprise, it was too late for him to act. "NO-!"
His cry alerted his comrades while the civilians ducked. "I AM CREATI, THE EVERYTHING HERO. SURPRISE!"
The flash grenades inside the dolls exploded, blinding the villains. In the explosion, Creati and Uravity jumped into battle with the Everything Hero, grabbing the leader's arm and throwing him over her shoulder and onto the ground. Uravity ran out behind her, grabbed the bo staff sticking out of Creati's back, and engaged the other villains.
She jammed the end of the bo staff into the gut of one of the villains. The villain doubled over while Uravity grabbed the back of his collar, kicked the bend of his knee, and lifted him in the air, and slammed him into the floor. She jumped up and landed a punch into the gut of another villain.
"THERE'S HEROES HERE?!" One of them cried out.
"Creati...that name..."
Uravity grabbed the front of one of their jackets and dropped to the ground, pulling him down with her. Then, with her feet planted on his stomach, she rolled him over her and kicked him out, sending him to the ground behind Creati.
The Everything Hero turned on her heel and reached into her shirt. She pulled out a spring-loaded boxing glove gun and fired at one of the villains next to Uravity. The villain crumpled to the ground, unconscious. The last villain standing was rubbing his eyes with one hand while he raised the other in a defensive stance. His free hand had thorns coming out of it.
"Damn bitch! Can't fight fair, huh?!"
"Don't call me a bitch," Uravity warned.
"Then you won't touch me until my eyesight returns!" He reasoned.
Uravity smiled. Behind her and Creati, the villain leader picked himself up and grabbed a knife from the inside of his jacket. "Creati...you went to U.A. all those years ago! You were a part of-!"
He didn't finish his sentence as the Everything Hero slammed her shoulder into his stomach, making him double over. He dropped the knife in shock. Uravity used her partner's back to leap over and kick the leader in the face. He stumbled backward, trying to stabilize himself.
His effort was in vain as Uravity pursued him and punched him in the face, spinning him around like a top before he fell to the ground. He didn't try to get up after that.
Creati smiled as she watched her partner finish the job. She reached over to the civilians to assure them that the job was done, but before she could, she heard the sound of a gun cocking behind her. She felt the metal of the barrel press against the back of her head. "Looks like I got my sight back..."
Uravity turned with wide eyes.
Then...the door opened behind him. The villain gasped loudly as he dropped the gun, ending the conflict before he could do anything.
Behind him, he heard a calm but threatening voice whisper in his ear. "Did you call my girlfriend a bitch?"
The villain's eyes were open wide. His breathing escalated, and sweat dripped from all over his face. He shook lightly without being able to move. Deku set a hand on the villain's shoulder and sighed. "You should know that 'rude' is too nice of a word to describe you right now," Deku said. "So I recommend that you apologize to them and surrender."
The villain looked at the two young heroes. "I-I-I'm sorry..."
Deku patted the man on the shoulder and backed away. The villain suddenly found it easy to breathe and relax once again. "Uravity, go stop this train at the rendezvous point. DynaMight sent the coordinates to your phone," he said.
"On it," Uravity said.
"Creati, some of the civilians need medical treatment. So I'll round up the last of the villains while you treat the wounded," he said. "Villains too, I bet."
"No problem."
The last villain sighed as he kneeled to the floor with his hands raised. With a pair of zip-ties, the Symbol of Peace restrained the villain and moved on to clean up their mess. He tapped some of the civilians and motioned for them to remove their earplugs. Once they were cleared and consoled, Deku pulled out his phone and made a call. "The train is secure. You should have full access to the doors and other security protocols. We're stopping the train right now," he said into the gauntlet.
On the other side of the train, the engineer he saved smiled. "Thank you, heroes. I'm taking the rest of the week off, and no one can tell me otherwise," he said.
Deku smiled. "Ladies and Gentlemen, this is your driver speaking. The villain threat has been brought to an end. We will now be stopping the train and exiting in the presence of another hero and several police officers and buses. The police will return all of your stolen belongings to you once the police are finished with their investigation," Uravity said on the intercom.
The train started to slow, and Deku could see the tunnel that he and DynaMight found earlier. He saw helicopters circling the area. He sighed and ran his hand through his hair.
Back in the present...
Deku still had the attention of Class A as he wrapped up the story. Everyone had gotten comfortable with blankets and a few cups of tea provided by Yaoyorozu. Even the Symbol of Peace got a cup as he told his tale. Besides his younger self and Uraraka, he noticed a few more groups of people wrapped in one blanket.
Except for Bakugo.
"When the train stopped a few minutes after Uravity relayed her message, we found that DynaMight had leveled the Midas reinforcements. All villains were restrained and in police custody. Once we off-loaded everyone from the train and the police arrested all the villains, we all had to answer many questions because the press was there as well," he explained. "Everything went about as well as it could have. The civilian injuries weren't that bad, and thankfully nobody was killed."
"The leader of the Children of Midas was a real piece of work, and he was in custody for a little while. Unfortunately, keeping a person with a teleportation Quirk in custody is hard. So he slipped away one night, and we had to search the city for him for about 2 hours. Thankfully, he teleported into a woman's locker room, and the occupants knocked him unconscious, so that was a fun night," he admitted.
He could hear some scattered laughter from the group. "All in all, we prevented about a few hundred million Yen from flowing into the pockets of the criminal underground at the expense of the new bullet train system. The remainder of the project was put on hold for a few years until it was finally finished not too long ago. We made our names known to the press, and a year later, we all placed in the Top 10 on the Hero Charts," Deku stated.
"And the rest of us?" Mina wondered.
Deku smiled. "Well...we all made our names known as young and strong heroes, but professional debut? Well, you all made yourselves known on your own time. I know Pinky and Red Riot were the first to make themselves known, but they're busy with their-"
Deku stopped for a minute and eyed the mentioned heroes. "Uh...well, they're busy. Anyway..."
He checked the clock in the kitchen, and his eyes widened. "Holy saints, I've kept you all here too late. Lights out in 10!" He called out.
Mina and Kirishima groaned while everyone else sighed. Then, they all started to pick themselves up and clean up the area. Deku deactivated Float and walked to put away his teacup. Then, he helped Yaoyorozu with the dishes while everyone else started to go to bed.
While they cleaned, Yaoyorozu stole a glance at the Symbol of Peace. "What's wrong with what Mina and Kirishima are doing?" She asked. "Is it about Tok-"
"No." He said. "I-I just remembered something, that's all."
The young hero didn't say anything. Instead, she watched as Deku cleaned the rest of the dishes and noted how serious he looked. "Look...I'm telling the truth. It has nothing to do with Tokyo. It's...It's a family matter," he said.
"Family? Are you a father?" Yaoyorozu asked.
Deku turned off the sink and dried his hands. "Yeah...I am. I sort of adopted Eri after Ochaco and I became pros. Kota is staying with us while he's enrolled at U.A," he said.
"That's great! B-But if you're acting like this..."
"Yaoyorozu..." He turned to look at her. "I know you won't drop Tokyo, but you'll do well in dropping this one. Eijiro and Mina are working day and sometimes night to ensure the youth of Musutafu and the surrounding cities have a haven to reach for. Now, I suggest you get some sleep, understand?"
The young hero slowly nodded. Deku used Black Whip to hit the kitchen light, and we walked past her and toward the stairs. Yaoyorozu sighed and walked out of the room and to bed. "Nice story, though..."
With the lights out, sleep followed.
Holy Saints, this was a long chapter! This is officially the longest chapter I've ever worked on, beating One for All: Symbol of Justice in Pro Heroes? Or Miraculous?
I've thought about this mini-story for a while now, and another, actually. In the previous chapter, Deku talked about being on an island inhabited by villains, and I've played with that idea in my head long before I wrote it. My mind is constantly on this story, truthfully. Anyway, that's the end of this chapter. I hope you all enjoyed it, even if it was a long read. The semester is coming to an end, and I'll be graduating later this week, so I'm excited.
I'm on Twitter btw. I'm newage416. MHA Twitter is an interesting place, to be honest. Spoilers, ship wars, fan art, theories, and analysis. Say hi, if you want.
Anyway, have a great morning/afternoon/night, everyone! Stay healthy!
GO BEYOND!
